Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect caused by the variable leadership and supervision of the work discipline variable.In this study, the authors took a sample of 85 respondents. The method of analysis used in this study is the method of multiple regression analysis, partial regression, simultaneous test, the coefficient of determination, validity and reliability, and the classic assumption test (test for normality, heteroscedasticity test, and test Multicollinearity). With SPSS version 17.0.From the results of testing that has been done, t test results in partial leadership significant effect on employee work discipline PT. Karya Satria Abadi Pekanbaru, while partial supervision significant effect on labor discipline. F test results obtained from the F table value of 3.11 with a probability value (sig) = 0.00. Because the sig <0.05 then the decision is accepted Ha. Results of statistical test calculations show that the calculation results of statistical tests showed Ha accepted and Ho rejected. This means that leadership and supervision together (simultaneous) effect on employee work discipline PT. Karya Satria Abadi Pekanbaru. Based on the obtained test determination coefficient R square value of 0.398 means that R2 is approach to 1. This means that the greater the ability of the independent variable (X) describes the change in the dependent variable (Y) or in other words the variables affecting leadership and supervision of the work discipline of 39.8% while the remaining 60.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.Keywords: Leadership, Supervision, and Work Discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the variables influence service quality, pricing policy towards customer satisfaction and loyalty simultaneously or partially on international futsal field services pekanbaru. This study uses the technique of accidental sampling method sampling conducted by coincidence. To determine the number of samples using Slovin formula, and obtained a sample of 96 people from a total population of 2268 people. This study uses primary data, where the data obtained through interviews and questionnaires. The method used is the analysis of the path (path analysis) with SPSS version 16. Simultaneous regression (F test) showed that the independent variables (quality of service and pricing policies) simultaneously have significant effect on the dependent variable (satisfaction and loyalty. Magnitude of the effect that (R2) by these two independent variables together amounted to 85% of the dependent variable, while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Results of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that service quality contributes significantly to customer satisfaction, price contributes significantly to customer satisfaction , quality of service is directly contributed significantly to customer loyalty, price directly contributes significantly to customer loyalty, service quality, price and customer satisfaction simultaneously and significantly contribute to customer loyalty at 84.4%.Keywords: Quality of Service, Price Policy, Satisfaction, Quality of Customer

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Bank Central Asia (BCA) Finance Branch Pekanbaru in order to know how leadership and incentive can affect simultaneous and partially to employee’s working spirit at PT. Bank Central Asia (BCA) Finance branch Pekanbaru and also to find out how leadership can indirectly influence employee’s working spirit through incentive given at PT. Bank Central Asia (BCA) Finance Branch Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all the employees at PT. Bank Central Asia (BCA) Finance Branch Pekanbaru, with 46 respondents for the sample. The sampling method used is census and the testing method of data quality using validity and reliability test, the classical assumption test, the MSI method, and the method of path analysis using SPSS version 20. The final test results, stating that the former leadership and incentive contribute simultaneously and significantly to the working spirit of employee. Leadership and incentive affect partially on employee’s working spirit. Leadership affect indirectly in employee’s working spirit through incentive. From this research, we can see that employee’s spirit as variables must be improved to give satisfaction for the employees. When talking about leadership as variables, leader must pay more attention for the employees, and the last, in incentive variables, giving incentive would be better if depends on working quality and quantity of the employees.Keywords: Working Spirit, Leadership, Incentive

Abstract

The purpose of this research to determine the difference abnormal return and liquidity of shares before and after the announcement of the dividend on the company group LQ-45 period February to July 2013. This research was conducted by using a population that LQ-45 period from February to July 2013 with a sample of 43 companies that conduct is declared in the period 2009-20012 in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). While the analysis tool used is One sample T-test and paired sample t-test. From the results of the testing that has been done, it is evident that in the aggregate showed that there was no significant difference between the abnormal returns before and after the dividend announcement. Likewise, trading volume activity showed that no significant difference between the average abnormal volume before and the average abnormal volume after announcement.Keywords: Dividen annoucement, Average Abnormal Return, Average trading volume activity

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine empirically the effect of the inflation rate, debt to equity ratio, the liquidity of the bond, and the bond rating of the ield of corporate bonds and relationship between the independent variables on the dependent variable. The sample was the company that issued corporate bonds from 2009 until the end of 2012 were listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange Samples were selected using purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 30 companies. Hypothesis testing was performed using multiple regression analysis. The research proves that the bond ratings affect the yield to maturity, while the rate of inflation, debt to equity ratio, the liquidity of bonds and bond rating has no effect on bond yields. Thus, investing in bonds Bondholder need to pay attention to bond ratings.Keywords: Inflation, debt to equity ratio, the liquidity of bonds, bond ratings, yield corporate bonds.

Abstract

This study was carried out on sub-district office employees Sungai Mandau in the village of Muara Kelantan jl. H. Abdurrahman. This study aims to determine how the Effect of Leadership and supervision either simultaneously or partially to discipline employees working at the district office Sungai Mandau Siak. The population in this study were employees of the district office Sungai Mandau Siak district, amounting to 32 people. While the overall sample of the population in this study, the method of analysis used is descriptive quantitative method by using SPSS version 18. From the results of testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test (F test) showed that the leadership and supervision of simultaneous positive and significant effect on labor discipline. The results of the partial regression test (t test) showed that the variables Leadership and Supervision in partial positive and significant impact on employee discipline variable.Keywords: Leadership, supervision and discipline of work

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Graphic Media Riau Pekanbaru address at JalanH. Imam Munandar No. 383 Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation, motivation and supervision of employee morale at PT. Graphic Media Riau Pekanbaru and to examine the effect of compensation, motivation and supervision together on employee morale at PT. Graphic Media Riau Pekanbaru. To achieve these objectives the research carried out by using the sample of 82 people, using Census. Metodeanalisis simultanan test data using partial test. Based on the research results showing that there is a significant effect on compensation, motivation and supervision of employee morale. Based on the above calculation of the value obtained by the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0664. this suggests that the compensation, motivation and supervision simultaneously giving the effect of 66.4% of the employee morale at PT. Graphic Media Riau Pekanbaru. Recommendations that can be submitted is the motivation variable expected with this research the company will pay more attention to the aspects of provision of wages in accordance with the minimum wage Pekanbaru, the guarantee of safety and security in the work, a comfortable work space conditions, the status of the employees who work are clear and demand accountability for what is done because in this indicator would affect the morale of employees in improving their work.Keywords: Compensation, Motivation, Supervision and Morale

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and transfer positions to job satisfaction of employees at Kanwil II PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees who have promotions and transfers in 2013 as many as 74 people, and for the determination of the sample used census method so that the entire population sampled in this study. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 18.00. The results showed that the variable promotion has significant impact on employee job satisfaction, whereas mutation variable has no significant effect on job satisfaction of employees in Kanwil II PT. Abstract

The study was conducted at Tama PT.KaryaBaktiMulia Kampar District, with the aim to determine the effect of leadership and supervision either simultaneously or partially on work discipline employees at Tama PT.KaryaBaktiMulia Kampar district.Population of 110 persons and the number of samples is as many as 52 people. Which is based on the method of slovin. As an independent variable in this study is the leadership and supervision and the dependent variable is the discipline of work. While the data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 18. Based on the results of the F test is known that the leadership and supervision simultaneously significant effect on employee discipline. While based on the results of the t test is known that the leadership and supervision of partially significant effect on employee discipline. Based on the test results obtained by the determination coefficient R Square value in the study, then this value will be changed to the shape percent. This means that the percentage contribution of variables influence the leadership and oversight of the work discipline of employees at Tama PT.KaryaBaktiMulia Kampar district. The recommendation that the authors propose for the company should be stressed sanctions and penalties should be more aware pimpinanan character, the nature of leadership should supervise its employees and workers to live more dispilin employees and employee performance will be better later.Keywords: work discipline, leadership, supervision

Abstract

This study is to find out the impact of environment and motivation to employee productivity in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Kebun Inti Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar in partially and simultanously. The research population are all employee fror production division of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Kebun Inti Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar for amount of 259 peoples. To determine the sample’s amount is use the Slovin formula. Samples were 157 people, taken by the cluster sampling method while to determine sample is use purposive sampling. To analyze the data are use multiple regression model. According to the study, environment and motivation are simultanously have a significant effect to the emloyee productivity of PTPN Kebun Inti Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar. To improve the employee productivity, the management have to take a more interrest to the implementation og motivation and environment. Environtment and motivation partially has a significant effect to the employee productivity at Kebun Inti Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar. Motivation has a dominant  effect to productivity than the environment.  Keyword : Environment, Motivation, Productivity
