Abstract

Organizational commitment of employees is very important for an organization to achieve the goals that have been set. This study aims to 1) analyze the effect of organizational justice on employee job satisfaction. 2) To analyze job satisfaction on organizational commitment employee commitment. 3) To analyze the effect of organizational justice on employee job satisfaction. The population in this study is total employees working in organizational ChildFund Timor Leste. Based on existing data and the number of employees of the total amount is as much as 58 people. Consisting of employees of International and local employees. To answer the problem of research and test research hypotheses, used path analysis techniques. Managerial implications of this research are ChildFund East Timor can do more in-depth study, if conducted related changes in exchange. In addition, the organization must maintain aspects of procedural justice and interactional as both play a role in shaping employee satisfaction. The advice given is ChildFund East Timor should convince the employee that remuneration policies are applied solely to respect the competence of employees. In addition, organizations are expected to consistently apply justice mechanism that evenly felt by all employees both from a low position up to the highest position. Commitment organizations to pay attention to the satisfaction of all members of the field work.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the effects of food quality, service quality, and physical environment on customer satisfaction and behavioral intention. The sample used are 150 respondents using purposive sampling who have minimal education of senior high school or equal and have been in Nanny’s Pavillon at least twice in the last six months. Data Analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this study indicate the construct of food quality, service quality, and physical environment has positive and significant effects on customer satisfaction and behavioral intention. The implications on this research show that the customer of Nanny’s Pavillon chooses the food quality such as the catchy food display, variety of the menu, delicious food, also the temperature of the dish as appropriate. The advices for Nanny’s Pavillon managements are to pay more attention to the service,Therefore, the satisfaction of Nanny’s Pavillon customer can be increase so then will effects on behavioral intention in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the influence of consumer attitudes, normative aspects, aspects of information, and perception of behavioral control on intentions of taking multivitamin supplements, as well as the role of motive for healthy as a moderating variable. The population in this study were the elderly who had the intention of taking multivitamin supplements. The technique of determining the sample was done by using purposive sampling method with 133 elderly people and domiciled in Denpasar as respondent. Questionnaire as research instrument and the moderated regression analysis as analysis technique in this research. The results showed that consumer attitudes and normative aspects had a negative and significant effect on intention of multivitamin supplement, while the information aspect and perception of behavior control had positive and significant effect on intention of multivitamin supplement. Motives for healthy are able to moderate the influence of consumer attitudes, normative aspects, aspects of information, and perceptions of behavioral control against intention to consume multivitamin supplements.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the relationship of demographic variable and cultural with complaints behavior of star hotels guest in Bali. Respondents in this study are 60 foreign guests and 60 domestic guests. This research uses consumer demographic and hofstede’s cultural dimensions to investigate the differences of foreigner and domestic complaining behavior. The analysis techniques used were various statistical methods such as frequency distribution, crosstab analysis and chi-square test. The result showed that from demographic variable, foreign guests with high income tend to make public complaint while domestic guests with low and medium income are likely to engage with private complaint. Meanwhile, from cultural dimension perspective, guests with low power distance, in an individualism culture and low uncertainty avoidance are tend to take public complaint while guests with high power distance, in a collectivism culture and high uncertainty avoidance are tend to take private action.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to clarify the effect of computer self-efficacy, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and attitudes and repurchase intention on MTix cinema tickets on the site. The population of this study were all people who had purchased cinema tickets using the MTix site and the numbers were not known for certain..The sampling technique in this study with purposive sampling. Indicators research counted 19 indicators with a total of 150 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study using interview and questionnaire. In the questionnaire using Likert scale data measurement scale with five possible answers 1 to 5. Data were analyzed using analysis tools PLS (Partial Least Square). Result is that computer self-efficacy and significant positive effect on the perceived ease of use. Perceived ease of use and significant positive effect on attitudes in buying. Perceived ease of use and significant positive effect on attitudes in buying. Perceived ease of use positive and significant effect on the perception of usefulness and attitude in buying a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of service quality and fairness of the price of the trust, determine the effect of trust on satisfaction and loyalty relationship with patient inpatient hospital Dharma Kerti. The population in this study were patients who never felt inpatient services at hospitals Dharma Kerti. The sample was 175 respondents using purposive sampling sampling technique. Data processing and hypothesis testing in this study used analysis techniques Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using AMOS 16 and SPSS Statistics 17.0. The results showed that 1) Quality of service is significant positive effect on confidence, 2) Fairness price significant positive effect on trust, 3) Belief significant positive effect on satisfaction, 4) Customer satisfaction significant positive effect on loyalty. Recommended to the Management of RS Dharma Kerti always strive to maintain and improve service quality, especially aspects of responsiveness, reliability and empathy, so it can be featured on the service in the hospital.

Abstract

This Research aims to determine the relationship of gender, age, education, and income on impulsive buying are moderated credit card ownership. The study sample consisted of 120 consumers who frequently shop at a Matahari Duta Plaza and Ramayana mall in Denpasar. Half of the sample is the consumers who have a credit card, the rest do not have a credit card. The data were processed using regression analysis MRA (Moderated Regresion Analysis). The results of the data analysis showed that demographic variables are: gender, age, education, and income affect the simultaneous impulse purchases. Partially, gender, age, education, and credit card ownership a significant effect on impulsive purchases, while income does not significantly influence impulsive buying. Credit card ownership is significantly moderate the relationship of age and education with impulsive purchases, while gender relationships and revenues are not moderated by impulsive buying credit card ownership. Abstract

Perkembangaan teknologi yang semakin pesat seiring dengan perkembangannzaman yanggsemakin menuntutnkemudahan dalam melakukan berbagaimkegiatan, memunculkan berbagai teknologiobaru untuk memenuhi kebutuhan manusia. Internet telah memainkan peran penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada maskapai penerbangan  yang menyediakan jasa layanan e-ticketing. Sejumlah 127 responden diambil sebagai sampel, dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner. Pengujian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Pihak manajemen penyedia layanan e-ticketing seharusnya mampu memberikan gambaran-gambaran terhadap manfaat dan keuntungan dari penggunaan layanan e-ticketing, agar konsumen tidak ragu dalam menggunakan layanan e-ticketing, sehingga resiko-resiko dapat diminimalisir oleh pihak manajemen. Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Determine the influence of environmental concerns on attitudes to the environment; (2) Determine the influence of environmental concerns on consumer purchase intention Tupperware environmentally friendly products; (3) Determine the influence of attitudes toward consumer purchase intentions Tupperware environmentally friendly products; (4) Determine the role of attitude in mediating the environmental awareness of the intention to buy environmentally friendly products Tupperware. The study was conducted in the city of Denpasar and Badung. The data is taken from a sample of 110 people by using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using path analysis (path analysis) .The result showed that: (1) Concern environment and a significant positive effect on attitudes towards the environment; (2) Concern environment positive and significant effect on the intention to buy environmentally friendly products Tupperware in Denpasar city and Badung Regency (3) attitude towards the environment positive and significant effect on the intention to buy environmentally friendly products Tupperware in Denpasar city and Badung Regency ; (4) The attitude mediates the influence of environmental concerns on the intention to buy environmentally friendly products Tupperware in Denpasar city and Badung Regency .

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of demographic characteristics (gender, age, education, and income) and lifestyle with onsite behavior reward point credit cards for credit card users in the city of Denpasar. This study is targeting customers of Bank Mandiri and BCA Soerapatti Branch Branch, with each sample as many as 50 customers. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires then processed using Chi-square analysis techniques. The results of data processing show that among the four demographic variables, only income had a significant relationship with the behavior of credit card reward point redemption. Lifestyle also does not have a significant relationship with the behavior of credit card reward point redemption. Keywords: demographics, lifestyle, credit card reward points
