Abstract

Education will work well if supported by all aspects of education that includes family, community and school. All three are aspects that can not be mutually interconnected with each other. Parents are the first most responsible parties in developing talents and interests of children, then the children's education will be directed through professionals who are in the school environment, and in the community.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the thought of how to develop an academic culture in the Islamic boarding school, because the Islamic boarding school is the first and oldest educational institutions for Muslims in Aceh. In the long history Dayah has tried to adapt so that it can exist up to now by maintaining traditional culture in accordance with the local culture, Islamic boarding school continues to grow and has produced many Islamic scholars and generations. But in this era of globalization existence dayah began to decrease, causing the decreasing interest of young people to study at Islamic boarding school, then one way to maintain it is to develop an academic culture in the Islamic boarding school that can still exist in education and teaching, and not eliminated with the development of globalization now, one way is to develop the academic culture., the academic culture that needs to be developed in the Islamic boarding school is like writing culture, culture of giving an opinion, developing a culture of scientific and cultural development of the organization so it can maintain its traditional dayah although in the era of globalization. The development of academic culture is an effort to build the values ​​and norms which featured academic atmosphere, the atmosphere appropriate values ​​and scientific principles in an effort to acquire and develop knowledge and seek the truth.

Abstract

The curriculum is used as a tool to achieve educational goals, curriculum that is both systematic curriculum, flexible and according to the needs of society, especially in the era of globalization, the formulation must be adapted to the pace of development of science and technology and the development of society, then in the formulation required a clear conceptual in order to achieve the desired expectations by all parties. Kurikulum digunakan sebagai alat untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan, kurikulum yang baik adalah kurikulum yang sistematis, fleksibel dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat ter-utama di era globalisasi, penyusunannya harus disesuaikan dengan laju perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan tehnologi serta perkembangan masyarakat, maka dalam penyusunannya diperlu-kan sebuah konseptual yang jelas supaya tercapainya harapan yang diinginkan oleh semua pihak. Abstract

The teacher is a learning component that plays an important and main role, because the success of the teaching and learning process is largely determined by the teacher factor. The teaching and learning process of teachers at MAS Muta'allimin Meulayo Blang Bintang generally still uses the lecture method and only uses blackboard media in teaching, so students get bored easily and some fall asleep. This study aims to determine student responses to the use of audio-visual media in Akidah Akhlak learning in class X MAS Muta'allimin Meulayo-Blang Bintang and to determine students' motivation to learn by using audio-visual media in learning Akidah Akhlak in class X MAS Muta'allimin Meulayo. -Blang Bintang. The method used in this research is classroom action research or commonly abbreviated as CAR. Classroom action research (CAR) is action research conducted with the aim of improving the quality of classroom learning practices. The results of the research on student responses to the use of audio-visual media in the first cycle with a percentage of 77, 88% included in the category of good criteria. While in the second cycle with a percentage of 82, 69% and belongs to the very good category. Student learning motivation in the first cycle with a percentage of 80.6% is in the good category, and in the second cycle has increased with a percentage of 98.8% and is classified into the very good category. The use of audio-visual media in Aqidah Morals lessons can increase students' learning motivation.

Abstract

Mendidik merupakan rangkaian proses yang memerlukan kemampuan tidak hanya apa yang diajarkan melainkan bagaimana melarangnya. Seorang pendidik perlu membekali diri dengan berbegai teori belajar dan memahami objek yang akan diajarkannya. Dewasa ini banyak pendidik yang kurang memperhatikan konsep ini, jika ada guru yang cerdas dalam memainkan peran dalam kelas hanya sebagai objek tunggal pemberi informasi. Sementara cara mengolah dan menyampaikan informasi sesuai dengan kemampuan masing-masing peserta didik masih sangat minim. Penelitian ini merupakan kajian library research dengan menganalisis buku, jurnal dan kajian terkait lainnya. Kajian ini fokus pada teori belajar dan perbedaan individudalam pembelajaran PAI yang merupakan dua unsur penting dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa saya mendapatkan teori dan perbedaan individutidak dapat berdiri secara terpisah namun memiliki sisi yang saling melengkapi satu sama lain. Guru wajib memahami konteks pembelajaran yang akan diajarkan baik pendekatan maupun penguasaan berbagai konteks dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran di kelas. Di sisi lain, seorang pendidik juga wajib memahami perbedaan peserta didik satu sama lainnya, masing-masing anak memiliki kecendrungan dan perbedaan individu yang berbeda ini menjadi tugas seorang pendidik untuk memahaminya. Perbedaan-perbedaan tersebut harus diselesaikan dengan pendekatan individualnya juga, tetapi tetap disadari bahwa pendidikan tidak semata mata bertujuan untuk mengembangkan individu sebagai individu, tetapi juga dalam kaitan dengan pola kehidupan masyarakat yang bervariasi.
