Abstract

The implementation of information release in medical summary requests at Arcamanik Hospital Bandung currently does not implement an electronic-based medical record management system so that the handling of information requests becomes inefficient, and increases the risk of security and privacy of patient data. Therefore, this study aims to implement electronic-based medical record governance in the release of medical record information using the agile method. The agile method is used as an option to solve problems in improving the medical record management system, this method provides flexibility and adaptability in system design, so that it can adjust to user requests. Agile stages include system requirements analysis, design, coding and black box testing. Data was collected through field studies and literature studies related to the implementation of electronic medical record governance. As a result, applying the agile method in this study can help and be an effective solution to improve the quality of medical record management, optimize the handling of information requests, increase the accuracy and security of information, and increase user satisfaction, so that the implementation of electronic-based medical record governance with the agile method can be used as an alternative for health agencies in managing medical records.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an electronic-based governance system for monitoring borrowing and returning medical record files at Majalaya Hospital. The Waterfall method was chosen as the main approach because the detailed and structured nature of this method allows planned and scheduled development. This approach also guarantees the quality of the resulting system, as each phase is completed in stages, avoiding over-reliance on a single stage. System development documentation is well organized, where each phase must be completed comprehensively before the next step can be carried out. One of the problems identified related to borrowing medical record files is the absence of an expedition book to record borrowing and returning. The existence of this expedition book is critical in monitoring the distribution of medical record files. Therefore, the authors designed a management system in accordance with the procedures for borrowing and returning medical record files. This system is expected to be able to efficiently monitor the distribution of medical records and organize borrowing and return processes more smoothly. With the existence of an effective monitoring mechanism, it is hoped that it can reduce potential problems that may occur when borrowing and returning medical records, even being able to deal with them proactively

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi mempengaruhi banyak aspek, salah satunya adalah aspek ekonomi. Persaingan antar pelaku usaha semakin ketat. agar dapat bersaing di pasar, diperlukan upaya peningkatan kualitas kerja, kualitas pelayanan dan akurasi data. Pengelolaan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi pada perusahaan mini market masih belum optimal yaitu menggunakan buku pengawasan yang dibuat menggunakan microsoft excel sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan karena lupa mencatat dan waktu yang digunakan juga tidak efisien. Pada penelitian ini akan dirancang sistem informasi akuntansi kas kecil berbasis object oriented dengan menggunakan UML dan diimplementasikan ke dalam bahasa pemrograman visual dengan tujuan untuk memberikan kebutuhan pengelolaan data keuangan kas kecil pada perusahaan retail dan menghasilkan pelaporan yang dibutuhkan secara lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Puskesmas is a health care facility that organizes public health efforts and first-level individual health efforts by prioritizing promotional and preventive efforts in its work area. Problems that occur in the recording of daily visits of outpatients in the Puskesmas are still done manually, so as not to close the possibility of mistakes in recording daily visits of patients. In addition, in making a monthly report the officer calculates one by one the number of patient visits on the day manually so that it takes a long time. The purpose of this study was to design the Patient Daily Visit Information System Program using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 to make it easier for officers to record and report monthly. This research method uses the waterfall method. The final result of the design of this system resulted in the Patient's Daily Visit Information System using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 which is expected to facilitate the recording and storage of daily visits of patients because it is computerized.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the governance of electronic-based medical records in making outpatient polyclinic reports using the agile method. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. After analyzing the needs of the polyclinic reporting system, this study presents the steps of implementing the agile method of extreme programming. By using this method, a system that is adaptable, responsive, and focused on user needs can be developed. The results show that the use of the agile extreme programming method in the development of an electronic-based medical record system provides significant benefits. The process of planning, designing, coding, testing, and releasing is done iteratively and collaboratively. With this approach, the system can be continuously improved and adjusted to meet changing user needs and priorities. By describing the system design flowmap, context diagram, DFD and ERD to visualize the relationship between the components in the system that provides a systematic description of the stages of the report generation process. In conclusion, electronic-based medical record governance in making outpatient polyclinic reports using the agile extreme programming method is an effective and efficient approach. By combining the advantages of agile and extreme programming methods, an adaptive and responsive system can be developed.

Abstract

This study aims to simplify and expedite the processing of patient data, as well as the preparation of reports for officers. In addition, it aims to design an information system for emergency room patient visits to process patient data more quickly and effectively. This study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and supplemented by literature study. The development method follows agile principles. The problems identified in this study are as follows: There is no information system for emergency patient visits, and the patient visit data for emergency departments are still being recorded using Microsoft Excel. With the implementation of this information system, officers can process patient data quickly and easily, as the computerized system is more organized and better integrated than before.

Abstract

This system functions to record daily, monthly, and yearly censuses without changing the performance of the computer used because the data is stored using cloud storage. The purpose of this study was to determine the governance of information technology-based electronic medical records in reporting emergency department patients using the Agile method. The recording of daily, monthly, and yearly censuses in the emergency room at Hermina Arcamanik Hospital in Bandung is not optimal due to frequent problems with the local area network (LAN); computers often hang or freeze, and the system has not been updated. Currently, the recording of daily, monthly, and yearly sensors still uses the Visual Basic program, which has the concern that it requires a very large amount of memory during the installation process. Management of information technology-based electronic medical records in reporting emergency department patients using agile methods The agile method used in the development of this program is feature-driven development (FDD). The system that has been made is tested using the black-box testing method. This program only focuses on completing a certain program and produces medical record management for reporting emergency department patients based on information technology in order to speed up the work process and minimize the occurrence of device errors.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate current systems and processes as well as design and build a medical record lending information system using Visual Studio 2012 at Al-Ihsan Regional Hospital in Bandung. The research method used is qualitative research with data collection through observation, interviews, internet browsing and information system design within a system development framework built using the waterfall method using the Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 tool. In this study, several problems were found in the medical record borrowing process, among others, inefficiencies in the document borrowing system, the use of using Excel-based manuals, as well as obstacles in obtaining documents. It is suggested that a system designed to record loans be used to speed up the process and manage duplicate data more effectively.

Abstract

For registration and reporting of operating patients at the Hermina Arcamanik Bandung hospital, manual recording is still done using paper forms, so stored data can be damaged or lost. The purpose of this study was to determine the governance of electronic-based medical records in supporting operational reporting using agile methods. The system developed for registration of surgical patients is based on a web, intending to make it easier for officers to record operating patients, minimize work time, and store data in the cloud service so that operating patient data is not damaged or lost. Development of a system for registering and reporting surgical patients at the Hermina Arcamanik Bandung hospital using the Agile method is very suitable for short-term projects because this method will be very adaptable if changes occur in a project. The system that has been made is tested using the black-box testing method. Researchers hope that the system built will be able to solve problems that often occur with the damage or loss of operational reporting documents
