Abstract

This research aims to analyze the superior commodities of catch fisheries subsector in Central Bangka Regency. The method that was used in this research is descriptive method. The analysis approach which were used are Location Quotient (LQ), Shift Share analysis (SSA), and Typology Klassen (TK). Based on the results of the research, the catch fisheries subsector in Central Bangka Regency is a potential and non base subsector, but growing faster in The Province of Bangka Belitung Islands. Based on the results of the analysis of LQ, SSA and TK acquired the superior commodities of catch fisheries in Central Bangka Regency consists of 11 commodities seen from production (tonnes) and value of the production (Rp). These types of fish are  mullet, black-barred halfbeak, indian mackerel, scad fish, smallfin gulper shark, smalltooth sand tiger, dorab wolf-herring, tonguesole fish, sharpnose hammer croaker, crabs, and swimming crabs. Based on the results of this research recommended to continue to maintain the conditions of the fishing ground for the 9 types of fish caught, keep the fishing trip so that production is maintained for regional income and increasing the welfare of fishermen in Central Bangka Regency.

Abstract

The East Bogor District Government implemented an accelerated stunting handling program to reduce stunting. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing the acceleration program for handling stunting in the East Bogor Regency. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires given to respondents. The collected data was analyzed using the Weight Mean Score (WMS) method to calculate the average score of respondents. The research results show that the program accelerates treatment stunting in East Bogor District, Bogor City, which is very good. The dimensions of communication, resources, attitude of implementers, bureaucratic structure, and provision of PMT and MPASI show an average score of 87%, included in the perfect criteria. In the PMT and MPASI dimensions, the average score reached 90%, indicating the program's success in terms of PMT and MPASI. These results show that the East Bogor District Government firmly understands the importance of appointing bureaucrats/program implementers, providing work motivation incentives, and responding well to statutory regulations. This research can be a basis for developing and improving treatment programs that are more effective in the East Bogor District and contribute to efforts to overcome problems in the region.

Abstract

The issue of poverty in Indonesia is in the spotlight, and it is immensely difficult to resolve. the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, through the Ministry of Social Affairs, has several social programs to solve poverty, one of which is the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT). However, in implementing this program there are still several obstacles, one of which is a lack of community outreach. The purpose of this study is to determine the efficacy of the BPNT program implementation in Caringin District, Bogor Regency. n which the research data is presented according to actual events and then analyzed descriptively. The data collection techniques used interviews and documentation. According to the study's findings, implementing the Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) program in Caringin District, Bogor Regency, is considered quite well implemented and effective. This assessment is based on effectiveness indicators by the theory put forward by Sutrisno (2016: 125-126). Some factors influence the effectiveness of this program's implementation, specifically the indicators of goal achievement, which can be seen in the Achievement of Goal indicators and the Real Change indicators. The indicators of understanding the program, being on target, and being on time are the factors impeding the effectiveness of this program's implementation.

Abstract

A leader's behavior can significantly impact civil servant performance because improving civil servant performance depends on a leader's expertise. This research aims to determine the influence of leadership on civil servant performance. This research was conducted at the Bogor Regency BPN office. The research methods used are descriptive and associative with a quantitative approach. The sample determination technique uses random sampling based on the Slovin formula to obtain a sample size of 135 respondents from a total population of 204. The data collection technique is based on observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The method for analyzing research data applies the Weight Mean Score formula, then continues to use hypothesis testing, namely the t-test and termination coefficient. The research results show that leadership has a significant influence on civil servant performance. Based on the t-test, it is known that the significance value is 0.000<0.05, and the calculated t-value of 4.407 is greater than the t-table value of 1.978. The level of influence of leadership variables on civil servant performance is 44.8%, and other factors influence other percentages. In the leadership variable, the highest dimension in income, the average score is in the achievement-oriented indicator in work with an average score of 4.2, and the lowest dimension is in the directive, supportive, and participative indicator with an average score of 4 with suitable criteria. Meanwhile, the highest dimension of the civil servant performance variable is the quality of work dimension, with an average score of 4.2; it proves that the quality of employee performance at the BPN Office is good, and the lowest dimension is the dimension of work knowledge and creativity, with an average score of 4 with suitable criteria.

Abstract

Tourism has great potential to improve the economy, create jobs, and support the development of various regions. However, improper tourism management can cause problems such as environmental degradation, excessive tourism and unequal economic benefits. Therefore, it is essential that collaborative-based tourism management can be effective in developing sustainable tourism. This research aims to identify collaborative-based tourism governance research in tourism development. The output of this research is to provide recommendations for a collaborative-based tourism governance model to impact tourism development in the Tenjolaya sub-district, Bogor Regency. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with 28 informants from the sub-district government and the Tenjolaya tourism awareness group. After the data was collected using data collection techniques through observation, interviews, field notes, analytical memos, and document elicitation, the researcher continued the analysis of the data obtained and then confirmed it using data validity techniques. The research results show that tourism governance in Tenjolaya has implemented collaborative governance even though it is still local, so every indicator still needs to be optimally fulfilled using the good tourism governance model and the public-private partnership model. Thus, tourism governance in Tenjolaya must focus on good tourism collaboration so that tourism goals in Tenjolaya can be achieved based on fulfilling indicators that support good tourism governance, good tourism development and good tourism sustainability.

Abstract

Communication is an important aspect in carrying out daily activities, the development of communication in the era of the 21st century has seen rapid development, a rapid development revolution in digital. This development was followed by the rapid growth of internet users, as seen by the number of internet users increasing rapidly Total Population (population): 7.83 billion Unique Mobile Users: 5.22 billion (66.6% of the world's population), Internet Users: 4 .66 billion (59.5% of the world's population), Active Social Media Users: 4.20 billion (53.6% of the world's population). With the background of conflict between online and direct traders, researchers were interested in taking the title Digital Marketing Communication Style. From this number, the researcher took the aim of finding out effective communication styles. This research uses qualitative data by analyzing samples. The aim of this research is to find out the model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas layanan pendidikan untuk anak usia 3-6 tahun melalui program sekolah penggerak di biMBA AIUEO, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pindidikan. Penelitian ini membahas tentang kualitas layanan pendidikan bagi anak usia 3-6 tahun melalui implementasi program sekolah penggerak di biMBA AIUEO. Penelitian ini akan mengkaji bagaimana program ini berperan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan usia dini dan bagaimana layanan tersebut memengaruhi pengalaman pendidikan anak serta kepercayaan orang tua terhadap program ini. Melalui analisis mendalam terhadap program sekolah penggerak di biMBA AIUEO, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan tentang upaya meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan bagi anak usia dini serta implikasi pentingnya terhadap pendidikan generasi mendatang. Dalam Studi penelitian ini, menggunakan pengumpulan data deskriptif kualitatif. Temuan dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan strategi pendidikan yang lebih baik untuk anak usia dini.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, transformasi digital terhadap pelayanan publik perlu dilakukan. Inovasi online pada pelayanan pemungutan pajak bumi dan bangunan memudahkan masyarakat untuk mendapatkan sppt dalam bentuk elektronik. Akan tetapi, masyarakat yang lanjut usia atau belum melek teknologi memiliki kendala dalam mengakses aplikasi atau website e-sppt. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi inovasi pelayanan pajak bumi dan bangunan berbasis online dan cara mengatasi hambatan-hambatan yang dialami. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisa data menggunakan model Miles and Huberman, serta dalam keabsahan data dinyatakan valid apabila tidak terdapat perbedaan antara tulisan dengan kenyataan di lokasi penelitian. Teori penelitian menggunakan teori atribut inovasi menurut Rogers dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan a) penerapan e-sppt memberikan keuntungan kepada masyarakat dalam mengunduh dan memiliki arsip dokumen tahun sebelumnya, b) terdapat kesesuaian terhadap inovasi sebelumnya, c) kerumitan dirasakan oleh masyarakat lansia, d) telah dilakukan uji coba selama dua tahun masa transisi, e) penggunaan tampilannya mudah diamati. Dalam mengatasi masalah, disediakannya petugas untuk membantu masyarakat yang kebingungan dan memberikan alternatif untuk menggunakan mobil keliling layanan pajak.

Abstract

Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) merupakan suatu identitas usaha yang digunakan oleh pelaku usaha guna mendapatkan perizinan usaha, izin komersial, dan operasional. Namun, masih banyak pelaku UMKM yang belum memliki NIB karena kurangnya pengetahuan terkait pentingnya izin usaha, tahapan dalam pembuatan NIB, dan ketakutan akan disalah gunakannya data pribadi. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini untuk memberikan pengetahuan juga pendampingan dalam pembuatan NIB. Metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian ini menggunakan deskriptif dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap observasi, sosialisasi, pendampingan dan pemberian pre-test post-test. Hasil Pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa sebelum dilakukannya sosialisasi, tingkat pengetahuan pelaku UMKM masih dikatakan rendah, namun setelah dilaksanakannya sosialisasi terkait pentingnya memiliki NIB diketahui bahwa para pelaku UMKM sudah mengetahui pentingnya NIB ditunjukan dengan adanya peningkatan yang tinggi. Hal tersebut diukur dengan indikator pengetahuan NIB meningkat sebanyak 33.3%. Pengetahuan mekanisme pembuatan NIB meningkat sebanyak 33.3 %. Ketersedian dibuatkannya NIB meningkat sebanyak 100% dan terfasilitasi meingkat 100%. Adapun dampak dari kegiatan ini dapat membantu UMKM mencapai legitimasi usaha dan meningkatkan kualitas usahanya yang pada akhirnya dapat berdampak positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat.

Abstract

Dalam lembaga pemerintahan, faktor-faktor seperti manajemen organisasi, teknologi, dan perubahan lingkungan budaya kerja memiliki peran krusial dalam mencapai tujuan bersama. Pentingnya pengembangan organisasi tidak hanya terkait dengan pencapaian tujuan, melainkan juga dengan pembangunan tata kelola pemerintahan yang efektif dan kinerja pegawai yang efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan organisasi untuk meningkatkan efektifitas kinerja pegawai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis data yaitu dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa keberhasilan Kecamatan Citeureup dalam menerapkan strategi pengembangan organisasi. Strategi tersebut melibatkan tujuan yang terfokus pada kesejajaran dengan peraturan dan visi-misi, kesadaran lingkungan melalui program tata ruang, pengarahan yang jelas dengan motivasi dan reward, tindakan responsif terhadap permasalahan pelayanan, serta program pembelajaran yang terfokus. Keseluruhan, implementasi strategi ini telah efektif meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja pegawai dan mencapai tujuan organisasi. Dampak daripada penelitian ini yaitu agar meningkatnya efektivitas kinerja pegawai yang belum bisa bekerja secara efektif dan efisien.
