Abstract

The purpose of this research is to inflation, ihsg, tingkat suku bunga take the influence risk mutual fund companies stock price in Bapepam-LK on 2009-2012. Sampling this researce are quantified by using purposive sampling method and the criterias spesifically based only on 36 companies.Hypothesises in this researce are tested by using analysis. From the result, inflation have significant influences risk mutual fund, ihsg, and tingkat suku bunga didn’t give either significant and positive influence to risk mual fund, R square in this research show on 0.325 which mean that the variation of risk mutual fund can be explained inflation, ihsg, tingkat suku bunga in amount of 32.5% while the remaining influence is determined by another variable outside this research.Keywords: risk mutual fund, inflation, ihsg , risk free rate

Abstract

Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Kampar, which was established by Regulation Kampar District Regional Level II No. 02 of 1990 dated April 13, 1990 which authorized the governor of the Province of Riau with decision No. 02 of 1993, has the goal to serve the public interest in the field of provision of clean water in Kampar. While the function of the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Kampar is to seek the provision of clean water for the needs of people in Kampar. In an effort to improve employee performance PDAM Tirta Kampar, it would require a driving factor that can stimulate the spirit of the work in order to achieve company goals. The research was done in PDAM Tirta. While the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and effectiveness of communication to employee performance at PDAM Tirta Kampar. The analysis model is a linear analysis with independent variables that leadership style and effectiveness of communication and the dependent variable is the performance of employees. While the number of respondents in this study were 61 respondents and sampling using census techniques. Based on the results of this study concluded that the variables of leadership style and effectiveness of communication has a significant influence either partially or simultaneously to employee performance PDAM Tirta Kampar. Test the correlation coefficient (R) independent variable on the dependent variable 0.931, which means there is a very strong relationship closeness while the test coefficient of determination (R2) of the independent variables on the dependent variable is 86.6%, while the remaining 13.4% influenced by other variables.Keywords: Performance, Style Leadership, Communication Effectiveness

Abstract

This research was conducted in the Perum Pengadaian Kanwil Pekanbaru is addressed at Jalan Sudirman 455 Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of education on morale and job satisfaction To determine the effect on employee morale at the Perum Pengadaian Kantor wilayah Pekanbaru. Population by Arikunto (2003: 129) defined as whole research subjects. While the sample part of the population that reflects all the characteristics possessed by the whole population. The population in question in this study were all employees Perum Pengadaian Kanwil Pekanbaru numbering as many as 103 people, and 51 of them sample. Hypothesis testing is done by t test and F test. Based on the research and discussion it is known that employee morale Perum Pengadaian Kanwil Pekanbaru has been good if the note of the work, absenteeism, employee turnover, employee demands, comfort in work and so forth. So also with the training program and the level of employee satisfaction. There is a significant effect of the training variables and job satisfaction on employee morale at the Perum Pengadaian Kanwil Pekanbaru either partially or simultaneously. There is a high contribution of variable training and job satisfaction on employee morale at the Perum Pengadaian Kanwil Pekanbaru which is seen from the coefficient of determination. There is a strong positive relationship anatara training variables and job satisfaction with employees' Perum Pengadaian Kanwil Pekanbaru which is evident from the correlation coefficient.Keywords: Morale, Education and Training, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to knowing the effect of employee empowerment and organization culture on commitment organization employee of Furaya Hotel Pekanbaru with motivation as intervening variable. In this research consist of two dependent variables and two independent variables. These variables are commitment organization (Y2), Motivation (Y1), Employee Empowerment (X1) and Organization Culture (X1). The research used 124 respondents as samples whom taken from 11 department of Furaya Hotel Pekanbaru. The research used descriptive method which gave questionnaire to respondents. From analyze data used path analyze with SPSS (Service for Product and Statistic Solution). The result of the research show that partially employee empowerment (X1) with value t hitung 3,510 , organization culture (X2) with value t hitung 7,783 positively and significantly took effect to commitment organization (Y1). Partially also concluded that motivation (Y1) with value t hitung 2,814 took effect positively and significantly to commitment organization (Y2). The effect of employee empowerment to commitment organization through motivation is 7,161. The effect of organization culture to commitment organization through motivation is 8,932. So that concluded employee empowerment (X1) and organization culture (X2) took effect positively and significantly to commitment organization (Y2) of Furaya Hotel Pekanbaru employee through motivation (Y1) as intervening variable.   Keywords: commitment organization, motivation, employee empowerment, organizational culture.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas which have address of Kecamatan Pucuk Rantau Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Amount of sampel in this research was counted 90 people or totalize the overall of population. Intake of sampel relied on census method. As the result of calculation of band analysis known that no influence which was signifikan between leadership to employees productivity, while internal conflict have an effect on to work productivity.As the result of indirect influence analysis of leadership to work productivity through internal conflict have influence of signifikan to work productivity at PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas Kecamatan Pucuk Rantau Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Equally leadership of its influence strength will be more work productivity through processing of internal conflict.As the result of calculation of coefficient of determinasi, obtained by value of R Square equal to 0.243, hence that contribution influence of independent variable to variable of dependen equal to 24.3 %. While the rest 74,7 % influenced by other variable which do not be packed into model of regresi.Keywords: Work Productivity, Leadership, Internal Conflict

Abstract

This research aim to know how influence Leadership variable And Discipline by simultan and parsial of paramedic performance at RSUD Pemkab. Kuantan Singingi. Population in this research is counted 160 people from all doctor and nurse at RSUD Pemkab. Kuantan Singingi. Used data by analysis is descriptive, despitefully also use quantitative analysis that is using double linier regresi constructively SPSS version program 17. From result of examination wich have been simultan regresi tsest (uji-F) indicate that Leadership And Discipline by simultan have been effect on signifikan to paramedic performance. Result of test parsial (Test t) indicating that leadership by parsial have an effect on signifikan to paramedic performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the variables influence Organizational Commitment and Employee Competency simultaneously and partially to UPT. Protection of Food Crops and Horticulture Department of Provincial Riau. There was the sample in this study were 68 employees. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, as it also uses quantitative analysis of multiple linear analysis with SPSS version 17. Abstract

In order to test the effect of multiple linear regression test was used. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of each each independent variable on the dependent variable partially and simultaneously. Furthermore, to determine among the three independent variables in this study, which is the most dominant In order to test the effect of multiple linear regression test was used. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of each each independent variable on the dependent variable partially and simultaneously. Furthermore, to determine among the three independent variables in this study, which is the most dominant influence dependent variable. Effect of operating profit (X1), free cash flow (X2) and capital structure (X3) partially on the company's dividend policy outomative ie 0.000000008202 for operating profit, 0.00000000002353 for 5208 free cash flow and capital structure, the constant value of 25 350. Determinant coefficient (R2) showed 0334. As a suggestion in this study (1) for potential investors before investing should seek out the company profile because it involves the performance of the company. (2) Investors should pay attention to operating profit and capital structure of the company who have a significant effect on dividend policy. Abstract

This research means to map collegers' perceptions of brand handphone, which handphone brand is Blackberry, Nokia, Samsung, and iPhone. In this research, researchers used a variable of product attributes, there are product design, product specifications, product pricing, product warranties, and image quality. This research used a non-probability sampling, is the purposive sampling. The number of samples in this research a total of 120 samples were obtained from the theory of Roscoe. This research uses an analytical tool in the form of correspondence analysis and analysis of preferences, which is processed with SPSS version 20. From the analysis of the correspondence there are three perceptual maps, each of which illustrates a comparison of brands, comparison of attributes, and the comparison brand and attribute the Cartesian diagram. Further analysis of preference to see the most superior brands of handphones on each attribute.Keywords: perceptual map, attribute product, correspondence analysis

Abstract

This research was conducted on the production department employees at PT. Bukit Sembilan Kampar Regency with the aim to analyze the influence of work atmosphere variables and skills of employees of the production department at PT. Bukit Sembilan Kampar Regency. Sampling was done by the slovin method 73 samples were selected as respondents by using stratified random sampling in the division. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative methods, data analysis carried out partially and simultaneously (multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 21.0). The results of simultaneous testing (F test), indicating that all independent variables studied have a significant effect on employee performance variables. Partial regression test (t test) showed that more skill variables significantly influence the performance of the production department employees at PT. Bukit Sembilan Kampar Regency. The magnitude of the effect caused by these two variables together against the dependent variable of 29.8 %, this means that the work atmosphere and skill of variables jointly affect employee performance variables with a percentage of 29.8 %. While 70.2 %, influenced by other factors that do not participate in this study.Keywords: Work atmosphere, Skills and Employee performance
