Abstract

Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini yaitu apakah melalui penerapan model problem based learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika materi volume bangun ruang pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 243 Baruga.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar matematika materi volume bangun ruang melalui penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 243 Baruga. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri 243 Baruga sebanyak 16 orang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan Kurt Lewin yang terdiri dari empat langkah pokok, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar, lembar observasi aktivitas siswa, dan dokumentasi.  Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus I yang tuntas secara individual dari 16 siswa hanya 7 orang atau 43,7% yang memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM). Secara klasikal belum terpenuhi karena nilai rata-rata diperoleh sebesar 66,06. Sedangkan pada siklus II dimana dari 16 siswa terdapat 14 orang atau 87,5% yang memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) dan secara klasikal sudah terpenuhi yaitu nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh sebesar 86,43. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Hasil belajar Matematika siswa kelas V SD Negeri 243 Baruga Kecamatan Bantimurung Kabupaten Maros melalui penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning mengalami peningkatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan metode ekspositori dan media 3 dimensi pada materi bangun ruang di kelas V SDN 3 Tinambung Kabupaten Majene. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindak Kelas (PTK). Lokasi penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN 3 Tinambung Kecamatan Pamboang Kabupaten Majene. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi kelas V SDN 3 Tinambung Kabupaten Majene dengan jumlah siswa 25 orang tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Faktor yang akan diselidiki yaitu: (1) faktor proses. Faktor yang diamati adalah aktivitas guru dan aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika tentang bangun ruang dengan menggunakan metode ekspositori dan media 3 dimensi. (2) faktor hasil belajar. Faktor hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika tentang bangun ruang dengan menggunakan metode ekspositori dan media pembelajaran 3 dimensi. Prosedur penelitian meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Data yang sudah diperoleh dari hasil penelitian dianalisis secara statistik deskriptif digunakan untuk mendiskripsikan hasil belajar siswa pada materi bangun ruang dengan menggunakan metode ekspositori dan media 3 dimensi.  Hasil yang dicapai dalam penelitian ini yaitu yaitu: (1) Terjadi peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa dan aktivitas guru pada setiap siklus. (2) Pada siklus pertama diperoleh nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa kelas V SDN 3 Tinambung Kabupaten Majene yaitu 63 sedangkan pada siklus kedua diperoleh nilai rata-rata hasil belajar lebih tinggi yang mencapai 90. Ketuntasan belajar matematika pada materi pengolahan data siswa kelas V SDN 3 Tinambung Kabupaten Majene juga mengalami peningkatan. Pada siklus I, dari 11 (44%) siswa mencapai ketuntasan belajar, sedangkan pada siklus II sebanyak 22 (88%) siswa mencapai ketuntasan belajar dan ketuntasan belajar klasikal tercapai. Hal ini berarti ketuntasan belajar pada siklus II tercapai secara klasikal karena jumlah siswa yang tuntas mencapai 80%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut diatas, dapat disimpulkan hasil belajar matematika melalui metode ekspositori dan media 3 dimensi pada materi bangun ruang di kelas V SDN 3 Tinambung Kabupaten Majene mengalami peningkatan.

Abstract

TEACHER SKILLS IN MAKING VARIATIONS IN MATHEMATICS LEARNING FOR CLASS V ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS (SD NEGERI PAKKOLOMPO)This study aims to describe variations in teaching styles, variations in the use of media and learning materials, and variations in interaction patterns and activities in Mathematics learning. The research conducted is descriptive qualitative research at SD Inpres Pakkolompo. The subjects in this study were fifth grade teachers, with principal informants and fifth grade students. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. Test the validity of the data through triangulation of sources, times and methods. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique was using the interactive analysis model of the Milles and Hubberman models which included: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the teacher's skills in carrying out variations in Mathematics learning were 1) Variations in teaching styles including variations in voice through emphasizing important words; focusing attention through speech, gestures and clapping; make a moment of silence with a moment of silence; make contact by directing a holistic view of all students; variations of body movements and expressions through hand movements when writing, head movements, and showing cheerful facial expressions; and changing positions by moving and shifting positions to approach students. 2) Variations in the use of media and learning materials through variations of visual media such as modules, textbooks, or pictures; audio-visual media such as learning videos displayed on laptops, and motor media for building space and utilizing learning materials in the surrounding environment. 3) Variations in interaction patterns and activities, namely interaction patterns with the type of multi-way communication; and a variety of activities in the form of lectures, discussions, questions and answers, providing information through videos, or other media, as well as conducting learning outside the classroom.

Abstract

Quasi experimental design quantitative research was carried out and aims to determine the effect of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type cooperative learning model assisted by Ice Breaking on the motivation and learning outcomes of students in class III Elementary School Sapanang Ward , Bungoro District , Pangkep Regency, collecting technical data using tests and questionnaires. A pretest as the initial result before being given treatment and at the end of the meeting given a post-test as a result of giving the treatment. Furthermore, the data obtained was analyzed using the SPSS v.26 application by looking for the results of the normality test, homogeneity test and Independent Sample t-Test to test the hypothesis. The average score obtained by students in the pretest control class was 68.12 and the posttest was 67.92. While the average score obtained by students in the pretest experimental class was 63.14 and the posttest was 80.68. The results of inferential data analysis obtained sig. 0.000. It turns out that the value of sign. 0.000 is smaller than the probability value of 0.05 or in other words the value of 0.05 0.000. Then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that the coefficient of data analysis is significant. So it can be interpreted that, there is an influence of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type of cooperative learning model assisted by Ice Breaking on the motivation to learn mathematics in class III elementary school students.

Abstract

Mastery of research methodology is still one of the causes for students exceeding the normal study period. Effective assessment is required to measure the course’s learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of growth portfolio assessment (GPA) on students' abilities using research methodology. This study used an experimental research method with a 2×2 factorial design by giving growth portfolio assessment treatment to the experimental class and test assessment to the control class. The research subjects were Mathematics Education students at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. Data were collected using validated tests and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used a two-way analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) with covariates of pre-test ability and creativity as moderator variables. Students who have low creativity and are assessed by growth portfolios have higher research methodology skills than students who are assessed by test assessment after controlling for initial ability. Students who have high creativity and are assessed with the research methodology ability test assessment are higher than students who are assessed with the growth portfolio, after controlling for initial ability. The results of this study indicate that growth portfolio assessment is well used in learning Research Methodology courses for students who have low creativity and assessment tests for students who have high creativity.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of using Pop Up Book media for Class I UPTD SD Negeri 76 Barru. This type of research is pre-experimental research in the form of pretest and posttest design, namely an experiment that only uses one class as the experimental class. Data collection techniques in this study were reading tests and observations. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive data analysis and inferential data analysis. The subjects in this study were 16 students of class I UPTD SD Negeri 76 Barru. The results showed that there was an influence on the use of Pop Up Book media on the beginning reading ability of the first graders of UPTD SD Negeri 76 Barru. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the average student score, namely the average pretest score of 50 before the application of the use of Pop Up Book media, while the posttest average score of students after the application of the use of Pop Up Book media was 72.5. The results of the hypothesis testing carried out obtained tcount = 9.32 and ttable = 3.073. So tcount > ttable or 9.32 ˃ 3, 073, then H0 is rejected, HI is accepted.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is the low ability of students in starting arithmetic in addition and subtraction material.The purpose of this study was to improve student learning outcomes by using the singing method with number card media in addition and subtraction material in class I SD Negeri Ujung Tanah 2 Makassar City. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method which includes planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The location of this research was carried out at SD Negeri Ujung Tanah 2, Makassar City. The subjects in this study were class I students with a total of 23 students in the 2023/2024 academic year. The factors investigated are process factors and learning outcomes factors. The data that has been obtained from the results of the study were analyzed statistically descriptively used to describe student learning outcomes in addition and subtraction material using the singing method with number cards media.The results achieved in this study are: (1) There is an increase in student learning activities in each cycle. (2) In the first cycle, the average value of student learning outcomes was obtained, namely 60.1, while in the second cycle it was higher, reaching 93.4. In cycle I, there were 10 students or 43% who achieved learning completeness, while in cycle II there were 23 students or 100% who achieved learning completeness, this is because students have been able to solve addition and subtraction questions correctly by using the method singing and media cards. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the learning outcomes of initial numeracy skills through the singing method with number cards as media in addition and subtraction material in class I SD Negeri Ujung Tanah 2 Makassar City have increased.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the research development with Pedagogical Content Knowledge in the World from 2018 to 2022. This research is a type of qualitative research with literature studies. Research data was obtained using the Scopus search engine to identify research related to the Pedagogical Content Knowledge theme from 2018 to 2022. This study also used the VOS viewer to map and analyze data. The findings in this study are that 2020 is the highest year in research publications. The United States is the country that contributes the most research publications. Furthermore, topics regarding content knowledge, students, and teaching, which have great opportunities for further research, are related to the theme of Pedagogical Content Knowledge. Content knowledge (students or teachers) is the most important topic in scientific research publications with the theme of Pedagogical Content Knowledge from 2018 to 2022 indexed by Scopus.

Abstract

THE INFLUENCE OF THE CREATIVE PROBLEM SOLVING LEARNING MODEL ON THE PROBLEM SOLVING ABILITY OF MI MANGGARUPI GOWA STUDENTSThis study aims to determine the effect of the Creative Problem Solving Learning Model on the mathematical problem solving ability of the students of MI Manggarupi Gowa. This research is a quantitative research with a quasi-experimental type of research. The sample in this study was class VI-A as the experimental class and VI-B as the control class. The test instrument used to determine the students' mathematical problem solving ability is to use a test in the form of a description. The results of data analysis of students' mathematical problem solving abilities in the experimental class pretest obtained an average value of 32.69 and in the control class an average value of 32.56 was obtained. The results of data analysis in the posttest experimental class showed that students' mathematical problem solving abilities increased with an average value of 81.8 while in the control class an average value of 77.5 was obtained. Based on data analysis using one-way ANKOVA, the sig value was obtained. = 0.014. sig value. The results obtained are less than 0.05, i.e. 0.014 0.05, which means that there is a significant difference where the mathematical problem solving ability of students in the class using the Creative Problem Solving Learning Model is higher than the class using Direct Instruction learning after controlling for initial abilities.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh pendekatan pembelajaran matematika realistik berbantuan aplikasi Mathcitymap terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis dan minat belajar siswa Kelas V UPT SPF SDN Kompleks IKIP I. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi experiment dengan desain model posttest only control group design. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 76 siswa yang terdiri dari 38 siswa dari kelas eksperimen dan 38 siswa dari kelas kontrol. Kelas eksperimen diberi perlakuan berupa penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran matematika realistik berbantuan aplikasi Mathcitymap sedangkan kelas kontrol diterapkan pendekatan pembelajaran konvensional. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni tes, angket, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan uji manova. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai hasil uji manova menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan secara simultan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis dan minat belajar siswa pada kelas eksperimen dengan kelas kontrol. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan pendekatan pembelajaran matematika realistik berbantuan aplikasi Mathcitymap terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis, minat belajar, dan secara simultan terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis dan minat belajar siswa kelas V UPT SPF SDN Kompleks IKIP I.
