Abstract

This research is based on the lack of learning media to support the learning process that can increase students' interest and motivation in learning physics. This study aims to produce a Line Webtoon-based digital physics comic learning media with the subject of pressure. The research method used is research and development (Research & Development) with reference to the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). Data collection technique use in the form of charging poll through the Google Form, while the research instrument used includes a student needs charging poll consisting of 50 SMP Class VIII students randomly representing one province namely Central Java and a validation sheet consisting of material experts and media expert validation sheets. given to 6 (six) validators, namely 2 (two) material experts, 2 (two) media experts and 2 (two) linguists. This study shows that the results of the validation carried out by material experts, media experts, and linguists obtained an average percentage value of 93.81% in the very good category. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be said that Line Webtoon-based digital comics are feasible to be implemented in physics learning.Keywords: Learning Media, Digital Comic, Line Webtoon, Physics, Pressure

Abstract

The vehicle is an important requirement for daily activities. The increasing number of vehicles in Indonesia from year to year correlates with the worsening air quality, especially in big cities like Jakarta. Data also shows that 70% of air pollution in Jakarta comes from motorized vehicles that use fossil fuels. One source of energy that can be an alternative solution is electric-powered vehicles because they have advantages, which are not producing pollution. Electric vehicles generally use lithium batteries as a source of electric power. Lithium batteries that have been used up are generally just thrown away without going through the processing so that they will contaminate water and soil. Therefore, we want to make vehicles that are not dependent on fossil fuels, produce no pollution, and can do auto charging electric so they don't rely on PLN electricity. This vehicle can charge independently because it has an electromagnetic coil on the rear wheel that will produce GGL induction from the wheel rotation when the bike is moving. We call this vehicle MOBERAK (Environmentally Friendly Fuel-Free Motorbike).

Abstract

A research on development of learning media based on web blogs on the concepts of momentum and impulse has been done. This research aims to determine the feasibility of physics learning media based on web blogs. Method of this research is Research & Development (R&D) with ADDIE model. This learning media is validated by media experts and material experts. Based on the results of the research, development of learning media based on web blogs on the concepts of momentum and impulse is feasible for students to physics learning.

Abstract

In the implementation of this research, input and consideration can be made for all parties involved in the world of education, especially in physics lessons. This type of research is development research (Research and Development). The results of the research and discussion can be concluded that the development of learning media for physics-based on Sparkol Videoscribe and AVS Video Editor has a good category. The feasibility of physics learning media based on Sparkol Videoscribe and AVS Video Editor for physics subject matter of straight motion with constant velocity and acceleration is in the good category with the final percentage is 82.93%. So that the media can be used in learning because it is considered valid and worthy of being used as media that support learning in the classroom. This learning media increases students' interest, motivation, and concentration in learning physics in class. Schools should provide support in the form of facilities and infrastructure that can support teaching and learning activities.So that students get maximum service in teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

Learning media is an important component to support the learning process that can stimulate students' attention and interest in learning. Making media in the form of supplement books can be a good choice as an additional learning resource to clarify the teaching materials that have been delivered. One of the learning media used is Digital Comics media which can increase students' learning motivation to be able to understand and observe the material provided by the teacher. According to Lamb & Johnson (2009), digital comics are simple comics presented in certain electronic media. The use of visual media such as comics can be used to facilitate understanding and strengthen memory. The material used as the subject of learning is the solar system. in this material there are objects such as the sun, the planets, the orbits of the planets. The method used is the method of research and development (Research and Development). Research and Development (R&D) is research that seeks to develop certain products according to the needs of today's society. This research is limited to the Develop step, which is up to the assessment stage by experts. The research instrument used was a validation sheet and an assessment sheet for experts. Assessment of product quality using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The solar system material physics comic is presented in the form of a flipbook-based physics comic. Broadly speaking, this comic contains an explanation of the storyline, introduction of characters, a summary of the material. The quality of physics comics based on the assessment of linguists, material experts, media experts, and science teachers is very good (SB). According to the presentation of the eligibility criteria, comics were deemed worthy as supplements and learning media. This shows that the comic media can be well received by students and can be used as a medium that supports the student learning process.

Abstract

Selama wabah pandemi Covid-19, para pendidik diharuskan untuk melakukan pembelajaran jarak jauh. Selama pembelajaran jarak jauh dilakukan terdapat beberapa kendala, salah satunya adalah kegiatan praktikum yang seharusnya dilakukan di laboratorium. Kegiatan praktikum dapat dilakukan secara daring melalui laboratorium virtual sehingga siswa tetap dapat melakukan praktikum melalui pembelajaran jarak jauh. Adapun laboratorium virtual yang digunakan harus yang mudah dipahami dan digunakan oleh pendidik dan siswa, salah satunya adalah Crocodile Physics 605. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan pelatihan penggunaan laboratorium virtual Crocodile Physics 605 untuk para pendidik. Adapun tujuan dari pelatihan ini untuk mensosialisasikan laboratorium virtual dengan menggunakan Crocodile Physics 605, dan mengukur tingkat pemahaman peserta dalam menggunakan Laboratorium Virtual Crocodile Physics 605 dalam pembelajaran. Sasaran dari pelatihan ini merupakan guru- guru tim MGMP fisika SMA Kabupaten Karawang. Kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan metode diskusi dan tanya jawab yang dilakukan daring. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi di tiap akhir pelatihan. Hasil akhir pada pelatihan ini menunjukkan bahwa guru MGMP fisika SMA Kabupaten Karawang dapat melakukan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan Laboratorium Virtual Crocodile Physics 605, hal tersebut dibuktikan melalui simulasi praktikum yang dibuat oleh para peserta. Selain itu, para peserta dapat memahami laboratorium virtual Crocodile Physics 605 dengan tingkat pemahaman mencapai 89,3%.

Abstract

Penyamaan persepsi (konsep) antara pengajar dan anak didik sangat penting dalam pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini dapat dilakukan sedari awal dalam pembelajaran dalam kelas. Pengajar menyampaikan persepsinya berupa konsep-konsep materi pelajaran yang akan disampaikan sehingga anak didik dapat mengetahui arah/alur pelajaran yang akan dipelajarinya. Pemahaman konsep yang benar dan sinkron antara pengajar dan anak didik diharapkan mampu membuat pembelajaran dalam kelas berjalan secara efektif dan efisien. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat “PKM Mts Hidayatul Anam di Jakarta Selatan” ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman pentingnya pemberian peta konsep dalam proses belajar mengajar sehingga guru mampu menyusun peta konsep materi pelajaran sebagai sebuah instrument penting dalam pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah dengan pelatihan, pendampingan, dan diskusi. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan cara memberikan informasi mengenai model pembelajaran peta konsep serta praktik mengajar dengan model peta konsep. Guru juga dilatih untuk merancang dan membuat model pembelajaran peta konsep. Kegiatan ini berjalan dengan lancar, terlihat antusias guru yang semangat dalam mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan ini.

Abstract

Twenty-first century learning requires high-level thinking skills including critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity known as the 4Cs. The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of the lecturers of the Biology Education Study Program at UIN Alauddin Makassar in making Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) questions and to find out the responses of the lecturers of the Biology Education Study Program at UIN Alauddin Makassar on the importance of developing HOTS questions. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. This research was carried out in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 Academic Year with the research subjects of all lecturers of the Biology Education Study Program at UIN Alauddin Makassar who have educational backgrounds according to the study program as many as 12 people. Data collection techniques through question documentation and questionnaires. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics. The results showed that Lecturers of the Biology Education Study Program were able to make higher order thinking questions (HOTS) with a percentage of 33% Very Able, 8% Able, and 17% Enough, while the remaining 42% with the criteria of Poor. As many as 85% of the Lecturers of the Biology Education Study Program at UIN Alauddin Makassar gave a positive response to 74% of items stating the importance of making higher order thinking questions (HOTS). Suggestions from this study was that Biology Education lecturers can innovate HOTS-based educational evaluations.

Abstract

Abstract: Analysis of Principal Technology Leadership Indicators as Leaders of 21st Century Technology Implementation21st century principals must be leaders in technology implementation by using technology as the primary tool for transforming teaching and learning. Through technological leadership, principals can utilize the talents and potential of teachers to produce superior pedagogical methods based on information and communication technology (ICT). This study aims to describe technological leadership and the indicators that mark the principal's technological leadership style as a leadership style that must be developed in the 21st century. The study was conducted using the literature study method, where information was obtained from journals, literature books, research reports, mass media, and written sources, both printed and electronic. Based on the results of the study obtained 7 indicators to measure the principal's technological leadership, namely: (1) vision, planning, and management; (2) interpersonal and communication skills; (3) teacher development and training; (4) technology and infrastructure support; (5) excellence in professional practice; (6) digital learning and teaching culture; (7) digital citizenship; and (8) evaluation and assessment. Strengthening the principal's technological leadership is expected to optimize the innovative behavior of teachers which can improve the quality of education. Abstrak: Analisis Indikator Kepemimpinan Teknologi Kepala Sekolah Sebagai Pemimpin Implementasi Teknologi Abad 21Kepala sekolah abad 21 harus menjadi pemimpin implementasi teknologi dengan menggunakan teknologi sebagai alat utama untuk mengubah pengajaran dan pembelajaran. Melalui kepemimpinan teknologi, kepala sekolah dapat memanfaatkan bakat dan potensi guru untuk menghasilkan metode pedagogis yang unggul berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kepemimpinan teknologi dan indikator-indikator yang menandai gaya kepemimpinan teknologi kepala sekolah sebagai gaya kepemimpinan yang harus dikembangkan pada abad 21. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan, dimana informasi diperoleh dari jurnal, buku literatur, laporan penelitian, media masa, dan sumber-sumber tertulis baik cetak maupun elektronik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh 7 indikator untuk mengukur kepemimpinan teknologi kepala sekolah yaitu: (1) visi, perencanaan, dan manajemen; (2) keterampilan interpersonal dan komunikasi; (3) pengembangan dan pelatihan guru; (4) dukungan teknologi dan infrastruktur; (5) keunggulan dalam praktik professional; (6) budaya belajar dan mengajar digital; (7) digital citizenship; dan (8) evaluasi dan penilaian. Penguatan kepemimpinan teknologi kepala sekolah diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan perilaku inovatif guru yang dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan.

Abstract

Media yang berkembang cepat sekarang ini, merupakan produk dari output teknologi yang diciptakan oleh manusia. Kehadirannya kini sebagai alat untuk mempermudah kerja-kerja manusia. Perkembangannya telah meluas secara dimensional dan salah satunya menyetuh aspek dalam bidang pendidikan. Dinamika pendidikan khususnya di Indonesia, penggunaan teknologi berupa media sudah menjadi bagian yang sangat penting untuk ditempatkan sebagai salah satu prioritas dalam menyampaikan ilmu pengetahuan kepada para peserta didiknya. Dalam rangka itulah penelitian ini memberikan gambaran riil untuk mengukur sebuah media kepada para siswa. Media teknologi animasi dengan informasi pengetahuan yang masih selalu berkembang yaitu energi nuklir. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan gambaran tentang interpretasi terhadap keilmuan, interpretasi terhadap media dan hasil belajar melalui media pembelajaran interaktif Badan Tenaga Nuklir Nasional.
