Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Islamic work ethics toward the relationship of Locus of Control and Self Efficacy toward nurses performance. The writer uses purposive sampling method to take the sample from Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital Semarang. The data tested in this research covers validity test with product moment, reliability test with alpha cronbach, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test for testing and proving the research hypothesis. Result from regression analysis, t- test shows that (1) Locus of Control has influence toward performance, as strong as Locus of Control influence inside the nurse self, her performance increases (2) Self Efficacy has influence toward performance, as strong as self efficacy influence inside the nurse self, her performance increase, (3) Locus of Control variable is as moderating variable,enhancement  of Locus of Control supported by Islamic, (4)  Self Efficacy variabel is not moderating variable reduction of  Self Efficay supported by Islamic work ethics will reduce the nurse performance. Abstract

Organization culture is collection of positive value that is useful for organization in order to influence behavior. Authority tolerance culture is part of culture concept founded by Hofstade (1994). As high as authority to culture, means they are willing to accept the authority to culture difference in an organization Career perception as long as working (Asthur, et al 1989).The aim of this research are to analyze and to prove wheather tolerant culture influence bureaucratic and professional career perception. Method of this research uses purposive sampling method with 89 female nurse as sample and also usess doble regression analysis. Result of this research shows that authority tolerance culture has positive influence towards bureaucratic to career perception and professional career perception. It means that as high as authority tolerance culture will determine life some one’s career choice, even though still in perception form. Next, this perception will influence some one’s behavior in acting to do pioneering career. Abstract

This research aimed to test and analyze the influence of the profesionalism toward organizational commitment, working satisfaction, working achievement, and quitting pretention from the nurse of Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital. This research was done using survey method to 120 nurse of Islamic Hospital Sultan Agung  Semarang. Sampling technique used was census method. To test tha data, the writer use validity test through factor analysis, reliability test with Alpha Cronbach, classis assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, and t-test to test and prove research hypothesis. The validity of data collected was tested using factor analysis method and for its reliability was tested using alpha coefficient (Alpha Cronbach). The result  was that all data were valid and reliable. The result of analysis and disscussion showed that : (1) Professionalism positively influenced organizational commitment. It means that the higher professionalism the higher organizational commitment also; (2) Professionalisme positively influenced working satisfaction. It means that the higher ptofessionalism, the higgher working satisfaction alsol (3) Professionalisme positively influenced working achievement. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peningkatan kapasitas ketrampilan, penyaluran modal pinjaman dan kolektabilitas pinjaman. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota kelompok usaha bersama binaanProgram Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri di Kecamatan Gemuh Kendal. Pengumpulan data primer penelitian dengan berkunjung ke responden, agar tingkat pengisian kuesioner dapat dipastikan betul dan jugapeneliti dapat menjelaskan kepada responden bila menemui persoalan yang kurang jelas dalam pengisian kuesioner. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dengan metode deskriptif, menghitung data-data yang berbentuk kuantitatif dandinyatakan secara kualitatif guna menginterprestasikan hasil data perhitungan, dan melengkapi gambaran yang diperoleh dari analisis data kualitatif untuk memecahkan masalah yang diteliti yang akhirnya akan menarikkesimpulan dari pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kapasitas ketrampilan (pelatihan) yang dilakukan dapat menigkatkan kompetensi sehingga memudahkan dalam melakukan pekerjaan,penyaluran modal pinjaman sangat bermanfaat untuk peningkatan volume usahanya dan meningkatkan pendapatan serta tingkat kolektabilitas pinjaman sebagain besar membayar pinjamannya tepat pada waktunya. Oleh karenanyahasil penelitian ini berharap bisa memberikan masukan kepada pemerintah baik pusat maupun daerah, fasilitator PNPM Mandiri, Unit Pengelola Kegiatan untuk menyadari pentingnya pemberdayaan ekonomi melaluipeningkatan kapasitas ketrampilan dan penambahan permodalan untuk menumbuhkan berwirausaha guna menopang perekonomian.Kata Kunci : pelatihan, modal pinjaman dan kolektabilitas.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, risk and several control varible toward the firm’s debt equity ratio. Those control variable cover the size, dividend payout ratio, and earning volatility. This research is focuse on the manufacture firm that is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, along the period 2010-2012. The collecting data method that is used is pooling data, and them it is obtained 33 samples of firms, so that along that research period, those are 99 observations. Those sample are obtained based on purposive sampling and the statistical method that used is multiple regression. The result of this research shows that the factor of managerial ownership and risk are not influence, so that it is indicating that they are useless to explain and predict the factor of firm’s debt equity ratio. It is opposite to the institutional ownership that it is influence and able to predict the factor of firm’s debt equity ratio. The using of control variable in this research is to investigate the factors determining of the structure of firm’s debt equity ratio, which can be used as consideration material in determining the financing through the debt. By the result, it can be known that the firm size and  the earning volatility are influence. Therefore, it is indicating that the factor of size and earning volatility in this research are able to explain and predict the debt equity ratio. On the other hand, the dividend pay out ratio is not influence or cannot predict the debt equity ratio. Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the efforts of woman empowerment in order to raise poor family income.Model of poor woman in based of formation groups of house wifes as batik crafts woman using cantingelectric formulates some points such as : increasing the profile of poor woman activity, the active role ofwoman ini empowerment which can increase poor family income, the earnings of batik crafts woman, thework time of batik crafts women, the effectiveness of using electric canting, success formation of craftswoman groups. To get the research model, method descriptive qualitative analysis are used. The resulthoped is model of district empowerment woman known at Gunung Pati Semarang, the are Jatirejo, Siwarakand Gunung Pati. Based on descriptive of qualitative analysis. The results of this research are 67,35 percentgain big profit after they became the member of batik crafts woman group. The strengths that poor womanhave are availability of time empowerment, also the their persistence to work to get more income.Participation approach is way to empower poor woman. This approach is able to invite housewives toparticipate in increasing self quality. Beside that, this approach is flexible way because there is no standardprocedure. However, it is more adapted with the condition, potential and distribution from poor woman inthat village.Keyword : woman empowerment, poor the household income, source utilization poor household batik craftswoman.

Abstract

Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) sedang digalakkan di daerah-daerah guna menunjang pertumbuhan ekonomi dan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Salah satu usaha kecil menengah mikro di sini adalah usaha pembuatan kerupuk rambak yang bisa dijadikan “peluang Bisnis” bagi masyarakat. Usaha ini terletak di Kecamatan Pegandon Kendal Jawa Tengah. Kerupuk rambak bergizi tinggi, sehingga tidak hanya berpeluang bisnis saja. Berbagai macam gizi seperti protein, karbohidrat dan lemak serta mineral mengandung 82,9% protein. Sedangkan mineral seperti kalsium, fosfor dan besi terkandung sebanyak 0,04% . Metode kegiatan yang dilaksanakan adalah pelatihan dan bimbingan implementasi IPTEK sederhana melalui pengenalan sistem produksi tepat guna. Hasil yang dicapai adalah pisau pemotong rambak “Cowskin Cutter” yaitu pisau khusus berbahan stenlis dan alat ukur yang bisa diatur sedemikian rupa, sehingga hasil pemotongan yang rapi dan meningkatkan nilai jual serta diharapkan mampu meningkatkan peran industri mikro dalam pembangunan daerah, penciptaan lapangan kerja, peningkatan pendapatan bagi kelompok Pengrajin kerupuk rambak pada khususnya serta pendapatan daerah dan negara pada umumnya.
