Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media Kelubatar berbasis android pada pemahaman konsep kelas 4 SD serta untuk mengetahui kelyakan dan kepraktisannya. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kurangnya pemahaman konsep kelas 4 SD pada materi keliling dan luas bangun datar. Keterbaruan media ini ialah menggunakan android dalam proses penggunaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluate). Berdasarkan lima tahapan tersebut pengembangan media Kelubatar dihasilkan dari presentase kelayakan 89,5% sedangkan kepraktisan guru memperoleh presentase 80% dan kepraktisan siswa menperoleh presentase 94%. Uji coba penggunaan produk untuk mengetahui pemahaman konsep mendapatkan presentase 96% dengan kategori “sangat baik”. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat dinyatakan bahwa media Kelubatar merupakan media layak dan praktis untuk materi keliling dan luas bangun datar.

Abstract

Rendahnya kemampuan koneksi matematis dan sikap kerjasama membuat proses belajar kurang maksimal. Penelitian berfokus pada penerapan model scramble terhadap kemampuan koneksi matematis dan sikap kerjasama pada materi bangun datar. Penelitian kuantitatif ini mengunakan metode Pre Experimental Design dengan bentuk One - Group Pretest – Posttest. Populasinya adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SDN Kerangkulon 02 dengan jumlah 28 siswa dan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji coba instrumen, uji data awal dan uji data akhir. Adapun uji coba instrumen meliputi tes dan angket, sedangkan uji data awal menggunakan uji normalitas data, dan yang terakhir uji data akhir menggunakan uji normalitas data, uji hipotesis I, dan uji hipotesis II. Untuk kemampuan pembuktian matematis, berdasarkan data diperoleh thitung = 9,368 dan diperoleh ttabel = t(α)(dk=n-1)=t(0,05)(29-1) = 2,051. Dari hasil tersebut maka diperoleh thitung >- ttabel, sehingga hipotesis Ho diterima, artinya rata – rata nilai kemampuan pembuktian matematis lebih dari 70. Kemampuan pembuktian matematis melalui model scramble dengan pendekatan saintifik dapat memenuhi ketuntasan KKM. Sedangkan untuk sikap kerjasama, berdasarkan data diperoleh thitung = 11,01 dan diperoleh ttabel = t(α)(dk=n-1)=t(0,05)(29-1) = 2,051. Dari hasil tersebut maka diperoleh thitung >- ttabel, sehingga hipotesis Ho diterima, artinya rata – rata nilai kemampuan pembuktian matematis lebih dari 70. Sikap kerjasama melalui model scramble dengan pendekatan saintifik dapat memenuhi ketuntasan KKM.

Abstract

This research is aimed to (1) develop contextual-learning-based self-assessment components and instruments, (2) investigate the quality of the developed instruments. This development research applied the procedures developed by Borg Gall. The validity of the instruments employed the content validity with Aiken’ V formula, while the reliability of the instruments employed Cronbach Alpha. The development of the instruments produces learning topics and assessment instruments along with the rubrics. The expert judgment shows that the products are categorized ‘Good’. The content validity is categorized ‘Valid’. The reliability of the instruments is categorized ‘Reliable’ with Cronbach Alpha 0.7 and the instruments are practical.

Abstract

                                                  AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keaktifan siswa pada Pembelajaran Model Kooperatif Learning Visual Auditory Kinestetik Terhadap Pemahaman Konsep Matematika Sekolah Dasar. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain one-shot case study. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di salah satu SD di Kecamatan Gubug Kabupaten Grobogan. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, tes dan dokumentasi. Sementara itu, data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan uji prosentase angket, uji regresi dan uji t tes. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Keaktifan siswa menggunakan Pembelajaran Kooperatif Learning Visual Auditory Kinestetik mempengaruhi nilai pemahaman konsep matematika. Berdasarkan perhitungan diperoleh nilai koefisien (R) = 0,825 dengan (R Square) = 0,681 = 68,1%. Pada uji ANOVA menghasilkan Fhitung = 40,58 dengan nilai sig=0,000. Dengan kriteria jika nilai sig < α maka koefisien korelasi tersebut signifikan dengan besar pengaruh 68,1%. (2) Kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika dengan menggunakan model Visual Auditory Kinestetik dapat memenuhi Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) diperoleh dari hasil uji t yang nilai Asymp (2-tailed) = 0,000 < α.Kata kunci: pembelajaran kooperatif visual auditory kinestetik,  keaktifan siswa, kemampuan pemahaman konsep, matematika SD.                                                       AbstractThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of student activeness on Learning Cooperative Learning Kinestetik Visual Auditory Model to Understanding Concept Mathematics of Primary School. Type of research is a experimental design using a one-shot case study design. Data collection techniques used are questionnaire, test, and documentation techniques. Meanwhile the research data is analyzed using the analysis of percentage questionnaire test, regression test and t test. The results of this research show that: (1) Student activeness using Cooperative Learning Learning Visual Auditory Kinestetik influence comprehension value of math concept. Based on the calculation obtained coefficient value (R) = 0.825 with (R Square) = 0.681 = 68.1%. In ANOVA test yield Fcount = 40,58 with value of sig = 0,000. By criterion if sig value <α then correlation coefficient is significant with big influence 68,1%. (2) The ability to comprehend the concept of mathematics by using the Visual Auditory Kinesthetic model can fulfill the the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) obtained from the result of t test which is Asymp value (2-tailed) = 0,000 <α.Keywords: cooperative learning visual kinesthetic auditory model, student activity, abilityof understanding concepts, mathematics elementary school.

Abstract

 Kegiatan belajar interaktif bukan menekankan pada hasil namun lebih ke proses belajar, sehingga bagaimana seorang guru dapat membuat siswa lebih mudah menguasai pelajaran yang tidak diperoleh dari kegiatan menghafal namun dari mengalami atau pengalaman. Dalam mempermudah memahami pelajaran perlunya alat atau media penunjang, pada masa pandemic media memiliki peran penting dalam meraih tujuan pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui pembelajaran interaktif melalui media komik bagi siswa kelas II sebagai solusi pembelajaran dimasa pandemi. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini ialah deskriptif kualitatif. Data hasil penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan angket yang diambil dari beberapa responden sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran interaktif melalui media komik sebagai solusi pembelajaran dimasa pandemic cukup memenuhi kriteria dan memberikan nuansa baru dalam pembelajaran serta meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Diharapkan pendidik menguasai strategi yang digunakan dan memaksimalkan dalam penggunaan media.Kata kunci: pembelajaran interaktif, media komik, pandemi

Abstract

Understanding the correct concepts can avoid misconceptions in basic mathematical material. There is still a mathematical misconception among PGSD students due to the low understanding of the concept. Lecturing the basic mathematical concepts as a subject that must be taken by PGSD students can be done by internalizing Islamic values in it. The concepts in mathematics are full of the values they contain including Islamic values. Therefore, it is necessary to have teaching materials on the basic concepts of mathematics based on the internalization of Islamic values. This study aims at 1) to determine the characteristics of teaching materials on the basic concepts of mathematics based on the internalization of Islamic values, 2) to improve understanding of mathematical concepts through learning with teaching materials on the basic concepts of mathematics based on the internalization of Islamic values. This research is a development research. Analysis of the data used included the validity analysis of teaching materials, analysis of practicality of teaching materials, analysis of the effectiveness of teaching materials, descriptive statistics, and Gain normalization tests. Improving the understanding of student mathematical concepts can be seen in the average score of 61.54 pretest and the post-test average score of 85.41. From the normalized gain test calculation shows an increase of 0.62 in the medium category. From the results of the study it is expected that the teaching materials of the basic concepts of mathematics based on the internalization of Islamic values can be applied in learning through various learning innovations with student centered.Keywords: Teaching materials of mathematics basic concepts in Elementary, Internalization of Islamic values, concept understanding Ability.

Abstract

AbstrakMatematika merupakan pelajaran yang tidak banyak disukai orang, yang memancing sikap negatif dan menyebabkan pengalaman kegagalan. Salah satu faktor kegagalan adalah adanya kecemasan. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah menyelidiki seberapa besar dampak gaya mengajar guru terhadap kecemasan matematika pada siswa jurusan IPA dan IPS serta menyelidiki adanya interaksi antara konten matematika dan gaya mengajar guru dalam menentukan tingkat kecemasan matematika siswa. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan Ex Post Facto Design. Melalui teknik random sampling diperoleh sampel 30 siswa kelas X-IPA dan 30 siswa kelas X-IPS. Pengumpulan data melalui angket survey yang berisi 30 item kecemasan matematika dimana siswa merespons dengan skala Likert 1-5. Data dianalisis melalui uji statistic Anova dua arah dengan interaksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Gaya mengajar guru dengan Problem Based Learning memiliki dampak yang besar terhadap penurunan kecemasan matematika pada siswa di semua jurusan IPA dan IPS, secara statistik signifikan (p < 0,05) dan secara praktis signifikan dengan dampak (efek) masing-masing d = 0,84 dan d = 0,55, dan (2) Terdapat interaksi yang berarti antara konten matematika dan gaya mengajar guru dalam menentukan tingkat kecemasan matematika dengan signifikasi (p < 0,05). The Interaction of Teaching Style and Mathematical Content as Determinants of Mathematical AnxietyAbstractMathematics is a lesson that is not much liked by people, which provokes a negative attitude and causes the experience of failure. One of the failure factors is anxiety. The main objective of this study is to investigate how much the impact of teacher teaching style on mathematics anxiety in students majoring in Natural Sciences and Social Sciences and investigate the interaction between mathematics content and teacher teaching style in determining the level of student mathematics anxiety. This research design uses Ex Post Facto Design. Through random sampling techniques obtained a sample of 30 students of X-IPA class and 30 students of X-IPS class. Data collection through a survey questionnaire containing 30 items of mathematical anxiety to which students responded with a Likert scale of 1-5. Data were analyzed through two-way Anova statistical tests with interactions. The results showed (1) The teaching style of teachers with Problem Based Learning had a large impact on the reduction of mathematics anxiety in students in all majors of Natural Sciences and Social Sciences, statistically significant (p <0.05) and practically significant with their respective effects (effects) - d = 0.84 and d = 0.55, and (2) There is a significant interaction between mathematics content and teacher teaching style in determining the level of mathematics anxiety with significance (p <0.05).

Abstract

This study reveals (1) the mathematical dispositions of students, teachers, and parents in distance learning, and (2) factors forming the mathematical dispositions of students, teachers, and parents in distance learning. The method used in this research is a survey-based qualitative descriptive analysis. The subjects of the study were 20 elementary school students, 20 elementary school teachers, and 20 parents who have elementary school-aged children (6 to 11 years). The research data were collected through questionnaires and interviews. The results showed that the level of students' mathematical dispositions in distance learning was at a moderate level, the parents' mathematical dispositions were at a moderate level but tended to below, while the teachers' mathematical dispositions were at a high level. There are three factors that need to be considered to determine a mathematical disposition, namely the presence or absence of a mathematical disposition, its direction, and its intensity. Meanwhile, an interactive learning atmosphere, fast feedback, the use of technology, and the right content are factors in forming mathematical dispositions. This supports the proposition that the disposition (students, teachers, parents) towards mathematics learning is influenced by rules and practices in schools, teacher-student relationships, and expectations that determine the learning climate.

Abstract

This study uses an ex post facto design with the aim of knowing the interaction between the independent variables (mathematical disposition and learning independence) as a determinant of the dependent variable (learning outcomes). The sample of this study was 32 elementary school students. The data was taken through a questionnaire method and a written test. Data analysis through two-way ANOVA test with interaction factors. The results showed that was an interaction between the independent variables (mathematical disposition and learning independence) on the dependent variable (learning outcomes) with a significance level of 0.05. So it can be concluded that the interaction between mathematical disposition and learning independence is a determining factor in the mathematics learning outcomes of elementary school students in distance learning.

Abstract

The literacy movement is being carried out by the government nationally in various circles ranging from families, schools and communities. It is also entitled to be felt by all people including street children. For street children literacy culture also needs to be grown because their literacy is still low. This effort was carried out by increasing literacy in "Lotus" street children in the Social Barracks of Demaan Village, Kudus Regency, Central Java. Lack of interest in learning because teaching materials in schools are not easy for them to digest, making them less desirable and a burden on them. Teaching materials that are made thematically presented in the form of reading about local wisdom around them are expected to improve their literacy culture. The PKM is carried out by mentoring educational programs in the form of tutoring and training in improving literacy. In mentoring using teaching materials that have been developed by applying several methods. Like learning methods based on study groups according to age with approaches such as scientific, thematic, tutorial, drill and lecture. while the implementation of literacy training delivered good reading and writing methods. From this PKM activity, it was found that the level of enthusiasm of attendance was very high %80%, literacy ability had experienced an increase of> 10% with a significant.
