Abstract

Unbalanced teacher distribution, limitations of learning media, incomplete library book so there are not many students who are interested in literacy, the lack of educators and educational labor, the teacher’s quality also is an important issue in 3T area. (Education and Culture Policy Research Center, Kemdikbud, 2013). This results in the quality of learning very low and need to find the right solution effectively. The use of the right technology is a solution to improve the learning quality in 3T areas and unravel the educational gap that still exists between regions where they occur. A combination of a self-study platform (SSP) and solar cells is designed to enhance the learning quality of 3T areas because it is equipped with various learning materials that use fun methods and media. This research is used two research approaches, namely qualitative and quantitative, qualitative approach is done by using the sociology approach and collective memory analysis (Berg, 2007; Biernacki, 2005; Zerubavel, 2003; Nash, 2001). Quantitative approach is used to analyze the data required by schools in the 3T area. The aims in this research are to produce the reconstruction of teacher’s experience, school documents, learning reference to increase the learning quality. In addition, to see the relation of the concept that has been developed to improve the learning quality in 3T region school. Self-Study Platform (SSP) Based Solar is a platform designed to be used offline and allow students to learn themselves by choosing the material that wants to be learned or that has been arranged by the teachers to study. SSP also considers the students learning style by audio, visual, and audio visual because the features in it are equipped based on the student learning need. Learning content via SSP can be designed by the teacher, practitioners of education or other teachers from various regions, and being put in SSP to be studied by students in other areas in general or in 3T region where the SSP is provided. The limitations of electricity flow in 3T area are no longer an obstacle because it can take advantage of solar cell. Self-Study Platform (SSP) based Solar is a platform that can bridge the intensity of systemic relations and synergy between teachers, students, learning situation, and learning media in producing optimal processes and learning results in accordance with the curricular terms, especially in the 3T area that has not been handled.

Abstract

Penyelenggaraan pembelajaran di masa pandemi dilakukan dengan (a) pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas dengan tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan, dan/atau (b) pembelajaran jarak jauh secara online. Kondisi pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan dengan cara tatap muka, dan secara online saat ini sangat bergantung pada teknologi pembelajaran seperti penggunaan media pembelajaran yang relevan dan efektif. Salah satu media pembelajaran yang efektif adalah media pembelajaran animasi. Media Pembelajaran Animasi Teknik Sepeda Motor (MPA-TSM) merupakan hasil peneltian pengembangan media pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan pada proses pembelajaran daring maupun luring.Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) di SMK 2 Paguyaman adalah untuk memanfaatkan teknologi Media Pembelajaran Animasi Teknik Sepeda Motor (MPA-TSM) sehingga dapat meningkatkan efektivitas proses pembelajaran serta meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa yang diharapkan bisa memaksimalkan ketercapaian hasil belajar bagi siswa. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, kegiatan ini terdiri dari 3 tahap, yaitu (1) tahap persiapan, yakni menyiapkan sofware MPA-TSM, menyusun buku panduan penggunaan MPA-TSM, (2) tahap pelaksanaan, yakni penyerahan software MPA-TSM ke pihak sekolah, coaching/pembimbingan teknis penggunaan MPA-TSM, penggunaan software MPA-TSM pada proses pembelajaran, dan (3) tahap evaluasi, yaitu mendeskripsikan motivasi siswa pengguna MPA-TSM. Berdasrkan hasil kegiatan PkM ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Proses Pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran yang relevan dengan MPA-TSM lebih efektif di SMK Negeri 2 Paguyaman (2) Meningkatnya motivasi belajar siswa Program Studi Teknik dan Bisnis Sepeda Motor SMK Negeri 2 Paguyaman. Berdarakan simpulan tersebut, disarankan beberapa hal yakni (1) Penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis animasi dapat meningkatkan motivasi peserta didik pada program Studi Teknik dan Bisnis Sepeda Motor di SMK Negeri 2 Paguyaman sehingga perlu dikembangkan media-media pembelajaran yang sejenis, (2)     media pembelajaran animasi perlu dikembangkan berdasarkan kebutuhan pembelajaran yang menyesuiakan dengan standar kompetensi mata pelajaran.

Abstract

Desa Biluhu Barat merupakan salah satu wilayah teluk tomini di pesisir pantai yang terletak diantara garis lintang 0,48550 dan garis bujur 122,75190 dengan ketinggian 65 DPL, desa ini memiliki 5 (lima) dusun serta luas wilayah administratif 28.0 km2 persentase 21.05 dan terluas diantara desa lainnya yang ada di kecamatan Biluhu. Jumlah penduduk 1682 KK dan pekerjaan pada umumnya adalah nelayan. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah penghasilan ikan yang melimpah pada periode tertentu, sehingga mempengaruhi harga pasaran karena belum adanya pengelolahan yang memadai.Permasalahan – permasalahan tersebut, dapat diselesaikan bersama dengan adanya pemberdayaan masyarakat yang akan dilakukan oleh Dosen bersama mahasiswa yang termuat dalam program desa binaan jurusan teknik industri fakultas teknik Universitas Negeri Gorontalo.Dengan adanya program ini diharpakan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam meningkatkan perekonomian secara lokal mandiri dengan memanfaatkan sumberdaya lokal, menjadi Desa rujukan sebagai pusat oleh – oleh kuliner berciri khas lokal, terbangunnya mitra antara pemerintah desa dan universitas negeri Gorontalo melalui desa binaan yang produktif di salah satu daerah kawasan Teluk Tomini, dan adanya penguatan promosi atau pemasaran melalui aplikasi online di era revolusi industri 4.0.

school teachers on the implementation of ICT-based learning models. In accordance with the Ministerial Regulation number 37 of 2018. The target of this activity is for primary school teachers to create TIK-based learning tools that are easy and simple to use to improve the knowledge and skills of the training participants, which will have a positive impact on improving student skills and learning outcomes. In addition, through this activity, the creation of TIK-based learning tools by participating teachers is targeted by applying TIK-based learning models in learning for each subject in primary school. The method is by conducting training on the implementation of ICT-based learning models for primary school teachers in the coastal areas of Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo Province, such as the use of learning videos using Canva, and also related to gamification for learning. This activity begins with the provision of basic material related to learning media, followed by practice in creating Canva-based learning videos, and ends with practice in creating gamification-based learning media using the Wordwall application. This community service activity ends with the signing of an Implementation Agreement between the Electrical Engineering study program and SDN 3 Kabila Bone, Bone Bolango Regency
