Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisis kinerja rantai pasok dan rantai nilai Tembakau Kasturi di Kabupaten Jember. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis pemetaan rantai nilai, analisis integrasi pasar dan Analisis hierarki proses. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hambatan yang terjadi pada rantai nilai Tembakau Kasturi berdasarkan temuan lapang dapat didentifikasi sebagai berikut: Kurangnya penerapan  Good Tobacco Practices (GTP), Biaya usaha tani yang besar, Kurangnya modal, Kelembagaan petani yang tidak solid, Ketidakseimbangan jenis pasokan dan jenis kebutuhan tembakau, Biaya transportasi dan tenaga kerja tinggi, Kurangnya teknologi pengeringan, Tidak ada kepastian harga dan pasar, Rantai pemasaran yang panjang, Struktur pasar yang monopsoni, Akses pasar terbatas asimetri informasi. Hambatan yang terjadi dalam rantai nilai Tembakau Kasturi merupakan suatu tantangan yang harus dipetakan, diidentifikasi dan diberi solusi terbaik yang mencakup semua stakeholder yang ada di sepanjang rantai nilai Tembakau Kasturi. Solusi yang dapat diambil untuk memecahkan permasalahn tersebut adalah sbb: Pelatihan good tobacco practice, Bantuan permodalan petani, Pemberdayaan kelembagaan petani, Peran pemerintah dan APTI melakukan pengawasan dalam pemberdayaan kelembagaan dan kemitraan, Kepastian harga dan pasar, Membentuk pola pemberdayaan & kemitraan, Law enforcement. Dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai error correction model (ECM) sebesar β2 = 0.15 Hal ini menginterpretasikan bahwa penyesuaian pada kondisi equilibrium variabel harga produsen Tembakau Kasturi adalah sebesar 6 minggu. Dengan menggunakan model  variance equation  dapat diketahui volatilitas yang terjadi pada harga Tembakau Kasturi yang merupakan hasil penjumlahan antara kedua koefisien ARCH dan GARCH yaitu sebesar 0.545043. Berdasarkan tolak ukur pengukuran dari hasil penjumlahan yang kurang dari 1 menunjukkan bahwa adanya  low volatility. Pada hasil penelitian menggunakan analisis hierarki proses (AHP) kepastian harga merupakan prioritas yang paling penting. Sedangkan alternatif strategi yang dapat diterpkan yaitu pemberdayaan petani dan pengembangan kemitraan.

Abstract

Title: Yogurt Processing Technology as a Diversification of Goat Milk Products in the Livestock Group of Wonoasri Village, Tempurejo District, Jember RegencyCommunity service activities aim to empower the Peranakan Ettawa (PE) goat group of Wonoasri village, Tempurejo Sub-District, Jember Regency with education on processing goat milk into yoghurt. The prospect of marketing goat milk yoghurt has a market opportunity in the community, increasing the selling price of goat milk, and being a solution to the utilization of unsold goat milk. Community service activities are carried out from June to November 2019. The results obtained by the farmer group can make yoghurt processed products and implement yoghurt business management. This activity concludes that all members of the livestock group can make yoghurt according to procedures and can implement yoghurt business management as a sustainable business. The preferred yoghurt is yoghurt made with a concentration of 1% with a strawberry flavor variant. Yoghurt making activities can increase farmers income.

Abstract

The research was aimed to analyze of broiler meat price fluctuation, identify the factors competitor foodstuffs price that influence of broiler meat price, and identify alternative foodstuffs of broiler meat at consumer level in Pasuruan. The determination of location was did deliberately with consideration that in 2013, the production of broiler meat in Pasuruan was fourth highest production after Malang, Sidoarjo and Jombang , it was 8,842 million kg. This research was used secondary data from January 2010 until November 2015. The analytical method used is the price volatilitass analysis and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the value of broiler meat price volatility in Pasuruan tend to be small (low volatility) and happen quickly. Factors competitor foodstuffs price that influence the price of broiler meat in Pasuruan simultaneously influenced by the price of local chicken meat, beef prices, the price of eggs, and prices of salted anchovies fish. While partially, broiler meat prices at the consumer level in Pasuruan influenced by the price of beef and the price of eggs. The relation between the both showed that: broiler meat is alternative foodstuffs for beef, eggs are alternative foodstuffs for meat broiler, salted anchovies fish is complements for broiler meat.

Abstract

Rubber plantation development has proven to be the economic driver of the region with a variety of multiplier effect. East Java is one of the potential areas for rubber plantations development. Rubber production in East Java in 2012 amounted to 6,085 tons. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the labor productivity of rubber tappers and differences in productivity, revenue, revenue contributions. This research was conducted by taking locations in Jember by taking Sumberwadung and Durjo plantations as research objects. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear recreation and different test. The analysis show: Labor productivity in plantation rubber tapper Sumberwadung influenced by the outpouring of hours of work, education and training and the environment and work climate. Labor productivity in plantation rubber tapper Durjo influenced by age, environment and climate and the number of family members.Productivity and revenue between growers and Durjo Sumberwadung no different. Labor income between growers and Durjo different Sumberwadung

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between body size and bodyweight of the first lactating FH dairy cow. The research method used was linear regression analysis with 17 individuals at 27-29 months. The observed variables were body weight (BW), body length (BL), shoulder height (SH), and chest circumference (CC). The results showed that the correlation value between BW and BL was 0.6791 with the correlation regression equation Y = -724.63+7.68X1. SH and BW have a correlation value of 0.4043. CC with BW has a correlation value of 0.6863 with the regression equation Y = -733.455.90X1. The relationship between BL and SH has a correlation value of 0.2048. BL and CC have a correlation value of 0.4832. The conclusion of this study was that BW has a correlation of 67.91% to BL and 68.63% to CC of first lactating dairy cows, but does not have a correlation to SH. The more the BL and CC of the first lactating dairy cow increased, the more the weight of the dairy cow increased. BL does not have a correlation with SH and CC. SH has a 60.08% correlation with CC.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) menganalisis pengaruh program penyuluhan terhadap peningkatan produksi sapi potong di Kabupaten Bondowoso, 2) menganalisis pengaruh sumber daya manusia  pada optimalisasi IB terhadap peningkatan produksi sapi potong di Kabupaten Bondowoso, 3) menganalisis pengaruh sarana prasarana perluasan lahan HMT terhadap peningkatan produksi sapi potong di Kabupaten Bondowoso. Populasi yang dalam penelitian ini adalah petani sapi potong yang berjumlah 250 orang di Kabupaten Bondowoso. Penelitian ini menggunakan ukuran sampel 160 orang. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan program penyuluhan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap peningkatan produksi sapi potong di Kabupaten Bondowoso. Sumber daya manusia Optimalisasi IB (Inseminasi Buatan) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap peningkatan produksi sapi potong di Kabupaten Bondowoso. Sarana prasarana perluasan lahan HMT (Hijauan Makanan Ternak) tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap peningkatan produksi sapi potong di Kabupaten Bondowoso.

Abstract

Kompetisi menjadi keniscayaan dalam setiap persoalan bisnis. Hal ini dapat dilihat dengan munculnya pelaku bisnis baru. Begitupun juga yang dihadapi oleh pengusaha bagiak yang ada di Banyuwangi, tidak luput juga Toko Kue Bagiak Pelangi Sari Banyuwangi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung personal selling, kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui kepuasan konsumen. Populasi penelitian adalah konsumen yang membeli kue bagiak pelangi sari Banyuwangi. Jumlah sampel 85 responden dengan accidental sampling. Data diperoleh dengan kuesioner. Analisis data dengan deskriptif persentatif yaitu persentasi dan path analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel personal selling (X1), kualitas produk (X2) berpengaruh langsung terhadap keputusan pembelian. Variabel personal selling (X1), kualitas produk (X2) tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil dari uji path analysis menunjukkan bahwa personal selling (X1) berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) melalui kepuasan konsumen (Z) dan kualitas produk (X2) berpengaruh langsung terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) melalui kepuasan konsumen (Z), sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa kepuasan konsumen (Z) memediasi pengaruh personal selling (X1) dan kualitas produk (X2) terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y).

Abstract

The Research Was Aimed To Know Factors That Influence And Dominant To Egg Layer Duck Bussiness Of Semi-Intensive Poultry Farm In Jember. The Method Used Is Survey Method With 30 Respondents Semi-Intensive Duck Breeders. The Result Of Data Processing Using Multiple Linier Regression Can Be Acquired Aquation: From The Equation Means That For Every Unit Of Egg Production Will Be Affected By X1 (Age Of Ducks) Of -15,376, X2 (Feed) Of 0,001, X3 (Medication) Of 0,061, X4 (Employee) Of -0,013, X5 (Fuel) Of -0,022, X6 (Density Of Cage) Of -192,147, And X7 (Long Of Free-Range) Of -410,626. Can Be Concluded Employee Factor Have A Major Influence On The Production Of Duck Eggs. Abstract

This study aims to examine the use of fermented corn tumpi on the fat tail sheep fattening and sheep production performance which includes the consumption of feed dry matter (DM), daily weight gain, and feed conversion. The study consisted of three treatments, namely, control diet without tumpi corn fermentation (P0), feed containing 30% tumpi fermentation (P1), and feed containing 60% tumpi corn fermentation(P2). Replicates at each treatment consists of three sheep. The method used in this study is completely randomized design (CRD) using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and significantly different results in a further test using the least significant difference test (LSD). The results showed that the use of fermented corn tumpi are not significantly different (P> 0.05) on dry matter intake. But the use of fermented corn tumpi significantly different (P <0.05) on daily weight gain and feed conversion. Average daily weight gain was  the highest in P1 of 140.47 grams / head / day. Keyword : Sheep, fattening, tumpi corn fermentation

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the difference in the level of revenues savor independent patterns and patterns of partnership at different scales, analyze business patterns and scale venture capable of producing the most income levels are high, analyze the relationship between the pattern and scale of effort against the income level, as well as to analyze the influence of factors of production costs against revenue level savor in Lumajang. Research conducted from 1 July until 31 September 2017 using data at one time production period. Sampling determined deliberately by grouping the respondents based on a combination of the pattern of independent business and partnerships, as well as household business scale, small, and medium. The population that used as many as 60 breeders consisting of 10 samples in each group of a combination of patterns and business scale. Data analysis is an analysis of income and multiple linear regression analysis. Bound variables in this study are the level of revenues savor (Y), with free variables that comprise the cost of day-old chick (X1), feed (X2), vaccines, medications, vitamins, and disinfectants (X3), laborer (X4), preparation cost of enclosure and fuel (X5), electricity (X6), depreciation cost of enclosure and equipment (X7), and the pattern of effort selected breeders (D) to run his business. The results of the analysis showed that the level of income breeders partnership is higher than a standalone pattern breeder (3.169 rupiahs > 2.801 rupiahs), whereas small-scale dairy farmers income levels greater than large-scale ranchers and scale house appliances (3.926 rupiahs > 2.564 rupiahs > 2.466 rupiahs). Combinations of patterns of partnership with small-scale yielding the highest income levels compared to the pattern and scale of other businesses. Multiple linear regression analysis results on F test shows that that simultaneously throughout the free variables (X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, X6, X7, and D) effect significantly to the variable (Y). Results on t-test showed that partially variables X1, X2, X3, X4, X7 and influential significantly to variable Y, whereas the variable X5, X6, and D do not affect significantly to the variable Y.Keywords : Income level, Business pattern, and Business scale.
