Abstract

The implementation of demonstration methods in productive learning is very influential on the level of student learning success in SMK. The results of observation indicated that many student learning outcomes of SMK were below average. This was caused by teachers who did not apply the demonstration method in the lesson, so it affect their learning ability. This study aims to determine the level of students learning success at class X SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Banda Aceh by applying the methods of demonstration on Basic Electronics subjects. This research is a quantitative research using pre- experiment design method: one-group pretest-posttest design. Data were collected through pretest, posttest and questionnaires. Then the data was processed by using t-test. The results of the study revealed that there are differences in learning outcomes of students of class X SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Banda Aceh between after and before applied methods of demonstration. This can be seen from the average score of student achievement achieved on pretest < posttest (74.5 < 80.5). After analyzed by using the t- test formula obtained t-count = 1.96. While t-table obtained by using dk = n-1, dk = 10-1 = 9 at a significant level of 5%, ie 0.251. Base on the initial hypothesis of this study, it indicated that, if tcount > ttable (1,96> 0,521), Ha is accepted. Thus it can be concluded that the implementation of demonstration methods can improve student learning outcomes of class X SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Banda Aceh.

Abstract

Based on the observations made in class X SMK 1 Darul Kamal Electronics Aceh Besar shows the system applied learning in SMK 1 Darul Kamal Aceh Besar, is dominated by conventional learning. So active students tend to be passive because they only receive the material and exercises from the teacher, so in the learning process of students do not understand the material given by teachers and students also feel tired and boring. One alternative to solve these problems, the researchers tried to offer a study which emphasizes the students learning activities in a group that is using the learning method PBI. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in student motivation after following study with PBI teaching methods. The research was conducted on November 13 until November 15, 2017. The design of this study research design real experiments. The population in this study are all students of SMK 1 Darul Kamal, amounting to 198 students, while the sample in this study were students of class X Electronics amounting to 22 students. The data collection technique used observation and motivation questionnaire. Results showed significant improvements observation using the first RPP, RPP RPP II and III, both observation ability of teachers to manage learning and student activity observation. The results of observations of teachers at the first meeting with a total value of 80.62%, in the second meeting with a value of 81.85% and the third meeting of the results has been rising by up to 85%. So also with the results of the student activity observation of the value of 76.42% to 79.28%, even increased by 84.28%. The results using motivational angkket shows the average value of the experimental class was 87.4%. the results of students motivation increased class. Based on these results it can be concluded that the use of PBI learning methods can increase student motivation in the matter "resistor value measurement" in class X SMK 1 Darul Kamal Electronics Aceh Besar.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi pendidikan telah memberikan kesempatan kepada pendidik untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan mengimplementasikannya dalam proses pembelajaran. Hal ini juga memberikan peluang bagi tenaga pendidik untuk mengembangkan teknik pembelajaran sehingga menghasilkan kualitas pendidikan yang maksimal. Serupa halnya dengan pelajar, dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi memudahkan pelajar untuk menyerap informasi secara tepat dan efisien sehingga referensi yang dihasilkan tidak lagi bersumber pada teks buku semata.

Abstract

The Arabic teaching-learning proccess at the Madrasah Aliyah in Aceh Besar has not been running optimally. Generally, the learning process is still conventional based. Therefore, a solute efforts is needed for a teacher to design and create learning medias based ICT. Namely: computer-based media, websites, online library, e Learning and android that can facilitate the spread of knowledge. This research are to investigate how the utilization of ICT can be used optimally in learning and how the ability of teachers in using ICT facilities as a learning media innovation. The research used is a research development with mixed method methodology, and the sample of the research is Madrasah Aliyah teachers in Aceh Besar District. The results showed: generally, the teachers have already known and understood the use of media in learning. Nevertheless, Teachers rarely most of them do not use e learning. The teachers have not done the innovation of learning media of ICT based. The researcher recommends. The Medias e learning can be used optimally in learning Arabic at Madrasah Aliyah Aceh Besar District.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi yang cepat telah mempengaruhi dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan, Oleh karena itu, lembaga pendidikan harus mampu mengantisipasi perkembangan tersebut dengan terus menerus mengupayakan suatu program yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik.maka dalam penerapan perlu melakukan inovasi pendidikan, salah satu inovasi pendidikan dengan menerapkan e-learning, Elektronic Learning, merupakan cara baru dalam proses belajar mengajar yang menggunakan media elektronik khususnya internet sebagai sistem pembelajarannya. Harapan atas sistem E-learning di masa mendatang adalah penggunaan E-learning menjadi semakin efektif seiring dengan semakin berkembangnya teknologi dan metode pembelajaran yang digunakan. Pengembangan sistem E-learning juga diharapkan tidak hanya memperhitungkan masalah finansial dan profitabilitas, tetapi juga memperhatikan sisi psikologis pelajar dan mampu mengakomodasi berbagai kepribadian dan cara belajar masing-masing peserta.
