Abstract

Gratitude memiliki peran dalam menjadikan lingkungan kerja sehat sehingga mampu meningkatkan motivasi serta mengarah pada kinerja karyawan menjadi lebih produktif. Meskipun pada dasarnya para ahli memiliki anggapan yang berbeda mengenani konsep gratitude namun keseluruhannya memberikan pemaknaan yang sama mengenai bagaimana gratitude mampu memberikan kontribusi di semua aspek positif di kehidupan manusia terutama di linkungan kerja. Metode tinjauan literatur digunakan untuk mengumpulkan materi yang relevan tentang topik ini untuk mengkaji lebih jauh mengenai gratitude dalam upaya memperluas pengetahuan dan menekankan efek positif dari gratitude dalam konteks organisasi. Kajian literatur ini menemukan bahwa bahwa gratitude memiliki relevansi dengan bidang organisasi. Gratitude menjadi lebih dari sekedar diperlukan di lingkungan kerja yang selalu berubah dinamika konfliknya, tujuannya adalah membuat karyawan tetap termotivasi, tertarik, dan loyal kepada organisasi. Gratitude dalam konteks organisasi berhubungan dengan perasaan membangun, menghargai, membantu menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang positif dan bahagia, memengaruhi dan memperkuat hubungan antara manajemen dan rekan kerja. Graitude juga mampu meningkatkan motivasi karyawan untuk memberikan kinerja terbaiknya, dan berdampak pada kemungkinan peningkatan keberhasilan individu dan organisasi.

Abstract

A functional performance assessment is crucial for planning an employee's career development working in the company. Nevertheless, related to the performance, so far, conceptually, it is divided into two, e.g., task and contextual performance. Subsequently, directly or indirectly, contextual performance influences individual task performance. Therefore, the study related to particular contextual performance becomes an essential matter to discuss. This study related to contextual performance is relatively scarce; moreover, it does not even find primarily in startup companies. The research objective is to observe the role of perceived organizational support, organizational culture, and servant leadership on contextual performance. The method in this study is quantitative correlation research. The participants in this research are startup employees who are actively working. The instrument for collecting data is a psychological scale consisting of a contextual performance scale, perceived organizational support scale, organizational culture scale, and servant leadership scale. The data analysis technique employs multiple regression analysis. The research result indicates that the coefficient values are R=0.589, F=4.615, and p=0.01 (p<0,05). Based on the data analysis result, simultaneously, perceived organizational support, organizational culture, and servant leadership is indeed contributed to contextual performance.Keywords: Organizational culture, Contextual performance, Perceived organizational support, servant leadership, Startup

Abstract

Nurses are at the forefront of overcoming the covid-19 pandemic, so nurses are required to have maximum performance, but in fact performance problems are found in nurses such as feeling unsure about overcoming the pandemic, fatigue, and decreased teamwork due to lack of health workers. This study aims to examine the effect of self-efficacy, altruism and interpersonal communication on the performance of ASN nurses during the Covid-19 pandemic. The subjects in this study were ASN nurses at Yogyakarta Hospital. Data collection uses employee performance appraisal (PKP) through the e-PKP system, self-efficacy scale, altruism scale and interpersonal communication scale. The collected data will then be analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results showed that simultaneously self-efficacy, altruism and interpersonal communication have an influence on employee performance. Subsequent results show that there is no effect of self-efficacy on nurse performance, on the other hand there is an influence of altruism on nurse performance, and there is an influence of interpersonal communication on nurse performance. This research has implications for the importance of attention and increasing altruism and interpersonal communication to encourage nurse performance. Perawat merupakan garda terdepan untuk mengatasi pandemi covid-19 sehingga para perawat dituntut memiliki kinerja yang maksimal, tetapi pada faktanya permasalah kinerja ditemukan pada perawat seperti merasa tidak yakin untuk mengatasi pandemi, kelelahan, dan kerjasama tim menurun karena tenaga kesehatan yang kurang.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh efikasi diri, altruisme dan komunikasi interpersonal dengan kinerja perawat ASN pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat ASN di RSUD Yogyakarta. Pengumpulan data menggunakan penilaian kinerja pegawai (PKP) melalui sistem e-PKP, skala efikasi diri, skala  altruisme dan skala komunikasi Interpersonal. Data yang terkumpul selanjutnya akan dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan efikasi diri, altruisme dan komunikasi interpersonal  memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil berikutnya menunjukkan tidak ada pengaruh antara efikasi diri terhadap kinerja perawat, di sisi lain terdapat pengaruh  altruisme terhadap kinerja perawat, dan terdapat pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja perawat. Penelitian ini berimplikasi pada pentingnya perhatian dan peningkatan altruisme dan komunikasi interpersonal untuk mendorong kinerja perawat.

Abstract

BPRS Sukowati Sragen is one of the regional companies that has a good reputation as evidenced by various awards from stakeholders.This research aims to find out the influence of reputation on customer loyalty in BPRS Sukowati Sragen. This study uses quantitative approaches through google form questionnaires and populations in this study using BPRS customer Sukowati Sragen. The study used sample determination techniques with snowball sampling and analysis in this study using simple regression analysis with SPSS analysis tool version 2.0.The results of this study reputation have a significant influence on customer loyalty at BPRS Sukowati Sragen. This is evidenced reputation has a significant rate of 92% to customer loyalty. While 8% is likely to be influenced by product quality, customer satisfaction or customer trust. Researchers did not examine 8% of these other factors.

Abstract

The inflow and outflow rates of coins that were not commensurate made the money supply, especially coins in society, too large. Starting from this problem, the researcher aims to help the community manage coins with better utilization by designing financial technology, namely a mobile-based application made for KoKo coins (Coin Box). This research is a descriptive qualitative research with the results of an online banking application. The method used in data collection is the distribution of questionnaires with time dimensions that are cross section because data collection was carried out at Campus 1 UAD with a sample of 100 respondents in one period. Based on the results of observations, there were 52.7% of UAD campus 1 residents who had coins with a nominal value of Rp. 500 and the rest were nominal below that. The percentage of coin ownership has an impact on responses to the use of coins with the application and features in the application, which is 65.5% of the total respondents. This application can be used by first registering as a KoKo customer by entering personal data at the registration stage which will be verified via email of the prospective customer. After successful registration and login, customers can save their coins by allocating savings, bank transfers, donations and even investing in time deposits. The expected influence in society is that this application can assist the community in managing the coins they have and a balanced level of inflow and outflow in the circulation of money.  Tingkat inflow dan outflow uang logam yang tidak sepadan membuat jumlah uang beredar khususnya uang logam di masyarakat terlalu besar. Berawal dari permasalahan tersebut, peneliti bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat dalam mengelola uang logam dengan pemanfaatan yang lebih baik dengan merancang teknologi finansial yaitu aplikasi berbasis mobile yang dibuat untuk uang logam KoKo (Kotak Koin). Penelitian ini berbentukk kualitatif deskriptif dengan hasil produk sebuah aplikasi perbankan online. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah penyebaran kuisioner dengan dimensi waktu yang bersifat cross section karena pengambilan data dilakukan di Kampus 1 UAD dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden dalam satu periode. Berdasarkan hasil dari observasi, terdapat 52,7% warga kampus 1 UAD yang memiliki uang logam dengan nominal Rp 500 dan sisanyaadalah nominal dibawah itu. Persentase kepemilikan uang logam tersebut berdampak pada tanggapan untuk adanya pemanfaatan uang logam dengan aplikasi dan fitur-fitur yang ada dalam aplikasi yaitu sebesar 65,5% dari keseluruhan responden. Aplikasi ini dapat digunakan dengan mendaftar terlebih dahulu sebagai nasabah KoKo dengan memasukkan data diri pada tahapan registrasi yang akan terverifikasi melalui email calon nasabah. Setelah berhasil dalam registrasi dan login, nasabah dapat menabungkan uang logam yang dimilkinya dengan alokasi menabung, transfer antar bank, donasi bahkan investasi dalam bentuk deposito berjangka. Pengaruh yang diharapkan di masyarakat adalah aplikasi ini dapat membantu masyarakat dalam mengelola uang logam yang dimiliki dan tingkat inflow serta outflow yang seimbang dalam peredaran uang.

Abstract

Leadership plays a key role in the direction, goals, and level of success in achieving the goals that have been set. Education is one form of organization where the level of success is largely determined by management and leadership factors. This fact shows how big the role of leadership in education is. Therefore, improvement of management and leadership systems in education is absolutely necessary. With the existence of Islamic leadership, it also provides a balance between worldly concept leadership and the concept of ukhrowi to achieve essential goals that are more than just temporary organizational goals, require a high commitment to Islamic principles and assign a place of leadership not just a humanitarian task.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal one's efforts to independently provide alternative solutions for the rehabilitation of neuro-insane lunatics or narcotics, or others by the method of Inabah Suryalaya, Tasikmalaya. The way of Thariqah Qadiriyah Wa Naqsyabandiyah is to perform prayers, fasting, Dhikr, reciting the Qur'an, and bathing taubah. Method of this research was qualitative approach, survey, interview and exploration. The result this research proved that this institution practiced the modern management philosophy: planning, organizing, actuating, and evaluating. This research explored the way of management sight to figure out organizing and contributing borstal rehabilitation, in order to encourage people to participate and contribute. The basic philosophy of patient rehabilitation is humanistic treatment, high empathy, brotherhood, not really insane, not exiled person, et cetera. But feel homy, freely to act, needness of each other, humanistic exploration, take and give to each other.

Abstract

The success of learning Bahasa needs to be supported by learning media that can condition students to be actively involved in learning. This study aims to develop active learning-based stage play learning media for Indonesian language lesson of Four grade which can be used to support the learning process to assist teachers in delivering the lesson. The research design of this study is research and development included steps of potential and problem analysis, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product trial, product revision, trial use and product revision, these steps of R&D were carried out in fourgrade state primary school 1 of Muntok, Bangka Regency. The data was collected through the observation then conducting the assessment by the expert and the questionnaire of student and teacher assessment. A qualitative and quantitative data were used to analyze the collected data. The research result showed that active learning-based stage play learning media for Bahasa lesson of theme 7 of fourth-grade primary school is feasibly used as learning media. Based on the expert assessment, the overall result of media, material, and learning expert is 75,3 with a feasible category. Assessment of learning practitioners was assisted by teachers of class 4 with 89 of very feasible category, and student assessment obtained 95 with very feasible category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial teman sebaya dan efikasi diri terhadap psychological well-being pada mahasiswa di masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode cross sectional study. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang memiliki pengalaman mengikuti proses belajar secara daring/online akibat pandemi Covid-19. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 100 mahasiswa yang terdiri dari 67 perempuan dan 33 laki-laki. Alat ukur yang digunakan terdiri dari tiga skala, yaitu skala kesejahteraan psikologis, Peer’s Perceived Support Scale (PPSS) dan The General Self Efficacy Scale (GSE). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan perolehan koefisien R=0,742 dan F=59,404 (p<0,001). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang sangat signifikan antara dukungan sosial teman sebaya dan efikasi diri terhadap psychological well-being mahasiswa di masa pandemi Covid-19. Besarnya kontribusi dukungan sosial teman sebaya dan efikasi diri tehadap psychological well-being adalah sebesar 55,1%.Kata kunci: Efikasi diri,Kesejahteraan psikologis, Pengaruh dukungan sosial teman sebaya This study aims to determine the effect of peer social support and self-efficacy on psychological well-being in college students during the Covid-19 pandemic. The population of this research is students who have experience participating in online learning processes due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 100 students consist of 67 women and 33 men. The measuring instrument used consists of three scales, namely the psychological well-being scale, the Peer's Perceived Support Scale (PPSS) and The General Self Efficacy Scale (GSE). The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the coefficient of R=0.742 and F=59.404 (p<0.001). Based on these results, it can be concluded that simultaneously there is a very significant influence between peer social support and self-efficacy on the psychological well-being of students during the Covid-19 pandemic. The contribution of peer social support and self-efficacy to psychological well-being is 55.1%.Keywords: Self-efficacy, Peer social support influence, Psychological well-being
