Abstract

Work discipline and organizational culture are important issues that have always been the main focus of every company, because they are closely related to overall performance. Many things are done by the organization in order to improve the work discipline of its employees and improve organizational culture, one of which is to commit to implementing mutually agreed provisions. Because with a high commitment to implement all existing provisions, this will have an impact on the decreasing number of errors that arise, so that it will have a significant effect on the company's performance. PT. Yamaha Music Manufacturing Asia is a manufacturing company that produces musical instruments, where most of its production is intended for overseas markets. Not much different from what is experienced by other manufacturing companies, PT. Yamaha Music Manufacturing Asia also has problems with discipline issues and the implementation of a quality organizational culture. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT. Yamaha Music Manufacturing Asia. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection methods by distributing questionnaires to 165 employees of the production department of PT. Yamaha Music Manufacturing Asia. The results showed that there was a significant influence, work discipline variables and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT. Yamaha Music Manufacturing Asia by 70.7%.

Abstract

AbstractThis study discusses the role of the Indonesian National Police Public Relations Media Relations through in building a better image and public opinion on the image of the Indonesian National Police. Through this study, the authors found less relevance of the role of the Indonesian National Police Public Relations Media Relations through in building a better image with the public opinion against the image of the Indonesian National Police. Such conditions must still indicates a lack of effective efforts made by the Indonesian National Police Public Relations in persuading people to give a good assessment of the institutions they represent, namely the National Police Force of the Republic of Indonesia. In addition, the authors also find one of the other factors that influence the poor image of the Indonesian National Police in society. These factors are the performance of the members of the Indonesian National Police in the Indonesian Police duties as well as providing services to people who are less well regarded by the community. It is relied on by because people see there are many members of the Indonesian National Police are being unfair and not consistent in carrying out the duties of Indonesian National Police, through the knowledge and experience of both direct and indirect public.AbstrakPenelitian ini membahas tentang peran Public Relations Kepolisian Republik Indonesia melalui Media Relations dalam membangun citra yang lebih baik dan pendapat masyarakat terhadap citra Kepolisian Republik Indonesia. Melalui penelitian ini, penulis mendapati kurang relevannya antara peran Public Relations Kepolisian Republik Indonesia melalui Media Relations dalam membangun citra yang lebih baik dengan pendapat masyarakat terhadap citra Kepolisian Republik Indonesia. Kondisi yang seperti itu tentunya menandakan masih kurang efektifnya upaya yang telah dilakukan oleh Public Relations Kepolisian Republik Indonesia dalam mempersuasi masyarakat untuk memberikan penilaian yang baik terhadap lembaga yang diwakilinya, yaitu lembaga Kepolisian Republik Indonesia. Selain itu, penulis juga menemukan salah satu faktor lainnya yang turut mempengaruhi buruknya citra Kepolisian Republik Indonesia dalam masyarakat. Faktor tersebut ialah kinerja para anggota Kepolisian Republik Indonesia dalam menjalankan tugas Kepolisian Republik Indonesia sekaligus memberikan pelayanan pada masyarakat yang dipandang masih kurang baik oleh masyarakat. Hal tersebut didasarkan oleh karena masyarakat menemui masih ada banyaknya para anggota KepolisianRepublik Indonesia yang bersikap tidak adil serta tidak konsisten dalam melaksanakan tugas Kepolisian Republik Indonesia, baik melalui pengetahuan maupun pengalaman langsung dan tidak langsung masyarakat.

Abstract

In this study, we investigated the interplay of job flexibility, organizational support, job satisfaction, and employee commitment among Bank DKI employees. The purpose was to discern the direct and indirect relationships between these variables. Employing a quantitative methodology with a random sample of 73 employees and utilizing Structural Equation Modeling with PLS analysis, we found a significant positive direct relationship between job flexibility and employee commitment, highlighting the importance of a flexible work environment in fostering employee commitment. Moreover, a highly significant positive relationship between job satisfaction and employee commitment underscored the pivotal role of job satisfaction in influencing commitment both job flexibility and organizational levels. While the direct link between organizational support and job satisfaction was non-significant, the indirect paths from support to employee commitment through job satisfaction were found to be significant and marginally significant, respectively. These findings provide valuable insights for Bank DKI leaders seeking to optimize workplace strategies for enhanced employee commitment.

Abstract

Manajemen Pengetahuan dan Kepemimpinan sangat berpengaruh dalam inovasi organisasi karena Peran yang sangat dibutuhkan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut adalah tingkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang dimiliki oleh setiap tenaga kerja yang ada dalam organisasi. Sehingga dalam hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa jika tenaga kerja dalam suatu organisasi memiliki pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang terbatas tentang aktifitas pekerjaan yang seharusnya mereka lakukan, maka aktifitas operasional organisasi akan terhambat sehingga organisasi tidak dapat bersaing dengan organisasi lain yang memiliki tenaga kerja yang lebih kompeten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh manajemen pengetahuan dan kepemimpinan terhadap inovasi organisasi suatu perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan purposive sampling terhadap 44 responden dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji asumsi klasik, menggunakan alat bantu SPSS 25, dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Manajemen Pengetahuan dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap inovasi organisasi.
