Abstract

Desa Pakis merupakan wilayah yang memiliki banyak pohon aren sebagai komoditas potensialnya. Masyarakat setempat memanfaatkan pohon aren untuk dibuat gula aren. Gula aren biasanya diproduksi hanya dengan cetakan sederhana, tidak dikemas dengan kemasan yang baik, dan kemudian dijual dengan harga yang rendah dari harga pasar. Para pengrajin gula aren juga tidak pernah melakukan pencatatan keuangan selama kegiatan produksi hingga penjualan. Minimnya pengetahuan tentang pentingnya pengemasan produk, strategi pemasaran, dan pencatatan keuangan menjadi masalah utama yang dihadapi para pengrajin gula aren. Solusi yang ditawarkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan hingga pendampingan pengemasan produk, pemasaran produk secara digital dan pembukuan keuangan sederhana. Kegiatan pengabdian ini telah mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan, yaitu 1) peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pengemasan produk, 2) peningkatan kemampuan pemasaran digital dalam mempromosikan gula aren melalui media sosial dan 3) peningkatan pengetahuan serta keterampilan dalam pembukuan sederhana

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan model pembelajaran co-op co-op berbantu media LCD Proyektor pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development). Sedangkan untuk model pengembangannya sendiri menggunakan 10 langkah pengembangan dari Borg and Gall yang dibatasi pada 5 langkah yaitu persiapan, pengembangan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan revisi. Model ini sebelumnya sudah dinyatakan layak oleh validator materi dan validator media. Adapun diperoleh hasil nilai mean sebelum menggunakan media LCD Proyektor sebesar 31,5 dan nilai mean sesudah menggunakan media LCD Proyektor sebesar 40,1. Sehingga diperoleh hasil peningkatan nilai mean sebesar 8,6. Jika taraf signifikansi 0,025 (p), maka z tabel sebesar 1,96 dan z hitung sebesar 2,81. Jadi karena z hitung > z tabel berarti model pembelajaran CO-OP CO-OP Berbantu media LCD Proyektor “layak” digunakan untuk pembelajaran ekonomi

Abstract

Student learning outcomes became an important part of decisions making about planning and implementing future learning. In general, the evaluation tools put the students under stress and lead to failure to achieve minimum graduation competencies. Kahoot! is one of the applications that can be used as an innovation in evaluation of student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness and level of student acceptance of Kahoot! as a platform for evaluating Economics subject learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 1 Gemuh class X IPS. Respondents involved in the study were students of class X IPS 1 as the experimental class and class X IPS 2 as the control class, each class totaling of 30 students, at SMA N 1 Gemuh, Kendal Regency, Central Java. Data were taken through tests and in-depth interviews. The test result data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively. Analysis of interview data using an interactive model, namely data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the Kahoot! effective as a platform for evaluating economic learning outcomes. Kahoot app! is an innovation in evaluating learning outcomes that are more enjoyable.

Abstract

Traji Village, Parakan, has several superior products (Coffee, Tobacco, Traditional Snacks) produced by MSMEs but are not widely known because they have not used Shopee. This assistance activity is in the form of training and assistance for e-commerce adoption in the form of Shopee. These skills are expected to make it easier for MSME actors to carry out digital promotions. The objectives of this assistance are 1) improving knowledge of creating and managing Shopee Seller accounts and 2) improving the skills of creating and managing Shopee Seller accounts. This assistance focuses on 1) understanding and practice of creating accounts on Shopee; 2) understanding and managing products on Shopee. The method used is lecture and direct practice. The participants are 25 MSME actors in Traji Village (Producers of Coffee Powder, Cassava Chips, and Herbal Drinks). The assistance results show that 1) participants have gained knowledge in creating and managing  Seller Shopee accounts, and 2) participants have skills in creating and managing Seller Shopee accounts

Abstract

This study described the academic dishonesty phenomenon in accounting subject online learning at the business and management vocational high schools and identify the factors that influenced students to commit academic dishonesty. This was case study research with a qualitative approach. The participants were four teachers and six students from accounting and institutional finance classes. The data were collected using interviews and documentation, then being analyzed using interactive analysis techniques. The results showed that most students’ academic dishonesty behaviors were cheating and collaborating during examinations or assignments and doing individual assignments together. Several factors related to academic dishonesty among students include: i) Rationalization, stating rational reasons about the teacher not explaining the material thoroughly, which impacted students’ lack of material understanding; ii) Pressure, which comes from a desire within the students and parents’ demands to get good grades; iii) Opportunity, which arises due to the lack of direct teacher supervision on students’ work and the openness of internet access; and iv) Lack of academic ability, showing that the students who commit academic dishonesty are usually lacking in terms of academic ability.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the role of peer team-based learning (PTBL) and project-based learning (PJBL) in increasing student digitpreneurs. This Action Research was conducted in 2 cycles, namely, cycle 1 using Peer Team-Based Learning and cycle 2 using Project-Based Learning. The population in this study were 123 students of Accounting Economics Education, Class of 2018 at the Faculty of Economics, UNNES who took digital business courses and used a saturated sample. Data was collected through tests, questionnaires, and documentation. Questionnaire data were analyzed with quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that (1) the application of PTBL in digital business learning played a role in increasing the number of student digipreneurs in Accounting Education FE UNNES, a total of 32 people (26.02%) or 7 groups, (2) the application of PJBL in digital business learning played a role in increasing the number of student digipreneurs, totally (69.10%) or 20 groups, (3) the implementation of PJBL was more effective in increasing the number of student digipreneurs by 85 people (69.10%) compared to PTBL. Future research is suggested to apply learning methods that are more varied in subjects related to sustainable entrepreneurship and sustainable entrepreneurship assessment.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan peran stakeholder dalam pemajuan dan pelestarian karya cipta masyarakat Badui. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menerapkan pendekatan partisipatoris, pendekatan statute, dan pendekatan sosio-legal. Subjek penelitian yaitu perangkat desa dan masyarakat Badui Luar, sumber data meliputi data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa bentuk pelindungan  karya cipta Badui selama ini dilakukan dengan semampunya oleh perangkat, warga dan pelaku UMKM berwujud produk karya cipta secara terus menerus berkarya sesuai kearifan lokal yang terus dilestarikan, sekaligus untuk mendukung perekonomian warga, didukung peran terkait di lingkungan pemerintahan Banten. Peran stakeholder yang diharapkan masyarakat Badui dalam pemajuan karya ciptanya, sinergi untuk mengangkat pemajuan karya cipta masyarakat Badui, agar tidak hanya makin dikenal, namun juga dilindungi secara hukum dan didampingi komersialisasinya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of self-efficacy, entrepreneurship education, and peer environment on entrepreneurial interest in SMK Hasyim Asy'ari Bojong students simultaneously or partially. The research population was Hasyim Asy'ari Vocational High School students as many as 133 students. This study is a population study using a saturated sample. Data collection with questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. The results of the multiple regression analysis of this study are Y = 8,250 + 0,543X1 + 0,213X2 + 0,689X3 + e. There is a simultaneous effect of 64.4%, while partially self- efficacy is 15.13%, entrepreneurship education is 1.10%, and peer environment is 19.27%. The conclusion in this study is that there is a simultaneous influence of self-efficacy, entrepreneurship education, and peer environment on interest in entrepreneurship. Partially, only self-efficacy and peer environment have a positive effect on interest in entrepreneurship, while entrepreneurship education does not have a positive effect on interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Covid – 19 has given rise to learning options with the concept of distance education through online learning applications such as zoom, google meet, MS Teams, etc. and even the use of learning applications developed by higher education itself. This was done to avoid crowds as requested by the government referring to the WHO Health protocol. This is actually a very good boost for the world of Indonesian education. However, it creates another problem, which are quite disturbing and have the potential to damage the quality of the output of Indonesia education itself. The problem is cheating in online learning. This becomes very important, especially in the context of higher education. Why, because in higher education, students have become an adult learner so they are quite free from parental supervision at home, unlike the concept of online schools in elementary, junior high and high school. Considering the importance of this academic violation, to get a more comprehensive understanding of how and why cheating is done in the context of online lectures in universities by using variables related psychological traits that in line of phycological called as the dark triads (psychopathy, narcissism, and Machiavellianism) on student attitudes in online lectures.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the use of Google workspace for education and explain its effect on student engagement in sustainability accounting learning. Descriptive quantitative research was intended to describe lecturers' experiences in using the Google platform to increase student engagement. In addition, this study used causality analysis to present empirical evidence of the effect of using Google workspace for education on student engagement. The research respondents were students participating in the Sustainability Accounting course at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Semarang in the even semester of 2022/2023. The research variable was the use of Google Workspace for Education, teaching behavior, and student engagement. Utilization rate was measured by the frequency of using Google features during sustainability accounting learning. Student engagement was measured by the constructs of agentic engagement, behavioral engagement, emotional engagement, and cognitive engagement. Data collection methods used questionnaires and observation. The data analysis method used quantitative descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that the use of Google workspace for education that could be applied in sustainability accounting learning was (1) the use of Google Drives, Google Forms, and Google Scholar features in project-based sustainability accounting learning, and (2) the use of Google Docs, Jamboard and YouTube applications for learning in class interactively. Empirical evidence indicated that the use of Google workspace for education could not significantly increase student engagement. In addition, teaching behavior was proven as predictor of student engagement significantly.
