Abstract

The aim of this research is to enhance students’ participation by using question and answer technique. Therefore, the question of the research is how does Question and Answer enhance students’ participation on the 11th grade students of SMAN 2 Sungai KakapKubu Raya in academic year 2021/2022?”. The research was conducted in classroom action research design. The research was conducted in two cycles.  On the first cycle, there were only some students who actively participated in the learning activity. On the second cycle, most of the students were very active. The problem about lack of participation was solved. Therefore, it is concluded that question and answer technique is useful in improving students’ participation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan solusi terhadap sekolah swasta yang ingin meningkatkan kinerja dengan menggunakan variabel penelitian kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, komitmen organisasi, perilaku warga organisasi (OCB) dan kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain kausalitas menggunakan metode Variance BasedStructural Equation Model (VB-SEM) menggunakan Smart PLS 3 dengan alat bantu analisis Smart PLS 3 terhadap 480 responden guru SD Swasta di Kota Serang. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu peneliti mengidentifikasi tiga perilaku OCB yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja sekolah yaitu masuk dan tinggal di dalam organisasi sebagai guru atau tenaga kependidikan dengan sukarela, melakukan peran khusus yang diperlukan oleh organisasi, terikat dalam kegiatan inovatif dan spontan diluar peran yang diwajibkan kepadanya. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti tidak dapat membuktikan bahwasanya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja sekolah serta peran OCB tidak mampu memediasi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja organisasi

Abstract

This research was based on the fact that the activity and learning results of students of grade IX.5 at SMPN 5 Bukittinggi were low. The purpose of this research was to gain information and discuss the improvement of activity and learning results of Social Study by using cooperative model type Numbered Heads Together. This research was a Classroom Action Research (CAR) with qualitative approach. There were 2 cycles in this research, each of which consisted of 4 meetings namely planning, application, observing, and reflecting procedures. The subject of this research was the students of grade IX.5 of SMPN 5 Bukittinggi which consisted of 34 students; 15 females and 19 males. The instruments used in this research were test, students’ activity observation sheet, questionnaire, interview, documentations, and field notes. The data was analyzed by using percentage technique. The result of this research showed that the application of Numbered Heads Together could improve the activity and learning result of Social Study of grade IX.5 students of SMPN 5 Bukittinggi.

Abstract

Hukum adat mencerminkan adat istiadat yang tumbuh dan berkembang di Indonesia, namun perkembangannya harus tetap dikoordinasikan dengan hukum nasional. Sekalipun hukum adat ini diperlukan tetapi dalam praktiknya jangan sampai bertentangan dengan asas-asas hukum yang berlaku, Hukum adat mencerminkan adat istiadat yang tumbuh dan berkembang di Indonesia, namun perkembangannya harus tetap dikoordinasikan dengan hukum nasional. hukum adat diperlukan untuk menjaga keseimbangan serta ketertiban sosial dalam suatu masyarakat. Di wilayah Kenegerian Lipatkain, Kecamatan Kampar Kiri, Kabupaten Kampar, disamping berlakunya hukum nasional yakni Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana  sebagai payung dari hukum pidana, maka diberlakukan juga pidana adat untuk mengatur  pergaulan hidup dimasyarakat. Abstract

This research aimed at testing empirically the Hastabrata Leadership as the leadership that was based on the local wisdom of the Javanese values. The research was conducted utilizing the survey method in which the main tool for collecting the data was the questionnaire. The research design was cross-sectional, that is, the research was carried out in the certain point of time in Sukoharjo and Sragen Disctricts. As many as 138 Village chiefs were chosen as the research samples using Cluster Sampling technique.  Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square. The result showed that the dominant dimensions of the Hastabrata Leadership in Sukoharjo district happened to be different from those in Sragen district. The dominant dimensions in Sukoharjo district were the earth, the sun, the moon and the stars. While the dominant dimensions in Sragen district were the wind, the ocean, the fire, and the clouds. The different dominant dimensions between those two districts could not be separated from the historical factors of the division of the kingdom into Surakarta and Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The success of a teacher in delivering a subject matter is not only influenced by his ability (competence of the teacher) in mastering the material to be delivered. But there are other factors that must be mastered so that he is able to convey the material professionally and effectively. In pedagogical competence, one of the points is that a teacher must master learning theory and educational learning principles.Mastery includes the competence of teachers in applying various approaches, strategies, methods, and learning techniques that educate creatively in the subjects they master. Blended learning is one of the strategies in learning process to build up the students' learning achievement.This paper examines the effects of blended learning on FKIP students of Universitas Sulawesi Barat Majene. In this study was selected students and divided into two equal groups; one experimental (blended learning) and one control group (traditional method). This paper uses the experimental methods and data analysis was carried out by using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 25 version. The results for the research statistically revealed that the blended learning group significantly did better on the post-test (p<0.5). Therefore, the null hypothesis of the study with blended learning does not have any significant effect on student, in the other name it was rejected and the blended learning appeared to have greater effect on student of FKIP Universitas Sulawesi Barat. it can be claimed that receiving instruction by using blended learning can facilitate to learn.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the results of the analysis regarding lecturer competence in practical learning at universities in the health sector. Lecturer competence is the variable studied with indicators including pedagogical competence, personality competence, social and professional competence. The method used in this research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The data collection technique uses primary data from a sample of 50 students with a sampling technique using cluster sampling. Data collection uses instruments that have passed the validity and reliability process. Data analysis in this study used descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this research indicate that overall, the average lecturer competency of all indicators is categorized as adequate with a score of 2.94 and an achievement level of 73.60. Only one of the four lecturer competency indicators, namely personality competency, received good criteria, while the other three received sufficient categories.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengulas terkait gerakan sosial yang melakukan konservasi lingkungan di daerah tempat tinggal mereka tepatnya di Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara. Gerakan sosial ini menyuarakan tentang perusahaan pengambilan sumber daya alam tidak melaksanakan peraturan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang sudah di tetapkan serta di setujui secara bersama-sama. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis apa saja bentuk gerakan sosial sangasanga melawan dalam melakukan konservasi lingkungan di Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengambil beberapa informasi melalui deskriptif. Sumber data dari penelitian terdahulu, media sosial serta berita terkait gerakan sosial dalam konservasi lingkungan lalu menggunakan teknik analisis data melalui Vosviewers dan NVIVO 12 Plus. Penelitian ini memberikan hasil Gerakan Sosial Sangasanga Melawan dalam konservasi lingkungan merupakan gerakan sosial konsentrasi mensejahterakan masyarakat di kondisi lingkungan yang tidak layak huni. Gerakan sosial Sangasanga Melawan memiliki 4 bentuk gerakan sosial yaitu melawan dengan menanam, melawan dengan membangun, melawan melaui pendidikan, dan kampanye melalui media sosial. Munculnya gerakan sosial Sangasanga Melawan menjadikan daerah Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara namgkit di dalam keterpurukan terkait kondisi lingkungan yang tidak layak huni tetapi bisa diubah menjadi lingkungan yang sangat baik dari sebelumnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis  self adjustment pada mahasiswa dan menguji perbedaan self adjustment mahasiswa kelas internasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 212 mahasiswa kelas internasional Universitas Negeri Padang, dengan menggunakan total sampling yaitu menggunakan seluruh mahasiswa kelas internasional. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif komparatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah “Inventory Self Adjustment Puji and Verlanda” (ISAPUVE) dengan reliabilitas 0,80. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah tidak terdapat perbedaan self adjustment mahasiswa laki-laki dan perempuan pada kelas internasional di Universitas Negeri Padang. Diharapkan UPBK (Unit Layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling) Universitas Negeri Padang memfasilitasi mahasiswa untuk dapat menekan self adjustment yang rendah melalui layanan yang tersedia di UPBK.

Abstract

This article was created with the aim of identifying the influence of location and promotion on purchasing decisions at Geprek Express outlets in Samarinda, with a population of 258 people, where the sample in this study used 15% of the total population, namely 39 people. To get the data in this study, the author uses a questionnaire or a questionnaire, with a simple linear regression data analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the partial calculation show that the T-count number has a lower number than the Ttable can be said that there is a joint influence of location and promotion on purchasing decisions at Geprek Express Gerai Bumi Sempaja outlets, Samarinda city. So marketing field of Geprek Express in Samarinda City to further increase promotional activities so that the products from Geprek Express are better known by the wider community so as to foster public interest in buying these products.
