Abstract

PT. IGLAS (Persero) is a manufacturing company of glass packaging (bottles). The company currently often late in a customer demand fulfillment. This problem due to several factors such as conventional way of schedulling and inneficient production process. Based on these problems, it would require a production scheduling information system using the priority rules to solve. This information system can provide production schedule more effectively according to choosen criteria from five methods that have been used. The criterias used are average processing time, utilization, average number of jobs in the system, and average number of delayed jobs. Meanwhile five methods used are, First Come First Serve (FCFS), Earliest Due Date (EDD), Shortest Processing Time (SPT), Longest Processing Time (LPT), dan Critical Ratio (CR). Based on the information system created and series of trials performed, company has a more effective queued schedule in accordance with desired company criterias, so that all of customer demand can be fulfilled and timely completion.

Abstract

Education Department Surabaya city agencies are responsible for improving the quality of education. To determine the quality of education evaluation in schools using indicators thats contained in the National Education Standards (SNP) include Content Standards, Standard Process, Graduates Competency Standards, Standards Teachers and Education Personnel, Infrastructure Standards, Standards Management, Standard Funding and Assessment Standards.Indicators in the SNP derived from sub-indicators are 80 sub-indicators to each sub indicator recommendations that are needed by elementary school (SD) Interior, SD Private and Government Elementary School (MI).With the number of schools as many as 463 primary schools, 438 private primary schools, and 151 MI resulted in Elementary Education (Pendas) only evaluates several schools Pendas has a limitation of human resources in evaluating schools as well as the time used to evaluate only three weeks.To overcome these obstacles, the solution that is needed is the creation of applications evaluation elementary schools that can speed the evaluation process of the school. Making these applications follow the stages of the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) waterfall model. Based on trials that have been done, the application can generate proposals on supervision and facilitation for guidance in improving the quality of education.

Abstract

Amaris Hotel Embong Malang Surabaya is  a 3 stars hotel that carries the concept of “bed & breakfast”. There is a  problem on controlling the cooking ingredients at the Kitchen Department. The problem is, this Department don’t have a proper ingredients usage documentation. As a result the Kitchen Department’s Staff cannot ensure the quantity of ordering the cooking ingredients, and because of this, lacks and excess of ingredients is often occurs. To overcome this problem, an information system for controlling the cooking ingredients in the Kitchen Department of Amaris Hotel Embong Malang Surabaya was built. The system applied an Economical Order Quantity methods to calculate the most economic order quantity for each ingredients. Reorder point methods to determine the reorder point of each ingredients where Safety Stocks is based on calculation of the ingredients usage. The test and evaluation result shows that system can minimize the ordering and holding cost of  cooking ingredients and able to control the stock so there are no more excess and lacks of ingredients. The reports of purchases, receipts, and usage of ingredients already fulfilled the information needs of the Head of  Kitchen Department.Keywords: Economical Order Quantity, Safety Stock, Reorder Point.

Abstract

Lamongan District Land Office is a regional office of the National Land Agency. Have a role in public service for the people who want to take care the land certificate. Public services do need to have a good quality including the performance of all employees. In Lamongan District Land Office are the so-called performance assessment Job Target Employees. The problem that occurs is a long time calculation and miscalculation performance assessment.Of the problems found then the proposed design the wake application performance assessment based on the target civil servants working in Lamongan District Land Office web based. The application will perform calculations according the formula that has been incorporated in the application, so that it can cope with arithmetic errors that occur and accelerate the calculation time. Applications can be accessed anytime and anywhere, so although officials are outside the assessor's office fixed the performance appraisal can be done.Results of testing with the District Land Office Lamongan is built applications can perform calculations according the formula set forth in SKP. Applications can be accessed through mobile. Abstract

PT. Bukit Baja Anugrah is a company engaged in the manufacturing of pipes. Currently in production activities often experience delays in the fulfillment of customer demand for products pipeline. his is due to the absence of production schedules at every process of production, so that the buildup of production and lead to delayed product that will be in production. Based on the existing problems, then made a production scheduling information system by using EDD (earlist Due Date) and methods of SPT (Shortest prosecing Time). The scheduling information system are the order process, the process of calculation methods, the process of determining the best method, and the process of making the product schedule. This system can provide scheduling according to the calculation method using the criteria of the method of EDD (earlist Due Date) and methods of SPT (Shortest prosecing Time). he criteria used are: average completion time - price, utilization, job number average - average and delay - average. Abstract

Controlling raw material stock is not an easy task. Because of that, a company have to plan raw material requirement to fulfill costumer needs so that the quantity and time of fulfillment is suitable. If a company buys too much raw materials whish is make the stock piled up, and increase the holding cost and the risk of damaged goods. However, if the raw materials stock is very low, there is a possibility insufficient stock (stock out) because the raw materials can not be delivered directly and if the raw materials stock is unavailable the production process is stop, the income will be delayed, and costumer trust.The solution to overcome that problem is to make design raw materials requirement planning informastion system. This system is built to counting estimate raw materials request, to counting raw materials demand, and the right time to buy the raw materials.This application will provide an information such us raw materials request report, raw materials forecasting report, and raw materials stock planning report. Based on trial results that has been done, this system could help forecast raw materials demand in the future, raw materials procurement, and the right time to buy the raw materials.

Abstract

Abstract: Administrative records of goods in and goods out sloppy and updates resulting in the difference between the existing stock on the record sheet in the warehouse . Parts warehouse difficult to know the most salable items and goods that are not selling well and often there is accumulation of stock even no stock at all for a particular item and place the data redundancy due to the recording of the entry or exit of goods on the record sheet .With these problems it is necessary to Inventory Information System that can perform administrative records of goods in and goods out so there is no difference in stock and redundancy of data items in the warehouse.Given the Inventory Information Systems , part warehouse easier administration and recording of goods in goods out . The system generates reports on expenditures, income statement items , the report returns, inventory taking reports , and report cards needed goods warehouse management to evaluate the activity inventory.

Abstract

Pabrik Gula Gempolkrep is one of the subsidiaries of PTPN X engaged in the production of sugar. Currently Pabrik Gula Gempolkrep already using sistem informasi pabrik gula(SIPG) to support business processes, information systems used but still can not help pabrik gula gempolkrep to monitoring the productivity of sugarcane feedstock. This needs to be rectified as to achieve production targets. Pabrik Gula Gempolkrep need to monitor the productivity of sugarcane raw material that becomes the main raw material in sugar production. Based on the above, it was built dashboard for visualization of raw material productivity of sugarcane in Pabrik Gula Gempolkrep. The dashboard is designed to meet the information needs of sugarcane productivity of the manajer tanaman and kepala tebang angkut. The results of the evaluation system productivity dashboard for visualization of the raw material sugar cane in the mill Gempolkrep can change the raw material sugar cane productivity data into visual information that is accurate and in accordance with user needs to monitor the achievement of the productivity of sugarcane feedstock.Keywords: Dashboard, Visualization, Productivity

Abstract

CV Dwi Teknik is a spring manufacturer located on Balong Dinding street Gg 3, Menganti, Gresik. One of section in CV Dwi Teknik is the production section. In the production section there is booking record that are at once as a production schedule that is carried out in sequence in accordance with the arrival of orders, thus allowing delays on other orders that have a relatively short time limit. From these problems, the production scheduling application is made using priority rules in which there are several methods that will be evaluated with weight on each parameter so that the application can give a decision on which priority rules are best. From the selection of priority rules, the application will print a production order report and production schedule report. The results of the trial conducted with the Head of Production and some Production Staff, the application can sort the order to be produced using the best method that is the result of evaluation based on parameter weighting and the application can also produce calculations of priority rule methods, can print production order reports and production schedule reports.

Abstract

In fulfilling orders for subscriptions , companies must improve performance in terms of planning. So far the problem in CV. Azaria Abadi Permai is planning needs raw materials and production is still in expected and done manually by the passage production planning inventory control. In this case often happens miscalculation planning raw needs an impact on exactly the number and availability of the raw materials that it production process.                    Solution proposed for the completion of the problems in the top is using methods Material Requirement Planning. This method aims to count the needs of raw materials and the arrival buy raw materials used the results of the evaluation of three lot sizing the technique, Lot for Lot, Economic Order Quantity, and Period Order Quantity.                    The result of this research is able to analyze method lot sizing namely, Lot for Lot, Economic Order Quantity, Period Order Quantity and then to choose the cost of inventori the most economical in each this method.
