Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect in partial and simultaneous of variable organizational culture and job satisfaction to employee performance marketing section of Bank Panin Pekanbaru. Study using purposive sampling and stratified sampling by giving questionnaire to the respondents. Analysis of the data using qualitative methods and quantitative methods by SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 20.0. The result showed organizational culture and job satisfaction to employee performance marketing section of Bank Panin Pekanbaru and the effect in partial and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (R2) equal to 69.50% and the remaining 30.5% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Organizational culture has a stronger influence on employee performance. So good organizational culture of a company and job satisfaction of employees created by employee will improve employee performance marketing section of Bank Panin Pekanbaru.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas which have address of Kecamatan Pucuk Rantau Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Amount of sampel in this research was counted 90 people or totalize the overall of population. Intake of sampel relied on census method. As the result of calculation of band analysis known that no influence which was signifikan between leadership to employees productivity, while internal conflict have an effect on to work productivity.As the result of indirect influence analysis of leadership to work productivity through internal conflict have influence of signifikan to work productivity at PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas Kecamatan Pucuk Rantau Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Equally leadership of its influence strength will be more work productivity through processing of internal conflict.As the result of calculation of coefficient of determinasi, obtained by value of R Square equal to 0.243, hence that contribution influence of independent variable to variable of dependen equal to 24.3 %. While the rest 74,7 % influenced by other variable which do not be packed into model of regresi.Keywords: Work Productivity, Leadership, Internal Conflict

Abstract

The study was conducted at the Nusalima Hospital Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the influence of Leadership and Supervition or partially on Paramedics’s employee morale at the Nusalima Hospital Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all full-time paramedics at the Nusalima Hospital Pekanbaru, amounting to 45 people. The entire members of the study population were taken as respondents, so that the sampling method of analysis used in this study is the method of multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 19. The result of this study indicate that both variables, Leadership and Supervition, simultaneously give significant effect on paramedics’s employee morale. Partially it shows that Leadership variables significantly influence Paramedics’s Employee Morale. It can be concluded that Leadership and Supervition variables simultaneously and partially have positive and significant impact on Paramedics’s Employee Morale at Nusalima Hospital Pekanbaru.Keywords: Leadership , Supervition and Employee Morale

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Parit Padang Pekanbaru in order to determine the effect of variable Cultural Organization, Compensation and Job Insecurity Nonfinancial simultaneously on Turnover Intention in PT Parit Padang Pekanbaru. This study uses primary data obtained from interviews and giving questionnaires to all employees of PT Parit Padang Pekanbaru. Secondary data were obtained relating to the object and the organizational structure of the population in this study were all employees that numbered 43 people and sampled. The analytical method used in this study is the linear regression method berganda.Dari results of testing that was done, simultaneous regression test (Test-F) showed that the variables of Organizational Culture, Compensation and Job Insecurity Nonfinancial simultaneously significant effect on Turnover Intention. From the results of the partial test (t-test) showed that the variables of Organizational Culture, Compensation and Job Insecurity Nonfinancial significant effect on Turnover Intention. The result of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0.794, which means, variable Organizational Culture, Compensation and Job Insecurity Nonfinancial together affect the Turnover Intention, while the rest influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keyword: Organizational Culture, Compensation Non financial, Job Insecurity and Turnover Intention

Abstract

This research aims to determine how the variabel influence Leadership and Work Environment either simultan eously or partially on Employee Morale at Sidomulyo Health Center Pekanbaru. In this research use total sampling technic, where all of population to be a sample used. There are 51 people’s as a sample from the total people’s of population. The used analyze in this research is qualitative and quantitative with the make by SPSS program version 17. The results of this research idicate that the variabel of Leadership and Work Environment positive effect and significant on Employee Morale at Sidomulyo health center Pekanbaru. Abstract

This study was conducted at the Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Transmigrasi Dan Kependudukan Provinsi Riau in order to determine how the influences of Leadership And Motivation simultaneous and partially to Employee Morale Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Transmigrasi Dan Kependudukan Provinsi Riau. And also to find out how Leadership Influence indirectly through Morale Motivation on the Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Transmigrasi Dan Kependudukan Provinsi Riau. The population in this study were employees Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Transmigrasi Dan Kependudukan Provinsi Riau, amounting to 261 people, with a total sample of 72 respondents. The sampling method used is proportionate startifield random sampling, sampling of members of the population at random and stratified proportional. Tests of data quality using Validity and reliability test, the classical assumption test, the MSI method, and the method of path analysis using SPSS version 21. The results of the testing that has been done, stating that the former leadership and motivation simultaneously and contribute significantly to the morale. The second leadership and motivation partial influences on morale. And the third indirect influences of leadership on morale through motivation So from this study in the spirit of the variables that must be improved is to give a sense of satisfaction to the employees, the leadership variables that must be improved is the leader must be more active in assessing the work of their employees, and the motivation variable that should be improved is to give encouragement or spirit to its employees in job.Keywords: Leadership, Motivation, and Morale.

Abstract

Research held in Badan Kepegawaian Negara Kantor Regional XII Pekanbaru. The ai of this study is to analyze the effect of leadership and competency to organizational effectiveness. Samples consist of whole 52 employees of BKN Kantor Regional XII. Data analyzed by using multiple linier regression with SPSS 17 for windows. The study reveals that both leadership or competency partially and simultaneously influenced significantly to organizational effectiveness. Leadership is proven affecting organizational effectiveness stronger than competency. It is recommended to enhance organizational effectiveness by guaranting the process of an effective leadership. Employees’ competency is also need to be enhanced by conducting job rotation, training and providing a competence-based incentives.Keywords: Leadership, Competency and Organizational Effectiveness

Abstract

The study was conducted at PT. Pengelola Sukaramai Pekanbaru. Aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially Nonfinancial Compensation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance PT. Pengelola Sukaramai Pekanbaru. There are three variables: the dependent variable and two independent variables. The study was conducted with a sample of 82 people. The study used multiple regression analysis test tool and using cluster by giving questionnaires to the respondents. In terms of data analysis, using qualitative and quantitative methods using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) version 20.0. The analysis showed that the variables Nonfinancial Compensation and Job Satisfaction jointly affect the Employee Performance PT. Pengelola Sukaramai Pekanbaru significant business with 0.000. The influence of the variable compensation partially Nonfinancial, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance PT. Pengelola Sukaramai Pekanbaru. The most influential variable most strongly to Employee Performance PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Influence of motivation and work environment simultaneously and partially on employee productivity at PT. Jalurpusaka Saktikumala Pangkalan Kerinci Kabupaten Pelalawan. In conducting this study the authors take the population of the entire production employees and as many as 79 people in the study population were sampled using census method. Data collection techniques in this study was through a questionnaire (questionnaire) and interviews (interviews). Analyze the data in this study using a descriptive method, also using multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of this study concluded that the motivation and the work environment influence on labor productivity at PT. Jalurpusaka Pangkalan Kerinci Saktikumala Pelalawan by 75%. The results of the simultaneous test (F test) showed that motivation and work environment simultaneously influence on employee productivity.While the partial test results (t test) showed that motivation and work environment have a significant effect on the productivity of labor at. Abstract

This research was conducted in the PT. Suka Fajar Ltd located on Nangka street Pekanbaru. The company is engaged in sale and purchase vehicles either in cash or credit. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of job satisfaction and employee commitment to employee achievements and to determine the factors that influence employee achievements against the dominant in the PT. Suka Fajar Ltd. Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees who work at the company of PT. Suka Fajar Ltd. Selection of the population based on their termination of employment or reduction of other employees, while the samples is used by 55 people, in which the determination of the number of samples is done by using the formula Slovin. Hypothesis testing is done by the test F, t-test and the coefficient of determination (R2) Based on the results. we concluded that the job performance, employee satisfaction and employee commitment of PT. Suka Fajar Ltd, based on the respondents to the indictors of each variable is good, where the percentage of respondents to the ideal score is obtained by 66.97 (good), the percentage of the respondents to the indicators of job satisfaction of 65.88 (satisfied) and the percentage of respondents to the indicator of employee comitent obtainet at 69.21 (good). Partially (t-test) at the 95% confidence level there is a significant influence of the variable job satisfaction and employee commitment to employee performance, it is evident from the results of the test t. Simultaneously (F test) at the 95% confidence level, there is a significant influence of the variables of job satisfaction and employee commitment to employees as avidencet interpretation of the results of f. The relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment with employee performance can be said to be strong. it can be seen from the correlation coefficient. The contribution of the variable of job satisfaction and employee commitment to employee performance can be said to be high, it is reflected from the coefficient of determination.Keywords : Job Performance, job satisfaction, Employee Commitment,
