Abstract

This research was conducted with descriptive and quantitative methods that use primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews/interview and questionnaire study. Respondents were drawn were 58 people. These samples are used for the purpose of collecting the necessary data in the descriptive analysis determined accidental random sampling. Descriptive analysis of the results it can be concluded that the results of the study are the results of the overall respondents about factors at work compensation of employees of PT. HOHO Pekanbaru in the category are not good, the results are the results of the overall respondents regarding employee discipline factor PT. HOHO Pekanbaru in quite well and the results of that research respondents overall results of the performance factors of employees of PT. HOHO Pekanbaru in a category quite well. Of both the independent variables are X1 (compensation) and X2 (work stress) are the most dominant influence on the performance of employees of PT. HOHO Pekanbaru is compensation (X1), it can be seen from the t value for X1 is equal to 8,276 while the t-table is (0.05, 55) = 1.672 because t (8276)> t table (1.672) then Ho significant. Therefore, the authors advise leaders should consider the issue of compensation to be received by the employee, because of the work that employees do a compensation factor can be determined motivation and employee morale in the work so that it can have an impact on labor discipline and employee performance.Keywords: Compensation, Job Stress and Performance

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect in partial and simultaneous of variable organizational culture and job satisfaction to employee performance marketing section of Bank Panin Pekanbaru. Study using purposive sampling and stratified sampling by giving questionnaire to the respondents. Analysis of the data using qualitative methods and quantitative methods by SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 20.0. The result showed organizational culture and job satisfaction to employee performance marketing section of Bank Panin Pekanbaru and the effect in partial and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (R2) equal to 69.50% and the remaining 30.5% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Organizational culture has a stronger influence on employee performance. So good organizational culture of a company and job satisfaction of employees created by employee will improve employee performance marketing section of Bank Panin Pekanbaru.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of compesation and working environment to employee performance of PT. Jasa Barutama Perkasa Pekanbaru. This research use compesation and working environment as independent variable, and employee performance as dependent variable. The population of this research are all employees of PT. Jasa Barutama Perkasa Pekanbaru which amounted to 42 respondents and all of them will be used as a sample of this research. Data analysis method in this research is descriptive analysis. The result of using descriptive analysis is the compesation and working environment are affect the performances of employees at PT. Jasa Barutama Perkasa Pekanbaru. This indicates that the two independent variables had a significant effect on the dependent variable.Keywords : Compesation, Working Environment, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to find to determine effect training and leadership on teacher competence of MTs in Selatpanjang, either simultaneously or partially and which variables are the most powerful influence on teacher's competence of MTs in Selat panjang. The method used in this study is a descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The sample was the entire population of teachers of MTs Selatpanjang totaling 42 people with census techniques. The results of the simultaneous regression test (Test-F) showed that all independent variables consisting of leadership training and have a significant impact on teacher competence variables. Partial regression test (t-test) showed that the training variables have the most significant effect on the variables of teacher competence. The magnitude of the effect that (R²) by training and leadership together to variable competence of teachers is 78.5%, while the remaining 21.5% is influenced by other variables that are not observed in this study. Results and discussion of research and concluded that training and leadership simultaneously positive and significant impact on teacher competence MTs Selatpanjang. Demikianpula, training and leadership partially positive and significant impact on teacher competence MTs Selatpanjang. Variables that most strongly to MTs Selatpanjang teacher competence is training.Keywords : Training, Leadership and Competence

Abstract

The population and samples in this study is all employee about 75 people. The data recourses used were primary and secondary data. The data accumulation technique used were taken by doing interview and questionnaire. The method of analysis used were the method of quantitative descritive and multiple regression analysis (simultaneously and partially analysis) with the help of SPSS 17 version. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, simultaneously test showed that motivation (X1) and discipline (X2) had a significant effect on labor performance (Y). The influence of each independent variables on dependent variable could be seen by doing partial test, the results showed that motivation (X1) and discipline (X2) had a significant effect on labor performance (Y). And for that, writer suggested for the company to watch another factors that can influence on labor performance, because the company and the labor are both work partner that needed each other for the welfare of the company.Keywords: motivation, discipline, and labor performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to testing the influence of family and reference group which contains of friendship group, work group, shopping group, consumer-action group, and netizen toward consumer decision on purchasing The Nivea Men Brand in Pekanbaru. The sample of this research are Nivea Men consumers, they are teenager men in Pekanbaru. Sample of this research only consumers that using Garnier Men who purchasing the products with their own money (not present or gift), and consumers that considered mature enough to fill up the questioner (more than 17 years old). Data analysis using SPSS 20 with multiple linear regressions method. The results indicate that not all variable significantly influence on consumer decision to purchase Nivea Men brand in Pekanbaru. Only friendship group variable and consumer-action group variable have significant influence on consumer decision to purchase men’s cosmetic from Nivea Men brand in Pekanbaru.Keywords: family, friendship group, work group, shopping group, consumer-action group, netizen, and consumer purchasing decision.

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Sawit Asahan Indah Kecamatan Rambah Samo Kabupaten Rokan Hulu in order to determine how salvation and Health Effects of Work and Work Discipline either directly or indirectly Employee Productivity part of the production Kecamatan Rambah Samo Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. The sample in this study are 85 employees at PT. Sawit Asahan Indah, with testing data analysis used in this study is a Test Validity, reliability test, Test Classical Assumptions, Methods Msi. Data analysis method used is the method of path analysis or path analysis with the help of statistical package of social science version 20. From the results of the testing that has been done, it is evident that in partial safety & health and discipline of work have a significant influence on the productivity, safety and occupational health and discipline work together to have a significant influence on productivity and workplace safety and health impacts on productivity through labor discipline.So from this study the variables that should be improved productivity go round skills and the ability to use the tools of production employees are effective, the safety and health variables that should be improved is the direction and knowledge of the use of the machines, while the variables that should work discipline in is the increase in the company's adherence to the rules and complete the work on timeKeywords : Productivity, Health and Safety and Work Discipline.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of work motivation variable and work place variable into teachers performance in MTS Pangkalan Kerinci Kabupaten Pelalawan simultaneously and partially. Sample is the smallest part of the population (Umar, 2003:138). To decide the sample, writer conduct a cencus to 63 teachers. data is analyzed descriptively, and quantitatively, using multiple linear regression. writer used SPSS for help. From simultant regression test ( F-test), we can see that work motivation and work place have significant impact to teachers performance. Partial test (t test) shows that work motivation has significant impact partially to teachers performance. while work place partially influence teachers performance.Keywords: work motivation, work place and teachers performance

Abstract

This research was conducted at Hotel Furaya Pekanbaru. Which aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix decisions on the use of services Furaya pekanbaru hotel. Respondents who are consumers staying at hotels Furaya Pekanbaru, as many as 100 people using accidental sampling technique. In analyzing the data, the writer uses descriptive analysis that compares the data with various theories that support and explain or describe nature and use SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 17.00. To see the life style of the marketing mix analysis, the authors use multiple regression formula (multiple regression). It is shown that the variable (X1) products, is greater than t-table means there is a significant influence on consumer decisions. variable (X2) price, less than the t-table means that there is a significant influence on consumer decisions. variable (X3) promotion, greater than t-table means there is a significant influence on consumer decisions. variable (X4) people, is greater than t-table means there is a significant influence on consumer decisions. variable (X5) process, is greater than t-table means there is a significant influence on consumer decisions. variable (X6) customer service is greater than t-table means there is a significant influence on consumer decisions. Based on the research coefficient of multiple determination (R2) 0.3716 magnitude. It shows that the two independent variables, namely the quality of service together have the effect of 37.16% of the consumer decision while the remaining 62.84% are influenced by other variables not examined.Keywords: Marketing Mix, DecisionUse of Services

Abstract

The study was conducted in PT. Sentra Karya Raya Pekanbaru Light which is a general trade contractors. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation and working conditions on employee job satisfaction. The study population was the entire staff of about 63 employees who conducted the census. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 17 for windows. The results showed that compensation and a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. In contrast, although the working conditions had a positive effect but not significant impact on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction of 44.3 % can be explained as the variation that occurs in variable compensation and working conditions. Recommendation that can be given is that management adjusts the amount of receipts in the form of compensation to the employees base salary and incentives in line with the applicable regulations, as well as holding a pension plan and budget for employee recreation. Working conditions by increasing the harmonious relationship between employees and security need to be dikondusifkan back.Keywords : Compensation , Working Conditions and Job Satisfaction
