Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of trust on customer loyalty at Sakti Photo Studio Manna Bengkulu Selatan, to determine the influence of consumer satisfaction on customer loyalty at Sakti Photo Studio Manna Bengkulu Selatan and to determine the influence of consumer trust and satisfaction on customer loyalty at Sakti Photo Studio Manna Bengkulu South. The data collection method in this research is using a questionnaire and the analysis method is multiple linear regression. Based on the research results, it was found that trust has a significant effect on customer loyalty at Sakti Photo Studio Manna, South Bengkulu because the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05. Consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty at Sakti Photo Studio Manna South Bengkulu because the significance value is 0.017 < 0.05. Consumer trust and satisfaction have a significant effect on customer loyalty at Sakti Photo Studio Manna South Bengkulu because the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the business feasibility of Pak Andri's Siomay and Batagor, to find out whether a business is feasible or not. The results of the research show that the Siomay and Batagor business from the production aspect of the business is declared feasible, because the business location is strategic and easy to reach by consumers, The technology used is modern, the production process is easy. The marketing aspect is feasible, with high quality products, because the raw materials are imported, the prices are affordable, so that all levels of society can buy them, the distribution is quite wide, and the promotions given by the owner are enough to make consumers aware of the products they sell.

Abstract

SDM always plays an active and dominant role in every organizational activity, because humans are the planners, actors and determinants of the realization of organizational goals. Work Environment and Motivation are important because with a Work Environment and Motivation every employee will want to work hard and enthusiastically to achieve higher performance. The aim of the research is to find out whether there is an influence of work environment and motivation on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of South Bengkulu Regency. This type of research is using quantitative research. The quantitative approach is a research method based on the philosophy of potivism, used to examine certain populations or samples. The population in this study were all ASN employees at the Regional Secretariat of South Bengkulu Regency, totaling 112 ASN employees. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis Y = 2.271 + 0.257 X1 + 0.574 X2 this illustrates that the value of the Work Environment (X1) and the value of Motivation (X2) affect employee performance (Y) by 91.5% while the remaining 8.5% are influenced by other variables not examined in this study. From the results of calculations using SPSS, it can be seen that the coefficient of determination of R square is 0.915. This means that the value of the Work Environment (X1) and the value of Motivation (X2) has an effect on employee performance (Y) of 91.5% while the remaining 8.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Flower bouquet boards are Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the world of services. MSMEs are one of the key factors in driving economic growth in Indonesia. Asiah Florist Gallery in Manna, South Bengkulu, which is engaged in a service company, namely a flower board business that rents bouquets. This type of research uses quantitative research. The analysis method in this study uses SWOT analysis and hypothesis testing using the t test. The number of samples studied was 55 people consisting of 50 randomly selected consumers as well as 4 employees and 1 leader at Asiah Florist Manna. The result of the summation of the strengths possessed is 27.05 while the weaknesses are 18.95, then the internal quadrant of factors is 27.05 - 18.95 = 8.11, meaning the ability of marketing at Asiah Florist Manna, South Bengkulu Regency in utilizing the strengths and minimizing the weaknesses contained in the internal. The opportunities that the strategy has are 18.49 and the threat is 13.84. Then the external quadrant of factors, namely 18.49 - 13.84 = 4.65, means that the high ability of marketing at Asiah Florist Manna, South Bengkulu Regency to take advantage of opportunities and overcome threats faced by Asiah Florist Manna City, South Bengkulu in business development.

Abstract

Human resources have a very strategic position in the organization, meaning that the human element plays an important role in carrying out activities to achieve goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Work Discipline and Working Hours on the performance of PPPK employees at the South Bengkulu Regency Fire Service. This type of research uses quantitative research. The analysis method in this study uses the Validity test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Determination Coefficient, Classical Assumption Test and hypothesis testing using the t test. The number of samples studied was 35 PPPK Firefighters. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis are Y = 11.756 + 0.343 X1 + 0.389 X2 + e, this illustrates the positive direction of regression, meaning that the work discipline variable (X1) and work discipline (X2) have a positive influence on employee performance (Y) at Damkar South Bengkulu Regency. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination from the calculation results using SPSS can be seen that the coefficient of determination of R square is 0.688. This means that the value of work discipline (X1) and the value of working hours (X2) affect employee performance (Y) by 68.8% while the remaining 31.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in the study.

Abstract

The implications of the risk of financial globalization and the impact of laissez-faire on the regulatory industry and Islamic finance companies serve to monitor aspects of Sharia compliance, prevent fraud and potential fraud in the real world and face the challenges of financial product innovation related to the adjustment of public services and the dynamics of the global economy. This is applied to prove that Islamic values can survive in the face of business competition, globalization of modern trade, and the sustainability of Islamic banking in Indonesia. The Sharia compliance alert function is in the form of actions, both preventive in nature and ensuring that policies, rules, systems and procedures as well as business activities are carried out by Islamic banks. In the end, Islamic banks need to understand all statutory provisions so that accountability and responsibility rests with every individual, from directors to the lowest bank employees. Likewise, innovations in Islamic bank products, especially sharia standards and sharia governance based on international standards, while still paying attention to the integrity and quality of Islamic bank human resources, carry out contracts and do not harm customers. Sharia compliance is important when Islamic banks cannot enforce Islamic values in global affairs and financial competition, which means they have not implemented and implemented Islamic values. These Islamic values must be accurate and remain relevant to time.

Abstract

Efforts to assess performance become important with the knowledge of the correct performance measurements. Performance is measured based on quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness, independence, and commitment. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership behavior, motivation, compensation, and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Holyland Food Indonesia. The sample in this study consists of 98 permanent employees at PT. Holyland Food Indonesia. Data collection is done using questionnaires, and the analysis methods used are multiple linear regression, determination test, and hypothesis test. The regression analysis results show Y = 0.239 + 0.171X1 + 0.379 X2 + 0.226X3 + 0.245X4. Leadership behavior has a positive and significant influence on performance in employees at PT. Holyland Food Indonesia with a significant value of 0.027, which is less than 0.05. This indicates that as leadership behavior increases, the performance of employees at PT. Holyland Food Indonesia will also increase. Motivation shows a positive and significant influence on performance in employees at PT. Holyland Food Indonesia with a significant value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. This indicates that as motivation increases, the performance of employees at PT. Holyland Food Indonesia will also increase. Compensation shows a positive and significant influence on performance in employees at PT. Holyland Food Indonesia with a significant value of 0.001, which is less than 0.05. This indicates that as compensation increases, the performance of employees at PT. Holyland Food Indonesia will also increase. Work discipline has a positive and significant influence on performance in employees at PT. Holyland Food Indonesia with a significant value of 0.003, which is less than 0.05. This indicates that as work discipline increases, the performance of employees at PT. Holyland Food Indonesia will also increase.

Abstract

Marketers and retailers employ strategies to attract consumer attention and influence their purchasing decisions. Two increasingly popular strategies are flash sales and live streaming which utilize technology advancements to create a more engaging and dynamic shopping experience. The research aims to determine the influence of live streaming and flash sales on impulse buying among Shopee app users in Bengkulu city. The sample in this study consists of 100 respondents who use the Shopee app in Bengkulu. Data collection method involves the use of questionnaires. The analysis method employs the SmartPLS analysis tool version 4.0. The research results indicate that live streaming has a significant and positive influence on impulse buying among Shopee app users in Bengkulu, as the t-statistic value is 4.082 > 1.96 and the p-value is 0.000 < 0.05. The original sample value shows a positive value of 0.333, indicating that the relationship between the live streaming variable and impulse buying is positive. This means that the better the live streaming, the higher the impulse buying. Flash sales also have a significant and positive influence on impulse buying among Shopee app users in Bengkulu, with a t-statistic value of 7.045 > 1.96 and a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05. The original sample value shows a positive value of 0.517, indicating that the relationship between the flash sale variable and impulse buying is positive. This implies that the higher the flash sale provided by the seller, the higher the impulse buying.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of e-commerce and brand image on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening product in Tasikmalaya. The analysis technique used was a quantitative method with a survey approach to 100 respondent in Tasikmalaya who had used Scarlett Whitening product. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The results of this test show that e-commerce has no significant effect and brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening in Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work environment and work discipline on employee performance in civil servants at the Tasikmalaya City Public Works and Spatial Planning Office. The research method used is survey method, data obtained directly through questionnaires to 83 respondents taken from civil servants. Sample withdrawal using saturated sampling and the analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Tasikmalaya City Public Works and Spatial Planning Office simultaneously. While partially, the work environment shows a positive value and significant effect, and for work discipline shows a positive value but has no significant effect.
