Abstract

In the context of human resources development (HRD), the role of training management personnel is crucial in ensuring the effectiveness and success of training programs [1]. This article aims to delve deeper into the roles and characteristics of the four main groups of training management personnel: instructors, educators, educational staff, and other personnel. Instructors, as the frontline in the teaching and learning process, play a crucial role in delivering content and facilitating learning. They not only possess adequate technical expertise in their respective fields but also have good communication skills to deliver information in an engaging and meaningful way to training participants. Educators, often integral parts of the teaching team, are responsible for curriculum planning, development, and management. They design effective learning strategies, develop relevant evaluation tools, and are responsible for continuous monitoring and improvement of training programs. Educational staff, on the other hand, are responsible for the administrative and operational management of training programs. They plan and organize training activities, manage facilities and available resources, and ensure that all administrative aspects run smoothly to support the smooth implementation of programs. In addition to these three main groups of training management personnel, there are also other personnel who support the implementation of training programs. This includes administrative staff handling general administration, technicians responsible for facility maintenance, and other facilitators who assist in the implementation of training activities. Through a deeper understanding of the roles and characteristics of each group of training management personnel, it is hoped that training institutions can improve the overall effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of the programs they offer, thereby making significant contributions to HRD and organizational quality improvement [ 4].

Abstract

This study aims to determine; 1) student management at MAN 1 Pekanbaru, student self-development at MAN 1 Pekanbaru, 2) student self-development at MAN 1 Pekanbaru, 3) Student management for student self-development carried out at MAN 1 Pekanbaru, 4) supporting factors and inhibition of student management for self-development of students at MAN 1 Pekanbaru. This type of research is a field research with a qualitative research method approach and using descriptive data analysis. Data collection was done by interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis technique using data reduction), data display and conclusion drawing/verification. Based on the results of this study indicate that: 1) Student management carried out at MAN 1 Pekanbaru has been running in accordance with the concept of student management, 2) Self-development of students carried out by MAN 1 Pekanbaru has been running in accordance with aspects of self-management, 3) Student management for the self-development of students carried out MAN 1 Pekanbaru has been running in accordance with management functions, 4) The supporting factors for student management for self-development of students are: (a) Professional and competent mentor teachers, (b) Motivation of participants very strong students, (c) adequate facilities and infrastructure, (d) solid cooperation between teams. While the inhibiting factors are: (a) The budget for activities is not maximized, (b) Cooperation with government agencies is still minimal, (c) News publications about school have not been organized

Abstract

Health is the most crucial aspect of life, as it signifies a state of well-being and vitality. Gastric diseases pose a significant health concern, often requiring prompt and accurate diagnosis for effective treatment. In this study, an expert system utilizing the forward chaining method is developed to aid in diagnosing gastric diseases. The system aims to streamline the diagnostic process, providing users with timely and reliable results to facilitate early intervention and management of stomach disorders. Through the integration of technology and medical expertise, this system offers a valuable tool in enhancing healthcare delivery and improving patient outcomes in the realm of gastric health. The research findings highlight the effectiveness of an expert system employing the forward chaining method in diagnosing gastric diseases. The system demonstrates the capability to efficiently identify and assess symptoms related to stomach disorders, offering users a reliable and accessible platform for obtaining accurate diagnostic results. By leveraging current knowledge base rules and user-provided symptom data, the system enhances the diagnostic process, potentially reducing both time and costs associated with diagnosing gastric diseases. This study underscores the significance of technological advancements in healthcare, particularly in the realm of gastric health, by providing a valuable tool for early detection and management of stomach disorders.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this article is to examine the contextual values of real estate and infrastructure management from the perspective of Al-Hadith and the Koran, by considering the design, operation, inventory, and monitoring of facilities and infrastructure components. The method used is the maudhu interpretation method (thematic. The first result, the context of management of facilities and infrastructure, becomes effective and efficient. Second, planning the interpretation of verse 18 sura al-Hasyr (59) so that each plans his future formulated as an understanding of the implementation of actions. Third, using the interpretation of Surah An-Nahl (16) verses 5-8, everyone can maximize all the potential of existing resources, both human and natural, as efficiently and effectively as possible. Fourth, a list of interpretations of surahs Al-Baqarah (2) verse 282 concerning the urgency of recording so that it is easier to learn and become textual information when school institutions are responsible Fifth, supervision of the interpretation of 7 verses of Surah Al-Mujaadillah (58) is necessary to avoid deviations both in reporting, performance, and results. Abstrak: Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk mengkaji nilai-nilai kontekstual manajemen real estat dan infrastruktur dari perspektif Al-Hadits dan Alquran, dengan mempertimbangkan desain, pengoperasian, inventarisasi, dan pemantauan komponen sarana dan prasarana. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode tafsir maudhu (tematik. Hasil pertama, konteks pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana, menjadi efektif dan efisien. Kedua, merencanakan tafsir ayat 18 surat al-Hasyr (59) agar setiap individu merencanakan persiapan masa depannya sedemikian rupa sehingga apa yang dilakukan dirumuskan sebagai pemahaman tentang pelaksanaan perbuatan. Ketiga, menggunakan tafsir surat An-Nahl (16) ayat 5-8, bahwa setiap orang dapat memaksimalkan segala potensi sumber daya yang ada, baik manusia maupun alam, seefisien dan seefektif mungkin. Keempat, daftar tafsir surat Al-Baqarah (2) ayat 282 tentang urgensi pencatatan agar lebih mudah dipelajari dan menjadi informasi tekstual ketika lembaga sekolah bertanggung jawab. Kelima, pengawasan terhadap tafsir 7 ayat Surah Al-Mujaadillah (58) mutlak diperlukan untuk menghindari penyimpangan baik dalam pemberitaan, kinerja maupun hasil.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to examine the recruitment of educators as an effort to improve the quality of education. The method used in this research is Library Research and this research uses content analysis techniques. The results of this study state that the recruitment of teaching staff makes an important contribution to improving the quality of education marked by educational staff as people who will provide knowledge and instill attitudes and morals to students to develop their potential so that they will produce quality output and quality education. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji rekrutmen tenaga pendidik sebagai upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Library Research (Penelitian Pustaka) dan penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis konten/content analysis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa rekrutmen tenaga pendidik berkontribusi penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan ditandai dengan tenaga pendidikan sebagai orang yang akan memberikan ilmu pengetahuan dan menanamkan sikap dan moral kepada peserta didik untuk mengembangkan potensinya sehingga akan meghasilkan output yang berkualitas dan pendidikan yang berkualitas.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the management of cooperative strategies implemented in education. The results of the study show that the determination of a management strategy includes developing a vision, mission, and goals for improving the quality of education in schools together with the community to plan and develop long-term or short-term programs (annual including the budget). The benefits of cooperation indicate that there is an agreement between two or more people who are mutually beneficial and give contributions or roles that are by the strengths and potential of each party, so that the gains or losses achieved are proportional, meaning that they are by the parts and strengths of each party. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen strategi kerjasama yang diimplementasikan dalam pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penetapan strategi manajemen meliputi pengembangan visi, misi dan tujuan peningkatan mutu pendidikan di sekolah bersama-sama dengan masyarakat untuk merencanakan dan menyusun program jangka panjang atau jangka pendek (tahunan termasuk anggarannya). Manfaat kerjasama menunjukkan adanya kesepakatan antara dua orang atau lebih yang saling menguntungkan dan memberi kontribusi atau peran yang sesuai dengan kekuatan dan potensi masing-masing pihak, sehingga keuntungan atau kerugian yang dicapai bersifat proporsional, artinya sesuai dengan peran dan kekuatan masing-masing pihak.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze competency development as an effort to improve the performance of school administration staff. The research method used is library research or library research. The data analysis technique used is content analysis. The results of the study show that school administrative staff are educational staff whose job is to provide support for administrative services for the implementation of the educational process in schools. Performance or performance of administrative personnel is the result of work that can be achieved by administrative staff in the form of providing services to parents of students and the community by their respective responsibilities and authorities to achieve the vision, mission, and goals of the school, and achieve the goals of school administration services only possible because of the efforts of administrative personnel. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pembinaan kompetensi sebagai upaya meningkatkan kinerja tenaga administrasi sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan atau library research. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis konten atau content analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tenaga administrasi sekolah adalah tenaga kependidikan yang bertugas memberikan dukungan layanan administrasi guna terselenggaranya proses pendidikan di sekolah. Kinerja atau performance tenaga administrasi adalah hasil kerja yang dapat dicapai oleh tenaga administrasi dalam bentuk pemberian layanan pada orang tua siswa dan masyarakat sesuai dengan tanggungjawab dan wewenang masing-masing dalam upaya mencapai visi, misi dan tujuan dari sekolah, serta tercapainya tujuan layanan administrasi sekolah hanya dimungkinkan karena adanya upaya tenaga administrasi.

Abstract

The curriculum has a dynamic nature, from time to time it can change according to the current situation and conditions. Therefore, strategic curriculum management is needed in designing and developing curricula according to the needs of the times, one of which is by carrying out educative interaction learning. This research method uses Library Research or library research by collecting various kinds of data and literacy needed. The results of this study are that strategic management of curriculum development and educative interaction is needed in schools to achieve the vision, mission and goals of these educational institutions. In its implementation, it is necessary to pay attention to the goals and steps of curriculum development, namely: formulating instructional objectives, selecting learning experiences (selection of learning experiences), organizing learning experiences (organization of learning experiences), and evaluating (evaluating).

Abstract

The purpose of making this paper is to find out about management strategies, Islamic education management strategies, and the factors that influence Islamic education management strategies. Through strategic management, future opportunities can be expanded and realized risks can be minimized. Strategic management can only be achieved if all parties with a direct interest in the school, such as school administrators, parents, lecturers and staff, are involved. Strategic management is the implementation of planning, monitoring, analysis and evaluation that is carried out on an ongoing basis from all the needs required by the organization in an effort to achieve its goals. Changes that occur quickly and spontaneously in the organizational environment will require an organization that is capable of continuously evaluating strategies. The implementation of strategic management helps the organization to know the current condition of the organization, then formulates a strategy, deploys it and analyzes the effectiveness of the implemented management strategy. This study aims to determine the implementation of strategic management in educational institutions.

Abstract

Akreditasi sekolah adalah proses penilaian secara komprehensif kelayakan suatu program pendidikan terhadap Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP) yang dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk akuntabilitas publik. Akreditasi dilakukan dengan membandingkan keadaan sekolah yang sebenarnya dengan delapan kriteria (standar) yang ditetapkan. Dalam praktiknya, pemenuhan dan pengembangan delapan standar secara berkelanjutan mengarah pada terselenggaranya pendidikan yang bermutu. Penyelenggaraan akreditasi harus mampu mendorong atau menciptakan suasana yang kondusif bagi pertumbuhan pendidikan dan memberikan arah untuk evaluasi diri secara terus menerus, serta mendorong upaya terus menerus untuk mutu yang diharapkan, sehingga secara tidak langsung dapat menjamin suasana yang kondusif bagi pertumbuhan pendidikan. kualitas pendidikan. Oleh karena itu, peneliti melakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui hasil akreditasi BAN SD dan Madrasah Ibtidayah DKI Jakarta, mulai dari tujuan hingga permasalahan pelaksanaan akreditasi. BAN-S/M dibantu oleh Badan Akreditasi Sekolah/Madrasah Nasional Provinsi (BAN-S/M Provinsi) dalam melaksanakan akreditasi sekolah/madrasah.
