Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) mengetahui pengaruh Pengetahuan, Keterampilan, Pengalaman Kerja dan Sikap terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Majene 2) Mengetahui faktor yang dominan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Majene. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi terdiri dari seluruh pegawai pada Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Majene sebanyak 54 orang pegawai, jumlah sampel sama dengan jumlah populasi yaitu 54 orang responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, dan regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan Program SPSS versi 21.0 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pengetahuan, keterampilan, pengalaman kerja dan sikap berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Majene;  dan (2) Dari keempat variabel bebas yang berpengaruh signifikan tersebut dalam menentukan tingkat kinerja pegawai, ternyata variabel sikap yang mempunyai pengaruh dominan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Majene.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparison of the ups and downs of a financial statement that occurred at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. during 2017 and 2018. Data was obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and then analyzed using income change methods againt gross profit analysis.. From the results of the study note that the financial company PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. over the past two years it has tend to decline. The decline was due to the sales faktor which had a smaller value than the change in gross profit due to higher competition and the increasing number of similar business actors in the telecommunications industry which resulted in increased activity, advertising, price reduction and the emergence of various services offered by operators. Analysis of financial statements can provide a clear picture of the financial condition and results of operations of the company, the information can be used in making a business and investment decision.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah tindakan yang berdaurulang/siklus yang meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, danrefleksi. Hasil penelitian inimenunjukkanbahwa Pendekatan Kontekstual dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa materi Makhluk Hidup (Hewan danTumbuhan) Menyesuaikan Diri dengan Lingkungannya di kelas V SD Negeri 08 Napabalano. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari observasi aktivitas guru selama proses pembelajaran siklus I berlangsung diperoleh persentase aktivitas guru pada pertemuan I sebesar 60,00% dan pertemuan II sebesar 66,67%. Aktivitas siswa selama proses pembelajaran Siklus I berlangsung diperoleh persentase aktivitas siswa pada pertemuan I sebesar 61,53% dan pertemuan II sebesar 69,23%. Observasi aktivitas guru selama proses pembelajaran siklus II berlangsung diperoleh persentase aktivitas guru pada pertemuan I sebesar 93,33% dan pertemuan II sebesar 93,33%. Aktivitas siswa selama proses pembelajaran Siklus II berlangsung diperoleh persentase aktivitas siswa pada pertemuan I sebesar 92,30% dan pertemuan II sebesar 92,30%. Nilai yang diperoleh siswa setelah tindakan pembelajaran siklus I dan siklus II dianalisis untuk mengetahui ketuntasan belajar siswa. Pada siklus I, 9 orang siswa (60,00%) telah mencapai ketuntasan belajar,6 orang siswa (40,00%) belum mencapai ketuntasan belajar. Sedangkan pada siklus II,15 orang siswa (100%) telah mencapai ketuntasan belajar. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ketuntasan belajar siswa telah mencapai indikator yang telah ditetapkanKata kunci: Pendekatan Kontekstual; Hasil belajar siswa

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of differential costs in order to receive or reject a special order on the Meubel Sabar Usaha Majene Regarding the unemployment capacity contained in the company. The type of research method used is descriptive with quantitative approach, by taking samples from two special orders in 2016, which is 20 units kuseng windows and 10 pairs of school curriculum. Meanwhile, the type of data in this study is qualitative data and quantitative data, obtained from observations and interviews with owners and employees directly involved in the production process. The data analysis technique in this research is by identifying the cost behavior, then separating the cost of semi-variable by using the least squares method, the last calculate the differential earnings by taking into account the existing criteria.Based on the result of the research and discussion, concluded that the decision of Meubel Sabar Usaha to accept the two special orders is the right decision because the company get additional profit of Rp 1.179.473,00from the decision to accept the order 20 kuseng window, and 10 pairs of school fees, although special order prices are below the normal price set by the company.

Abstract

The study aims at finding out and analyzing the implementation of policies on ticketing management in Bora Hot Spring, the tourism object of Sigi Regency. The main theory as the reference of this study is the Implementation of Policy by Edward III who looks at policy implementation focusing on  4 aspects, those are; (1) the aspect of communication, (2) the aspect of resources, (3) the aspect of disposition  and (4) the aspects of bureaucratic structure. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The location of this study is located in Bora Hot Springs, the tourism object of Sigi Regency involving 7 selected purposevely informers. Data collection is conducted using Interactive model by Miles and Huberman. Based on the results of the study, the implementation of ticket management policies on the Bora Hot Springs Tourism object is still not optimal. It could be seen from the 4 aspects in measuring the policy implementation by Edward III, there one aspect that wa still inadequate, namely the aspect of human resources, where it was inadequate in terms of quality aspect, it was seen from the existence of personal interests by some people that did not impose to ticket payment, regarding to facilities and infrastructure resources in which need to be improved, as well as the budgetary resources that still need to be incrased so that ticket management for Bora Hot Springs can be managed optimally.

Abstract

The results showed that in general the services of the Pasar Baru Village officials did not meet the expectations of the community, where the community still felt weaknesses which had an impact on the interests of the community itself. But overall the quality of service in the Pasar Baru Village Office related to a Building Construction Permit (IMB) can be said to be quite good. In terms of appearance and facilities in serving the community (Tangibles), and assurance or trust can be seen from the safety and comfort of the community in providing services, and empathy for the apparatus who have tried to establish good communication and relationships with the local community. But of course Pasar Baru Village also has obstacles in service at Pasar Baru Village Offices, including: Lack of employees in the field of service and mastery of technology, facilities and infrastructure that are inadequate during service and do not yet have Service Standards, especially correspondence. Therefore, in implementing and improving the quality of service for correspondence, the IMB should be made a change that involves all aspects, in this case the government apparatus in the Kelurahan office plays a role in establishing relations between service users and Kelurahan employees.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis community service activity entitled "Socialization of Law No.13 of 1998 concerning the Welfare of the Elderly" aims to increase awareness of the importance of improving the welfare of the community in the elderly, so that the elderly can achieve increased welfare. This community service activity should be of benefit to various parties, including contributing to more awareness and improvement of the welfare of the elderly, especially in the city of Surakarta. It is the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, especially the third Dharma, and the results can be used as input to LPPM and as a support for other Tri Dharma activities, namely Education and Research. This community service was carried out on-line using the windows-teams facility with about 35 participants. The implementation was carried out by means of webinars using windows-teams due to restrictions on human meetings as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. Keynote : socialization, welfare, elderly. ABSTRACTKegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang berjudul “Sosialisasi Undang-Undang No.13 Tahun 1998 Tentang Kesejahteraan Lanjut  Usia” ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran tentang pentingnya peningkatan kesejahteran masyarakat pada kelompok lanjut usia, sehingga para lanjut usia nantinya dapat tercapai peningkatan  kesejahteraannya. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini hendaknya bermanfaat kepada berbagai pihak, antara lain memberikan kontribusi untuk lebih menumbuhkan kesadaran dan peningkatan kesejahteraan para lanjut usia, terutama di kota Surakarta.  Merupakan pelaksanaan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, khususnya Dharma ketiga, dan hasilnya dapat menjadi masukan kepada LPPM dan sebagai pendukung kegiatan Tri dharma lainnya yaitu Pendidikan dan Penelitian. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan secara on-line dengan menggunakan sarana windows-teams dengan peserta sekitar 35 orang. Pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan cara webinar menggunakan  windows-teams karena adanya   pembatasan pertemuan antar manusia sebagai akibat pandemic covid 19. Kata kunci: sosialisasi, kesejahteraan, lanjut usia

Abstract

Research of squid (loligo sp) snack using rice straw ashes A1=0%, A2=0,5%and A3=1,0% and storage with vacuum method for 0 day, 5 day, 10 days and 15days. This research to evaluate the application of rice straw ashes as softenermaterial or blooming of smoked squid and quality of smoked squid snackobserved from organoleptic quality (appearance, smell, taste, texture) watercontent, protein content, lipid and peroxide.Concentraci of rice straw ashes is different a significant in value, smell,texture, water content, protein content and lipid content (P<0,01). The treatmentsis not different value and peroxide content (P>0,05). The appearance and smell A1is better than A2, and A2 is better than A3. Texture value, water content, proteincontent, and lipid A3 is better than A2 and A2 better than A1. But for taste valueand peroxide content there’s no different in every treatment.Rice straw ashes can used for softening the smoked squid and make textureof smoked squid snake can be delicious and crispy. The treatment A3 (1,0%) is thebest in this research.

Abstract

The research was conducted in the Laboratory of Fish Processing Technology,Food Chemistry and Food Microbiology, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine ScienceUniversity of Riau. The objective of this study was to determine the characteristics offermented tilapia fermented with different carbohydrate sources. About 5 kg fishweighting 100 gr each was taken from a fish market in Pekanbaru. Two groups of fishwas fermented repeatedly using roasted rice and fermented bamboo shoot. The fish wasfermented at room temperature for 7 days. Quality characteristics of the fermented fishwas evaluated for sensory atributes (appearance, flavor, odor, and texture), chemicalvalue ( pH, moisture, NPN, lactic acid), and lactic acid bacteria count. The fish whichwas fermented with roasted rice was characterized by appearance (attractive, clean,yellowish color), flavor (sour and salty, typical fermentation), odor (acid/alcohol, lessfresh, typical fermentation) and texture (dense, compact, chewy). Chemical value: pH(5,91), moisture (53,6%), NPN (0,12 ml/gr), and lactic acid (1,23 ml/gr), lactic acidbacteria count (5,44 x 106). Fish fermented with fermented bamboo shoot wascharacterized by appearance (attractive, less clean, opaque), flavor (sour and salty, lesssavory, not typical fermentation), odor (acids and less alcohol, typical fermentation) andtexture (elastic, compact, chewy). Chemical value: pH (5,38), moisture (59,79%), NPN(0,19 %), and lactic acid (1,71 %), lactic acid bacteria count (8,167 x 106 colony/gr).Keywords: Fermented tilapia, roasted rice, and bamboo shoots

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine consumer acceptance of blood clam meatballs with different amounts of binder. The treatment consisted of (KD1) 50 g tapioca flour adding 500 g blood clam meat, (KD2) 75 g tapioca flour adding 500 g blood clam meat, (KD3) 100 g tapioca flour adding 500 g blood clam meat, and (KD4) 125 g tapioca flour adding 500 g blood clam meat. The analysis parameters observed were organoleptic / hedonic, proximate analysis and heavy metal Pb, Cd. Blood clam meatballs with different amounts of binder that consumers liked are 75 g (69 panelists / 86.25%) of binder with yellowish brown appearance characteristics, chewy and compact texture, slightly distinctive taste of blood clams and distinctive aroma of blood clams. with a moisture value of 63.48%, ash 1.54%, protein 13.95%, and fat 1.70%. Metal content of Pb 0.0199 mg / k and Cd 0.0629 mg / kg.Keywords: blood shells, meatballs blood shells.
