Abstract

Health Analysis of Rural Banks (BPR) Based on the Decree of the Board ofDirectors of Bank Indonesia no. 30/12 / Kep / DIR Date 30 April 1997 onProcedures for Rating of Rural Bank Health Rating (BPR). The Health Ratingof Rural Banks (BPR) is measured using the parameters of Capital, AssetsManagement, Earning and Liguity. This study determines the healthpredicate of the bank. Data used in the form of bank financial statementspublished in 2011 - 2015. data collection techniques used financial studymethods, methods of documentation, method keperpustakaan. The capitalaspect shows PT. BPR Sindang Binaharta is able to maintain themanagement of its own capital and risky assets, and able to cover the losseson the loans. The quality aspect of productive assets shows PT. BPRSindang Binaharta is less able to overcome business risks contained in thegiven credit component. aspects of management, during the year 2011 -2015 PT. BPR Sindang Binaharta has a level of effectiveness that has notbeen well connected with the results of NPM calculation in 2015. The profitaspect shows PT. BPR Sindang Binaharta is able to bear the existingoperational expenses with received operating income. Liquidity aspectshows PT. BPR Sindang Binaharta has the ability to meet the obligationsthat must be met and can repay its depositors.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study and the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Lubuklinggau Branch Office. The research sample consisted of 72 employees and the data analysis used was regression, coefficient of determination test, t-test, and F test. Regression results were obtained: Y = 0.850 + 0.016X1+0.769X2. Meanwhile, the value of R square (R2) was 0.524 (52.4%), the remaining 47.7% was influenced by other variables not examined. TQM results did not significantly affect the Performance of Employees with tcount=0.461<ttable=1.667. Organizational Culture significantly affects Employee Performance with tcount=8.778>ttable=1.667. TQM and Organizational Culture significantly affect Employee Performance with Fcount = 38.031>Ftable=3.13. It was concluded that there was an influence of TQM and Organizational Culture on the Performance of Employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Lubuklinggau Branch Office.

Abstract

The goal of this research was to know the effect of service on customers satisfaction in BCA Bank Lubuklinggau. The Population of this research was an of the customers which used Electronic Data Capture (EDC) in BCA Bank Lubuklinggau it was 65 persen in 2014, which each month the customer less that 5-6 persen. In this research all of the population used as sample (saturated sample) 65 persen  used  Electronis Data Capture (EDC) Transaction on BCA Bank Lubuklinggau branch. The accidental sampling is used in taking the sample in this research. It was a technioue taking the data in accidental way to make this research easy. In this reseach the technique of data analysis ware vallidity and reability. The asumtion test, reabilitas test and normalitas test regretion clasis aquatio liniear coefisien corelation test and partial test. The result of regretion aquation Y=12,062 + 0,759X . The result of coefisien corelation calculation know the B value was 0,718. It meant that the corelation between service and customer satisfaction in BCA Bank Lubuklinggau was strong. While R2  or determination coefisien was 0,516 or 51,6 % it meant the magmitudt effect of service to the customer satisfaction was 51,6%. While the rest west 48,4 % be effecfeel by the other variables, whish was not include in the  research sush as product, servise, rate of  bank, etc. From the calculation can get the result 8,198 more bigger ttabel  = 1,960. Result t test show Ho rejected and Ha  accepted, its mean variable servicesignificant effect to  satisfaction on pt bank bca branch office lubuklinggau. Key words :Servise and customers satisfaction

Abstract

This study with the results of preliminary observations can be seen that the identification of problems in this study are related to promotion, price and purchasing decisions of used cars, the title of this study is the influence of promotion and price on the decision to buy used cars in Agung Jaya Motor Showroom Lubuklinggau City, with 3 formulation of the problem of whether there is a promotion and price influence on the used car purchase decision, is there any influence of promotion on the used car purchase decision, and whether there is a price effect on the used car purchase decision. The method used is quantitative, with the technique of collecting observation data, documentation and questionnaires. Respondents in this research are 74 customers. The results showed that there were promotional effects on customer decisions in purchasing used cars in the Agung Jaya Motor Showroom in Lubuklinggau City, there were price effects on customer decisions in buying used cars in the Agung Jaya Motor Showroom in Lubuklinggau City, and there were promotional and price influences on customer decisions in purchase of used cars at the Agung Jaya Motor Showroom in Lubuklinggau city.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of product quality and advertising together on purchasing decisions. The sampling technique used in this study was accidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire (questionnaire) that has been tested first using validity and reliability testing. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test (linearity test and normality test), multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and F test, where the researcher uses the help of SPSS version 20. The regression analysis results obtained the equation: Y = 0.960 + 0.582 X1; + 0.646 X2 which means that purchasing decisions are influenced by product quality and advertising. The results of the regression analysis also obtained a coefficient of determination (R2 = 0.474) or equal to (47.4%). This means that (47.4%) purchasing decision variables are influenced by product quality and advertising variables. The remaining (52.6%) is explained by other variables, such as consumer behavior, service, product quality service, product quality services, and customer satisfaction. The conclusion is that Product Quality and Advertising together have a significant effect on Photo Frame Purchase Decisions at the Pasundan Shop Gallery Lubuklinggau. This is evident from the results of the F test which obtained calculated as 75,477 received at the 15% significance level.

Abstract

The sample of this study was 90 respondents who were consumers of PD Utama Motor Lubuklinggau. Based on the results of the study, the regression equation is Y = 19,296 + 0,282 X1 + 0,405 X2. The meaning of the equation is that the value of constant is 19,296, this means that if there is no promotion and service variable then the decision is 21,986, while the promotion coefficient value (b1) is 0.282 means that every increase in one variable promotion unit will increase the purchasing decision by 0.282 units. Then the service regression coefficient value of b2 = 0.405 means that every increase in one service unit variable will increase the purchase decision by 0.405. From the calculation of the Model Summary, it can be seen that the value of R2 (R Square) or determination is 0.536, the contribution of promotion and service variables on consumer purchasing decisions of Lubuklinggau PD Utama Motorbike motorcycles is 53.6%, while the remaining 45.4% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Employee Placement has not yet matched the level of education achieved by employees with the work provided by the company, and also still lack of experience in completing work. Furthermore, promotion of positions given less attention to the elements of education and work performance achieved by employees and employee work performance is still not optimal. This research was conducted to determine the Effect of Employee Placement and Job Promotion on Employee Performance at PT. Bank Danamon Lubuklinggau Branch. In this study, a three-item variable questionnaire method was used, namely Employee Placement (X1), Job Promotion (X2), and Employee Performance (Y) using the SPSS 17.0 Program. The data analysis technique used is the Analysis of Multiple Linear Regression, Determination Coefficient (R2), and F Test. From the results of Multiple Regression Analysis the equation Ŷ = 3.685 + 0.743X1 + 0.149 X2 is obtained.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the price of hotel room rental using the Activity Based Costing System method and to find out the difference in room rental prices using the traditional method (Unit Cost) with the Activity Based Costing System method in Lubuklinggau City Transit Hotels. The data in this study uses primary data, where data is processed by the researcher himself. The method of data analysis researchers used a qualitative method where quantitative analysis is a non-statistical analysis that helps in research. The data obtained either in the form of numbers or in the form of tables that are interpreted properly. In accordance with the data obtained, qualitative analysis is used to explain the relationship between variables that are affected or that affect. In other words, qualitative analysis is carried out for qualitative data collected from exploratory research (interviews, discussions, projection techniques) that is in the form of words or sentences and data collection methods using interviews and documentation. The results of the research on room rental prices using the Activity Based Costing System method produce for the type of rooms that are oversized namely room type suit rooms, superior "tripple", superior rooms, and standard. Whereas for the type of room that is Understanding is the Junior Suit Room and Deluxe Room Type.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine performance measurement on financial perspective (Current Ratio, Return on Assets / Return on Investment and Return on Equity), customer perspective (customer acquisition level), internal business process perspective (manufacturing cycle efficiency) as well as learning and growth perspective (employee satisfaction levels and employee retention rates) using the Balanced Scorecard method at PT. People's Credit Bank (BPR) Sindang Binaharta, Lubuklinggau City. This research is qualitative in nature with the data source used primary and secondary data obtained from PT. People's Credit Bank (BPR) Sindang Binaharta, Lubuklinggau City. The results showed that the performance of PT. The Sindang Binaharta Rural Bank (BPR) of Lubuklinggau City using the Balanced Scorecard, namely financial perspective (current ratio is considered good, return on assets / return on investment is considered good and return on equity is not good), customer perspective is considered very good, business process perspective internal assessment has been run efficiently and finally the learning and growth perspective is considered very good.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kredibilitas diskon dan oriental service terhadap keputusan pembelian CV Delta Komputer Lubuklinggau. Populasidan sampelnya konsumen yang berbelanja di CV Delta Komputer Lubuklinggau yang berjumlah 79 konsumen dengan pengambilan sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana, uji korelasi, uji determinasi, uji t dan uji F. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Variabel Diskonto Kredibilitas (X) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung = 4,199 lebih besar dari nilai t tabel = 2,042 dengan tingkat signifikansi sig. = 0,05. Artinya secara parsial variabel Kredibilitas Diskonto berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen pada CV Delta Komputer. 2) Variabel Orientasi Pelayanan (X2) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung = 4,647 lebih besar dari nilai t tabel = 2,042 dengan tingkat signifikansi sig. = 0,005. Artinya secara parsial terdapat pengaruh Service Orientation terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen pada CV Delta Komputer. 3) Hasil uji regresi linier berganda didapatkan nilai F yang diperoleh sebesar 17,859> F tabel = 3,20 dan taraf signifikansi simultan dari sig F sebesar 0,000. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama (simultan) variabel Kredibilitas Diskon dan Orientasi Layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.Kata kunci: Kredibilitas Diskon, Orientasi Layanan, Keputusan Pembelian
