Abstract

Timbal termasuk ke dalam jenis logam non esensial yang sifatnya sangat beracun dan akan terakumulasi di dalam tubuh makhluk hidup karena tidak dapat dimetabolisme oleh tubuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kandungan logam berat timbal (Pb) pada air dan daging ikan gabus di Sungai Belumai Deli Serdang. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian analisis deskriptif eksploratif dan komparatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penentuan lokasi pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kandungan logam berat pada air sungai Belumai Deli Serdang di setiap Stasiun berkisar 0,0517-0,1715 mg/L sudah melebihi batas baku mutu (PP RI No 22 Tahun 2021). Kandungan logam berat pada daging ikan gabus pada Stasiun 1 dan 2 sebesar <0,03 mg/Kg masih berada dibawah baku mutu, sedangkan pada stasiun 3 sebesar 49,8 mg/Kg sudah diatas baku mutu (SNI 7387:2009). Abstract

Feeding broiler chickens will have an impact on meat quality. One feed that can be used as a substitute feed is tofu dregs, because it contains crude protein, fat, crude fiber, and BETN. The peanut content per 100 grams contains protein, fat, carbohydrates, water, ash, and of fiber, making it an excellent source of protein. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of providing additional feed with tofu dregs and green bean flour on the chemical quality of meat from 35 day old broiler chickens. This research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) method with 4 treatments and 5 replications. The treatment consisted of P0 (treatment feed without additional feed); P1 (90% commercial feed, 5% tofu dregs, and 5% green bean flour); P2 (80% commercial feed, 10% tofu dregs, and 10% green bean flour); P3 (70% commercial feed, 15% tofu dregs, and 15% green bean flour). Data analysis used analysis of variance (one way ANOVA) and continued with the Duncan test. The results of the research showed that supplementary feeding with tofu dregs and green bean flour had a significant effect on the water content, fat content and protein content of broiler chicken meat. Providing the best feed composition to produce quality broiler chicken meat is a commercial feed composition of 80%, additional feed 10% each.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the comparison of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model with the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) learning model on learning outcomes in respiratory system material in class XI SMA Negeri 2 Kota Pinang. This research is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental type of research. With a population of all class Using samples XI IPA-1 as experimental class I and XI IPA-2 as experimental class II. The instrument in this research uses a multiple choice form of learning outcomes test. The data analysis technique uses the t test at the significance level α = 0.05. The results of posttest data hypothesis testing showed that the average score for Experimental Learning Model I (Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL)) = 83.3 and Experiment II (Numbered Heads Together (NHT)) = 76.7. Hypothesis testing comparing the respiratory system learning outcomes of students in Experiment I and Experiment II, obtained tcount (2.47) > ttable 2.048, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) cooperative learning model with learning media on student activities and learning outcomes in the human respiratory system material in class XI IPA SMAS Bina Bangsa Simpang Gambus for the 2020/2021 academic year. This research is a quantitative research with a Quasi Experimental design. The samples in this research were class XI IPA-A as the experimental class and class XI IPA-B as the control class. Data analysis used to determine student learning activities is by using the TCR (Respondent Achievement Level) formula and for student learning outcomes data analysis uses statistical hypothesis testing. The results of the research show that there are differences in student learning activities and student learning outcomes in the two classes. For learning outcomes, students obtained an average posttest score for the control class, namely 70, while the average posttest score for the experimental class was 84.4. Based on the results of observations of learning activities and student learning outcomes, there is an influence of the use of the Two Stay Two Stray type cooperative learning model with learning media where student learning activities in the experimental class > control class, so that Ha is accepted. Obtaining student learning outcomes through statistical hypothesis testing shows that the tcount value is 7.28 and the ttable price is 2.068, meaning tcount>ttable, so Ha is accepted.

Abstract

Limbah industri produksi tahu sudah tidak dimanfaatkan kecuali digunakan sebagai pakan ternak. Masyarakat sering menyebut limbah tahu sebagai ampas tahu. Limbah ini digunakan sebagai pakan ternak karena mengandung lemak dan protein yang tinggi. Selain ampas tahu, tepung kacang hijau juga dimanfaatkan sebagai makan ternak karena mengandung protein tinggi. Tepung kacang hijau merupakan hasil produk setengah jadi kacang hijau. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pakan tambahan ampas tahu dan tepung kacang hijau (Vigna radiata) terhadap morfometrik dan bobot ayam broiler (Gallus domesticus). Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap dengan 20 ayam broiler dibagi menjadi 4 kelompok perlakuan. P0= 100% pakan komersil. P1= 90% pakan komersil, 5% ampas tahu, dan 5% tepung kacang hijau. P2= 80% pakan komersil, 10% ampas tahu, dan 10% tepung kacang hijau. P3= 70% pakan komersil, 15% ampas tahu, dan 15% tepung kacang hijau. Parameter yang diukur penimbangan bobot dan pengukuran morfometrik yaitu panjang kaki, paha, dada, sayap, dan maksilla. Analisis data menggunakan one way ANOVA dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penambahan pakan tambahan ampas tahu dan tepung kacang hijau berpengaruh terhadap morfometrik dengan nilai p=0.000. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penambahan pakan tambahan ampas tahu dan tepung kacang hijau berpengaruh terhadap bobot badan dengan nilai p=0.000. Pakan yang paling optimal dalam pertumbuhan morfometrik dan bobot badan adalah pada kelompok P2.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar biologi siswa ketika diterapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) dan Make a Match di kelas X MAN Dolok Masihul. Populasi siswa kelas X MAN Dolok Masihul. Ada dua kelompok sampel yaitu siswa kelas X MIPA1 (eksperimen) dan kelas X MIPA2 (kontrol). Teknik atau cara yang di pakai untuk menarik serta menyatukan data yaitu pengamatan dan ujian (tes) tertulis. Teknik analisis memakai uji hipotesis. Penelitian merangkum hasil diantaranya adanya perbandingan hasil nilai belajar biologi murid yang memakai model STAD dan MAM pada topik utama ekosistem di MAN Serdang Bedagai dilihat dari hasil belajar menggunakan tipe STAD diperoleh sebesar 75 dengan persentase 13%, sedangkan untuk Make A Match hasil yang diperoleh sebesar 68,83 dengan persentase 5,83%. Terdapat perbandingan hasil belajar biologi siswa yang menggunakan model STAD dan model MAM pada pokok bahasan ekosistem di MAN Serdang Bedagai dilihat dari hasil uji hipotesis thitung = 1,867 dan ttabel = 1,672 yang artinya thitung    ttabel sehingga Ho nya ditolak sedangkan untuk Ha diterima. This research aims to determine students' biology learning outcomes when the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) and Make a Match type cooperative learning models are applied in class X MAN Dolok Masihul. Population of class X MAN Dolok Stillul students. There are two sample groups, namely students of class X MIPA1 (experiment) and class X MIPA2 (control). The techniques or methods used to collect and combine data are observation and written tests. The analysis technique uses hypothesis testing. The research summarizes the results, including a comparison of the results of students' biology learning scores using the STAD and MAM models on the main topic of ecosystems at MAN Serdang Bedagai, seen from the results of learning using the STAD type which was obtained at 75 with a percentage of 13%, while for Make A Match the results obtained were 68 .83 with a percentage of 5.83%. There is a comparison of the biology learning outcomes of students who use the STAD model and the MAM model on the subject of ecosystems at MAN Serdang Bedagai seen from the results of the hypothesis test tcount = 1.867 and ttable = 1.672, which means tcount ttable so that Ho is rejected while Ha is accepted.
