Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh latihan passing bawah bergantian dengan bermain pada cabang olahraga bola voli. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan “pre test post test design”. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK Bina Putra Banjar yang berjumlah 30 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes passing bawah (Nurhasan, 2014). Berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan SPSS 22, hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa latihan passing bawah bergantian lebih besar pengaruhnya dibandingkan dengan latihan passing bawah bermain terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing bawah pada siswa SMK Bina Putra Banjar. Saran: Latihan untuk meningkatkan passing bawah sebaiknya menggunakan metode latihan passing bawah bergantian sedangkan passing bawah bermain sebagai alternatif latihan dengan tujuan adanya variasi latihan.

Abstract

This training aims to disseminate information about the meaning of student involvement in physical education activities that can be used as development instruments, especially for developing social capital, which is a provision in navigating life throughout their lives. Increasing teachers' understanding of the learning process in schools makes physical education activities a social movement with more advantages for the government and society to realize the community's social life as expected. This training was held at the Auditorium of the Graduate School, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. The result of this training is that the participants are able to design the Social Capital Integration Model program in the Guidance and Development of Physical Education and Sports in the learning process. This training is an initial step to introduce participants to how to create a program to achieve the learning objectives.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the contrast training method on physical conditions consisting of power, flexibility, agility, and balance. The research method used is experimental. The research design is a one-group pretest-posttest design is the research design used. The population used is the PGPI Paragliding Athletes in Ciamis Regency, totaling 15 sons, ranging in age from 16 to 20 years. The sampling technique is total sampling. Instrument test consists of vertical jump test, static flexibility test-shoulder & wrist, zig-zag test, and flamingo balance test. The results showed that the data from the vertical jump test results showed a significant increase in the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Static flexibility test-shoulder & wrist a significant increase proved the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the zig-zag test data showed a significant increase in the significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the flamingo balance test data showed a significant increase in the significance value of 0.028 < 0.05. Conclusion. A better and more appropriate contrast training method is given to paragliding athletes in Ciamis Regency. For coaches of physical condition to be able to apply the contrast training method by prioritizing training program innovations so that the physical condition of the athletes is getting better, especially their needs during matches.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the state of fatigue and power to run on soccer players. This type of research was quantitative descriptive. The research method used was a survey method with test and measurement techniques. The population used was students who are members of the Galuh Ciamis University football team, totaling 42 men. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The instrument test used was a 30 meter sprint fatigue-power maintenance test. The statistical analysis used was descriptive percentages. The results of this study indicate that the average fatigue and power running into the sufficient category consists of 8 players in the sufficient category by 33.3%, 4 players in the excellent category by 16.7%, 5 players in the good category by 20.8%, 3 players 12.5% poor categories, and 4 very poor players category 16.7%. These results have not been maximized, and the physical condition coach must be able to create a training program with a recovery program with the aim that fatigue during training can even be reduced so that there was no fatigue that could caused injury. This research was expected to be a consideration for physical condition coaches in developed training programs to be able to reduced fatigue and increased strength and speed so as to produce sprinting power for football players and as a recommendation for the development of science, especially in the physical condition of soccer players.

Abstract

Kecemasan sangat berhubungan erat dengan senam lantai khususnya meroda. Gerakan meroda yang bisa di bilang gerakan yang rumit untuk dilakukan dapat menyebabkan peserta didik merasa gugup, khawatir, takut dan cemas. Setiap individu memiliki tingkat kecemasan yang berbeda-beda. Jika tingkat kecemasan yang dimiliki peserta didik tinggi maka penampilan dan keberanian peserta didik akan menurun bahkan peserta didik bisa saja menjadi takut dan tidak mau melakukan gerakan teknik meroda. Penelitian ini secara umum memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kecemasan siswa terhadap pembelajaran senam lantai teknik meroda di MTS Bahrul Anwar Cipaku. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX di MTS Bahrul Anwar Cipaku yang mengalami kecemasan terhadap pembelajaran senam lantai teknik meroda dengan jumlah siswa 20. Hasil penelitian diperoleh dari tingkat kecemasan siswa terhadap pembelajaran senam lantai teknik meroda di MTS Bahrul Anwar Cipaku disebabkan oleh faktor kekhawatiran (takut cidera), emosionalitas (perasaan malu dan tidak mempunyai keyakinan), gangguan dan hambatan dalam menyelesaikan tugas (kurangnya minat), pengalaman negatif pada masa lalu (riwayat ciderapada masa lalu). Kata Kunci: Kecemasan, Siswa, Teknik Meroda

Abstract

Indonesia seperti negara berkembang lainnya mengalami permasalahan obesitas pada remaja. Ada beberapa faktor yang menjadi penyebab terjdinya obesitas  diantaranya adalah durasi tidur dan perilaku sedentari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara durasi tidur dan perilaku sedentari dengan body mass index pada siswa SMA Negeri 3 Ciamis. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode Correlational. Sampel berjumlah 36 orang siswa SMA di Kabupaten Ciamis. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur durasi tidur dan perilaku sedentari adalah alat ActivPal, sedangkan untuk mengukur body mass index adalah dengan pengukuran tinggi badan dan berat badan siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, deskripsi, pengujiam hasil penelitian, dan hasil analisis korelasi pearson product moment rx1y = -0,264, bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif antara durasi tidur dengan body mass index dengan kekuatan sangat rendah. rx2y = 0,008, bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara perilaku sedentari dengan body mass index dengan kekuatan sangat rendah. Sedangkan hasil analisis regresi linear multiples dengan hasil rx12y = 0,339, bahwa terdapat hubungan antar durasi tidur dan perilaku sedentari dengan body mass index.
