This study aimed to examine the effect of liquidity as measured by current ratio and leverage as measured by debt to equity ratio toward financial distress in trade, services and investment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).This study is considered the causative research. The sample is all trade, services and investment companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2016 until 2017. The sample was determined by the method of purposive sampling, to obtain a sample of 32 companies. Types of data used are secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory and www.idx.co.id. The method of analysis used is logistic regression analysis.Based on the results of logistic regression analysis with a level of 5 percent, liquidity has a negative effect on financial distress in the companies and leverage has a positive and significant effect on financial distress in the companies. Based on the results of this research, it can be used as a corrective action before it develops into severe financial distress and lead to bankruptcy.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh likuiditas yang diukur dengan current ratio dan leverage yang diukur dengan debt to equity ratio terhadap financial distress pada perusahaan perdagangan, pelayanan jasa dan investasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian kausalitas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan perdagangan, pelayanan jasa dan investasi yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2016 sampai 2017 sebanyak 134 perusahaan. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh 32 perusahaan sampel. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Indonesia Capital Market Directory dan www.idx.co.id. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi logistik.Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi logistik dengan tingkat signifikansi 5 persen, likuiditas berpengaruh negatif terhadap financial distress pada perusahaan, dan leverage mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap financial distress pada perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan bagi perusahaan agar dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam melakukan tindakan-tindakan perbaikan sebelum financial distress berkembang menjadi parah dan menyebabkan kebangkrutan.Keywords:Bankruptcy; Financial Distress; Leverage; Liquidity.

TThis research aimed to analyze the effect of work discipline and compensation on employee performance, and the effect of motivation as intervening variabel. The population of research amounted 39 employees. Thirthy four employees in Investment And Integrated One Stop Services Of Bima City were selected as the sample in this research.The data collection technique used is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability, then tested using path analysis. From the results data analysis produced several research findings as follows work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has no effect on employee performance, motivation does not effect in employee performance, motivation can not mediate the effect of work discipline with employee performance, motivation can not mediate the effect of work compensation with employee performance.Keywords:Work Discipline; Compensation; Motivation; and Employee Performance

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the company's decision to hedge on manufacturing industry companies in the 2013-2014 period. The type of data used in this study is secondary data with data collection techniques using the documentation method. Determination of the sample in this study using purposive sampling method with certain criteria so as to obtain 114 samples. The analytical technique used in this study is logistic regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Leverage has no significant effect on hedging decisions. (2) Firm size has a significant effect on hedging decisions. (3) Profitability has a significant effect on hedging decisions. (4) Liquidity has a significant effect on hedging decisions

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability and liquidity on firm value through capital structure as an intervening variable in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling method used was purposive sampling method. Samples obtained as many as 28 companies from 2015 to 2019. To answer the hypothesis, this study uses multiple linear regression panel data which is analyzed using Eviews version 9 and path analysis. The result of this study shows profitability and capital structure have significant effect on firm value, while liquidty has no effect on firm value. Profitability has no effect on capital structure and liquidity affects capital structure. Furthermore, capital structure has not been able to mediate the effect of profitability on firm value. Capital structure is able to mediate the effect of liquidity on firm value. In allocating owned funds, it is necessary to be more careful in analyzing the performance of a company such as by looking at profitability, liquidity, capital structure to increase the expected value of the company.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Analisis Pengaruh Techno-Finance Literacy dan Praktik Entrepreneur Risk Management Terhadap Kinerja UKM di Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 366 UKM. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sehingga jumlah sampel ditentukan sebanyak 50 pelaku UKM. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah sampel survey. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah Literasi Keuangan, Literasi Teknologi dan Praktik ERM. Analisis data yang digunakan regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Literasi Keuangan dan Literasi Teknologi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja UKM sedangkan Praktik ERM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja UKM. Kata Kunci: Literasi Keuangan, Literasi Teknologi, Praktik ERM, dan Kinerja UKM

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of capital structure and profitability on stock returns and the ability of Good Corporate Governance to moderate the effect of capital structure and profitability on stock returns. The data analysis tool uses Moderated Regression Analysis using the Eviews program. The implication of the results of this study is that management should continue to improve effectiveness and efficiency so that banking performance continues to increase because it will have an impact on stock prices and returns. This study aims to determine whether the work environment and job satisfaction affect the performance of teachers at SMAN 1 Praya. The type of research used is associative research with a quantitative approach. The data collection method used is the census method. The population in this study were all teachers at SMAN 1 Praya. The number of samples used in this study were 86 teachers. The data collection technique used was documentation and distributing questionnaires containing statements about the work environment, job satisfaction and teacher performance. Questionnaires are used to get answers to the variables studied. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 22 for windows program. The results of the data analysis show that: (1) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance; (2) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. This means that implementing a comfortable work environment and feeling satisfied with the teacher will actually improve the performance of a teacher. Comfortable working conditions will make the teacher feel calm in doing his job well. Likewise, having a high sense of job satisfaction will make the teacher feel happy doing his work so that it will have an impact on the resulting performance.

This study aims to prediction analysis financial distress using the Altman (Z-Score), Springate (S-Score), and Zmijewski (X-Score) methods for Conventional Taxi Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange based on the company's annual financial reports for the 2019-2021 period. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data used in this study are the financial statements of conventional taxi companies for the 2019-2021 period published in the website Indonesia stock exchange. The results showed that the Altman Method (Z-Score), PT. Express Transindo Utama Tbk for the 2019-2021 period is predicted Financial Distress and PT. Blue Bird Tbk predicts the 2019-2021 period Non Financial Distress. On the Springate method (S-Score), PT. Express Transindo Utama Tbk 2019 and 2020 are predicted Financial Distress and 2021 predicted Non Financial Distress, then PT. Blue Bird Tbk predicts the 2019-2021 period Financial Distress. At method Zmijewski (X-Score), PT. Express Transindo Utama Tb. 2019 and 2020 are predicted Financial Distress and 2021 predicted Non Financial Distress, then PT. Blue Bird Tbk predicts the 2019-2021 period Non Financial Distress.
