Abstract

In the budgeting process for school building rehabilitation activities in Asahan Regency, there are still inaccuracies in selecting prioritized primary schools for rehabilitation. This study aimed to apply the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to determine five primary schools that were prioritized for repair. This research method uses quantitative methods. The data source comes from the East Kisaran and West Kisaran Elementary Schools. The data were analyzed using the SAW method based on the criteria weight depending on the matrix value and normalization. The results showed the 5 largest criteria weights, namely UPTD SDN 010097 Selawan (0.940), UPTD SDN 014689 Lestari (0.884), UPTD SDN 010039 Sentang (0.880), SD Taman Kasih Karunia (0.847), and UPTD SDN 018453 Siumbut-Umbut (0.820). ). This study concluded that the double exponential smoothing method could make it easier to determine which primary school decisions are prioritized for rehabilitation.

Abstract

Improving service in an agency cannot be separated from several aspects that must be possessed, such as assurance, empathy, responsiveness, reliability and physical evidence. However, there are several obstacles in improving services at the Bandar Pasir Mandoge Village Head's Office, such as lack of information and transparency. The aim of this research is to create a decision support system using the servqual method to improve the quality of public service performance. This research applies the waterfall model to build a system with stages of analysis, design, implementation and testing. Analysis is carried out to find needs regarding the system being created. Meanwhile, the design consists of entity relationship diagrams and interface design. Next, the implementation stage was carried out at the Bandar Pasir Mandoge Village Head Office using 201 questionnaires. The aspects in this research consist of concern, physical service, responsiveness, physical reliability, and guarantee. System testing uses a black box to see the extent of the functionality of this system. Our findings are that improvements need to be made to guarantee services (communication, courtesy, communication and security). Apart from that, our system is also running well based on the results of black box testing. So this system can be used by the Bandar Pasir Mandoge Village Head's Office as a policy in making decisions to improve the performance of public services.

Abstract

Abstract: The Asahan Regency Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Service carries out outreach activities on the level of demand for boiler chicken, which means that the department must be more active in collecting data on the volume of boiler chicken every year because consumer demand for chicken continues to increase and instability often occurs. Where in the period 2012 to 2024 there was a significant increase in demand. So it becomes an obstacle in the stock of chickens in the Asahan Regency market which must be prepared. If there is too much chicken supply but the demand for chicken consumption decreases then this will result in a loss, conversely if the demand for chicken consumption increases but the chicken supply cannot be prepared then this will be a loss for chicken traders and distributors. To increase the accuracy of the estimates, the use of the Single Exponential Smoothing Method is proposed. This method smooths past values with exponential weights, placing greater emphasis on recent data. Using data from the last 12 (twelve) years as reference data for recording the past for forecasting experiments for the next 1 (one) month. Experiments using different Alphas test accuracy in actual situations. The results of the experiment with an alpha of 0.9 are almost the same as the actual value in predicting the situation one year into the future with the lowest error, namely MAPE 7.4% and forecasting broiler chicken meat supplies of 13661261.46 chickens.Keywords: broiler chicken; ses method; web based. Abstrak: Dinas Peternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan Kabupaten Asahan melakukan aktivitas penyuluhan tingkat  permintaan ayam boiler dimana pihak dinas harus lebih aktif dalam melakukan pendataan volume ayam boiler setiap tahunnya karena permintaan konsumen terhadap ayam sering terjadi ketidakstabilan. Dimana pada periode tahun 2012 sampai dengan 2024 terjadi kenaikan permintaan yangsignifikan. Sehingga menjadi kendala dalam stok ayam di pasar Kabupaten Asahan yang harus disiapkan. Jika persediaan ayam terlalu banyak namun permintaan akan konsumsi ayam menurun maka ini akan manjadi kerugian, sebaliknya jika permintaan akan konsumsi ayam meningkat namun persediaan ayam tidak dapat disiapkan maka ini menjadi kerugian bagi pihak pedagang dan distributor ayam. Untuk meningkatkan ketepatan perkiraan, penggunaan Metode Single Exponential Smoothing diusulkan. Metode ini menghaluskan nilai masa lalu dengan bobot eksponensial, memberikan penekanan lebih besar pada data terbaru. Penggunaan data 12 tahun terakhir sebagai data acuan pencatatan masa lalu untuk percobaan peramalan untuk 1 (satu) bulan kedepan. Penggunaan Alpha yang berbeda menguji akurasi dalam situasi aktual. Hasil dari penelitian dengan alpha 0,9 hampir sama dengan nilai aktual dalam meramalkan keadaan satu tahun ke depan dengan error yang paling rendah yaitu MAPE 7,4% dan peramalan persediaan daging ayam broiler sebanyak 13661261,46 ayam.Kata kunci: berbasis web; daging ayam broiler; metode ses.

Abstract: Tanjungbalai City Shoe Washing King, a business that provides laundry services, faces challenges in managing material supplies to meet customer demand without causing excessive accumulation of goods. In tight business competition, companies must carefully calculate material inventories based on previous sales data to predict the number of products needed in the future. Timely availability of shoe cleaning materials is vital to maintaining business continuity. Therefore, the required sales strategy includes making sales predictions or forecasting to ensure customer needs can be met efficiently. Forecasting is an important technique in identifying models that can be used to predict future needs.Keywords: SMA Method; Material Inventory; PHP; MySQL.Abstrak: Rajanya Cuci Sepatu Kota Tanjungbalai, sebuah usaha yang menyediakan layanan cuci pakaian, menghadapi tantangan dalam mengatur persediaan bahan untuk memenuhi permintaan pelanggan tanpa menimbulkan penumpukan barang yang berlebihan. Dalam persaingan bisnis yang ketat, perusahaan harus memperhitungkan dengan cermat persediaan bahan berdasarkan data penjualan sebelumnya untuk meramalkan jumlah produk yang dibutuhkan di masa mendatang. Ketersediaan bahan cuci sepatu yang tepat waktu sangat vital untuk menjaga kelangsungan usaha. Oleh karena itu, strategi penjualan yang diperlukan termasuk melakukan prediksi atau peramalan penjualan untuk memastikan kebutuhan pelanggan dapat terpenuhi dengan efisien. Peramalan merupakan teknik yang penting dalam mengidentifikasi model yang dapat digunakan untuk meramalkan kebutuhan di masa depan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Single Moving Avarage (SMA) dapat membantu Rajanya Cuci Sepatu Kota Tanjungbalai Dengan Metode Single Moving Avarage dalam meramalkan Persediaan Bahan untuk bulan berikutnya. Kata kunci: Metode SMA; Persediaan Bahan; PHP; MySQL

Abstract

Abstract: Major Umar Damanik Tanjungbalai Health Center, which is located on Jl. Mayor Umar Damanik, Pantai Burung Subdistrict, South Tanjungbalai, plays a role as part of regional autonomy efforts in providing health services to the community. Every week, the Community Health Center routinely holds a special immunization program for measles which is considered a general need. However, because of the important role of vaccines in improving children's health and preventing the transmission of measles, it is important to ensure the availability of vaccines every month. Currently, demand for measles vaccine at the Mayor Umar Damanik Tanjungbalai Health Center is still not optimal. There is still often an excess of vaccine stock which causes accumulation in storage areas, increasing the risk of vaccine expiration and a shortage of measles vaccine stock for children if the number of immunization vaccines is reduced. The inability to calculate vaccine needs causes errors in estimating the amount needed. As a result, vaccine stocks are currently unstable. To overcome this problem, a forecasting system is needed to calculate vaccine stocks in the coming months. Forecasting approaches, such as the Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) method, can be an effective solution for maintaining vaccine stock stability.Keywords: Amount of Measles Immunization Vaccine; SES Method.Abstrak: Puskesmas Mayor Umar Damanik Tanjungbalai, yang berlokasi di Jl. Mayor Umar Damanik Kelurahan Pantai Burung, Tanjungbalai Selatan, berperan sebagai bagian dari upaya otonomi daerah dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat. Setiap minggu, Puskesmas tersebut secara rutin menyelenggarakan program imunisasi khusus untuk campak yang dianggap sebagai kebutuhan umum. Namun, karena pentingnya peran vaksin dalam meningkatkan kesehatan anak dan mencegah penularan penyakit campak, penting untuk memastikan ketersediaan vaksin setiap bulannya. Saat ini, permintaan vaksin campak di Puskesmas Mayor Umar Damanik Tanjungbalai masih belum optimal. Masih sering terjadi kelebihan stok vaksin yang menyebabkan penumpukan di tempat penyimpanan, meningkatkan risiko kadaluwarsa vaksin dan kekurangan stok vaksin campak untuk anak jika jumlah vaksin imunisasi dikurangi. Ketidakmampuan dalam melakukan perhitungan kebutuhan vaksin menyebabkan kesalahan dalam memperkirakan jumlah yang diperlukan. Akibatnya, stok vaksin saat ini belum stabil. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, diperlukan sistem peramalan untuk menghitung stok vaksin di bulan-bulan mendatang. Pendekatan peramalan, seperti metode Single Exponential Smoothing (SES), dapat menjadi solusi efektif untuk menjaga stabilitas stok vaksin.Kata Kunci : Jumlah Vaksin Imunisasi Campak; Metode SES

Abstract

Abstract: Technological development is a complex phenomenon influenced by various factors. Several theories have been proposed to explain the dynamics and evolution of technology. Technological development is not only about new discoveries, but also how technology is applied and adopted in society. In this context, factors such as regulation, public acceptance, and social impact also play an important role in shaping the direction and sustainability of technological development. Bintang Mulia Batu Bara Course and Training Institute (LKP) is an institution that provides training in various skills for the local community. The skills provided are computer courses and also English courses. In operational activities, at LKP, especially students can learn to operate computers and use applications. However, in terms of implementation and operational efficiency in carrying out the assignments or exercises given, students still do not understand how to use Graphic Design Applications. The aim of this service activity is to introduce and provide experience to students regarding graphic design applications, then using the Canva application can be an innovation for students in carrying out the assignments or exercises given. The graphic design application used is the Canva application. With this activity, it is hoped that it can provide new knowledge to students about the graphic design applications used. Keyword: Graphic Design; Canva Application; LKP Bintang Mulia Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi merupakan fenomena kompleks yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor. Beberapa teori telah diajukan untuk menjelaskan dinamika dan evolusi teknologi. Perkembangan teknologi bukan hanya tentang penemuan baru, tetapi juga bagaimana teknologi diterapkan dan di adopsi dalam masyarakat. Dalam konteks ini, faktor faktor seperti regulasi, penerimaan masyarakat, dan dampak sosial juga memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk arah dan keberlanjutan perkembangan teknologi. Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan (LKP) Bintang Mulia Batu Bara merupakan institusi yang menyediakan pelatihan berbagai keterampilan bagi masyarakat sekitar. Adapun keterampilan yang disediakan yaitu kursus komputer dan juga kursus bahasa inggris. Dalam kegiatan operasional, di LKP, Khususnya peserta didik dapat belajar mengoperasikan komputer dan menggunakan aplikasi. Namun dalam penerapan dan efisiensi operasional dalam mengerjakan tugas tugas atau latihan yang diberikan, peserta didik masih belum memahami cara menggunakan Aplikasi khususnya Desain Grafis. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk memperkenalkan dan memberikan pengalaman kepada peserta didik tentang aplikasi desain grafis, kemudian dengan menggunakan aplikasi ini bisa menjadi salah satu inovasi bagi peserta didik dalam mengerjakan tugas atau latihan yang diberikan.  Aplikasi desain grafis yang digunakan yaitu aplikasi Canva. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pengetahuan baru kepada peserta didik tentang aplikasi desain grafis yang digunakan. Kata kunci: Desain Grafis; Aplikasi Canva; LKP Bintang Mulia
