Abstract

This study held in Pekanbaru in order to analyze consumer’s attitude on product attributes of China celuller. Population are China celuller users in Pekanbaru. Sampling technique accidental sampling is done using the number of respondests 96 people. Data analyzed by using Fishbein Multi Attribute Analysis. This study reveals that most respondents have a negative attitude towards China celuller attributes. The three most positive attitude come from design, packaging and brand. Meanwhile, the three most negative ones are label, features and quality. It is recommended to provide a more clear and comprehenable language in manual instruction book, internally installing additional features to the handset, enhancing the LED and battery quality, expanding internal memory capacity and informing the term and conditions in external application process.Keywords: Attitude, Product Attributes, and Believe

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment to performance through discipline employees working at PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk Pekanbaru. This study using 98 samples. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis method is a way to test variables, regression test, and the last test path analysis or path analysis.From the results of testing that has been done, the effect obtained directly between job satisfaction variables affect the performance by 0.184, which means 18.4% of the variable performance is influenced by variables of job satisfaction, organizational commitment to employee performance effect of 0.192 which means that 19.2% of employee performance influenced by organizational commitment. For the variable of job satisfaction on work discipline effect of 0.404, which means 40.4% of employee performance is affected by organizational commitment. For the indirect effect is the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance through the discipline of work to get the 0.192. The influence of organizational commitment to performance through the discipline of work to get the results for 0.201, which means an indirect influence between organizational commitment to performance through disciplined work affects 20.1%.Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Discipline of Work and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effect of the advertising fee which consists of; the cost of print advertising, radio broadcasting costs, the cost of brochures / booklets and sales promotion which consists of; the cost of monthly exhibitions as well as a raffle coupon to sales volume PT. Agung Automall located Soetomo streets of Pekanbaru. In this study consists of five independent variables consisting of print ads (X1), radio (X2), brochures and booklets (X3), the cost of monthly exhibitions (X4), the cost of lottery tickets (X5) and the dependent variable sales volume (Y ). This study uses data analysis using multiple linear regression (multiple regression) with SPSS (Statistic Services For Product and Solution) Version 17.0 These results indicate that the advertising and sales promotion variables simultaneously (test f) significant positive effect on the volume of sales at PT. Agung Automall Soetomo Pekanbaru, while (t test) in partial print ads, radio, brochures / booklets, monthly exhibitions as well as lottery tickets, just print ads and promotional monthly significant effect on the volume of sales at PT. Agung Automall Soetomo Pekanbaru. Adusjted (R2) square of the model influence the cost of advertising and sales promotion expenses to sales volume in PT. Agung Automall Soetomo Pekanbaru by sixtyone point eight percent. Abstract

The research was conducted in the Office of Surveillance and Customs and Excise Type Madya B Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine how the Influence of Individual Characteristics, Interpersonal Communication and Professionalism either simultaneously or partially on Employee Job Satisfaction in the Office of Surveillance and Customs and Excise Type Madya B Pekanbaru. This study is a population. The number of samples in this study were 81 respondents. The method of analysis used in this study is the method of regression analysis using SPSS version 17.00. Based on the testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test (F test) showed that the independent variables studied (Individual Characteristics, Interpersonal Communication and Professionalism) together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on the dependent variable (Employee Job Satisfaction). The magnitude of the effect that (R2) by three independent variables is jointly against the dependent variable 74%, while the remaining 26% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The result of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that each of the independent variables studied (Individual Characteristics, Interpersonal Communication and Professionalism) had a significant effect on the dependent variable (Employee Job Satisfaction).Keywords: individual characteristics, interpersonal communication, professionalism and job satisfaction

Abstract

This study was conducted at PT . Priatama Riau Gardens Rupat with the aim of analyzing the influence of the work environment variables and employee safety & health ( k3 ) , the job satisfaction of employees at PT . Riau Priatama Rupat Gardens . Population is staying employees to 116 people. Sampling was conducted using census or sample saturated 54 people made as a sample of respondents , the analysis method used is descriptive quantitative methods , data analysis carried out simultaneously and partial ( multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 19.0 ) . From the results of simultaneous testing (Test F), shows that all the independent variables studied had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction variables . Partial regression test (t test ) showed that the variables lingkungankerja (X1)and employee safety & health ( X2) is more significant effect on job satisfaction of employees(Y) at PT. Priatama RiauKebun Rupat. The magnitude of the effect caused by these three variables together against the dependent variable of this means that the variable work environment and occupational health & safety of employees (k3), jointly influencing employee satisfaction with variable percentage of. While , affected by other factors that did not participate in this study. Thus, it can be concluded that the work environment variables and employee safety & health ( k3 ) simultaneously and partially positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Priatama RiauKebun Rupat . Abstract

This research carried qut on a beautiful PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk in Perawang. The study aims to determine how the influence of stress and discipline simultananeously or partial on employee produktivity PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk supporting the wonderful in Perawang. As for the population in the study are the employees who work in a beautiful PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk in Perawang which amounted to 51 people. The analysis is descritive analysis. As it also uses multiple linear regression method with the help of SPSS (Statistical Package of Social Science) version 20.The results of tests performed simultaneous regression test or test f indicates that stress and discipline significant effect on employee productivity supporting. Partial test results t test results showed that the stress variables partially significant effect on employee productifity supporting. And variable discipline partially significant effect on productivity. Of the independent variables is known that stress has a dominant influence on employee productivity supporting.Keywords: Stress, Discipline, and Employee Productivity.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of organizational culture on discipline Tribune reporter Pekanbaru, to analyze the influence of organizational culture on productivity Tribune reporter Pekanbaru, and to analyze the effect on productivity discipline Tribune reporter Pekanbaru. The population in this study are all Tribune reporter that the 36 journalists plus 25 freelance journalists. So the sample size determined as 61 respondents. Thus, the entire population sampled with a sampling technique census conducted. To perform data analysis, data processing is done using path analysis (path analysis) using PASW statistics 18.0 for windows. Discipline is positioned as a moderating variable that connects between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The method is an extension of path analysis used multiple linear regression to estimate the causal relationship between the bariabel in the research model that builds on a strong theoretical foundation. The results reveal that it can be seen that the influence of organizational culture on discipline peneiltian obtained results that the organizational culture does not significantly influence the discipline of journalists at the newspaper stands pekanbaru. Means Hypothesis 1 was rejected. The influence of organizational culture on productivity journalist obtained the results that organizational culture significantly influence productivity tribune newspaper reporter in Pekanbaru. Means Hypothesis 2 is accepted. Organizational culture should especially for journalists who always worked outside the office can create a high level of honesty that news provided better quality. Honesty in the sense of actually looking for news and all the news that is deemed worthy of publication, to be published. Do not be influenced by the material in the form of bribery that the news is not published. Reporter further enhanced productivity by providing education and training to journalists in the form of journalistic training, especially for new reporters for news and more news writing quality and socially acceptable.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Discipline and Productivity

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the effect Supervision, Work Environment, the discipline of the Occupational Health Safety (K3) Employee at PT. Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Perawang Variable in this study is the supervision, work environment, discipline and Occupational Health Safety (K3) while the population is all employees at PT. Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Perawang totaling 1280 people. In the sampling, theauthor uses simple random sampling method, a total of 93 people. In this study, the data obtained will be processed by multiple linear regression model (multiple regression). Regression method can be used to show how the independent variables affect the dependent variable. From the research together have influence with the dependent variable. This means that control variables, the working environment and significant effect on the discipline of occupational safety and health of employees of PT. Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Perawang. Monitoring the results of testing variables by t test showed surveillance, working environment and significant effect on the discipline of occupational safety and health of employees of PT.
