Abstract

Sistem pakar adalah suatu sistem yang dikembangkan dengan meniru cara berpikir seorang pakar/ahli. Sisten ini awalnya dikembangkan khususnya dalam bidang kedokteran, tetapi saat ini sudah dikembangkan pada bidang-bidang lainnya seperti teknik sipil, teknik industri dan lain-lainnya. Sistem pengendali berbasis logika fuzzy pada hakekatnya adalah sistem pakar waktu-nyata (real-time expert system) yang memanfaatkan logika fuzzy untuk memanipulasi variabel-variabel kualitatif. Aplikasi yang menggunakan logika fuzzy, selalu identik dengan pengenalian fuzzy. Walaupun sebenarnya aplikasi itu tergolong dalam klasifikasi fuzzy atau diagnosis fuzzy. Dibidang aplikasi fuzzy, tidak hanya terdapat sistem kendali fuzzy, melainkan juga ada klasifikasi fuzzy dan diagnosis fuzzy. Jadi sistem fuzzy pada keadaan riil, mempunyai ragam metode dan strategi pengembangan yang dapat diterapkan pada masalah-masalah kendali saat ini.Kata Kunci: Sistem Pakar, Logika Fuzzy, Sistem Kendali Fuzzy, Klasifikasi Fuzzy,                  Diagnosis Fuzzy

Abstract

Segmentasi citra terhadap citra buah mangga merupakan proses yang ditujukan untuk mendapatkan objek-objek yang terkandung di dalam citra buah mangga atau membagi citra buah mangga ke dalam beberapa daerah dengan setiap objek atau daerah yang memiliki kemiripan aribut, seperti bentuk, warna dan ukuran. Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana mendapatkan objek-objek yang terkandung dalam buah mangga dan bagaimana mengkalkulasi derivative (slope) dari sebuah citra buah mangga dalam semua arah. Tujuan dari segmentasi citra ini untuk memilah buah mangga berdasarkan ukuran dengan menggunakan aplikasi matlab.Segmentasi citra juga biasa dilakukan sebagai langkah awal untuk melaksanakan klasifikasi objek.Setelah segmentasi citra dilaksanakan, fitur yang terdapat pada objek buah mangga diambil.Fitur objek buah mangga dapat berupa perbandingan lebar dan panjang objek, warna rata-rata objek, atau bahkan tektur pada objek buah mangga.Selanjutnya melalui klasifikasi, jenis objek buah mangga ukuran super dapat ditentukan. Teknik segmentasi citra didasarkan pada dua property dasar nilai aras keabuan: ketidaksinambungan dan kesamaan antar piksel. Pada bentuk pertama, pemisahan citra buah mangga didasarkan pada perubahan mendadak pada aras keabuan, yaitu dengan pendekatan deteksi garis (line detection) dan deteksi tepi (edge detection) pada citra buah mangga. Cara kedua didasarkan pada kesamaan antar piksel buah mangga dalam suatu area. Buah mangga super dengan rasa manis dapat dideteksi tepinya dengan tepat presesinya bila menggunakan algoritma operator modified sobel (GPU & Sis) dengan nilai magnitude sebesar 5.24833e+06 dan kecepatan waktu proses selama 8 detik serta panjang citra mangga sebesar: 15.0 Cm dan tebal citra mangga sebesar 5.5 Cm.Kata Kunci: segmentasi citra, klasifikasi citra, deteksi garis, deteksi tepi, kesamaan antar piksel

Abstract

Water is the most important part of the agricultural system that cannot be replaced by other media, the problem is that on agricultural land with a limited amount of water this water must be divided equally by all farmers. Often there are disputes between farmers over fighting for water. In the traditional irrigation system, there is generally someone appointed by the residents to manage irrigation in the fields. This officer will open the lid of the irrigation system by hoeing the rice fields and waiting for the water to fill the rice fields to a predetermined limit. But there are frequent water thefts by residents who can't wait to queue. This study aims to design an automatic control device for water flow in rice fields that can make it easier to provide water to the rice fields. The design of the system begins with the use of an Arduino Uno microcontroller, as a system controller, a servo motor to open and close the floodgates, NodeMCU for communication with Telegram and a water level to set a water volume level limit in a rice field can be formulated by measuring the area of land multiplied by the water level. Officers can provide instructions via Telegram installed on the smartphone, so opening and closing the floodgates can be done remotely. With this system, it can help officers and farmers to manage the water supply schedule without having to go to the fields to open rice fields and wait for the water to reach its maximum limit. This system works well if it is supported by a good irrigation network infrastructure

Abstract

Manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah memanfaatkan baterai dengan rangkaian joule thief sehingga masa pakai baterai itu bisa lebih lama dan bisa menjadi alternative sistem penerangan secara mandiri. Baterai merupakan salah satu tempat untuk menyimpan energi listrik, baterai ini pada umumnya jika sudah mendekati tegangan yang minimal, maka umumnya tidak dapat digunakan. Jika baterai tersebut tergolong baterai yang dapat di “cas” ulang, maka dapat digunakan kembali. Baterai terutama tipe LTO 18650 dapat diisi kembali, baterai ini mempunyai tegangan yang cukup antara 3,7-3,9 volt. Tetapi satu buah baterai tersebut tidak dapat untuk menyalakan lampu LED dengan tegangan 220v. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan menerapkan rangkaian Joule thief untuk penerangan dengan baterai sebagai sumber daya secara mandiri. Sebuah sirkut joule thief dapat digunakan menyalakan sebuah lampu LED dengan tegangan 220v selama beberapa jam. Rangkaian joule thief dengan sebuah baterai LTO 18650 dapat menyalakan lampu LED 5 watt selama 4 jam. Rangkaian joule thief terdiri satu buah transformator atau toroida. Salah satu rangkaian listrik untuk menaikan atau melipat gandakan tegangan dengan memanfaatkan sistem kerja dari induktor. Induktor dapat menyimpan energi dalam bentuk medan magnet yang ditimbulkan dari arus listrik yang melewatinya. Energi yang keluar diatur oleh transistor, dari fakta bahwa transistor bekerja secara diskrit on/off dalam satuan nano detik sampai micro detik. Rangkaian joule thief dapat menjadi alternative untuk sistem penerangan darurat atau sistem penerangan secara mandiri pada wilayah yang terpencil. Hasil pengujian waktu menyala baterai selama kurang lebih 4 jam

Abstract

During the current covid-19 pandemic, maintaining health and hygiene is very important for human life, in order to avoid various diseases, such as corona covid-19. One of the protocols imposed by the government is for people who are active in public spaces or open facilities by wearing masks, checking their body temperatures and spraying disinfectants. The problem so far is that there is no automatic disinfectant spraying tool that is very useful for the community during the covid-19 pandemic, in order to reduce appropriate and economical human interaction. detects the presence of humans or objects that are in front of them to become a condition of opening and closing the bars based on the NodeMCU microcontroller with notification and control via telegram messages. Body temperature data will also be displayed on the LCD contained in this tool and sent via telegram to the supervisory officer. Prevention efforts by monitoring body temperature and spraying alcohol-based disinfectants can be applied. The test results of the DS18B20 temperature sensor application can measure human temperature between 370C–390C and the infrared sensor can detect the presence of humans or objects in front of them to open the bars and spray disinfectant

Abstract

Application of user login data security is designed to secure user login user data at PT. TELKOM Indonesia TBK, HSI Division in Minitools application containing data from customer's internet number. The security of user logni data is very vulnerable to the theft of various irresponsible parties that will impact on the manipulation of customer data in the Minitools application. These problems can be encountered by adding applications to prevent irresponsible parties from being able to read passwords from user login data in the database. In addition, by adding SMS notification feature to prevent irresponsible parties are free to use user login data to access and change customer data on Minitools application. In this paper the algorithm used in cryptography, the cryptography algorithm Tiny Encryption Algorithm (TEA). For SMS notification itself, built using Gammu module as a special software aids SMS Gateway, PHP, and also Wavecom GSM M1306B modem. The result of this cryptographic testing, password data can be secured in the form of text encrypted (ciphertext). With the application of data security user cryptographic login and SMS notification for this login system will make the information system more secure because the password will be encrypted and the authentication code to login to the application Minitools sent to the user's mobile number. From the experimental results, the average duration of the encrypt process is 0.08361488 ms and the duration of the descrypt process is 0.166120556 ms. For the average sms the duration is not more than 10 second.

Abstract

The company implements strict employee recruitment selection for job applicants to suit the company's needs to get quality human resources. The process of selecting prospective employees is done by checking and selection manually by looking at the files sent by applicants. This is of course not only very troublesome but also inefficient and takes a long time, not to mention the possibility of human errors and subjective judgments so that the chosen candidates are not the best candidates. Utilizing a Decision Support System that uses the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) Algorithm can help the selection selection problem in the Human Resource Development (HRD) division. So the results of this study are the ranking process with TOPSIS get the average distance between manual results with TOPSIS of 3.5 with a standard deviation of 2.813 and the classification process with Naïve Bayes produces an accuracy of 77.78% and an error of 22.22%, with the error value the results of the classification still have shortcomings in predicting the eligibility of prospective employees.

Abstract

The Ministry of Home Affairs at the Research and Development Agency (LITBANG) conducts the selection of the best employees to boost employee morale in increasing employee loyalty or loyalty to government agencies and to evaluate the performance of employees from each division. The selection of the best employees has been done periodically or periodically but has not been optimal in its implementation. The Ministry of Home Affairs at the Research and Development Agency found obstacles in determining the selection of the best Employees. Constraints faced are when finding the same final value when the assessment has been carried out and there is a subjective assessment that is assessing someone based on the closeness of the assessment staff so that the Head of Research and Development has difficulty when deciding who the best employee is, this often results in errors in determining the best employee at LITBANG Agency. The application of the Weighted Product (WP) Algorithm is used to determine the best employee at the Ministry of Interior Research and Development Agency. The final result of the system is a report on the best employees based on the Weighted Product algorithm to get the average distance between manual results with Weighted Products of 4.05 with a standard deviation of 3.017 and the classification process with Naïve Bayes produces an accuracy of 66.67% and an error of 33.33%, with the error value, the results of the classification still have shortcomings in predicting the eligibility of the best employees. Applications can assist decision makers in deciding who employees are entitled to become the best employees at the Research and Development Agency.

Abstract

PT Elnusa Petrofin (EPN) provides the best contribution to employees, this award is given in the hope of motivating all employees to work well. PT Elnusa Petrofin (EPN) conducted the process of selecting the best employees, so this will of course require a long time and produce less than the maximum. Sometimes mistakes are made by the leader in relation to the best employees, see the conflict that occurs at PT Elnusa Petrofin (EPN) then an algorithm is requested to help the best employee leaders use the Simple Additive Addition Algorithm (SAW) as a method used to find alternative Simple Algorithms This Additive Weighting (SAW) can determine the best association seen from the ranking system at PT Elnusa Petrofin and the results of the ranking process with Simple Additive Weighting obtain an average result of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) of 4.8 with a standard deviation of 3.982 and a classification process with Naïve Bayes produces an accuracy of 73.33% and an error of 26.67%, with an error value on the results of the allocations needed to predict the best employee performance.

Abstract

Work tools, routers, switches and others that are used for training the trainees and store important data of the institution. If the temperature of the workspace is hot, it can cause damage to the hardware in the workspace, and the gas emission limit is higher then it can cause damage to the workspace. How to make a compilation of handling temperature suction outside the food limit can be done responsively. At this time the workspace administrator must fix the temperature in the workspace in stable conditions. This will not be effective and efficient, the Administrator must always be in the workspace. IoT Application for Monitoring and Controlling Web-based Workspaces by using the DHT-11 temperature sensor, humidity, sound and MQ-2 gas can be a solution to connect the condenser in the workspace so that it can work in a conducive manner, and can minimize excessive heat for each participant training in the workspace. In the event of a change in the temperature, humidity, sound and gas changes in the workspace, the system will send notifications to the user via e-mail and automate the process of igniting additional vehicles so as to make the room more stable. With this monitoring system the user is expected to be able to easily supervise the workspace. Thus the temperature, humidity, sound and gas of the workspace will regulate its stability and remain in full control of the Administrator without having to constantly be in the workspace. The Language Program used in developing this system is the Arduino Uno R3 English Program that uses C Language and for its visual display uses the PHP Language Program and MySQL database.
