Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang peran perilaku, iklim dan budaya organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan lembaga pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitianv ini adalahv kajian pustakav yang berisiv teori teoriv relevan mengenaiv masalah-masalah yang adav dalamv penelitian. Kajian ini menemukan beberapa fakta, antara lain sebagai berikut: Setiap lembaga pendidikan memiliki iklim dan budaya tersendiri yang menjadi ciri khas dari sebuah lembaga atau organisasi. Iklim dan budaya ini dapat membedakan antara masing-masing organisasi dengan organisasi terkait. Organisasi iklim adalah struktur dasar, kondisi kerja, dan karakteristik karyawan dari organisasi mana pun. Sedangkan Budaya organisasi adalah kumpulan kepercayaan dan rasa hormat yang dimiliki bersama oleh semua anggota organisasi. Iklim dan budaya organisasi sangat penting dalam sebuah lembaga atau instansi, agar dapat membentuk sikap, nilai dan pola perilaku seseorang, sehingga para anggota dapat bekerja sama dengan baik untuk dapat mencapai tujuan organisasi. Dalam kajian ini, disebutkan bahwa perilaku, iklim dan organisasi sebagai penentu kemajuan dari suatu lembaga atau organisasi. Namun, jika ketiga komponen ini lemah, maka akan terjadi penurunan kinerja dan sukar bagi perusahaan atau lembaga mencapai tujuannya.

Abstract

The management function in educational institutions plays an important role in the world of education to realize various ideas, ideas, work programs, and other activities aimed at advancing education to improve and develop the quality of educators in multiple competencies. So that it can improve the overall quality of educational staff in an educational institution. In this discussion, the researcher uses qualitative research methods as support in his research based on a literature review known as a Literature Review. This approach can clarify and simplify the presentation of the research subject. The data sources were obtained from journals, articles, and writings related to management functions in educational institutions which were accessed via Mendeley.com, the Publish or Perish application, and Google Scholar. Thus, the results of the management analysis implemented in educational institutions show that a leader can improve by implementing the POAC principles (Planning, Organizing, Implementing, and Controlling) well.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an understanding of the theory of the goal path leadership model or goal path, and the characteristics of goal path leadership that can motivate employee performance. This research uses qualitative methods and a literature study approach. The data collected is in the form of literature documentation on; 1). Definition of Leadership; 2). Leadership characteristics of the goal path; 3). Application of Goal Path Leadership. This research found that Leadership is a skill and ability that can direct, foster, train, and prohibit, people from working together to achieve group goals effectively and efficiently. Path goal leadership is a leadership style that has two main functions, namely providing clarity of goals and providing support and attention to subordinates, which has the impact of motivating subordinates. Goal leadership has four leadership characteristics, namely, directive leadership, supportive leadership, participatory leadership, and achievement-oriented leadership). This theory can also be applied to a leader choosing actions in diverse situations and dealing with them effectively.
