Abstract: Distance learning media is very much needed during the current Covid-19 epidemic. Limitations of teacher-student interaction, which requires changing face-to-face learning patterns to online (online), are one of the obstacles to the teaching and learning process in schools, especially at SMK Setia Janji range. E-learning is a distance learning media that can be used in online learning processes (in a network) online. This community service discusses how the implementation of Edmodo E-learning for teachers of SMK Setia Janji in Kisaran as a daily activity of using Edmodo in the classroom to practice and register to take this application in class to provide information about the use of technology to teachers as targets in learning activities for students in the class. The method used is by means of training, with reference to the laboratory model as the development of E-learning in using Edmodo in the classroom. Community service at SMK Setia Janji aims to assist teachers in providing effective and efficient learning media online. In addition, students have motivation in using Edmodo because this program is attractive to teachers and students whose applications are: quizzes, assignments, and managing communication with students, coworkers, and parents.. Keywords: appliciation; edmodo; E-learning Abstrak: Media pembelajaran jarak jauh sangat di butuhkan pada masa pendemi Covid-19 saat ini. Keterbatasan Interaksi guru dengan siswa yang mengharuskan merubah pola pembelajaran tatap muka menjadi daring (dalam jaringan) online, menjadi salah satu hambatan proses belajar mengajar di sekolah, khususnya di SMK Setia Janji kisaran. E-learning merupakan salah satu media pembelajaran jarak jauh yang dapat di gunakan dalam peroses pembelajaran secara daring (dalam jaringan) online. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini membahas tentang bagaimana implementasi E-learning Edmodo bagi guru SMK Setia Janji di Kisaran sebagai kegiatan sehari-hari penggunaan Edmodo di kelas mempraktekkan dan mendaftar untuk mengikuti aplikasi ini di kelas memberikan informasi tentang pemanfaatan teknologi kepada guru sebagai sasaran dalam kegiatan pembelajaran bagi siswa didalam kelas. Metode yang digunakan dengan cara pelatihan, dengan acuan laboratory model sebagai pengembangan E-learning dalam menggunakan Edmodo di kelas. Abstract: Community service activities entitled "Installation of Operating Systems Based on Windows 10" aims to provide information to students from MAN Asahan about Installing Windows Operating Systems. The method used in this activity is a direct observation of the MAN Asahan school by watching and analyzing the problems or troubleshooting that occurs at the Computer Lab at MAN Asahan. In addition, information on problems in the computer Labs of the school was also carried out by a team of lecturers as the perpetrators of this community service by way of direct interviews with the Teachers and employees who served in the Computer Lab of the MAN Asahan school. The end result of this dedication is how students can repair computers, as well as troubleshooting that occurs on school computers and computers at home, can be overcome alone without having to use computer repair services.Keywords: installation; operating system; Windows 10 Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang diberi judul “Instalasi Sistem Operasi Berbasis Windows 10” bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi kepada siswa dan siswi MAN Asahan tentang Instalasi Sistem Operasi Windows. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah observasi langsung ke sekolah MAN Asahan dengan melihat serta menganalisa permasalahan ataupun troubleshooting yang terjadi pada Laboratorium Komputer disekolah MAN Asahan. Selain itu, Informasi permasalahan pada komputer Lab sekolah juga dilakukan tim dosen selaku pelaku kegiatan pengabdian ini dengan cara wawancara langsung kepada Guru dan pegawai yang bertugas di Lab Komputer sekolah MAN Asahan. Hasil akhir dari pengabdian ini adalah bagaimana siswa dan siswi dapat memperbaiki komputer serta troubleshooting yang terjadi pada komputer sekolah maupun komputer dirumah dapat teratasi sendiri tanpa harus memakai jasa perbaikan komputer. The System in an element that interacts with each other to achieve a goal, gathered together to process or to complete certain goals. At PT. BspGurach Batu Estate Tbk. Determination of the best rubber quality by division is a process in the progress of its business field so that customers are satisfied with the quality of the processed rubber. The methodology used is the quantitative method where this method contains the calculation of the processed data. The MOORA method is a method that is applied to solve problems with complex mathematical calculations introduced by Brauers and Zavadskas in 2006 with the DSS, which is to support decision makers in choosing alternative decisions which are the result of alternative data processing based on the criteria used and obtain results where Alternative 3 (A3) as the highest alternative for quality rubber. With a decision support system made using the Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method, it can assist in the decision-making process for determining rubber quality based on the division that has rubber quality.

Abstract: The Air Joman Health Center is a community health center that provides services in the form of medical services to the Air Joman community and its surroundings. Based on the observations made by the author, the use of syringes at the Air Joman Health Center fluctuates every month consisting of 1 ml syringes, 2.5 ml syringes, 3 ml syringes, 5 ml syringes and 10 ml syringes. After use, the syringe should not be reused and must be discarded. However, sometimes there are obstacles in serving patients, this is due to the limitations of syringes. The number of needles data can only be estimated from the number of available medical devices (stock), because the need for each month is different. This resulted in not all the needs of medical devices were met and there was often additional stock. To overcome problems regarding the processing of medical device stock data, assistance with forecasting is needed, which is the process of estimating future demand. The forecasting system is designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. Forecasting the supply of syringes at the Air Joman Health Center speeds up the cashier's work process to make reports because the forecasting system automatically produces forecasting results when the calculate button is clicked and prints the report. Abstrak: Puskesmas Air Joman merupakan pusat kesehatan masyarakat yang memberikan pelayanan dalam bentuk jasa pengobatan kepada masyarakat Air Joman dan sekitarnya. Berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan penulis, adapun penggunaan jarum suntik di Puskesmas Air Joman setiap bulan berfluktuasi yang terdiri atas jarum suntik 1 ml, jarum suntik 2,5 ml, jarum suntik 3 ml, jarum suntik 5 ml dan jarum suntik 10 ml. Setelah pemakaian, jarum suntik tidak boleh dipakai kembali dan harus dibuang. Namun, terkadang terjadi kendala dalam melayani pasien, hal ini disebabkan karena keterbatasan jarum suntik. Banyaknya data jarum suntik hanya bisa diperkirakan dari banyak atau sedikitnya alat kesehatan yang ada (stok), dikarenakan kebutuhan setiap bulan berbeda-beda. Hal ini mengakibatkan tidak semua kebutuhan alat kesehatan terpenuhi dan sering terjadi stok tambahan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan mengenai pengolahan data stok alat kesehatan, maka dibutuhkan bantuan dengan peramalan (forecasting) yang merupakan proses pengestimasian permintaan di masa mendatang. Sistem peramalan tersebut dirancang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Peramalan persediaan jarum suntik pada Puskesmas Air Joman mempercepat proses kerja Kasir untuk melakukan pembuatan laporan karena sistem peramalan secara otomatis menghasilkan hasil peramalan ketika diklik tombol hitung dan cetak laporan. Role Model menentukan seseorang yang menjadi teladan/panutan atas peran tertentu, di mana perilakunya tersebut diikuti oleh pegawai yang lain Pemilihan kandidat terbaik sebagai Role Model, pada pengadilan negeri saat ini dilakukan secara konvensional dimana sering kali terjadi kesalahan dan kecurangan pada saat penilaian kinerja pegawai karena penilaian yang bersifat subyektif, pendataan kinerja pegawai yang tidak benar dalam penilaian serta membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama pada proses penyeleksian calon kandidat terpilih sehingga mempengaruhi efektifitas kinerja sebuah instansi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode Topsis (Technique for Other References by Similarity to Ideal Solution) merupakan salah satu dari metode Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang penerapan metode akan membandingkan setiap kandidat berdasarkan kriteria standar penilaian yang baik. TOPSIS mampu memberikan bentuk model sistem pendukung keputusan dalam bentuk sebuah hirarki fungsional dengan input utamanya persepsi manusia. Implepentasi TOPSIS pada Pengadilan Negeri Kisaran mempermudah mengelola bagian kepegawaian dalam proses pemilihan agen perubahan sebagai role model yang lebih akurat dan juga penyajian laporan penilaian pegawai yang lebih efektif dan efisien.

Bantuan Langsung Tunai merupakan program bantuan pemerintah dalam bentuk bantuan tunai. Pada penerapannya pada Desa Perkebunan Air Batu III/IX dan Desa Sei Alim Ulu masih belum optimal dan tidak sesuai target. Teori data mining akan mempermudah mengatasi masalah yang belum maksimal di Kantor Kepala Desa Perkebunan Air Batu III/IX dan Kantor Kepala Desa Sei Alim Ulu. Proses pembagian/klasifikasi juga untuk mendapatkan pola yang memisahkan data kelas dengan target serta memperhitungkan kelas dari suatu objek yang label/kelasnya tidak diketahui. Maka dari itu, algoritma naive bayes dapat melihat probabilitas di masa depan menurut kejadian pada masa sebelumnya. Pada penelitian ini data latih dan 5 data uji dengan enam kriteria yaitu kepala rumah tangga, status PKH, status BPNT, hilang mata pencaharian, tidak terdata, dan anggota keluarga sakit kronis. Hasil akurasi datanya sebesar 80% dengan adanya metode yang diterapkan dalam penerima Bantuan Langsung Tunai, diharapkan bisa mempermudah serta mempersingkat waktu untuk menentukan penerima Bantuan Langsung Tunai.

In the budgeting process for school building rehabilitation activities in Asahan Regency, there are still inaccuracies in selecting prioritized primary schools for rehabilitation. This study aimed to apply the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to determine five primary schools that were prioritized for repair. This research method uses quantitative methods. The data source comes from the East Kisaran and West Kisaran Elementary Schools. The data were analyzed using the SAW method based on the criteria weight depending on the matrix value and normalization. The results showed the 5 largest criteria weights, namely UPTD SDN 010097 Selawan (0.940), UPTD SDN 014689 Lestari (0.884), UPTD SDN 010039 Sentang (0.880), SD Taman Kasih Karunia (0.847), and UPTD SDN 018453 Siumbut-Umbut (0.820). ). This study concluded that the double exponential smoothing method could make it easier to determine which primary school decisions are prioritized for rehabilitation.

Abstract: The Asahan Regency Regional Library and Archives is one of the government agencies that has used a computer-based information system but only on the visitor data system. In the book search process, most visitors find it difficult to find the right reference book according to their needs. Therefore we need a system that can simplify and speed up the search for the book. One of them is by grouping books so that the search process will be faster, easier, and more accurate. By designing an information system that can assist the library in managing library materials in the form of grouping books using the K-Means method to facilitate the arrangement of books into shelves, making it easier for visitors to find library materials quickly and easily and further improve the quality of library services. This application was built using the PHP programming language, MySQL database, and using the K-Means method. By implementing the K-Means method, a clustering and search application is produced in the Regional Library and Archives of Asahan Regency. Keywords: Libraries, clusters, K-means, PHP and MySQL Abstrak: sudah memakai sistem informasi berbasis komputer tetapi hanya pada bagian sistem data pengunjung. proses pencarian buku, kebanyakan penggunjung sulit mendapatkan buku referensi yang tepat sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka. Maka dari itu diperlukan suatu sistem yang dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat pencarian buku tersebut. Salah satunya dengan pengelompokkan buku sehingga proses pencariannya akan lebih cepat, mudah, dan akurat. Dengan membuat perancangan sistem informasi yang dapat membantu pihak perpustakaan dalam mengelola bahan pustaka dalam bentuk pengelompokkan buku menggunakan metode K-Means untuk memudahkan penataan buku ke dalam rak sehingga memudahkan pengunjung dalam pencarian bahan pustaka dengan cepat dan mudah serta lebih meningkatkan mutu pelayanan perpustakaan. Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, database MySQL, dan menggunakan metode K-Means. Dengan mengimplementasikan metode K-Means, maka dihasilkan sebuah aplikasi pengclusteran dan pencarian di Perpustakaan Dan Kearsipan Daerah Kabupaten Asahan.Kata Kunci: Perpustakaan; cluster; K-means; PHP dan MySQL.

One of the government's efforts in equitable distribution of education is to launch the PAUD Regional Operational Assistance (BOSDA) program by providing financial assistance for each PAUD with underprivileged students. This Regional Operational Assistance (BOSDA) aims to reduce the cost of education for underprivileged children, so that they can obtain early childhood education services that can optimally foster, grow, and develop the full potential of early childhood. The problem that occurs is the Determination of Regional Operational Assistance Recipients (BOSDA) which is not optimal and not right on target. The purpose of this research is to facilitate the UPT employees of the Education Office in determining the recipients of the Regional Operational Assistance (BOSDA) program with the right decision results. Therefore, the UPT Department of Education requires the right technology to assist employees in determining the recipients of PAUD Regional Operational Assistance (BOSDA). In achieving the research objectives, the analysis used is data analysis with quantitative methods which is a data analysis used if the conclusions obtained can be proven by numbers and also in the calculation of formulas that have to do with research analysis. The calculation process uses the WP method, so that the results of the assessment that have been carried out go through many calculation processes, ranging from weighting the values of all criteria and determining the value to getting a candidate for PAUD Regional Operational Assistance (BOSDA) at the UPT of the Buntu Pane District Education Office.

The government through the Department of Food Crops, Horticulture and Food Security provides fertilizer subsidies to coal farmers, which annually reaches 15 tons of urea, SP 36 fertilizer, ZA fertilizer, NPK fertilizer, organic fertilizer. The fertilizer is used for rice, chili, onions, palm oil, eggplant and other types of agricultural crops that are cultivated in Batu Bara Regency by farmers. In the development of farmer groups in Batu Bara Regency, increasing years are increasing because Coal has become a granary, especially for rice which has greatly increased from 2018-2020 about an increase of 10% in the increase in the number of farmer groups. Problems that often occur at the Department of Food Crops, Horticulture and Food Security in Batu Bara Regency are related to determining the distribution of subsidized fertilizer assistance that is not right on target, to farmer groups who should deserve it but do not get it, because every year the number of farmers is increasing but the availability of fertilizer is limited. . Decision Support System (DSS) or Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that is able to provide problem solving and communication skills for problems with semi-structured and unstructured conditions. This system is used to help structure, where no one knows for sure how decisions should be made. This decision support system itself is intended to make decisions that are really feasible to get fertilizer assistance provided by the Indonesian government for the welfare of farmers and good results. obtained through the Distribution of Subsidized Fertilizer Aid.
