Sasaran J-ABDIMAS - Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat merupakan jurnal pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang ditertbitkan dan dikelola oleh Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (P2M) Politeknik Negeri Malang. J-ABDIMAS diharapakan mampu menjadi media publikasi seluruh civitas akademika terkait dengan hasil inovasi dan solusi dalam berbagai permasalahan yang terjadi di masyarakat. Abstract

Refer to Law No. 40 of 2009 concerning Youth, Article 1 numbers 1-6 that the Youth is an Indonesian citizen entering an important period of growth and development aged 16 (sixteen) to 30 (thirty) years. Youth is a variety of matters relating to the potential, responsibilities, rights, character, capacity, self-actualization, and the ideals of youth. Youth development is the process of facilitating all matters related to youth. Youth services are awareness, empowerment, and development of leadership, entrepreneurship, and youth leadership. Youth awareness is an activity that is directed to understand and respond to environmental changes. Youth empowerment is an activity that awakens the potential and active role of youth. Therefore it is necessary to do community service in the form of understanding of Semarang Miftahul Ulum Vocational School Students about the Role of Youth in Development in accordance with Law No. 40 of 2009 concerning Youth. The problem faced by young people today is that the enormous responsibility in building the nation as the next generation has not yet emerged so that this dedication is important to do, the aim is to give students an understanding that the task is very heavy in filling development in accordance with the Youth Law. The method applied in the implementation of community service by lecturing, question and answer directly and evaluation after the activity is carried out. This service is carried out independently. The implementation was carried out by Semarang University Law Faculty lecturers who are competent in mastering material on youth. Community service was carried out on August 22, 2019 with the concentration of the Youth's Role in Development in accordance with Law No. 40 of 2009 concerning Youth. The result is that almost 80 percent of students do not yet know the legal rules about youth and their responsibilities as youth, and after the delivery of material on youth, they realize that youth have a very big responsibility for the Indonesian state.

Abstract

The tofu industrial center of Tegalpasangan - Pakis - Malang is one of the large tofu industrial centers in Malang Regency, where in the tofu industrial center there are no less than 20 tofu industries, most of which are Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) with a workforce of 2 - 4 people with an average production capacity of 2-5 quintals of soybeans per day. Like other cottage industries, tofu is produced manually without mechanical equipment, and there is little attention to good, healthy production methods. Likewise, without the existence of a wastewater treatment plant (IPAL) to treat waste water generated from the production process, which results in pollution of the aquatic environment. Community service activities aim to increase the knowledge, understanding and skills of partners (tofu industry owners) in producing tofu and treating wastewater properly and healthily. Technical guidance is provided in the form of GMP (Good Manufacturing Product) training, HACCP (Hazard Analitycal and Critical Control Point), waste treatment and provision (grant) of WWTP equipment. The results of PkM activities show that the provision of training and IPAL grants provides significant benefits for the knowledge and skills of partners, especially in handling waste water produced from the tofu industry so that it can reduce environmental pollution.

Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide marketinng training with online media namely Instagram. Moms households can take advantage of the internet by doing online business without having to leave the house so that you can keep an eye on your family. This community service was held on September 13, 2020 by inviting all member of PKK Grup RT. 01 RW. 11 Kedung Kandang Malang. The training was carried out materials and discussion. The presence of the team majoring in Accountancy at the State Polytechnic of Malang has provide enlightenment and new knowledge that is quite meaningful for all participants. Thing This is proven after Community Service activities, several mothers have started selling businesses online

Abstract

The increasing expenditure of the mother's household in Gedanganak is felt along with theincrease in the price of daily necessities. In general, housewives are still less creative in dealingwith household expenses. Most housewives are still monotonous in managing their householdfinances and have not been able to fill their spare time with productive businesses. Therefore it isnecessary to have enlightenment on how best to anticipate business opportunities and provideexamples of how to fill useful free time. One of the solutions provided by the team is to providecounseling on business opportunities and the practice of making dishwashing soap in the hope thatit can help reduce family economic expenses and as a way to open business opportunities that canbe run. In addition, information from village officials, in general, housewives still rely on theirhusbands as the main source of income. This is an interesting phenomenon for counseling about theimportance of fostering economic independence by taking advantage of new business opportunitiesfor housewives. After attending the counseling and practice of making dish soap, participants areexpected to be more creative in taking advantage of business opportunities so that their householdeconomic independence will grow and for those who already have a business, it is hoped that theirbusiness will increase.

Abstract

Plastic waste is one of the waste that takes a long time to decompose. The use of plastic bags is still widely encountered, especially when shopping at traditional markets or stalls. The use of plastic bags creates a lot of waste. For this reason, the community is directed to process plastic waste by providing counseling and training on using plastic bag waste to become useful and valuable items for sale. Plastic bag waste can be recycled to make useful items. Recycling is the process of turning used materials into new materials with the aim of preventing waste that can actually be useful, reducing the use of new raw materials, reducing energy use, reducing pollution, and land damage. The training is carried out by making leaf flowers and variations that can be done in other forms. Products produced from recycling plastic waste can be sold and can increase people's income.

Abstract

The goal of the local government is to provide some assistance to the villagers to stimulatethe community to actively participate in local potential-based development. Therefore, BUMDes inan effort to strengthen the village economy based on the needs and potential of villages(agriculture), in order to increase the income and welfare of the villagers. The establishment ofvillage-owned enterprises has several legal foundations that are the basis and reference in all itsactivities. The establishment of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) is based on Law No. 32 of2004 on Local Government and Government Regulation No. 72 of 2005 on Village Article 78.BUMDeS managers hold the key to success in its operationalization, therefore management trainingfor BUMDeS managers supported by the PKK is urgently needed to improve the welfare of thevillagers. This needs to be mastered by the managers of BUMDeS and PKK in order to manage theirorganizations through good planning, organizing, direction and supervision so that theorganization's objectives can be achieved effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

This community service aims to increase corn marning business income, at the Corn Marning Center in Kecamatan Pandanwangi, Kampung Simpang Teluk Bayur, Kota Malang. The Corn Marning Center in Malang City is a family business, which was initiated in the 1980s, and the business management is still simple. Not yet using a financial recording system, because they think financial records are not important. The marketing system is still simple, which only relies on an order system and waits for consumers to come, as well as the product's marketability is still simple.The partners of this service are UMKM which have a Corn Marning business, starting from the process of making Corn Marning to selling it in their own shops, namely Toko Cahaya and Toko Adnan. The purpose of this PKM-Kemitraan is to provide knowledge about the Concept of Financial System Recording by using a simple program, making it easier for UMKM to record and understand the financial system, provide training on online marketing and manufacturing of more modern product packaging, and providing equipment assistance in the form of Pedal Sealer Machines needed by both UMKM. At the end of the activity, it will be evaluated, by providing assistance and monitoring based on the results of financial records, making online marketing and making product packaging for 1 month.

Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service Activity (PkM) is in the context of providing counseling, socialization and implementation to the public regarding sharia business transaction contracts to female members of the majlis ta'lim An-Nisa. In the beginning, the implementation will be carried out at the house of Jln. Daffodil 04 Lowokwaru Malang City. Because the pandemic period was finally based on the coordination of the PkM team, the Chairperson of the Majlis Ta'lim An-Nisa and the Takmir of the Fadhilah Mosque, the activities were carried out at the mosque by taking a schedule after the dawn congregation on Tuesday, August 18 and 25 2020. Hours 5:00 to 7:00. The number of participants was 46 people consisting of fathers and mothers.At the time of implementation, the material planned was presented smoothly. This material is considered important because to start a business based on sharia, the type and validity of transactions need to be properly understood. When the transaction is understood, then choose various sharia contract offerings to suit the needs of doing business.According to an Islamic perspective, Islamic law is created and implemented as a whole for nothing but the purpose of the benefit and welfare of the people in this world and the hereafter. To achieve this goal, Islamic law has several principles that underlie the implementation of these objectives, namely: 1) providing convenience and eliminating difficulties, 2) minimizing the burden, and 3) taking the path of stages.The findings and experiences in the implementation of PkM are expected to be a further phase to build awareness about being a true Muslim. Not only diligent in worshiping Allah (mahdhoh) but also have to build a better muammalah. Because in essence Islam, many teachings regulate how mu'ammalah is practiced more masive. Islam is a guidance for the creation of peace. Prosperity can be created if the community is relatively aware of and understands the level of welfare and the simplest measure of well-being is the adequacy of life and this certainly talks about the path of rizki and economic welfare.

Abstract

UKM products in Indonesia have enormous potential to penetrate the export market. By doing exports, UKM have the potential to get bigger profits, because their market will become wider. The problem is, there are still many who don't know and understand how to market their products abroad. The internet offers great opportunity for local products to be widely known globally. By using good strategy, the internet can become a main market for UKM in marketing their products. In collaboration with Dinas Perdagangan Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan and the Regional Government, a training was created to introduce the internet as a promotional medium for UKM to expand their market. This internet product marketing training for UKM in South Kalimantan is one way of introducing and sharing knowledge how to market products via the internet. Most UKM, especially those in South Kalimantan, don't know yet how to promote their products via the internet. The enthusiasm of UKM players who wish to be able to export their products was seen during the training. The first target country to aim for is ASEAN countries.

Abstract

One of the efforts to develop the Kajoetangan heritage village of Malang is the development of product diversification. This is an effort that can be developed in order to find a unique heritage village of Kajoetangan, Malang city with other tourist villages in Indonesia. This form of diversification is the buildings of ancient houses that can be fixed so as to present the atmosphere of the Dutch colonial era to visitors to this tourist village.In addition to buildings, it also presents old products that can support this, such as ancient chandeliers, old moped, vintage motorbikes, as well as old furniture and household items.Supporting the product diversification is a strategic plan for culinary centers or traditional hawker sellers carried out by local residents so as to support the colonial era nuance to visitors of the Kajoetangan heritage village of Malang city.Another supporter of this diversification is the strategic plan for the center for selling souvenirs typical of the Kajoetangan heritage village in the form of t-shirts with Kajoetangan heritage images, old-style lurik clothes, Malangan blangkon, and other souvenirs. This will make the characteristic of a wooden heritage village that distinguishes it from other tourist villages. This is a good strategic plan for the development and promotion of media for the Kajoetangan heritage villageStrategy Plan for Diversification of tourism products that do not exist in other tourist villages in Malang and other cities in Indonesia.
