Abstract

Purpose- This research aims to analyze the perspective of Hedonic Shopping Motivation consisting of Novelty, Fun, Appraise from Other, Escapism, Social Interaction and Desire for Visual Aesthetics on Impulse Buying Behaviour on cosmetics product consumers of Watson Indonesia. Design/methodology/approach- The survey involved 195 respondents who has purchased cosmetics product in Watson Indonesia using structured questionnaires. Construction is measured by using the specified scale. Multiple regression was used to analyse the data. Findings- The results showed that all variables in theperspective of Hedonic Shopping Motivation such as Novelty, Appraise from Other, Escapism, Social Interaction and Desire for Visual Aesthetics had a positive influence on Impulse Buying Behaviour, except Fun. Implication/Limitations- The implications of this research are the reference for marketers in formulate strategies to drive impulse buying behaviour to consumer cosmetic products related to the perspective of hedonic shopping motivation. Keywords: Novelty, Fun, Appraise from Other, Escapism, Social Interactions, Desire for Visual Aesthetics, Impulse Buying Behaviour.

Abstract

Growth conditions in the manufacturing sector increased by 2.06% from the previous year. These growth conditions affect the competitiveness of manufacturing companies, then employee performance becomes a matter that must be considered to maintain the competitiveness of the company. This study aims to analyze the performance of contract employees in manufacturing companies (PT. Xacti). This study uses some variables, such as nonfinancial compensation, training, and motivation to analyze the effect of contract employee performance. Data collection techniques using questionnaires with a sample of some contract employees (PT. Xacti). Data collected as many as 119 respondents by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results of the conclusion of this study are as follows: 1) Nonfinancial compensation proved to have a positive and significant influence on the Contract Employee Motivation at PT. Xacti, 2) Motivation has no positive effect on Contract Employee Performance at PT. Xacti, 3) Nonfinancial Compensation has no positive effect on Performance Contract Employees at PT. Xacti, 4) Training proved to have a positive and significant influence on Contract Employee Performance at PT. Xacti.

Abstract

In the times of growing football industry, behavioral intentions of football fans are also getting changed with the times. The behavior of the fans loyalty has become an important strategic tool used by the man-agement of football clubs in the country in the face of competition existing competition. The main objective of this study was to investigate the factors that form the behavioral intentions of supporters in a match watched his favorite football club. This research is classified as descriptive analysis method to take sam-ples and questionnaires as the main tool. Samples were supporters club Persija Jakarta, whice have a membership card The Jakmania, fans who live and stay in Jakarta and fans who've watched the match Persija Jakarta directly in the stadium. Respondents were selected using non probability sampling tech-niques and sampling purposive. The results of the analysis using Structural Equation Model (SEM) to ana-lyze the results. The results can be summarized as follows: 1. Sport attachment has positive influence on team identification, 2. Player attachment has positive effect on team identification, 3. Local city attachment has positive effect on team identification, 4. Fans community attachment did not effect on team identifica-tion, 5 . Team identification positive effect on behavioral intentions, 6. Game satisfaction positive effect on behavioral intentions, 7. Service satisfaction did not effect on behavioral intentions.

Abstract

Alumni have an important role for the better of a college, like positive behaviors that can provide long-term benefits to his alma mater. This research aims to examine and analyze a model of the behavior of alumni that reflected at brand identification, prestige, satisfaction towards word of mouth, participation and financial support. This study used a survey method from 192 respondent which is the alumni of STIE Indonesia Banking School. The results of the analysis using Structural Equation Models (SEM) with the following summary: Satisfaction has a positive influence towards the brand identification, word of mouth, participation and financial support on alumni STIE Indonesia Banking School. Prestige has a positive effect on the brand identification and word of mouth, but not on the participation and financial support on alumni STIE Indonesia Banking School. Last, brand identification has a positive influence on participation, but not in word of mouth and financial support

Abstract

The research aimed to examine factors that formed brand awareness and brand image of the tourism sector in Indonesia by using social media marketing on TikTok platform. The research applied a quantitative method to do a survey of 220 respondents who were users of the TikTok application. Data collection was carried out from April to May 2021, and processed by using Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM PLS). Convenience sampling was used in the research. The results show that entertainment, electronic word of mouth, and interaction positively affect consumer brand engagement. Trendiness and customization do not affect consumer brand engagement. Furthermore, it is found that consumer brand engagement positively affects brand loyalty, brand awareness, and brand image. The implication of the research is a reference for managers and policymakers in formulating strategies to improve the tourism sector in Indonesia using the model Social Media Marketing on TikTok.

Abstract

Abstract—This research aims to analyze the determining aspect of intention to buy environmentally friendly products as a plastic substitute on the milennial generation in Indonesia, such as social influance, enviromental concern, concern for self image, customer attitude and perceived environmental responsibility. The method of data collection used in this research is primary data by spreading the questionnaire to 95 respondents, 20-39 years using multiple regression analysis. Construction is measured using a defined scale. The results showed that the intention to buy environmentally friendly products as a plastic substitute on the milennial generation in Indonesia is influenced by customer attitude and perceived enviromental responsibility. Meanwhile, social influance, enviromental concern and concern for self image does not affect the green product purchase intention.

Abstract

A song creation is an object of copyrights in which Economic and Moral Rights are inherently attached to the song writer. Nonetheless, the problem then becomes crucial when the song writing comes into the recording process and produces an output of sound recordings and songs on his own work, the right which was originally attached only to the song writer but then it is shared to the Record Producers protected by the Mechanical Rights on the respective work of song recorded. It is, in fact, an opportunity for the song writers or Indonesian musicians to get back their Economic including Moral Rights which highly rely on the stand points of Songwriter towards YKCI as the collecting society and their Record Producers in pursuant to an understanding of the TRIPS Agreement in 1995 which obviously set out time period of protection term for Record Producers as the Neighboring Rights through the Mechanical Rights for the maximum duration of 50 years, since Indonesia has ratified the Berne Convention in 1997. As a result, exploitation of Economic right including Moral Rights of the song writer owned by the other parties that has occurred regrettably cannot be taken its benefit in a comprehensively balanced, equitable, and sustainable way by all stakeholders.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the role of Work overload, work environment, work-family conflict and work stress on job performance in Public Facilities and Infrastructure Handling Officers on South Jakarta. The sample used in the study was 130 respondents of Public Facilities and Infrastructure Handling Officers on Jakarta. The data collection techniques in this research used primary data by distributing questionnaires to Public Infrastructure and Facilities Handling Officers in Jakarta with data collected by 130 respondents using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis supported by SPSS 24 and AMOS 21. The results of this study indicate that 1) Work overload has a positive and significant effect on Job Stress. 2) Work Environment has a negative and significant effect on Job Stress. 3) Work Environment has no influence on Job Performance. 4) Work Environment has no influence on Job Performance. 5) Work Stress has no effect on Job Performance. 6) Work-Family Conflict has no effect on Job Performance. 7) Work Stress is proven to be a variable that intervenes between Work Overload and Job Performance. 8) Work Stress is proven to be a variable that intervenes between Work Environment and Job Performance.

Abstract

Belanja online melalui marketplace atau e-commerce lainnya semakin diminati masyarakat Indonesia. Banyak alasan konsumen memilih belanja online daripada offline. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas website, promosi penjualan dan pengaruh sosial terhadap pembelian impulsif online di platform Tokopedia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan instrumen pengambilan sampel dan kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen e-commerce Tokedia di Sukabumi, Cirebon, dan Banjar. Teknik yang digunakan dengan menggunakan kuesioner online menggunakan google form. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah 208 responden dengan menggunakan metode analisis Regresi Berganda dalam SPSS 16. Penelitian ini memberikan hasil analisis yang dirangkum sebagai berikut: 1. Website Quality (WQ) menganggap negatif tidak signifikan terhadap Impulse Online Purchases (OIB). 2. Promosi Penjualan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Online Impulse Purchase (OIB). 3. Pengaruh sosial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Impulse Online Purchases (OIB).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran Electronic Word of Mouth (EWOM) pada Value Co-Creation (VCC) dan implikasinya terhadap Niat Beli Game Red Dead Redemption 2. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur dari 132 Pengguna Youtube yang menonton game Channel Rockstar dan membuka halaman video tentang game Red Dead Redemption 2. Data dianalisis melalui Structural Equation Modeling. Analisis dalam penelitian ini diuji menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Makalah ini menemukan bahwa EWOM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Value Co-Creation pada Game Red Dead Redemption 2. Value Co-Creation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Purchase Intension pada Game Red Dead Redemption 2. Sedangkan EWOM tidak mempengaruhi Purchase Intention pada Game Red Dead Redemption 2.
