Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran pocket mobile learning berbasis android. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Penelitian ini telah menghasilkan sebuah luaran berupa media pembelajaran pocket mobile learning berbasis android pada mata kuliah fisika. Media ini layak digunakan berdasarkan validasi dari ahli materi, ahli media dan respon mahasiswa terhadap media pembelajaran yang dibuat. Berdasarkan penilaian validasi ahli materi didapatkan rata-rata skor total sebesar 3,22 pada 14 butir pernyataan, dan termasuk pada kriteria “baik”. Sementara itu, berdasarkan validasi ahli media didapatkan rata-rata skor total sebesar 3,43 pada 15 butir pernyataan, dan termasuk pada kriteria “sangat baik”. Dan berdasarkan hasil analisis respon mahasiswa terhadap media pembelajaran diperoleh rata-rata skor total sebesar 4,0 atau 80%, dengan kategori “kuat”. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran pocket mobile learning berbasis android layak untuk digunakan dan hampir semua mahasiswa menanggapi respon positif.The current research aims to develop the pocket mobile learning android based. It uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluating). This research has resulted from an outcome of learning media pocket mobile android based on physics subject. This instructional media is feasible to be used based on validation from material experts, media experts, and student responses. Based on the assessment of material expert, the validation obtains an average total score of 3,22 at 14 statements and considered as "good" criteria. Meanwhile, based on the validation of media experts, the average total score reaches 3,43 at 15 statements and considered as "very good" criteria. And based on the analysis of students’ response to learning media, the average total score is 4.0 or 80% with the category "strong". Thus, it can be concluded that the mobile pocket on android based is suitable for use and almost all students give a positive response.

Abstract

The present study tries to find out the effect of speaking self-efficacy and gender in speaking activities particularly in English as second/foreign language situation, using questionnaire from Bandura’s Guide for constructing self-efficacy scales. The Samples of this study were 23 male and 27 female college-students from speaking classes.  ANOVA and T-test helped by SPSS 15.0 for windows were employed to investigate speaking self-efficacy, gender and speaking activities. The result showed that the level of speaking self-efficacy both male and female students is moderate. They can moderately perform speaking activities but they think them quite though and difficult. Besides, Sig. for gender scores lower than .05 (.013 .05), gender gave significant effect towards speaking activities. Yet, not only speaking self-efficacy partially (Sig .162 .05) but also its simultaneous interaction with gender (Sig .0677 .05) did not affect significantly towards speaking activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada kurangnya media pembelajaran untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan minat dan motivasi belajar fisika siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran komik fisika digital berbasis line webtoon dengan pokok bahasan tekanan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian dan pengembangan (Research & Development) dengan mengacu pada model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation dan Evaluation). Penelitian pengembangan model ADDIE dilakukan hanya sampai tahap Development (pengembangan), karena tujuan penelitian ini hanya sebatas mengembangkan dan menghasilkan suatu komik fisika digital sebagai media pembelajaran yang layak untuk diimplementasikan berdasarkan penilaian validator. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket melalui Google Form, sedangkan instrumen penelitian yang digunakan meliputi angket kebutuhan peserta didik yang terdiri dari 50 siswa SMP Kelas VIII secara acak mewakili satu Provinsi yaitu Jawa Tengah dan lembar validasi yang terdiri dari ahli materi dan lembar validasi ahli media yang diberikan kepada 6 (enam) orang validator yaitu 2 (dua) ahli materi, 2 (dua) ahli media dan 2 (dua) ahli bahasa. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil validasi yang dilakukan oleh ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli bahasa diperoleh nilai indikator sebesar 3,74 dan nilai persentase rata-rata penilaian sebesar 93,81% dengan klasifikasi sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil peneltian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa komik fisika digital berbasis line webtoon sudah layak untuk diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran fisika. Abstract

AbstrakTujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan fungsi teknologi dan internet sebagai media pembelajaran berbasis android di SMK Bina Mandiri Depok. Media pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan teknologi telepon seluler disebut dengan mobile learning. Mobile learning merupakan salah satu alternatif pengembangan media pembelajaran. Kehadiran mobile learning ditujukan sebagai pelengkap pembelajaran serta memberikan kesempatan pada siswa untuk mempelajari materi yang kurang dikuasai di manapun dan kapanpun. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dalam tiga tahap yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Tahap perencanaan yaitu menyiapkan bahan presentasi media pembelajaran android, modul pelatihan, serta sarana dan prasarana dalam menunjang pelatihan. Tahap pelaksanaan yaitu kegiatan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 30-31 Mei 2016. Tahap evaluasi yaitu memberikan evaluasi terhadap hasil produk peserta pelatihan dalam bentuk aplikasi android. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan serta diskusi. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan cara memberikan informasi dalam membuat media pembelajaran berbasis android. Materi yang diberikan saat pelatihan memuat pembuatan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, dan penyebaran media pembelajaran dalam bentuk mobile learning. Hasil produk pelatihan ini dalam bentuk aplikasi media pembelajaran berbasis android yang dapat digunakan guru dalam menunjang kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas.Kata kunci: Media Pembelajaran, Android, Appypie AbstractThe purpose of the program devotion these communities is to optimize function of technology and internet as a medium learning based android in smk bina mandiri depok.Media learning used technology mobile phone called by mobile learning.Mobile learning is one of alternative development media learning.The presence of mobile learning intended as appendages learning and give opportunity to students to study material weaker anywhere and anytime).The implementation of this activity in three the phase planning, the implementation of the, and evaluation.The planning stages that is prepared the presentation material media learning android, module training, and infrastructures in supporting training.The implementation stage that is training activities that was held in date 30-31 may 2016.The evaluation namely providing evaluation of the results of products the participants in the form of the android application. Abstract

The students’ scientific literacy nowadays is relatively low because the lack of media learning to improve scientific literacy. This research aimed to test the feasibility of developed Android-based comics on material style and motion to scientific literacy. This study used a research and development using ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation) model. The subject of this research is students from grade VIII at one of the junior high school in Indonesia. The instruments of this research are validation sheets and student response sheets. The result of validation test in term of material expert acquired on average percentages of 93.26% and media experts at 97.08%. Moreover, the pretest of students' scientific literacy is 2.26, and the post-test of students' scientific literacy is 3.40, with the N-gain formula obtained a value of 0.72 with the category "High". Based on these results, it can be concluded that the developed Android-based comics as an alternative media are worthy to be used according to expert recommendation and students’ responses. Android-based comics can be used to improve students’ scientific literacy. The implications for future teaching appear to be that Android-based comics have clear value as an innovative tool.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the opinions of validators and the response of learners to the medium of animation video-based physics learning to increase the independence of learning developed. This research is a research and development (R&D) using the sugiono procedure. This research at WIDYA MANGGALA Jakarta High School with the research subjects are class X learners. Data collection is done with observation.instruments used in the form of questionnaires.based on validation results conducted by material expert validators and media experts obtained consecutive presentation results of 78% and 93% with very feasible criteria.

Abstract

Problem Based Instruction learning model is very suitable to be applied in physics learning, because it can increase the activeness of learners to engage in the learning process. However, this learning model is still rarely applied by teachers which causes physics learning to become monotonous. The purpose of this study was to apply the Problem Based Instruction learning model to newton's Law mater. This research was conducted by class action research method. Data collection method is done by observation of activities with observation sheets and learning results with test instruments. The results showed that the Problem Based Instruction model can improve the learning outcomes and activities of learners in learning. The application of Problem Based Instruction learning model in physics learning can attract students to learn physics.

Abstract

This development research aims to produce an E-Mind Mapping learning media based on flipbook physics for grade 11 high school students on equilibrium and rotational dynamics, elasticity and Hooke's law, as well as static and dynamic fluids. This research is a development research (R&D) using the R2D2 (Recursive, Reflective Design and Development model) model with the stages, namely, determining learning materials, analyzing needs, developing learning materials, compiling E-Mind Mapping concepts, editing materials into. e-learning. mind mapping and combining it into a flipbook, production, validation and testing, revision and refinement. However, in this study, it was only carried out until the validation stage. The results of the study show that the material displayed in this flipbook-based E-Mind Mapping has met the eligibility criteria in the very good category, and the flipbook-based E-Mind Mapping learning media has met the eligibility criteria in the good category. Overall, the flipbook-based E-Mind Mapping learning media has met the eligibility criteria in the good category.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the TGT type of cooperative learning model in learning physics through the overall size, based on education level, by region and dependent variables. This study uses a descriptive method with a meta-analysis approach to the results of scientific research published nationally. There are 8 national journals that fall into the research category. The results showed that learning as a whole with the application of the TGT cooperative learning model was able to improve student learning outcomes with an effect size of 0.459 from the control group. Based on the level of education, it can improve student learning outcomes with an effect size of 0.352 for junior high school education and 0.524 for high school education. Based on region, several regions in Indonesia, namely the island of Java, obtained results with an effect size of 0.743 and Sumatra with 0.419. And based on the dependent variable, the TGT cooperative learning relationship with learning outcomes has an effect size of 0.453; learning achievement has an effect size of 0.743; and understanding the concept has an effect size of 0.335. The three results of this study indicate the magnitude of the influence of the TGT type of cooperative learning model in learning physics. This shows that the TGT type of cooperative learning model is effectively used and has a major influence on learning physics.
