Abstract

Kurang maksimalnya proses supervisi akademik akibat perubahan seharusnya dilaksanakan secara langsung (offline) kemudian dilakukan secara online selama masa pandemi Covid-19, yang menyebabkan fungsi dan tujuan supervisi akademik tidak terlaksana dengan baik. Hal ini tergambarkan melalui observasi awal di SMA Negeri Kota Bukittinggi tanggal 15 sampai 18 September 2021. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dalam bentuk analisis faktor tentang faktor penunjang keterlaksanaan supervisi akademik oleh Kepala Sekolah di SMA Negeri Kota Bukittinggi pada masa pandemik Covid-19. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel dan populasi jumlah sampel dalam populasi yaitu Kepala Sekolah dan Guru dengan jumlah reponden 25 Orang tiap sekolah, dengan jumlah total 125 Orang. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan angket/kuisioner.Hasil penelitian ini (a) Hasil uji valididas terdapat 24 yang valid dan 7 variabel = tidak valid dan reabilitas dengan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0,848 pada faktor keterlaksanaan supervisi akademik oleh kepala sekolah dan guru di SMA Negeri Kota Bukittinggi. (b) Hasil analisis faktor keterlaksanaan supervisi akademik oleh kepala sekolah di SMA Negeri Kota Bukittinggi terdapat 4 faktor yang terbentuk, dimana hanya 2 faktor yang menunjang keterlaksanaan supervisi akademik melalui pertemuan individu (lama kerja, status pekerjaan, golongan, sertifikasi, memberikan pujian, honorium) dan obersavsi kelas dan loka karya kelompok(optimis, asertif, tekun, jangkaun internet) (c) Hasil analisis faktor keterlaksanaan supervisi akademik oleh kepala sekolah terhadap guru di SMA Negeri Kota Bukittinggi pada masa pandemi terdapat perbedaan faktor yang terbentuk, dimana SMAN 1 (2 faktor); 2 (tidak ada factor); 3(1 faktor); 4 (1 faktor) dan 5 (2 faktor) .

Abstract

Hasil belajar siswa kelas X IPA MAN 2 Kabupaten Agam sangat rendah, siswa kesulitan dalam belajar untuk memahami materi pelajaran Akidah Akhlak, oleh sebab itu perlu pengembangan bahan ajar. Pengembangan bahan ajar in dengan berbantukan Teka Teki Silang (TTS)/ellipse Crossword. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah: 1) merumuskan kebutuhan bahan ajar menurut guru dan siswa, 2) mengembangkan prototype menjadi bahan ajar Akidah Akhlak dengan Berbantuan Teka Teki Silang (TTS)/ellipse Crossword di MAN 2 Agam, 3) mengetahui keefektifan bahan ajar yang dikembangkan; dan (4) mengetahui kelayakan bahan ajar Akidah Akhlak dengan Berbantukan Teka Teki Silang (TTS)/ Crossword di kelas X MAN 2 Agam.Metode penelitian pengembangan ( Researh and Development/ R&D) digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar.Tahap metode tersebut mencakup: (1) tahap studi pendahuluan, yakni studi literatur dan studi lapangan; (2) tahap studi pengembangan, meliputi: analisis bahan ajar, desain produk awal (prototype) pengembangan bahan ajar hingga menjadi bahan ajar tematis; dan (3) tahap evaluasi, untuk menguji keefektifan dan kelayakan bahan ajar Akidah Akhlak dengan Berbantuan Teka Teki Silang (TTS)/ellipse Crossword.Hasil yang diperoleh: 1) kebutuhan bahan ajar menurut guru dan siswa, memperhatikan: (a) konteks berbahasa untuk berbagai ragam tujuan berbahasa, (b) mengikuti perkembangan zaman, (c) sesuai KTSP dengan mengangkat materi yang ada diseputar siswa, (d) relevansi antara bahan ajar guru dan siswa; (f) tugas/latihan dapat mengaktifkan siswa, (g) materi menarik minat siswa, jelas, dan mudah dipahami, dan (h) relatif siap pakai pada kondisi fasilitas Madrasah yang minimal; 2) mengembangkan prototype menjadi bahan ajar Akidah Akhlak dengan Berbantuan Teka Teki Silang (TTS)/ellipse Crossword di kelas X MAN 2 Agam dilakukan dengan: (a) menyusun silabus, rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, bahan ajar guru dan bahan ajar siswa, (b) materi dan tugas/latihan bersifat otentik dikembangkan secara tematis dan situasional dan mengembangkan wawasan intelektual dan afektif, dan (c) proses penilaian dilakukan dengan Berbantuan Teka Teki Silang (TTS)/ellipse Crossword; 3) hasil uji keefektifan dengan uji-t nonindependen menunjukkan bahan ajar tematis efaktif; dan 4) hasil kelayakan pengembangan bahan ajar Akidah Akhlak dengan Berbantuan Teka Teki Silang (TTS)/ellipse Crossword dinyatakan baik dengan komponen penilaian kelayakan isi/materi 77,92%, kebahasaan 73,40%, penyajian materi 77,92%.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the discovery of problems in recording the payment of committee contributions at SMKN 1 Ampek Angkek, the recording of committee contributions payments was still conventional, where staff still had to record on the committee's contribution payment card then the payment data was recapitulated. School staff experienced difficulties in collecting financial data, paper stacking, data sharing limitations, data discrepancies and reporting delays. The research method used is the Research and Development (R&D) research method, which is a method used to produce a system, with the system development model using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by applying the waterfall model consisting of Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction , and Deployments. This committee donation payment information system uses Codeigniter 3 and PHP, the software used to design the school committee donation payment information system is sublime text, then in processing the database using MySQL. Based on the results of the research that the researchers did, the researchers succeeded in making a committee product payment information system at SMKN 1 Ampek Angkek. The results of the validity test conducted by computer experts showed this product was very valid with a value of 0.91. The results of the practicality test conducted by the administrative staff at SMKN 1 Ampek Angkek showed that this product was stated to be very practical with a score of 87%. And the results of the effectiveness test conducted with administrative staff at SMKN 1 Ampek Angkek showed this product was very effective with a value of 0.93.

Abstract

This research was conducted from the problems that the authors found during observations at MTsN 2 Pasaman which so far the teacher has not maximized the use of technology in learning mathematics, students only rely on learning from the teacher verbally, so students get bored quickly when learning takes place and have difficulty understanding the material taught by the teacher. Therefore, the authors design learning media based on Augmented Reality so that it can be an alternative learning media. The purpose of this research is to produce an Augmented Reality-based supporting media design for mathematics learning that is valid, practical and effective. The method used in this study is the Research andDevelopment (R&D) method using the Luther-Sutopo version of the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), which consists of six stages, namely concept (conception), design (design), collecting material (material collection). assembly (manufacture), testing (testing), and distribution (distribution). And the product test was carried out in this study, namely the validity test given to lecturers of field experts or field experts, practicality tests carried out by mathematics subject teachers and effectiveness tests given to students at MTsN 2 Pasaman class VIII. Based on the results of product tests that have been carried out by the author of the validity test, the average value is 0.84 which is declared valid, for the practicality test, the average value is 0.88 which is declared practical and for the effectiveness test, the average value is obtained. the average is 0.87 which is declared effective.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of character education at the Daruz Zikri Mangilang Islamic Boarding School, namely the implementation of character education on religious values and the value of responsibility at the Daruz Zikri Mangilang Islamic Boarding School and the supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the implementation of character education on religious values and the value of responsibility at the Islamic Boarding School. Daruz Zikri Mangilang This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The research location was at the Daruz Zikri Mangilang Islamic Boarding School, the informants for this research were the leadership, ustadz/ustadzah and students. This research was conducted in May 2022. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validity technique used is triangulation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the study show that character education has been carried out at the Daruz Zikri Mangilang Islamic Boarding School. Implementation of character education on religious values and the value of responsibility at Daruz Zikri Manggilang Islamic Boarding School through the process of providing knowledge, planting, exemplary, habituation and creating a conducive educational environment so as to obtain effective results. The supporting factors of this Character Education are willingness, exemplary teacher, and the environment. While the inhibiting factors are potential or ability, facilities and infrastructure that are less supportive.

Abstract

Dalam pembentukan manusia yang cerdas dan berakhlakul karimah maka harus ditingkatkan kinerja dari guru PAI sebagai pemberi teladan pada siswa, dan perlunya dilakukan pelatihan oleh pengawas PAIS. Oleh karena itu sebagai supervisor, pengawas perlu untuk melakukan supervisi secara berkala dengan perencanaan yang matang, pelaksanaan supervisi akademik di kelas, dan melakukan evaluasi terhadap hasil supervisi. Namun kenyataan dilapangan ditemukan pengawas PAI datang ke sekolah hanya melihat administrasi saja, pengawas PAI yang melakukan supervisi tidak menyampaikan hasil supervisi kepada guru PAI yang di supervisi, - Pengawas PAI yang melakukan supervisi tidak menganalisis dan tidak melakukan tindak lanjut atas kelebihan dan kelemahan guru PAI yang mengakibatkan rendahnya motivasi guru PAI untuk disupervisi. Metodologi dalam penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif Kuantitatif. Adapun Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan serta mengevaluasi supervisi akademik dalam rangka peningkatan kinerj guru PAI. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif deskriptif. Model evaluasi yang digunakan yaitu model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, dan Product). Teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket atau lembar penilaian yang diberikan kepada informan yaitu guru PAI dan pengawas PAI. Analisis data menggunakan rumus yang sesuai dengan pendekatan penelitian yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil evaluasi kinerja pengawas PAI yang dinilai oleh guru PAI termasuk dalam kriteria tidak baik di peroleh dari data responden pada variabel Context 5,33 %, Input 31,76 %, Process 4,96 %, Product 10,18 %. Rata-rata persentase CIPP yang didapatkan adalah 13,06 % dengan kriteria baik. Analisis dari hasil evaluasi kinerja pengawas PAI yang dinilai sendiri oleh pengawas, termasuk dalam kriteria kurang baik di peroleh dari data responden pada variabel Context 33,13 %, Input 13,94 %, Process 30,71 %, Product 10,91 %. Rata-rata persentase CIPP yang didapatkan adalah 22,04 % dengan kriteria kurang baik. Jumlah pengawas PAI yang tidak sebanding dengan guru PAI mengakibatkan supervisi yang dilakukan tidak berjalan baik, pengawas PAI juga perlu melakukan perencanaan supervisi akademik dengan matang, melaksanakan supervisi secara berkala agar tujuan dari supervisi dapat tercapai dalam meningkatkan kompetensi serta kinerja guru PAI. Dari hasil angket dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil evaluasi penerapan supervisi akademik dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru PAI perlu untuk dilanjutkan dan dilakukan revisi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh hasil belajar siswa yang masih rendah, serta siswa kurang berani dan kurang termotivasi untuk mengungkapkan pendapat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besarnya pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think pair share terhadap hasil belajar Fikih kelas X MAM Tamiang Ujung Gading. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X MAM Tamiang Ujung Gading Tahun pelajaran 2021-2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara langsung dengan kelas X IPA sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X IPS sebagai kelas kontrol. Intrumen yang digunakan adalah tes akhir yang berbentuk objektif dengan reliabilitas tes Analisis tes akhir yang diperoleh bahwa kedua kelas sampel berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Statistik yang digunakan untuk pengujian hipotesis adalah uji t. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh thitung = 2,11 lebih besar dari ttabel = 1,74, karena thitung > ttabel maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Dengan demikian, hipotesis diterima yaitu terdapat pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair share (TPS) terhadap hasil belajar Fikih kelas X MAM Tamiang Ujung Gading.

Abstract

The background of this research is that during the learning process, there are still students who show an unhappy face, some students are less interested in learning PAI, and also the lack of concentration of some students on PAI subjects. It can be seen from some students who do things other than teaching and learning activities. Besides that, there are also some students who have not been able to understand the material presented by the teacher in class, there are still students who are less active in the learning process, and some students are also affected by the surrounding environment. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research type. This research is located at SMAN 1 Palupuh. The key informants in this study were 10 students of class X IPS 3 and the supporting informants were PAI teachers and homeroom teachers of class X IPS 3 students. To collect data, the authors conducted interviews, observations, and documentation. After the data has been collected, the authors analyze the data. Furthermore, to ensure the validity of the data, the authors triangulate the data. Based on the results of the study, the authors can draw conclusions, that in the interest in learning PAI students in class X IPS 3, there are several causes for the low interest of students in learning PAI, as follows: Internal factors. Namely, the physical aspect, the psychological aspect which includes: lack of attention, poor student responses, the ability of students to learn PAI, and lack of student motivation in learning PAI. And external factors. First, the family environment: lack of support from parents, lack of parental attention to the student's learning process, and a home atmosphere that does not support students to study well. The second is the school environment: the way the teacher teaches, the condition of the classroom is not conducive, and the methods used by the teacher. The third, the community environment: the influence of friends, the influence of gadgets, unfavorable environmental conditions, and busy with activities in the community. Abstract

The background of the problem in this research is the process of learning and teaching at MAN 2 Padang Panjang City on the subjects of Al-Qur'an Hadith still tends to use the lecture method. In the teaching and learning process, students often only listen and take notes on the material presented by the teacher, resulting in students being less active and involved in the teaching and learning process. To overcome this problem, the researcher developed a video media for learning Al-Qur'an Hadith on halal and good food materials in Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects. The purpose of this research is to develop valid, practical and effective video-based learning media. The research method used in this study is the Research And Development (R&D) method using the 4D version approach, namely Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate. The product test used in this study is the validity test, namely content, construct and language using the Aiken's V formula. The practicality test by the Al-Qur'an Hadith teacher using the Moment Kappa formula and the effectiveness test by students using the N-Gain formula. The results of the study indicate that the learning media of the Qur'an Hadith on halal and good food materials can be used by teachers and students of class XI IPA 2 at MAN 2 Padang Panjang City. For product validity test of 0.87 which is declared valid, product practicality test results of 0.95 which are declared very practical and for product effectiveness test results of 0.82 which are stated to be very effective. So it can be concluded that the learning media of the Qur'an Hadith on halal and good food materials as learning media is valid, practical and effective. Abstract

The background of the problem in this study is the learning process at MAN 2 Payakumbuh in the Akidah Akhlak lesson seen still using the lecture method. This can be seen from the low learning outcomes of students. This is due to various factors, one of which is teacher-centered learning. In the teaching and learning process students often only listen and take notes on the material presented by the teacher. This results in students being less active and less involved in the learning process. To overcome this problem, the author applies the learning strategy of Active Learning Type Guided Teaching in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Guided Teaching Type Active Learning learning strategy on the learning outcomes of Akidah Akhlak students of class XI IPK at MAN 2 Payakumbuh. The method used in this research is quantitative with the type of Quasy Experimental Design. The population in this study were all students of class XI IPK at MAN 2 Payakumbuh as many as three classes, all of which were normally distributed and had homogeneous variants. Because all of them are normally distributed and have homogeneous variants, the authors took the initiative to choose XI IPK 1 and XI IPK 3 as samples. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion of the research data, the hypothesis results obtained by t-test, t count = 9,399 and t table = 1,998, then t count > t table so that Ho is rejected. Based on these results, it can be concluded that, there is an effect of the application of Active Learning type guided teaching on the learning outcomes of Akidah Akhlak at MAN 2 Payakumbuh.
