Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study to determine (1) the effect of interest in learning on learning outcomes during the Covid-19 pandemic on economic subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Rainis, (2) the effect of teacher competence on learning outcomes during the Covid-19 pandemic on economic subjects in SMA Negeri 1 Rainis (3) the effect of learning facilities on student learning outcomes during the Covid-19 pandemic on economic subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Rainis (4) the influence of learning interest, teacher competence and learning facilities on learning outcomes during the Covid-19 pandemic on subjects economics at Rainis 1 Public High School. This research was conducted for about three months. This research is exploratory with descriptive, social and logical causal methods regarding a phenomenon through a number of units or individuals. The results of this study prove that (1) there is a significant influence of the learning interest variable on learning outcomes (2) there isn’t significant effect of the teacher competency variable on learning outcomes (3) there isn’t significant effect of learning facilities on learning outcomes (4) there is a significant effect learning interest variables, teacher competence and learning facilities on learning outcomes. Keywords: interest in learning, teacher competence, learning facilities, learning outcomes Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar pada masa pandemi Covid-19 pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 1 Rainis, (2) pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap hasil belajar pada masa pandemi Covid-19 pandemi pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 1 Rainis (3) pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada masa pandemi Covid-19 pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 1 Rainis (4) pengaruh minat belajar, kompetensi guru dan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar selama pandemi Covid-19 pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 1 Rainis. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama kurang lebih tiga bulan. Penelitian ini bersifat eksploratif dengan metode deskriptif, sosial dan kausal logis mengenai suatu fenomena melalui sejumlah unit atau individu. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan variabel minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar (2) tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan variabel kompetensi guru terhadap hasil belajar (3) tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel kompetensi guru terhadap hasil belajar. fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar (4) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan variabel minat belajar, kompetensi guru dan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penulis bertujuan untuk mengembangkan proses pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah di kelurahan Tataraan Minahasa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan. Pada metode penelitian dan pengembangan terdapat beberapa jenis model. Model yang digunakan adalah pengembangan model 4-D. Metode dan model ini dipilih karena bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk pengembangan. Produk yang dikembangkan kemudian diuji kelayakannya dengan validitas dan uji coba produk untuk mengetahui sejauh mana peningkatan pada materi pelatihan pemberdayaan Ekonomi bagi pengusaha UMKM di kelurahan tataaran,Minahasa. Pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah(UMKM) adalah salah satu alternatif yang dipilih dalam upaya mengurangi pengangguran,mengentas kemiskinan dan pemerataan pendapatan.Pengembangan mempunyai peranan penting dan strategis dalam struktur perekonomian Indonesia juga di kelurahan Tataaran Patar.Berdasarkan hasil uji coba dan analisis kebutahan dan data pemgembangan di IV,maka dapat disimpilkan bahwa: Materi pelatihan pengembangan pemberdayaan ekonomi didesiminasikan khususnya kepada masyarakat pelaku usaha UMKM sebagaib bahan pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kinerja UMKM. Produk Modul materi pemberdayaan ekonomi telah berhasil disusun dengan proses pengembangan dengan langkah-langkah 4d(four-D)dan analisis kebutuhan pelaku UMKM juga uji coba produk.Adapin materi yang dikembangkan adalah materi pemberdayaan ekonomi bagi pengusaha UMKM. Produk modul materi pelatihan pemberdayaan ekonomi ini dapat dikembangkan karena mempunyai peranan penting dan banyak manfaat dari isi materi pengembangan ini Kata Kunci : Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Bagi Pengusaha ABSTRACK The author aims to develop a process of community empowerment through Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the Minahasa Village of Tataraan. The method used in this research is research and development. In research and development methods there are several types of models. The model used is the development of a 4-D model. This method and model was chosen because it aims to produce development products. The products developed were then tested for feasibility with validity and product trials to find out the extent of improvement in Economic empowerment training materials for MSME entrepreneurs in the Tataaran sub-district, Minahasa. Empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is one of the alternatives chosen in an effort to reduce unemployment, alleviate poverty and equalize income. Development has an important and strategic role in the structure of the Indonesian economy as well as in the Tataaran Patar sub-district. Based on the results of trials and analysis of needs and data development in IV, it can be concluded that: The training material for developing economic empowerment is disseminated especially to the community of MSME business actors as learning materials to improve MSME performance. Product Module material for economic empowerment has been successfully compiled with a development process with 4d (four-D) steps and analysis of the needs of MSME actors as well as product trials. The material developed is economic empowerment material for MSME entrepreneurs. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Video dan Media Interaktif Quizizz Terhadap Motivasi Belaj ar Pada Siswa SMK Negeri 2 Tondano. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan sampel 83 siswa. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah teknik kuesioner (angket), observasi dan dokumentasi Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan metode analisis regresi linear ganda, analisis korelasi sederhana dan analisis korelasi ganda. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan (1) media video berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar pada siswa Smk Negeri 2 Tondano sebesar 84,82% dengan jumlah thitung > ttabel = 21,281 > 1,98969 dan jumlah fhitung > ftabel = 452,938 > 3,959 (2) media interaktif quizizz berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar pada siswa Smk Negeri 2 Tondano sebesar 56,70%, dengan jumlah thitung > ttabel = 10,2993 > 1,98969 dan jumlah fhitung > ftabel = 105,669 > 3,959 (3) media video dan media interaktif quizizz berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar pada siswa Smk Negeri 2 Tondano sebesar 85,93% dengan jumlah fhitung > ftabel = 248,422 > 3,111. Kata Kunci : Media Video, Media Interaktif Quizizz, Motivasi Belajar ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of using video media and interactive media Quizizz on learning motivation in students of SMK Negeri 2 Tondano. This research method is a survey method with a sample of 83 students. The technique used in data collection is a questionnaire (questionnaire), observation and documentation. The results of the study were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, simple correlation analysis and multiple correlation analysis. The results of this study show that (1) video media has a positive and significant effect on learning motivation in students of Smk Negeri 2 Tondano by 84.82% with the number of tcount > ttable = 21,281 > 1,98969 and the number of fcount > ftable = 452,938 > 3.959 ( 2) Quizizz interactive media has a positive and significant effect on learning motivation in students of Smk Negeri 2 Tondano by 56.70%, with the number of tcount > ttable = 10.2993 > 1.98969 and the number of fcount > ftable = 105.669 > 3.959 (3) media video and interactive media quizizz have a positive and significant effect on learning motivation in students of Smk Negeri 2 Tondano by 85.93% with a number of fcount > ftable = 248,422 > 3,111. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausashaaan dan status social ekonomi terhadap motivasi berwirausaha mahasiswa kecamatan likupang barat kabupaten minahasa utara. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitan kuantitatif. Populasi berjumah 95 dan sampel berjumlah 77. hasil analisis regresi ganda Y= 15,025+0,390X1 + 0,343X2 artinya Nilai konstanta sebesar 15,025 menyatakan bahwa jika nilai X1 dan X2 = 0 atau variabel kompetensi pedagogik dan pengalaman mengajar guru tidak ada, maka nilai variabel kemampuan belajar adalah sebesar 15,025. Koefisien regresi variabel kometensi profesional guru 0,390 mengandung arti bahwa setiap penambahan 1 (satu) poin variabel kompetensi profesional guru maka hal itu akan meningkatkan kemampuan belajar siswa sebesar 0,390 kali. Koefisien regresi variabel pengalaman mengajar guru 0,343 mengandung arti bahwa setiap penambahan 1 (satu) poin variabel pengalaman mengajar guru maka hal itu akan meningkatkan kemampuan belajar sebesar 0,343 kali. Ditemui koefisien korelasi ada hubungan yang kuat kopetensi profesional dan pengalaman mengajar guru dengan kemampuan belajar siswa. Ditemui pengaruh yang signifikan sebesar 54,7% dibuktikan dengan f hitung 44,748 > f tabel sebesar 3,120. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara simultan kompetensi profesional dan pengalaman kerja guru terhadap kemampuan belajar siswa SMA Negeri 1 Tondano. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi Profesional, Pengalaman mengajar Guru dan Kemampuan Belajar ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship learning and socioeconomic status on entrepreneurship motivation of students in West Likupang District, North Minahasa Regency. By using a quantitative research approach. The population is 95 and the sample is 77. The results of multiple regression analysis Y= 15.025+0.390X1 + 0.343X2. It means that the constant value of 15.025 states that if the value of X1 and X2 = 0 or the variables of pedagogical competence and teacher teaching experience do not exist, then the value of the ability variable does not exist. learning amounted to 15,025. The regression coefficient of the teacher's professional competence variable is 0.390 which means that for every addition of 1 (one) point of the teacher's professional competence variable, it will increase students' learning abilities by 0.390 times. The regression coefficient for the teacher teaching experience variable is 0.343 which means that for every 1 (one) addition of the teacher teaching experience variable, it will increase the learning ability by 0.343 times. There is a correlation coefficient found that there is a strong relationship between professional competence and teaching experience of teachers with students' learning abilities. There was a significant effect of 54.7%, as evidenced by f count 44,748 > f table of 3,120. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous positive and significant effect of professional competence and teacher work experience on the learning abilities of SMA Negeri 1 Tondano students. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the problems faced by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the new normal and arrange materials for their economic empowerment in the Matuari District, Bitung City. After conducting a content development, the MSME economic empowerment material product was successfully compiled with the Four D development process, with the stages of problem identification and analysis of development needs, prototype design and material, product testing, and product revision. The material developed is the economic empowerment of MSMEs with an outline of characteristics and principles of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial creativity and innovation, how to get business capital, family financial management, and online marketing. The trial of this MSME economic empowerment material is highly effective.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurship Attitudes of Students of Economic Education Department at the Faculty of Economics, Manado State University. With the independent variable namely Entrepreneurship Education and the dependent variable is the Attitude of Entrepreneurship. This research was conducted on some students in the Faculty of Economics, Manado State University Economic Education Department. The sample in this study were 60 students of the Faculty of Economics, Manado State University Economics Education Department. The problem in this research is trying to identify the factors that cause the Student Entrepreneurship Attitude to be still low, whether the process of entrepreneurship education is not maximized so that the Attitude of Student Entrepreneurship is low. The research objective was to see the effect of Entrepreneurship Education on increasing the Attitude of Student Entrepreneurship in the Economics Education Department at the Faculty of Economics, Manado State University. The research method used is a survey with data analysis techniques is regression correlation. The results showed that there was an influence of Entrepreneurship Education with the Attitude of Student Entrepreneurship. This, can be seen from the observation and the results of the analysis of the correlation coefficient between the two variables, namely the variable X as Entrepreneurship Education and variable Y as the Attitude of Student Entrepreneurship. Where analysis uses simple regression Ŷ = 44,99 + 0,06 X, and analysis using product moment correlation shows value r = 0,5 dan r2 = 0,25 atau 25%. While testing the significant level of the correlation coefficient using the t test with a real level 5% (α = 0,5) obtained thitung = 3,05 dan ttabel = 2,05 this means thitung < dari ttabel. These results can be understood that Entrepreneurship Education can improve Student Entrepreneurship Attitudes in the learning process which will ultimately improve student outcomes. With the existence of Entrepreneurship Education, it will affect the Attitude of Entrepreneurship in Students of the Economic Education Department at the Faculty of Economics, Manado State University.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the influence of motivational work environment and work towards the achievements of the work of employees in the Department of education, youth and sports District of Minahasa. The method used is correlational which focuses on a discussion of the relationship between variables X and Y variables. the working environment supports the work and the high motivation of working employees will encourage the creation of good working achievements among employees. Theoretically work environment and work motivation will work together to form a pribasi employee who upholds the job and always maintain good relations or relations with fellow officers and superiors that ultimately gives the feel is good for the improvement of work achievement a clerk in the Office of the Department of education, youth and sports of Minahasa Regency. Evidenced by the magnitude of the results of research influence between variables work environment and motivation the achievement of variable working on education department employees work , youth and sports district Minahasa 63.5 % is simultaneously .This can be concluded that the work environment and motivation can affect the work of 63.5 % department of education employees to work performance , youth and sports district Minahasa .The magnitude of influence between variables x on variables y is 63.5 % where the rest of the percentage of employees work performance to evaluate the department of education , youth and sports district Minahasa 36,5 % is determined by other factors. From these results it appears that the work environment and work motivation alike contribute a sizable work achievement against the employees of the Department of education, youth and sports District of Minahasa. This is because with a conducive environment and the high motivation of creativity will create new and excellent service to the community. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana Pengaruh Kompetensi Guru Dan Fasilitas Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa kelas X di SMKS POOPO Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 dan sampel penelitian 60. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan dan analisis pengujian korelasi ganda Kompetensi Guru (X1) dan Fasilitas Belajar (X2) terhadap Hasil belajar siswa (Y), maka diperoleh r = 0,960 dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar r2 = 0 ,7072 atau 70.72%. Selanjutnya apakah koefisien tersebut dapat digeneralisasikan atau tidak, maka harus diuji signifikannya dengan menghitung fhitung dari hasil penelitian yang diperoleh fhitung = 39.29557pada taraf kepercayaan 95% (α = 0,05) diperoleh nilai ftabel = 3.155 ternyata fhitung lebih besar dari ftabel (39.29557> 3 . 155) ini berarti variabel Kompetensi Guru (X1) dan Fasilitas Belajar (X2) tidak dapat diabaikan sehingga hipotesis Ha. Dari analisis diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan Kompetensi Guru dan Fasilitas Belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMKS Poopo.Kata kunci : Kompetensi Guru, Fasilitas dan Hasil Belajar ABSTRAKThis study aims to determine the extent of the influence of teacher competence and learning facilities on the learning outcomes of class X students at SMKS POOPO. The method used in this study uses a quantitative survey method. The population in this study was 60 and the research sample was 60. Based on the results of processing and analysis of the multiple correlation test of Teacher Competence (X1) and Learning Facilities (X2) on student learning outcomes (Y), it was obtained r = 0.960 with a coefficient of determination of r2 = 0 .7072 or 70.72%. Furthermore, whether the coefficient can be generalized or not, it must be tested for its significance by calculating fcount. From the results of the study, it is obtained that fcount = 39.29557 at the 95% confidence level (α = 0.05). ) this means that the variables of Teacher Competence (X1) and Learning Facilities (X2) cannot be ignored so that the hypothesis Ha. From the analysis it is known that there is a simultaneous influence of Teacher Competence and Learning Facilities on student learning outcomes at SMKS Poopo.Kata Kunci : Kompetensi Guru, Fasilitas dan Hasil Belajar

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Mengidentifikasi masalah dan melakukan analisis kebutuhan media pembelajaran komik digital materi kegiatan ekonomi pada siswa kelas IX, (2) Memahami materi kegiatan ekonomi kelas IX. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan 4D meliputi empat tahap yaitu Define, Design, Development and Dissemination. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IX yang ada di SMP Advent 2 Sario Manado. Pada tahap awal pengembangan Define dimulai dengan mengidentifikasi masalah dan analisis kebutuhan dari siswa yang dilakukan peneliti untuk mengkaji keadaan di sekolah khususnya di kelas subjek penelitian dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan media pembelajaran berupa komik digital sangat dibutuhkan. Pendefinisian yang akan dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemetaan kebutuhan belajar siswa. Dalam hal ini peneliti akan melakukan studi pendahuluan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran kuesioner (angket). Hasil identifikasi masalah dan analisis kebutuhan adalah dalam memahami materi relatif sulit dan ketersediaan media pembelajaran yang kurang memadai. Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran, Komik Digital, Materi Kegiatan Ekonomi.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan di objek dan subjek penelitian dan melakukan Analisis Kebutuhan Pengembangan Media pembelajaran berbantukan aplikasi Canva Pada pembelajaran Ekonomi dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem based learning dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 1 Ratahan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode survey, FGD dan Indept Interview untuk menganalisis kebutuhan pengembangan media berbantukan aplikasi canva dalam pembelajaran ekonomi. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas IX SMP Negeri 1 Ratahan. Analisis kebutuhan dilakukan pada sampel kecil 10 orang siswa kelas IX SMP negeri 1 Ratahan. Hasil peneltian ini mengidentifikasi adanya permasalahan dalam pembelajaran siswa Kelas IX SMP Negeri 1 Ratahan Minahasa Tenggara terkait dengan Pemanfaatan Media Pembelajaran Ekonomi yang tidak maksimal serta belum banyak di gunakan media pembelajaran yang inovatif serta bervariasi. Untuk analisis kebutuhan siswa di hasilkan bahwa siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 1 Ratahan sangat membutuhkan akan media pembelajaran yang inovatif seperti Media Pembelajaran Ekonomi Berbantukan Aplikasi Canva serta Proses Pembelajaran Ekonomi yang Berbasis Pada Problem Based Learning.
