Abstract

This research was conducted at SMK Nurul Falah Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study to obtain valid and reliable information about: a) the effect of compensation on the performance of teachers of SMK Nurul Falah Pekanbaru, b) the effect on the performance of teachers recruitment SMK Nurul Falah Pekanbaru c) the effect of compensation on job satisfaction of vocational teachers Nurul Falah Pekanbaru, d) the effect of recruitment on job satisfaction of vocational teachers Nurul Falah Pekanbaru, e) the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of the vocational teacher Nurul Falah Pekanbaru. The results showed that a) There is a compensation effect on the performance of teachers of SMK Nurul Falah Pekanbaru, b) There is a recruitment effect on the performance of teachers of SMK Nurul Falah Pekanbaru, c) There is a compensation effect on job satisfaction of vocational teachers Nurul Falah Pekanbaru, d) influences of recruitment to job satisfaction of vocational teachers Nurul Falah Pekanbaru, e) There is the influence of job satisfaction on the performance of the vocational teacher Nurul Falah Pekanbaru.Keywords: Compensation, Recruitment, Job Satisfaction, Achievement.

Abstract

The study was conducted at PT. PutriMidai Kampar district, with the aim to determine the effect of the Working Environment and Human Factor either simultantaneously or partially on Occupational Accidents employees at PT. PutriMidai Kampar District. Population of 112 persons and the number of samples is as many as 52 people. Which is based on the method of slovin. As an independent variable is this study is the Working Environment and Human Factors and the dependent variable is the accident While the data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression with thwhwlp of SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science ) Version 18. Based on the results of the F test is known that the Working Environment and Human Factors simultaneously significant effect on Work Accidents employees. While based on the results of the t test is known that the Working Environment and Human Factors partially significant effect on accidents of employees at PT. PutriMidai Kampar District. Based on the test results obtained by the value of the coefficient of determination R square in research, then this value will be changed to the shape percent. This means that the percentage contribution of variables influene the Work Environment and Human Factor on Employees’ Accident at PT. PutriMidai Kampar district as much as 62.3%, while the remaining 37.7% influenced by variables not examined in this study. Recommendation that researchers can ask for the company so that the company can make some improvesments to the aspects of the accident. Due to achieve the objectives of the company itself is a way to prevent accidents at work.Keywords : Accident, Environment And Human Factors

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Arara Abadi Merawang District village of Teluk Meranti Young Island Pelalawan. The samples in this study is numbered as many as 31 people. The analytical tool used was a questionnaire. the regression test Partially that each independent variables studied (Financial compensation and organizational climate) have an influence on the dependent variable (performance of employees). While the simultaneous regression test showed that the independent variables studied (financial compensation and climate organization) has a significant effect on the dependent variable (performance of employees). The magnitude of the effect caused by the two independent variables namely 51.4% while the remaining 48.6% influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the testing that has been done, the t-test showed that each of the independent variables studied (financial compensation and climate organization) has a significant effect on the dependent variable (performance of employees). The dominant variable affecting the performance of employees at PT. Arara Abadi Merawang District Young Island village of Teluk Meranti Pelalawan is financial compensation where the value of the t-counted the highest compared with other independent variablesKeywords: Financial Compensation, Organizational Climate and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of good corporate governance and the influence of financial distress index on the performance of companies in the manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the period 2009-2012 amounted to 140 companies. The company manufactures a sample of 35 companies. Analysis of research on the use is to use multiple linear regression equation with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). Based on t test showed that partial no significant difference between the financial distress of the Company's Performance in Manufacturing company. Based on t test showed that partially a significant difference between GCG on Firm Performance in Manufacturing company. Based on the coefficient of determination (R 2) for 0193.This suggests that financial distress and corporate governance at 19:30% effect on the Company's PerformanceKeywords: Financial Distress, GCG and Company Performance.

Abstract

The research was conducted on SMA N 1Kampar and SMAN 2 Kuok in order to determine the influence of interpersonal relationships and work environment on job satisfaction of teachers. The samples in this study were as many as 105 teachers consisting of 75 teachers in SMA N 1 Kampar and 30 teachers at SMAN 2 Kuok. The analytical tool used was a questionnaire. Simultaneous regression (F test) showed that the independent variables studied (interpersonal relationships and work environment) jointly (simultaneously) have a significant effect on the dependent variable (job satisfaction). The magnitude of the effect that (R2) by the two independent variables is the same bersmaa-28.2% of the dependent variable, while the remaining 77.20% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Partial regression test (t test) showed that interpersonal relationships and work environment has a significant effect on the dependent variable (job satisfaction). Dominant variable affecting job satisfaction in SMA N 1 Kampar and SMAN 2 Kuok is the interpersonal relationship where tcounted value of the highest compared with the other independent variables.Keywords: Interpersonal Relations, Work Environment and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The study was conducted at PT. Puskopkar Riau Pekanbaru, with the aim to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment eithersimultaneously or partially on Employee Performance in PT. Puskopkar RiauPekanbaru. This study is a correlational study to examine the relationship between variables. The sample in this study is an employee of PT. Puskopkar Riau Pekanbaru as many as 58 people, and the data of this research is primary data derived from the questionnaire. Methods of collecting quantitative data using descriptive methods, and analysis of data using multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 17. As an independent variable in this study is Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment and the dependent variable was Employee Performance. Based on the results of the F test is known that Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment simultaneously significant effect on employee performance. While based on the results of the t test is known that Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment partially significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Puskopkar Riau Pekanbaru. Based on the test results obtained by the value of the coefficient of determination R Sguare in research, then this value will be changed to the shape percent. This means that the percentage contribution of the effect of variable Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance in PT. Pekanbaru Riau Puskopkar 60.6%, while the remaining 39.4% influenced by variables not examined in this study.Keywords: Performance, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the variables influence supervision and work environment simultaneously or partially on employee performance marketing PT.IndofoodSuksesMakmur TBK, in Pekanbaru. As for the population in this study is part of a marketing employee PT.IndofoodSuksesMakmur TBK, in Pekanbaru which amounted to 79 people and populations sampled in this study by using the method of census of all employees. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, as it also uses the quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 18:00. From the results of testing that has been done, simultan regression test (F-test) showed that the supervision and work environment simultan significant effect on employee performance marketing PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur TBK, in Pekanbaru. Partial Test Results (t test) showed that the control variable positive and significant effect on performance, as well as the marketing department employee working environment variable partial positive and significant effect on employee performance marketing.Keywords: Monitoring, Work Environment and Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of Influence Quality of working life, job satisfaction and employee commitment to Performance aganizational Citizenship Behavior as an intervening variable in PT. Crumb Rubber Industry and Trade Pekanbaru in 2009 to 2013. Random sampling method is used to determine our samplengs. Of the 365 field employees, 108 employees were taken as samples. For the analysis of this data using network analysis / path analisisbe. T-test, F-test, and determine coefficient were used to test our hypotheses. The results of this research show that each dependent variable; quality of work life, job satisfaction, employee commitment is significant positive effect on performance. Assessed in relation to the dependent variable, it directly influences the dependent variable (quality of work life, job satisfaction, employee commitment) greater employee on the performance of the indirect effect through intervening variables (organizational citizenship behavior). And the quality of working life is a variable that has the most significant effect on the comparison of direct and indirect influence on performance.Keywords: Quality of work life, job satisfaction, employee commitment, organizational citizenship behavior, employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the optimal amount of the purchase of raw materials, amount of safety stock, reorder point, and the total inventory cost for the year 2009-2013 in Pabrik Mie Musbar Pekanbaru. The basic method applied in this research is descriptive analysis. Research location named Pabrik Mie Musbar PekanbaruLocation of the study determined intentionally (purposive) at Pabrik Mie Musbar considering that Pabrik Mie Musbar is a factory producing noodles are made from wheat flour, which Pabrik Mie Musbar should be able to determine how much flour are ordered so that the cost of capital is not exhausted in the purchase of flour wheat alone. The use of the method Economic Order Quantity can determine the optimal quantity and frequency of ordering raw materials flour so that the inventory cost can be more efficient.Based on the calculations, that the purchase of raw materials wheat flour according to the EOQ method for years 2009-2013 is greater than the policy of the company and the quantity of flour purchase an average of the years 2009-2013 amounted to 987,3956 sack. Safety stock average for the period 2009-2013 amounted to 69,067 sacks. During the years 2009-2013 Pabrik Mie Musbar not apply any reorder point, while the average of reorder point according to the EOQ method of 94,06668 sack. The total cost of raw material inventories during the year 2009-2013 according to the EOQ method is smaller than the policy of the company and the total cost of inventory on average in 2009-2013 amounted to Rp 410.948,3272. From the research that has been done shows that the inventory control flour in Pabrik Mie Musbar during years 2009-2013 is inefficient.Keywords: Purchasing, Safety Stock, Reorder Point and Total Inventor Cost
