Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of compesation and working environment to employee performance of PT. Jasa Barutama Perkasa Pekanbaru. This research use compesation and working environment as independent variable, and employee performance as dependent variable. The population of this research are all employees of PT. Jasa Barutama Perkasa Pekanbaru which amounted to 42 respondents and all of them will be used as a sample of this research. Data analysis method in this research is descriptive analysis. The result of using descriptive analysis is the compesation and working environment are affect the performances of employees at PT. Jasa Barutama Perkasa Pekanbaru. This indicates that the two independent variables had a significant effect on the dependent variable.Keywords : Compesation, Working Environment, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

The research was conducted on Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Pegawai Kabupaten Bengkalis in order to determine the influences of Work Motivation and Work Dicipline either simultaneously or partially on Employee Performance in Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Pegawai Kabupaten Bengkalis. The methodology in this study is: Work Motivation and Work Dicipline significant influence on employee performance in Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Pegawai Kabupaten Bengkalis and the dominant factor affecting the performance of employees is Work Dicipline. While the population in this study is the employees on Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Pegawai Kabupaten Bengkalis which amounted to 32 people, with a total sample of 32 respondents. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method by using SPSS version 17. Simultaneous regression (F test) showed that the independent variables studied (Work Motivation and Work Dicipline) together (simultaneously) have a significant influence on the dependent variable (employee performance). The magnitude of the influence that (R2) by the two independent variables together against the dependent variable, while the remaining is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that each of the independent variables studied (Work Motivation and Work Dicipline) has a significant influence on Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Pegawai Kabupaten Bengkalis the dependent variable (employee performance). Dominant variables affecting employee performance in Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Pegawai Kabupaten Bengkalis is Work Dicipline where the value of t-counted highest compared with other independent variables.Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Dicipline and Employee Performance

Abstract

purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial incentives, and physical work environment on employee morale PT Baja Diva Manufacturing Pekanbaru. Total population in this study were all employees of PT Baja DivaManufacturing Pekanbaru, consisting of 42 employees and a sample is drawn from the entire population consisting of employees of PT Baja Diva Manufacturing Pekanbaru totaling 42 people. Results of the study simultaneously there are significant financial incentives, physical work environment, on morale. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) = 0263 which means that the contribution of financial incentives, physical work environment on morale was 26.3%. Advice can be given that the employees inorder to continue to develop the ability continuously to carry out the task, to the leadership of the PT Baja Diva Manufacturing Pekanbaru to always strive to provide and increase the number of financial incentives to employees so that employees are satisfied with the incentive money received and feel better eager to work with the incentives and always improve the physical working environment such as the completeness of infrastructure and facilities in the works so that the number of existing employees seesuai the number of equipment and facilities available.Keywords: Financial Incentives, Physical Work environment and Morale.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of Leadership and Working Environment on the Performance of employees at the Department of Highways and Water Resources As well as the Office of Human Settlements and Spatial Kuantan District. This study used 98 samples. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis method is by means of a variable test, regression test, test path analysis or path analysis. From the results of the testing that has been done, Leadership and Work Environment directly affects employee performance in the Department of Highways and Water Resources As well as the Office of Human Settlements and Spatial Singingi Kuantan District. Indirect relationship leadership variable to variable performance of employees at the Department of Highways and Water Resources As well as the Office of Human Settlements and Spatial Kuantan Singingi through work environment variable is greater than the result of a direct relationship of leadership variable to variable performance.Keywords: Leadership, Work Environment, Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the PT. Padasa Enam Utama kececamatan Kampar Hulu, Kabupateb Kampar with the aim to analyze the influence of leadership, organizational commitment and discipline for work performance of employees in the PT. Padasa Enam Utama Kecamatan Kampar Hulu, Kabupaten Kampar. The population in this study is numbered 48 employees with census method then obtained the number of samples is equal to the population of 48 people. The collection techniques of data was done through the technique of questionnaires, interviews, while the data form the primary data and secondary data, then the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression data analysis. The Coefficients of determination, correlation coefficients, simultaneous test and partial test. In this study, there are four variables: Performance (Y) as the dependent variable, Leadership (X1), organizational commitment (X2), and Discipline work (X3). This research was conducted by giving questionnaires to employees of the PT. Padasa Enam Utama Kecamatan Kampar Hulu, Kabupaten Kampar. The results showed that the variables of leadership, organizational commitment and discipline simultaneously significant effect on employee performance. This is evident from the results of test of F hitung > F table. Furthermore, based on t test results partially known that the result of the t test for variable leadership was significantly on employee performance on which t hitung > table, the t test for variable organizational commitment significantly on employee performance which t thitung > t table, and the t test for variable work discipline also significant affect on employees performancethitung>tabel.Keywords : Leadership, Organizational Commitment, Discipline Work, And employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether: 1. Work discipline has a significant effecton job satisfaction, 2. Work environment has a significant effect on jobsatisfaction, 3. Work discipline has a significant effect on work performance, 4.Work environment has a significant effect on job performance, 5. Job satisfactionwork work has a significant effect on work performance, 6. Work discipline has asignificant effect on job performance through job satisfaction, 7. Workenvironment has a significant effect on job performance through job satisfaction.The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique with datacollection through observation, interviews, and questionnaire methods. Data wereobtained by distributing questionnaires related to work discipline, workenvironment, work performance and job satisfaction to 30 respondents. Dataanalysis technique in this research was partial least square using smartPLS 4application version 4.0.7.8. The results of this study indicate that 1. Workdiscipline has a significant effect on job satisfaction, 2. Work environment has asignificant effect on job satisfaction, 3. Work discipline has a significant effect onwork performance, 4. Work environment has no significant effect on workperformance, 5. Job satisfaction has an effect significant effect on workperformance, 6. Work discipline has no significant effect on achievement throughjob satisfaction, 7.
