Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe organizational development in improving the performance of the apparatus at the Kendari state prosecutor's office, this study uses descriptive qualitative methods to 11 informants determined by snowball sampling technique, data analysis techniques consist of data collection, data reduction, presentation data, drawing conclusions/verification, the data obtained were analyzed qualitatively and described in descriptive form.  The results of this study indicate that organizational development in improving the performance of the apparatus at the Kendari State Attorney (Kejari) has been very good, this can be seen from human resources, namely in its development. has been implemented with standard operating procedures so that employee performance has been quite good, the response and behavior has been very good, this can be seen in several cases handling processes that are in accordance with what has been determined by the Prosecutor's Office. flexible, accountable, and reliable behavior, organizational behavior is also very good and organizational structure but the performance of the apparatus at the Kendari District Attorney has not been effective as a whole, this can be seen in the implementation of tasks that are already quite good but in terms of work quality, quantity work and responsibilities still need to be improved regarding the quality of work that needs to be improved again, one of which is in terms of the process of resolving or handling cases, the quantity of work also needs to be increased in the process of accuracy in carrying out tasks so that mistakes or errors do not occur again, and for responsibility need to be improved again because employees especially in the field of coaching have a small number of employees so that the responsibilities given may not necessarily be carried out properly because the shortage of staff has not run effectively as a whole.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the development of state civil servants in the Southeast Sulawesi Province Civil Service and Human Resources Development Agency to identify and describe the performance of civil servants in the Southeast Sulawesi Province Civil Service and Human Resources Development Agency. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive research method, with data collection techniques carried out by using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Development of State Civil Apparatus Resources in the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of Southeast Sulawesi Province has improved, it can be seen that education to occupy positions in organizations is given to him to advance to a higher and better level and training. what has been done has helped employees understand practical knowledge and its application, And the performance of State Civil Service Employees is enough to carry out their work well because Civil Servants can serve the community well, but are friendly, but sometimes there are employees who do not understand their work and also the timeliness or discipline where there are still employees who come late and even a leader rarely comes to the office.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training on the work productivity of PT. Bank Danamon Cabang Kendari. The population in this study were employees of PT. Bank Danamon Cabang Kendari, as many as 30 people. The sample in this study was determined by a census sample where the sampling method was if all of the sample population was 30 employees. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The results in this study indicate that training from the dimensions of 1) training objectives, 2) training participants, 3) training materials, 4) training methods, has a significant effect on work productivity. Then based on the results of the analysis of the effect of training on the work productivity of PT. Bank Danamon Cabang Kendari, shows that the effect of training is 66% and the remaining 34% is caused by other variables outside of this study. Then the dimensions of employee training at PT. Bank Danamon Cabang Kendari which provides the highest reflection on work productivity is the dimension of training objectives. While the dimensions of employee training at PT. Bank Danamon Cabang Kendari, which provides the lowest reflection on work productivity is the quality dimension.

Abstract

The research objektives are (1) to find out the mechanism of how the archival arrangement system supports administrative order at the SMP Negeri 1 taliabu Laut Barat North Maluku Province, while the dimensions of the archive arrangement system studied include (a) archive organization, (b) systems and procedures file filing, (c) the classification pattern of the archives used, (d) the equipment used, (e) archive storage, (f) borrowing and recovering archives, to (2) to determine the orderly implementation of administration at the SMP Negeri 1 Taliabu Northwest, North Maluku Province. The results show that the archival arrangement system at SMP Negeri 1 Taliabu,  Northwest Maluku Province, is seen from the dimensions: archival organization, system and procedures for filing archives, archival classification patterns used, equipment used, archive storage, borrowing and re-discovering archives, archiving archives. The majority of informants said that in the process of storing, structuring and re-discovering archivest, it was  still not carried out properly, due to the lack of human resources in the implementation of archival storage with a qualification, so that archive storage had not been implemented optimally. Thus, it can be concluded that the archive management system at the SMP Negeri 1 Taliabu Laut Barat is still very minimal and there are no administrative employees with archiving undergraduate qualifications.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of management functions in the student field in improving the performance of the administrative staff of SMPN 12 Kendari and to determine the performance of the administrative staff of SMPN 12 Kendari in the student field. The method used is descriptive qualitative research method by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the student management function in improving the performance of the administrative staff of SMPN 12 Kendari starting from the planning, organizing and mobilizing functions had been carried out well. In the planning function, there is the preparation of student programs, one of which is the admission program for new students, by determining in advance who, when, where to implement it by paying attention to available sources and supported by adequate infrastructure and conducting training and socialization first. Furthermore, the organizing function is to divide the schedule and tasks for each employee. In the function of driving the principal to motivate employees in completing tasks. However, the supervisory function is still not optimal where there is still a lack of employee work discipline. Furthermore, the performance of the administrative staff of SMP Negeri 12 Kendari in terms of quantity and quality is good, where employees pay attention to aspects of accuracy and neatness. However, the punctuality aspect still needs to be improved because there is still a lack of employee work discipline, there are still employees who come late and add work holidays.

Abstract

The research is aimed to know the behavior of Bureaucracy In Improving Quality of Care Public on Office Lurah Kambu, District of Kambu City Kendari. Informants in penelitian it is numbered 6 people consisting of informants keys numbered 1 as Lurah Kambu city of Kendari, informant main numbered 1 as Sekertari Lurah, informants both amounted to 2 people as employees / staff k antor Lurah Kambu informant three numbered 2 people as a community that Have Problems ministry 2. The data obtained from the study is a good form of primary data and the data of secondary will be analyzed by descriptive qualitative. Results of the study is to show the behavior of the bureaucracy in the Improvement of the quality of service of the Public maintain and improved in giving out the behavior of the bureaucracy in the service of the public to the public so that the service remains running effectively, matter is seen from the quality of service of the public who are already giving out the services that the maximum and produce a quality of service that is effective. In the quality of service for Public Office Lurah Kambu , District of Kambu City K endari relatively quite good, things have proved of the five principles of service.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of service in the management of SIM C and what factors affect the quality of service at the Kendari City Police Traffic Unit. The sources of this research, the study determined 6 (six) informants consisting of Deputy Chief of Police, Operations Section, Resources Section , General Section, and 2 (two) Service Users. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the service quality of employees at the Kendari City Satlantas Police Office in carrying out SIM management services as a whole had been implemented well. The stages of service are not too complicated, so that people can take care of their SIM quickly and easily. However, there are still some things that need to be addressed, such as increasing the competence of SIM management officers and facilities that support service quality. While the factors that affect the quality of service at the Sarlantas Polres Kendari City, such as internal factors which include the motivation and work ethic of service officers that have been implemented properly, this is realized by friendly service and the community is treated well. While external factors, there are several problems, namely the number of officers who are still lacking, causing a lack of efficiency in services and facilities such as hardware that is prone to errors, this of course has a huge impact on the quality of services provided.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the Efforts to Improve the Ability of Human Resources in Supporting the Work Effectiveness of Employees at the Dangia Sub-District Office, East Kolaka Regency. This type of research is qualitative research with data collection techniques using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The informants in this study amounted to 5 (five) employees consisting of the Dangia Sub-District Head, the District Secretary, Chief of Section for Government and Public Services, Chief of Section for Community and Village Empowerment, Chief of Section for Development of Peace and Public Order, and a staff of 1 (one) person. The data analysis technique in this research is using the qualitative descriptive analysis technique of the Lexy J method. The results of this study indicate that the Efforts to Increase Human Resource Capability carried out in the Dangia District Office environment are not going well where through the improvement of employee education there is no at all, while for training it has been carried out quite well where there are already several employees who have attended the training but that happened in 2017 alone, it is different with the Head of Dangia Sub-district who every year participates in the training. This of course will support the effectiveness of employees at the Dangia Sub-District Office. Furthermore, the work effectiveness of employees at the Dangia Sub-District Office is partly good even though the education and training of employees is still lacking, this can be seen from the ability to adapt to employees, employee performance, and employee job satisfaction which are carried out well by employees at the Dangia District Office, East Kolaka Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the coordination between the BNN and the Police in Preventing the Illicit Trafficking of Narcotics and the Factors Affecting the Coordination of the National Narcotics Agency with the Resort Police in Preventing the Illicit Trafficking of Narcotics in Kendari City. This type of research is qualitative descriptive with 7 people selected according to purposive sampling. Sources of data in this research are primary and secondary data, which were collected through observation, interviews and documentation.The results of this research indicate that the Internal Coordination Form, BNN and Polres in preventing illicit narcotics trafficking in Kendari City are said to have carried out their obligations as responsible officers by providing data and information to each institution. The form of External Coordination between BNN and Polres is communication and providing information between each other so that in the division of tasks it is considered that there are no obstacles but there are several factors that affect BNN coordination with the Resort Police, including unity of action, communication, division of labor, and discipline due to lack of awareness apparatus in their duties and responsibilities so that there is still overlap between the BNN and the Polres.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Joint Business Group in improving the welfare of the Community in the Lapandewa sub-district, South Buton Regency The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive research with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation techniques.The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the Joint Business Group program in improving community welfare in Lapandewa District, South Buton Regency is still not effective. this can be seen from the three indicators of effectiveness which include program socialization, counseling on business skills to KUBE recipient communities as well as, assistance to established programs that have not been implemented properly, and indicators of community welfare which include income level, education level and health level are still not implemented properly. Therefore, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the Joint business group in improving welfare is still not well implemented in Lapandewa District, South Buton Regency.
