Abstract

This research aims to determine how the variabel influence Leadership and Work Environment either simultan eously or partially on Employee Morale at Sidomulyo Health Center Pekanbaru. In this research use total sampling technic, where all of population to be a sample used. There are 51 people’s as a sample from the total people’s of population. The used analyze in this research is qualitative and quantitative with the make by SPSS program version 17. The results of this research idicate that the variabel of Leadership and Work Environment positive effect and significant on Employee Morale at Sidomulyo health center Pekanbaru. Leadership variable have an indirect effect on Employee Morale through Work Environment.Keywords: Leadership, Work Environment, and Employee Morale

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the perceived quality/Brand Perceived Quality (BPQ) ice cream Barcelona in Pekanbaru The population in this study is that consumers who live in the city of Pekanbaru and never consume ice cream Barcelona. Minimum of respondents who used the respondents was 96.04, the number of respondents in this study used is rounded to 100 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is the Importance Performance Analysis or analysis of perceived quality / Brand Perceived Quality (BPQ). Based on the results of the study of consumer perceptions of products Ice Cream Barcelona in Pekanbaru is low this can be seen from each of the respondents is not biased to meet consumer expectations of what is expected by the consumer. The variable that has the greatest degree of satisfaction is Benefit then packaging, followed by Product and Warranty.Keywords: Perceived Quality Brand

Abstract

This study aims to know the analysis of direct and indirect effect in financing decision and retained earnings mediated by the investment opportunity set to the value of the company at the company LQ-45 listed the Indonesian Stock Exchange in period of the 2009-2013. There were 45 companies in this study that become the population LQ-45 and the sample consisting of 22 companies with the number N of data as much as 110. The sampling technique is based porposive sampling. Analysis of the data use descriptive analysis and path analysis. The result of this study indicates that financing decision effects significantly to investment opportunity set directly, retained earnings influences significantly to investment opportunity set directly, financing decision influence significantly to the value of the company directly, retained earnings effect insignificantly on firm value directly, Investment opportunity set effects significantly to firm value directly. It means that investment opportunity set is capable of mediating the relationship between financing decision and retained earnings to firm value.Keywords: financing decision, retained earnings, investment opportunity set and firm value

Abstract

This study aims to know the effect of institutional ownership directly and indirectly, asset growth and profitability mediated by the dividend policy to firm value in the LQ-45 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2009-2013.There were 45 companies in this study that become the population LQ-45 and the sample consisting of 20 companies with the number N of data as much as 100. The sampling technique is based porposive sampling. Analysis of the data use descriptive analysis and path analysis. The founding indicates that institutional ownership has no significant effect on dividend policy directly, asset growth does not effect significant to the direct dividend policy, the profitability brings significant effect to firm value directly, institutional ownership has no significant effect on firm value directly. In addition, Asset growth does not significantly influence to the value of the company directly, profitability effects significantly to the value of the company directly and then dividend policy effects significantly to the firm value directly. This means that the dividend policy is only able to mediate the relationship between profitability on firm value.Keywords: institutional ownership, asset growth, profitability, dividend policy and firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyzed the extent of the effect of compensation, work environment and supervision of morale on PT.Tirta Sari Surya Rengat.While the techniques of data analysis in this study the authors used quantitative descriptive method with the help of SPSS (statistical package of social science). Based on the results of data analysis known that compensation, work environment and supervision significant effect on employeed morale in the production of PT. Tirta Sari Surya Rengat. The third independent variable is the dominant influencedeither partially nor simultaneously on employee morale at PT. Tirta Sari Surya Rengat.Based on these results the authors suggest for the company to pay attention to the success of compensation as wages / salaries, incentives, benefits, social security, leave, and give rewards to employees who are competent, and able to create a comfortable working atmosphere. Other contributing factors to be aware of the company is working environment such as working environment, cleanliness of the workplace, tools memadahi work equipment, the atmosphere of the work area, as well as oversight of the work such as setting a standard size work, measuring the implementation of activities, benchmarking implementation of the standard deviation analysis and taking corrective action so that employees are more eager to run the job in order to realized a positive productivity PT.Tirta Sari Surya Rengat.Keywords: Compensation, Work Environment, Supervisionand, morale employee

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of partial and simultaneous variable service quality and price on customer satisfaction levels Five Star Hotels in Pekanbaru. The study was conducted on December 1, 2013 until May 10, 2014 in the city of Pekanbaru Riau.Di province in this study consisted of five variables: the dependent variable and four independent variables. These variables are the Customer Satisfaction (Y), Interaction Quality (X1) Physical Environment Quality (X2) Outcomes Quality (X3) Price (X4). The study was conducted using a sample of 100 people. studies using random sampling techniques. In terms of data analysis, research using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 20.0. Known quality of service and price positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction Five Star Hotels Pekanbaru either simultaneously or partially. The variables are the dominant influence on the Five Star Customer Satisfaction Pekanbaru is the variable quality of the Physical Environment. So the consumer needs for quality interaction, physical environment quality, quality and quality results at an affordable price can increase customer satisfaction Pekanbaru. Abstract

This research was conducted in the Village of New Intersection Panam Pekanbaru. to find out how much WTP paid household garbage and how much garbage levy comparison of government and that there is a large field and know the elasticity of variables that influence WTP household waste in Simpang New Village Housing Panam Pekanbaru. In this study, the population is the entire group perumnas the levy garbage collected by the Department of Health Village New Intersection Panam Pekanbaru. Total population sample drawn as many as 368 and as many as 45 or 12% of the population, data analysis methods used in this research is quantitative descriptive. Simultaneous testing (F test) showed that income, education and number of family members together significantly influence WTP of household waste in the Village of New Simpang Panam. With 19.750 F count value is greater than the value of the F table 3,200. Based on the results of the calculation are known R2 value of 0.561 means that income, education and number of family members simultaneously affecting WTP of household waste by 56.10%, while 43.90% are influenced by other factors not analyzed. WTP households in Housing New Simpang village Panam larger than the existing levies and charges specified field by PERDA. The elasticity of income independent variable changes (X1) was 0.78, meaning that if income (X1) increased by 1% then willingnes To Pay (WTP) will increase by 0.78%.Keywords: WTP, Income, Education, Number of Family Members

Abstract

This research is done conducted by in Sub-Province Pestle of Singingi as a mean to know factors influencing unemployment storey;level exist in Sub-Province Pestle of Singingi. Data used is data of time series in the form of data of skunder with duration 10 year of year 2003-2012.Uji analysis the used is doubled linear regression by using statistical test of persial test with degree of confidence 95%. To test F in measure with test R² and also by using beta test. Result of research obtain;get conclusion of persial of wage rate variable of minimum (X₁) having an effect on signiflcance to unemployment level. And level of PDRB ( X₂) and also mount opportunity of job/activity (X₃) by persial have an effect on do not significance to unemployment level. biggest variable its influence to unemployment level is Sub-Province minimum wage rate and is smallest of its influence is variable mount opportunity of jobactivity. Abstract

This research was conducted at the University of Riau in order to determine the effect of family structure (intact family and disrupted family) toward compulsive buying in students at University of Riau with family stressors as a mediate variable. The populations in this research were 140 students at the University of Riau which consisted of 82 students from intact families (intact family) and 58 students from families who experience problems (disrupted family). To perform the analysis used different test, there are; One Way ANOVA, Path Analysis (Path analysis) and linear regression. From the analysis, we can concludes that students at University of Riau from families with impaired (disrupted family) tend to be compulsive buying behavior than students of University of Riau who come from intact families (intact family). In the University of Riau, female students has a greater tendency to be a compulsive buyer than the male students. There are no difference compulsive buying Riau University students who come from families who experience problems (disrupted family) such as divorce, death and separation. Family stressors mediate the effect of family structure toward compulsive buying on students of University of Riau.
