Abstract

The study was conducted at a branch of Bank Mestika lord Tambusai Pekanbaru and aims to determine the effect of motivation and organizational culture on employee performance Mestika Bank branch lord Tambusai Pekanbaru. The study population was all employees totaling 45 people. Sampling transactions are carried out with models census. The variables used in this study is motivation and organizational culture as an independent variable, and performance as the dependent variable. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS tools 17 for windows. The research concludes that the motivation and organizational culture have a significant effect on the performance simultaneously. Partially, the motivation has no significant effect on performance. While organizational culture positive and significant effect on employee performance. Cultural organizations provide a stronger influence on performance than the influence of motuivasi.Keywords: Motivation, Organizational Culture, and Performance

Abstract

The study was conducted at PT. Eternal Wahyuda New Koto Jl. Southern District of New Logas Koto Regency Kuantan Singingi. With the aim to determine the effect of simultaneous commitment and discipline on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Eternal Wahyuda Koto Baru, next to determine the effect of commitment on job satisfaction PT. Eternal Wahyuda New Koto, and to determine the effect on employee job satisfaction discipline PT. Eternal Wahyuda New Koto. In this study population studied were employees of the office of PT. Eternal Wahyuda New Koto totaling 68 people. The sampling method used is the census of 68 employees of PT. Eternal Wahyuda New Koto. Multiple Linear Regression method is to determine the relationship between the dependent variable (Y) with the independent variable (X) is used as the data analysis necessary to first examine the validity and reliability of research data. The results showed that there was a significant effect of both simultaneously and significantly between the variables of commitment and discipline to the job satisfaction of employees of PT. Eternal Wahyuda New Koto. Variabel commitment and discipline is the dominant variable in affecting job satisfaction of employees of PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect Lifestyle consisting of variable Activity, interest and Opinion on the purchasing decisions of Honda Beat motorcycle In Pekanbaru. The method of analysis used is multiple regression analysis, hypothesis test consisting of Partial Test (Test Statistic t), Simultaneous test (Test Statistic F) and test the coefficient of determination (R2). Workmanship performed using SPSS 17. Data used are primary and secondary data. This study used a sample of 100 respondents in the study were taken using Slovin formula. The results of this study demonstrate that the analysis of the data by the method of multiple linear regression analysis showed that lifestyle consists of a variable Activity, interest positive and significant impact on the purchasing decisions of Honda Beat motorcycle in Pekanbaru. while the variable opinion positive but not significant effect on the purchasing decision of Honda Beat motorcycle. Based on the t test of the three independent variables that are the most dominant influence purchasing decisions Honda Beat in Pekanbaru is a variable interest (Interest) X2 with a β value of 0.874. Analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained Adjusted R2 value of 27% which means the dependent variable is the purchase decision process can be described by using the free variables Activity, interest and Opinion and the remaining 73% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.Keyword : Activities, Interest, Opinions and Purchasing Decision.

Abstract

This research aim to test influence of Performance Company, Good Corporate Governance to Corporate Social Responsibility with Good Corporate Governance as moderating variable. Research data applies time series obtained from IDX Statistic, and ICMD (Indonesian Capital Market Directory) inscribed in BEI from time line 2009 to 2012. Population in this research is all company non financialand number of samples 52 companies by passing phase purposive sampling. Analysis technique used in this research is doubled linear regression to obtain picture that is totally about relation between variable one with other. And research applies application program Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Statistics 21. Result is indicating that all variables influential positive to corporate social responsibility. And result of adjusted R square 91,1% which can influence corporate social responsibility at company non financial BEI.Keywords: Performance Company, Good Corporate Governance, and Corporate Social Responsibility

Abstract

This research aim to know how influence Satisfaction Work variable and Motivation work by simultan and parsial of performance employees to department Production PT. Sumber Sawit Sejahtera Pelalawan. As for becoming population in this research is counted 50 people employees PT. Sumber Sawit Sejahtera Pelalawan. Used data by analysis is descriptive,despitefully also use quantitative analysis that is using double linear regression constructively SPSS version program 18. From result of examination which have been simultan regressi test (uji F) indicate that Satisfaction Work And Motivaiton Work by simultan have an effect on signifikan to employees performance.Result of test parsial (uji T) indicating that satisfaction variable work and motivation work by parsial have an effect on significan to employees performance.Keywords : Satisfaction,motivation, and productivity work.

Abstract

The tedency of user’s financial report are contained the profit of profit and loss report. In the meantime manager, appraised his performance based on the information of profit and loss report. Until the appearance of profit management. Income smoothing is profit fluctuation decrease year by year to transferring income from high revenues to the unfavorable period. As a consequence, financial report were presented to the users of financial report couldn’t relied. Examples of cases that occur as a result of income smoothing among others, the case overseas, namely System Software Associates, Inc. AAER No. 1285, occurred on 14 July, 2000. They recognize revenue on income that is not clear whether the product has been shipped or the customer received yet. Revenue section of the income statement. Recognize revenue unclear as revenue in the fall. So that recognizes the revenue earnings presented in the financial statements is relatively stable as in previous years so as to attract investors to invest their funds.The research’s result are the profitability and institutional ownership affects to the income smoothing. While the firm size and financial leverage doesn’t affect to the income smoothing. Abstract

This research was conducted at the International Tbk Bank Artha Graha Pekanbaru in order to determine and analyze the effect of leadership on employee performance through intrinsic motivation. Research has a population of 107 employees of Bank Artha Graha Pekanbaru International Tbk and using census sampling to take the number of samples 107 employees. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis method is a way to test variables, regression testing, and final test path analysis or path analysis. From the results of the testing that has been done, there is a direct effect between leadership variables on intrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, which means the employee's performance is influenced by intrinsic motivation. And for leadership to employee performance variables terdpat positive influence employee performance means influenced by leadership. For the indirect effect, namely, the influence of leadership on employee performance through intrinsic motivation to get the positive effects. From the results, the relationship is directly influence the effect of a positive effect, but the effect of leadership on performance through intrinsic motivation effect is smaller when compared to the effect directly. Bank Artha Graha Pekanbaru should be more attention in improving the performance of employees, Bank Artha Graha management should conduct continuous evaluation to employees to be able to perform two way communication in order to obtain in depth information about the employee's performance problems.Keywords: Leadership, intrinsic motivation and employee performance

Abstract

Human resources are the main capital in a company because the achievement of corporate objectives depends on the quality and quantity of its human resources. This study aimed to examine the effect of training, compensation and career development on employee performance and motivation of sales as a mediating variable in Gulang Medica Indah Pekanbaru Company. The population in this study were all employees of Gulang Medica Indah Pekanbaru Company sales totaling 33 people. Sampling in this study is to use the census method, which according to this method the entire population can be sampled. Data was collected by using a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using path analysis. The results of the research to get the results that training, compensation, and career development of significant and positive impact on employee motivation and performance Gulang Medica Indah Pekanbaru Company. But motivation does not mediate the effect of training, compensation, and career development on employee performance. The results also show that there is no difference in the performance of the employee Gulang Medica Indah Pekanbaru Company by gender.Keywords : Training, Compensation, Career Development, Motivation and Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kemampuan kerja karyawan secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan  PT. Toba Makmur Perkasa, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan  PT. Toba Makmur Perkasa dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kemampuan Kerja Karyawan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan  PT. Toba Makmur Perkasa. Variable dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja, motivasi dan kemampuan sedangkan populasinya adalah seluruh tenaga kerja yang ada di PT.Toba Makmur Perkasa pada tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 38 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus.Data yang dapat didapat akan diolah dengan model regresi linier berganda (multiple regressio). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Hasil pengujianmenunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, artinya dalam penelitian ini ditterima. Dari hasil hasil uji F secara bersama-sama mempunyai hubungan dengan variabel dependen. Artinya variabel motivasi dan kinerja, secara bersama-sama berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Kata Kunci :     Kinerja, Motivasi dan Kemampuan

Abstract

The research was conducted on employees of PT. Bank Riaukepri Dumai branch office. The aim of this study is to analyzing the influence of the working environment variables and employees placement to working motivation on production department at PT. Bank Riaukepri Dumai branch office. Sampling was done by taking the overall population as respondents as many as 39 people. The analytical method used was descriptive of quantitative methods, data analysis done partially and simultaneously (multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 17.0). From the results of simultaneous testing (the F test), shows that all the independent variables studied had a significant impact on employee motivation variable. Partial regression test (the T test) shows that the employees placement variables reveal more significant effect on employee motivation at PT Bank Riaukepri Dumai Branch Office. The magnitude of the effect caused by these two variables together against the dependent variable was 66.1%, it means that the variable motivation and work environment jointly influence employee performance variable with the percentage of 66.1% while 33.9%, affected by other factors that did not participate in this study. From the research can be concluded that the work environment and employee placement and simultaneous partial reveal positive and significant impact on employee motivation at production department PT. Bank Riaukepri Dumai branch office. In addition, the variable of employees placement is more significantly effect on the motivation of employees, when compared with the working environment variable.Keywords : working environment, employees placement and working motivation
