Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work ethic, leadership style and work environment on employee performance. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The object of this research is the Office of the Regional Development Planning Agency of Metro City which is located in Metro City, Metro Pusat. The total population is 61 respondents. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using SPSS 22 include testing instrument requirements, test requirements analysis, hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the work discipline variable has an effect and is significant on employee performance, the work ethic variable has an effect and is significant on employee performance, the leadership style variable has an effect and is significant on employee performance, and the work environment variable has no and no significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the simultaneous test of work discipline, work ethic, leadership style and work environment has a significant and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah citra merek, kepercayaan dan harga berpengarpositif terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Distro Legacy. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adapenelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analiregresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui variabel dependen dan independen dengan alat bantu progrkomputer yaitu SPSS 22 for Windows. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti adalah 1) Variacitra merek tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, 2) variabel kepercayaan secsimultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, 3) variabel harga secara simultan berpengaterhadap keputusan pembelian, 4) secara simultan variabel citra merek, kepercayaan dan haberpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Distro Legacy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Work Values ​​and Parent Attachments affect Career Maturity in class 2017 students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah Metro University.This type of research is quantitative. With the purposive sampling technique, namely "sampling technique with special considerations so that it deserves to be used as a sample" with a total of 113 students. Meanwhile, the data collection techniques used were questionnaires, validity tests, normality tests, linearity tests, and multiple linear regression tests with conclusions drawn through simultaneous t test and F test.The conclusion from this research is that the work value and the role of parents (parent attachment) have shown good results and have a positive and significant effect so that they can be used as references by researchers.

Abstract

One of the efforts made by the company, especially in businesses engaged in clothing services, is to implement quality services that can meet customer satisfaction. The problems that exist in Kahfi Cloth the number of customers tends to decrease. The research design is quantitative research or verification research. The method used in this research is explanatory survey method. The object of this research is service excellence, tangibleness and customer loyalty. This research activity was carried out in the Kahfi Cloth Metro City. The study population with a total sample of 60 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analytical tool used is to use data quality analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results showed partial and tangibles service excellence had a significant effect on customer loyalty. Simultaneously it also shows that excellent and tangibles service together have a significant influence on customer loyalty. Based on the number of coefficients and the value of tcount, it can be seen that the factor that most influences customer loyalty is service excellence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara produk, orientasi pasar, orientasi kewirausahaan, dan strategi pemasaran secara simultan terhadap kinerja pemasaran pada UMKM Mie Putih Cap Monas Lancar Di Kota Metro. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 55 responden dari populasi sebanyak 120 orang pelanggan.Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data menggunaka uji regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis dan uji koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan SPSS.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk, orientasi pasar, orientasi kewirausahaan, dan strategi pemasaran secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran pada UMKM Mie Putih Cap Monas Lancar Di Kota Metro. Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian, UD Bimo Dwi Karyamerupakan salah satu pelaku usaha dagang yang bergerak pada bidang tanaman hias. UD Bimo Dwi Karya merupakan salah satu usaha menengah yang telah berdiri sekitar tahun 2000 dan sudah dikenal diPekalongan. Jumlah penjualan mengalami peningkatan pada penjualan online, Penjualan online mulai dilakukan UD Bimo Dwi Karya pada tahun 2018. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk (1)mengetahui apakah penerapan digital marketing pada UD Bimo Dwi Karya Pekalongan Lampung Timur dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik, (2) mengetahuistrategi yang dilakukan untuk penerapan digital marketing pada UD Bimo Dwi Karya Pekalongan Lampung Timur. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan metode SWOT dengan jumlah responden yaitu manajer pemasaran dan beberapa karyawan pada UD Bimo Dwi Karya yang berjumlah 5 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran berdasarkan analisis SWOT pada UD Bimo Dwi Karya, maka disimpulkan bahwa strategi pemasaran dengan penerapan digital marketing yang dibuat hendaklah mempertimbangkan situasi dan keadaan komunitas atau organisasi baik keadaan intern lingkungan itu sendiri atau lingkungan mikro perusahaan, maupun keadaan ekstern yang biasa disebut lingkungan makro perusahaan. Sudah selayaknya komunitas atau organisasi seni yang akan dan sudah mengarahkan sebagai perusahaan seni harus memiliki strategi pemasarannya sendiri, sebelum mereka menjalankan ataupun memasarkan produk jasa atas karya seni yang mereka miliki. Dalam menetapkan strategi pemasaran dengan penerapan digital marketing mampu memahami produk, harga, promosi, dan saluran distribusi yang dikenal dengan 4P untuk menemukan segmenting, targeting, dan posisitioning dalam proses pemasaran yang akan mereka lakukan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan mahasiswa dalam menempuh pendidikan pada Universitias Muhammadiyah Kota Metro.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif.Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil kuisioner kepada 73 mahasiswa UM Metro yang diambil menggunakan rumus dari slovin.Analisa data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif dengan pengujian persyaratan instrumen, Persyaratan analisis dan hipotesis.Hasilpenelitianmenunjukkanbahwavariabel Biaya pendidikan tidak bepengaruh terhadap keputusan mahasiswa menempuh pendidikan pada Universitas UM Metro.Variabel Citra berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan mahasiswa menempuh pendidikan pada Universitas UM Metro.Variabel Fasilitas pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan mahasiswa menempuh pendidikan pada Universitas UM Metro.Dan Variabel Prospek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan mahasiswa menempuh pendidikan pada Universitas UM Metro. Kata Kunci: Biaya Pendidikan , Citra, Fasilitas Pendidikan, Prospek This study aims to determine the factors that influence student decision making in studying at the University of Muhammadiyah Metro City. This type of research is quantitative research. Data collection was obtained from the results of questionnaires to 73 UM Metro students who were taken using the formula from slovin. Analysis of research data was carried out using quantitative data analysis by testing instrument requirements, analysis requirements and hypotheses. The results showed that the variable cost of education did not affect the student's decision to study at UM Metro University. Image variable has a positive and significant effect on students' decisions to study at UM Metro University. The variable of educational facilities has a positive and significant effect on students' decisions to study at UM Metro University. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Islamic Center desa Panaragan Jaya Tulang Bawang Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh destinasi wisata terhadap pendapatan usaha kuliner di sekitar Islamic Center Tulang Bawang Barat.Penelitian ini menggunakan 30 responden sebagai sampel penelitian dan teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis kuantitatif yaitu meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji prasyarat analisis berupa uji Normalitas dan uji linearitas, uji hipotesis melalui regresi linier sederhana, uji-t dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Data yang dihasilkan dari beberapa uji dalam penelitian ini diolah sehingga menghasilkan persamaan regresi sebagai berikut Y= 16,326+ 0,781X. pengujian hipotesis uji-t menunjukkan bahwa destinasi wisata (X) berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan usaha kuliner (Y) dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2) yang terlihat pada R square sebesar 0,236 menunjukkan bahwa 23,6% pendapatan usaha kuliner di Islamic Center desa Panaragan Jaya Tulang bawang Barat dapat dijelaskan di variabel Destinasi WIsata. Sedangkan sisanya 76,4% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

In a company's operating system, human resources are a very valuable company asset thatmust be managed properly by the company in order to make an optimal contribution. Thegrowth of the company's organization is very dependent on the productivity of the workforcein the company. The company's goals can be achieved if the performance provided meetspredetermined standards. Every organization or company will always try to improve theperformance of its employees in the hope that the company's goals will be achieved. Thisstudy aims to determine the effect of work environment, work discipline, compensation, andjob satisfaction on the performance of Sampoerna rice factory employees in Kotagajah. Theresearch method used is quantitative research, namely questionnaires or interviews. In thisresearch , the analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis to determinethe dependent and independent variables with the help of a computer program , namely SPSS26. The results of the study achieved that the variables of work environment, work discipline,compensation, and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employeeperformance.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are currently the largest segment of national economic actors. Small industry plays an important role as a tool for the community as a solution to survive the economic crisis. SMEs can help the government to reduce the number of unemployed. So that in Indonesia, small businesses are often associated with government efforts to reduce unemployment, fight poverty and equalize income. Many products produced by MSMEs are currently able to compete in the domestic market. Some MSMEs still have various external and internal weaknesses, such as being less creative and innovative in creating new products, and not knowing what the market needs. The purpose of this study is to determine whether product, price, promotion, and location have a joint effect on the marketing performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. This study used a quantitative approach and the sample this study was only taken from as many as 80 UMKM consumers. The data analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, and homogeneity test. Testing the analytical model in this study using multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f test, and r determination. Based on the results of the study using the t-test, it was found that the product had a significant effect on the marketing performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, the price had no significant effect on the marketing performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, the promotion had no and no significant effect on the marketing performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. , location has a significant effect on the marketing performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. From the f test, it is found that product, price, promotion, and location together have a significant effect on the marketing performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises.
