Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Sinar Siak Dian Permai is located at 31 km East Cross street, District Bandar Sekijang, Pelalawan. The purpose of this study to determine how the workplace environment, work discipline and motivation affect the productivity of employees of PT. Sinar Siak Dian scenic. To find out which factor is the most powerful influence on employee productivity in PT. Sinar Siak Dian Permai. To achieve these objectives the research conducted using a sample of respondents totaled 137 people, using census method. Methods of data analysis using simultaneous test and the partial test. Based on the research results which indicate that there is a significant influence on the work environment, discipline and motivation on employee productivity.Based on the above calculation of the value obtained by the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0534.this suggests that the working environment, discipline and motivation simultaneously provide 46.6% of the effect on labor productivity in the production of PT. Sinar Siak Dian Permai Bandar Sekijang. Recommendations can be submitted is to PT.Sinar Siak Dian Permai that further enhance the work environment, discipline and motivation because these variables affect employee productivity which certainly have an impact on the performance of the employee in carrying out activities in the company.Keywords: work environment, discipline, motivsi and work productivity.

Abstract

This research held in impatient room RSUD Arifin Ahmad Riau Province Pekanbaru in order to analyze the influence of workload, work safety & health and non-psychal work environment to nurses’ work-related stress. Population are all nurses, consist of 69 people, that considering the number limitation so sampling method used is census. Data analyzed by using descriptive and multiple linier regression analysis. Result of this study shows that workload, work safety & health and non-psychal work environment simultenously influence the nurses’ work-related stress. Partially, the more heavier workload becomes, the higher work-related stress will emerge. Meanwhile, the better work safety & health programs implemented and more conducieve the non-psychal work environment becomes, the both factors may reduce the stress level in the work place. Workload becomes the strongest factor that influence stress level in work place compared to the effect of work safety & health and non-psychal work environment. It is recommended to conduct a proportional workload analysis, effectizing the work safety & health program and harmonizing all aspects in non psychal work environment so that the stress level may be optimally organized.Keywords: Workload, Work Safety & Health, Non Psychal Work Environment and Work-related Stress

Abstract

This research aim to know how influence Organizational Culture variable and Work Environment by simultan and partial to the Employees job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 1 Dumai. In this research use total sampling technic, where all of populations to be a sample used. There are 51 people’s as a sample from the total people’s of populations. This research used primary datas, where are data knows by interview and quistioner. The used analyze in this research is descriptive analyze, and then also used quantitative analyze with the make by SPSS program version 18. From the result examination double linear regresion analyze, which have been simultan test (test F) indicated that Organizational Culture and Work Environment variable have been significant effect to the employees Job Satisfaction. Result of partial test (test T), indicating that Organizational Culture and Work Environment variable have been significant effect to the employees Job Satisfaction. From the double linear regresion make a result is work environment more dominant from Organizational Culture variable to the employees job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 1 Dumai.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Environment and Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Human resources is a factor that is planned, moving, and oversee all activities of the company. Given the importance of human resources, each company must have tried to get a qualified and productive employees to run the company. This study aims to analyze the performance of employees Pangeran Pekanbaru. In this penlitian used random sampling, the sampling technique and deliberately randomized study. Data were collected using a questionnaire method is to provide a list of questions or questionnaires directly to the respondents. The data analysis in this study using the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression through SPSS 20. The results showed that the performance of the variable reward positive effect with a coefficient of 0.493 and a positive effect on the variable performance capabilities with a coefficient of 0.269. Variable rewards on intrinsic motivation positively berpenaruh with variable coefficients of 0.510 and a positive effect on the ability of intrinsic motivation with a coefficient of 0.350. And on the other hand, the relationship between intrinsic motivation is also a positive effect on employee performance with a coefficient of 0.584. Employee performance can be increased along with the increase in the reward given by the company and the capabilities of employees, as well as intrinsic motivation.Keywords : Reward, Ability, Intrinsic Motivation, Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, Discipline, Education and Training on Productivity and Factory Employees at PT. Duta Palma Nusantara In Baserah Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. And to know which is the most dominant factor influential Against Employee Productivity Perkebunan Wanna Jingga Pada PT. Duta Palma Nusantara di Baserah Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi The population in this study were all employees of Perkebunan Wanna Jingga Pada PT. Duta Palma Nusantara, totaling 175 people. In the sampling, the author uses simple random sampling method, a total of 64 people. In this study, the data obtained will be processed by multiple linear regression model (multiple regression). Regression method can be used to show how the independent variables affect the dependent variable. From the research, the first hypothesis testing results show that the effect on Work Productivity discipline. The results of the two compensation effect hypothesis Against Employee Productivity. The results of testing the third hypothesis influential education and training Against Employee Productivity Perkebunan Wanna Jingga Pada PT. Duta Palma Nusantara di Baserah Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. The most dominant and influential factors Against Employee Productivity Orange Factory and Plantation Want In Perkebunan Wanna Jingga Pada PT. Abstract

This research conducted in PT. Jasaraharja Putera branch Pekanbaru in order to analyze the effect of job experience and performance assessment on employee’s career development. Both primary or secondary data used in this study, in which those datas are collected by using questioner. Population consist of entire employees. Sample technique by cencus is used consist of 41 employees. Job experience and performance assessment used as independent, while career development is dependent variable. Data analyzed by using descriptive and multiple linier regression analysis assisted by SPSS 17 for windows. This study reveals that job experience and performance assessment influence significantly, either simultaneously or partially, on employee’s career development. Performance assessment gives stronger effect to career development than the effect given by job experience. This research urges some recommendation to management in order to enhance the experience quality by delivering training, job rotation and adjust competence and intention along with the job position. Performance assessment need to be enhanced by conducting workload analysis, implementing a consistence sanction and sending employees into motivational seminars.Keywords: Job Experience, Performance Asessment and Career Development

Abstract

The objectives of this research is to analyze how the influence of the price of Crude Palm Oil (CPO), inflation rate, exchange rate and the level of sales volume of palm oil (CPO) to the stock price on plantations producing palm oil (CPO) which is listed on the Stock effect of Indonesia in 2008-2012, the results of this study are expected to contribute in addition to researchers, practitioners and also the investors in helping them to determine the decision whether to sell, buy or hold their shares with respect to changes in the price the stock of palm oil plantations caused by changes in the price of Crude Palm Oil (CPO), inflation rate, exchange rate and selling rate of palm oil. The data used is the publication of the Annual Report of each issuer and publication of the results of statistical IDX da also BI in 2008 until 2012. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling with certain criteria. Obtained a total sample of 11 Producing Oil Palm Plantation Company (CPO) which is listed on the Stock Exchange during the period of observation is 2008-2012 The analysis technique used is multiple regression equation least squares fitted with the classical assumption of normality, multicollinearity, and autocorrelation heterocedasticity to get the model linear estimation is not biased. The hypothesis was tested using t-statistics to test the significance of the partial regression coefficients at 95 % level of significance. From the test results, there are two independent variables that have an influence on the stock price on plantations producing palm oil (CPO) are: Price CPO and Sales Volume, while the other two independent variables, namely inflation and the exchange rate has no significant effect on the stock price on plantations producing palm oil (CPO) which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year 2008-2012.Keywords: Crude Palm Oil (CPO), inflation, exchange rate and sales volume.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the variables influence Recruitment and Training either simultaneously or partially on employee performance in PT Samudra Oceaneering Batam.In this study there were 51 samples of the total number of employees located in Batam PT Samudra Oceaneering totaling 103 people. The analysis used in this study is the method of multiple linear regression analysis. By using SPSS version 18.From the test results of multiple linear regression analysis, known simultaneous test results (Test F) that the variables simultaneously Recruitment and Training significant effect on performance. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis of the results showed that the variable recruitment of more dominant effect on the variable to variable Performance Training. The results of the partial test (Test T) note that the variable Recruitment and Training Influential significantly to performance, and training variables also have a significant effect on performanceKeywords: Recruitment, Training and Employee Performance

Abstract

The study was conducted at the Nusalima Hospital Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the influence of Leadership and Supervition or partially on Paramedics’s employee morale at the Nusalima Hospital Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all full-time paramedics at the Nusalima Hospital Pekanbaru, amounting to 45 people. The entire members of the study population were taken as respondents, so that the sampling method of analysis used in this study is the method of multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 19. The result of this study indicate that both variables, Leadership and Supervition, simultaneously give significant effect on paramedics’s employee morale. Partially it shows that Leadership variables significantly influence Paramedics’s Employee Morale. It can be concluded that Leadership and Supervition variables simultaneously and partially have positive and significant impact on Paramedics’s Employee Morale at Nusalima Hospital Pekanbaru.Keywords: Leadership , Supervition and Employee Morale

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of partial and simultaneous variables of Influence of Organizational Culture and Discipline Work on Employee Performance Parts Sales at PT. Altrak 78 Branch Pekanbaru .In this study consisted of three variables: the one dependent variable and two independent variables. These variables are Employee Performance (Y), Organizational Culture (X1) Discipline Work (X2). Subjects in this study were employees of PT. Altrak 78 Branch Pekanbaru as 75 people. While the sample is taken as many as 43 people were taken randomly. Sampling by using Slovin (Husein Umar, 2004). Analysis of the data used is by using descriptive and quantitative methods. The results showed that the culture of the organization and discipline of working together have a significant and positive effect on employee performance of sales at PT. Altrak 78 Branch Pekanbaru. This study concluded that the better the culture of the organization and discipline of work jointly applied to the sales employee at PT. Altrak 78 Branch Pekanbaru performance will be better (Setiawan and Waridin 2006).Keywords: Organizational Culture, Discipline Work, Employee Performance
