Trends in Technological Innovation in Education During a Time of Pandemic Disruption: Examining The Perspective of Teaching Digital Pedagogy Syanti Dewi Harahap; Jimmi Jimmi; Petrus Jacob Pattiasina; Zulvia Trinova; Antono Damayanto

Since the world has been disturbed by the increasing impact of Covid-19, various countries have applied distance learning, responding to the pandemic policy on an international scale. The author believes that the learning of technological innovation for Indonesia is different from that of developed countries, so this study tries to understand the digital pedagogical perspective of teaching. A series of successful electronic literature searches were carried out on several scientific journal publications, books, and other website literature to get the intended understanding. The data that we have obtained are then analyzed in-depth, involving critical coding and high evaluation to obtain understanding and conclusions that can answer the core questions of this study. We used all data from secondary data, namely scientific evidence published between 2010 and 2021. Then the design of this study was in a descriptive qualitative system under a phenomenological approach, an effort to explore data as widely as possible. After discussing the results, we included that pedagogical technology, which is a method that discusses how teachers handle their duties assisted by technological innovation. However, the pedagogy also helps teachers become student learning facilitators by using existing technological facilities to improve learning outcomes. While at the same time developing students' potential even though they are being afflicted with learning disorders due to pandemics. We hope this result can be a contributing input for further studies.

We believe that we can get relevant answers for this study by providing accurate data from studies by field experts. We get supporting data from several thieves and electronically in databases of scientific journals, books, and websites that discuss issues where governance challenges improve academic learning outcomes in the tall tree in the digital era. Furthermore, we reviewed the data using a phenomenological approach, namely obtaining as much data as possible and interpreting it to produce highly accurate and valid data. This study relies heavily on previous studies' peer data or secondary data communication. The way to get it is to search digitally using the keyboard on the school's Google search engine on several well-known publications such as Eric, Taylor, and Francis and several literature databases from national journals. We can conclude that the management of academic improvement can be done by exploring digital and other technological devices based on experts' advice. We hope this result will be helpful in the following studies.

This study aims to discuss strategies to improve the quality of the apostles in efforts to increase university competitiveness through research activities. To discuss this theme, we have conducted a series of data searches on several data sources that discuss the issue of increasing lecturer resources and the quality of intensity through research activities. We analyze the collected data under a phenomenological approach, which includes organizing data, coding data, in-depth evaluation, and high interpretation to improve the quality and reliability of study findings. An electronic population data search in several related kinds of literature, then we designed it in a descriptive collection. Based on the findings and discussion, we have concluded that efforts to excel in improving the quality of lecturers through improving the quality of understanding are a strategy that several universities in developed countries have pursued. The same strategy can be applied by Indonesian investment to increase the ranking and design of universities through research activities carried out by lecturers.

The article "The Traces of Islamic Cultural History: Analyzing the Cultural Values that Inspire Indonesian Muslims" is an article that seeks to provide insight into the cultural values that inspire Indonesian Muslims and how these values are rooted in the history of Islam in Indonesia. It discusses the role of Islamic scholars, religious institutions, and cultural practices in shaping the development of Islamic values in Indonesia. It explores how local cultural traditions and practices have influenced the expression of Islam in Indonesia. The article argues that the cultural values that inspire Indonesian Muslims are shaped by the history of Islam in the region and by the interaction between Islamic traditions and local cultural practices. It also highlights the importance of studying the cultural values that inspire Indonesian Muslims better to understand the relationship between Islam and Indonesian culture. This paper examined the transformation of Indonesian language learning in universities in Indonesia through the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) applications within the context of the Independent Curriculum for Learning. The study investigates the role of AI in enhancing language learning outcomes and the practical implications for educational institutions. Integrating AI applications has brought a paradigm shift in how the Indonesian language is imparted in universities nationwide. As per the research, incorporating AI tools such as chatbots, speech recognition technology, and automated assessment systems has significantly enhanced language learning outcomes, offered students personalized learning experiences, and improved speaking skills. The Independent Curriculum for Learning has empowered students with the flexibility to customize their learning paths and actively participate in the learning process. Furthermore, the evaluation and feedback mechanisms have instilled a culture of continuous improvement and student-centric learning approaches. These insights are precious for educational institutions to effectively integrate AI technologies into their language learning programs, enabling interactive and personalized learning experiences. Further research should explore innovative methods to maximize the benefits of AI in language learning, thereby uplifting educational outcomes to new heights. In conclusion, integrating AI applications in Indonesian language learning has revolutionized traditional teaching methods, promoting interactive and personalized learning experiences. The Independent Curriculum for Learning further supports this transformation, fostering student engagement and empowerment. Future research should explore innovative ways to leverage AI in language learning to enhance educational outcomes.

Technological developments that continue from time to time provide media products that can be used in educational aspects. Whatever type of technology and media is used, the most important thing that must be prioritized is how the two-way interaction between students and their educators must be reciprocal with each other. The choice of type of technology used will usually be adjusted to the needs of education and training providers. Because, there is no technology that is best than each other, but technology that can adapt and be fun, so that it can achieve effective learning goals. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of how technology is used in education. Research in which the research object is examined using a variety of library resources is known as library data collecting. This research is characterized by descriptive analysis, which entails routinely analyzing the collected data and then offering clarification and insight to ensure the reader understands it fully. The internet is used by the data gathering approach to look up different book references and earlier research publications that are relevant to the study discussion issue. The conclusion of this research is that technology facilitates the development of critical skills, creativity and problem solving needed to face the demands of an increasingly digital world of work. One of the roles of technology in teaching is to facilitate teacher and student access to various teaching and educational resources.
