Abstract

The result of the security audit information system , obtained a list of the findings and recommendations to reduce security risk information from evidence and findings that is to improve security the the information system to the revenue and regional financial management Of West Lombok.

Abstract

PT. SUCOFINDO is one of the state-owned company engaged in the inspection, supervision, assessment and testing of the first in Indonesia. At this time for assessment of performance at PT. SUCOFINDO guided by the Ministerial Decree No. KEP-100 / MBU / 2002 which consisted of an assessment of financial and non-financial aspects however, the company still difficulties in applying the guidelines of this Decree, as long as the company's performance measurement is focused on the financial aspect alone, for measurement of non-financial aspects are difficulties in implementing data collection operations, due to the lack of parts that run it. As a result, less measurable results reflect the achievement of actual results of company performance. In addition, assessment of performance running now is end-system or system will end by issuing a single value, the system is not able to provide details of assessment that contains information about the condition of the company now. Therefore, it is expected by the information system of performance appraisal can help PT. SUCOFINDO in assessing the performance and non-financial aspects of finance in accordance with Government requirements listed in the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises

Abstract

Information Capital Readliness (ICR) is one of bound performance in technology and information sector at PT Pembangkit Jawa Bali Unit Pembangkit Gresik which is functioned in supporting company’s strategy. Information security is an important thing of ICR’s performance, because the information resulted must have confidentially, integrity, and availability to support the business process. In ICR, there is assessment of bound performance which supports directness of the business process.Nowadays, ICR cannot fulfill the requirements of bound performance yet because there is no good processing yet in planning information security. A solution to figure out that issue is making a good management in planning information security management system or SMKI based on standard ISO/IEC 27001:2005 which will result management in planning information security of ICR. Scope of the information security management system  in the ICR include infrastructure and application.The result of this planning information security management system can be concluded into document of planning information security management system which contains risk assessment report with server’s high value of risk level is 35.52 and asset fyber optic cable’s low value of risk level is 11.2, policy, procedure, work instruction and other related documents. Those documents are used in handling planning process of ICR’s information security, so the requirements of bound performance can be fulfilled.

Abstract

PT. Kartika Abadi Jaya Beton is a company that started its production activities of crushing rock metamorphic types and sell them in large and small parties. Currently the company purchased raw materials based on company policy that in one day the rock breaking machine have to process at least 18 tonnes of raw material without any calculation. As a result, the products produced by the raw materials are not able to fulfill customer orders.From the problems it created an information system planning of raw material for production of stone is capable of calculating the amount of raw materials needed every day.Calculation of raw materials using a percentage of stone-crushing machines that it adjusted of customer orders.By using the information system planning raw material for the production of rock that’s capable to calculate raw material each day. The company can use it to buy raw materials in accordance with the needs of the existing order. Information systems planning raw material for the production of stone is also able to display a graphical report on the status of orders, inventory status, receipt of raw materials, production and graphic recap sales reports based on the number of product sales.

Abstract

Pengembangan dan Penerapan Teknologi Informasi (PPTI) is a part in the Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Stikom Surabaya (Surabaya Stikom) whose role is important to ensure the course of Systems and Information Technology (STI) to support the business processes running on Stikom Surabaya. Currently PPTI not yet have a standard for managing IT services to determine whether the service is worth it or not to use, it is because PPTI not have IT service portfolio. Given these constraints PPTI can not know whether the service is functioning properly or not as an attempt to evaluate the IT services. The solution in the above problems, the planning service portfolio management based on standard ITIL version 3. Purpose to produce a document IT service portfolio that generates the details of IT services and IT service management in PPTI Stikom Surabaya. The results of the planning service portfolio management in the form of document service portfolio, which contains 10 services Retired services, 5 Service Service Catalogue, and 8 services Service Pipeline, as well as the standard document review services portfolio, investment analysis values and priorities, as well as IT service management and document review procedures service portfolio, investment analysis values and priorities, as well as IT service management.

Abstract

UD. Mekaryo Utomo is trade enterprises which is engaged in the sale of building materials. In business development UD. Mekaryo Utomo use the warehouse as a place to store inventory. Processes that are currently running to include the process of ordering, receiving, the process of expenditures, and reporting processes. The development of technology can be utilized to create a solution to assisting in the application of UD. Mekaryo Utomo in performing inventory control that will assist in the administration of recording entry and exit of goods, supervision of the inventory in the warehouse to ensure service to customers, accelerating in making the reports required by management. Based on the results of the previous discussion, it can be concluded from this study produced an information system for monitoring entry and exit of goods in the warehouse. determine the quantity and at the right time to make orders to suppliers, and may provide the reports required by the management quickly and accurately.

Abstract

PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) is a state-owned company that runs the business as a provider of port service facilities (traffic activities of vessels and goods) in the whole territory of the port management. Traffic from ship visits in 2013 grew. , 46% from 2012. This increase pushed the management to afford competitive by developing and building an infrastructure that can support the smooth business operations. In doing development and infrastructure development are the risks that may occur with regard to cost, time and quality of the project, where the company should be able to manage the risk of the project management of information technology, however PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III does not currently have Standard Operation and Procedure ( SOP) to identify risks in any information technology project being run. The absence of standard SOP in identifying the risks of project procurement lead Sub-Directorate of Risk Management and Quality have difficulty in overcoming the risk that the information technology project is being executed.The purpose of this research is to design a risk management document that projects that focus on procurement refers to the ISO 31000 framework in the form of Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and Work Instructions (IK) is used to manage the risk of the procurement of information technology projects. Abstract

Muhammadiyah 4 Elementary School Surabaya library need satisfactory service for the convenience of visitors to the library. However, business processes that occur there are still underway manual so that the existing data is not integrated with each other. Additionally librarian often difficulties in data searches both when borrowing, repayment and checking on the sanctions. And also with the members and visitors of the library have difficulty in finding the availability and location of collection.To solve these problems, then created a web-based library design of information systems that integrate existing data so that the information collection can be obtained quickly and accurately. The system is able to improve service in terms of borrowing, repayment, reservation, recommendation and search the collection. It also can accelerate the performance of the library and can provide accurate reports to the librarian.From the implementation of web-based library information system is implemented, it can be concluded that the system can ease the librarian to perform control on borrowing, reservation, booking, recommendation and preparation of reports. Besides members can to search information, booking and nomination of the collection. And based on the results implementation of the system of the questionnaire given to the 5 respondents, indicate that the display system, ease of navigation and precision process assessed either by the user with an average yield of 3.3 sequentially; 2.8 and 3.

Abstract

Pengembangan Media Baru (PMB) is part of information management data used to support the broadcast, such as : save the news will be broadcast, save songs, supporting tasks broadcast in the scope of Radio RRI Surabaya. PMB also collect temporary news from all third class station in East Java and then sent it to first class station at a certain time span. So far, PMB had Confidentiality problems is saving news error that doesn’t match with the planning. The impact of this problem is disruption of the broadcaster to read the news, so that live broadcast become inaccurate. From integrity side is the wholeness of the news coverage results directly accessed was incomplete. The woleness of the news coverage of incomplete results will have an impact on the fall of broadcast event rating and influencing the quality of that event. From availability side, is the delay of provision of information, news, live events, entertainment, and advertising. It can lead to the risk of decrease trust level from listeners and stakeholders RRI Surabaya, and causing losses for RRI Surabaya.Referring to the results of the reviews, surveys, and interviews that have been done, so standard ISO 27002: 2005 is selected. There are three clause assigned is human resources security (Clause 8), the secure area (Clause 9), access control (Clause 11).The result of the calculation process maturity level of audit information security on the PMB RRI Surabaya is 2.55 which is repeatable. That results showed the most of information security process at PMB RRI Surabaya is still in the development stage with limited documentation.

Abstract

Dinas Kesehatan Tentara (DKT) Tuban is a Army Health is hospital provide by the Indonesian Army that also serve to public people. There are many  problems on DKT Tuban such as validation on medical record that happen effect by unintegrated medical record from registration until a month of patiens, patiens visit list, financial reports. Refers on that problem,this research offer design and build an outpatient administration application on DKT Tuban. This application discusses about patient registration, medical action, recording the disease, prescription drugs, payment, a month of patiens, patiens visit list, and financial reports that integration in one system. This application can be create some reports: reports outpatient, patiens visit list, financial reports, statical and graphical monthly reports, a mount of  visit list each policlinic dayly. Keywords: medical record, administration, outpatient, policlinic, registration
