Abstract

The study aims to determine the contribution and analyze the level of contribution of interest in learning to the learning outcomes of social studies students of fourth grade SD Negeri Bulusidokare Sidoarjo. The design of the study used quantitative correlation type research. Research sample of grade IV students of SD Negeri Bulusidokare Sidoarjo. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques using product moment correlation test to reveal the contribution and test the determination to reveal the level of contribution. Based on the presentation and analysis of the data, it can be concluded: 1) there is a contribution of interest in learning to the learning outcomes in social studies of fourth grade students of SD Negeri Bulusidokare Sidoarjo of 0.97, meaning that interest in learning has a very strong correlation to student learning outcomes and 2) there is a contribution the high between interest in learning towards learning outcomes in subjects of class IV IPS of SD Negeri Bulusidokare Sidoarjo is 94%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran guru IPA SMP dalam kegitan belajar dari rumah selama pandemi covid-19. Dalam penelitian ini, pendekatan yang dilakukan oleh peneliti yaitu dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologi dengan triangulasi sumber, yang meliputi guru IPA kelas VII, VIII, dan IX. Teknik pengambilan data berupa teknik wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran guru IPA di SMP YP 17 Surabaya sudah menjalankan perannya sebagai fasilitator sesuai dengan indicator kecuali aspek menyampaikan materi melalui video conference. Faktor – faktor yang menghambat guru menjalakan perannya sebagai fasilitator yaitu 1) koneksi internet yang kurang bagus di daerah tertentu; 2) banyak siswa yang tidak memiliki handphone pribadi; 3) orang tua terbatas dalam membeli kuota data yang penggunaan lebih dari biasanya. Saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya, penelitian yang dilakukan dapat dikembangkan untuk peran guru yang lainnya, misalnya sebagai motivator, kreator, inovator, dan sebagainya.

Abstract

Changes in the learning climate due to the Covid-19 pandemic, through online learning, have also influenced student learning motivation, even affecting student learning outcomes. This study aims (1). To describe whether or not there is an effect of learning motivation on science learning outcomes in grade IX SMP Islam Terpadu Darul Fikri Sidoarjo; (2). To describe how the contribution of learning motivation to student learning outcomes in grade IX SMP Islam Terpadu Darul Fikri Sidoarjo. The approach used is quantitative-non-experimental correlational method. The population in this study were all class students of SMP Islam Terpadu Darul Fikri Sidoarjo who took part in the learning process with an online or online system. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the sample being class IX-C students of SMP Islam Terpadu Darul Fikri Sidoarjo. The research instrument used was a learning motivation questionnaire and documentation. The analytical method used to analyze the data obtained in this study using the Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the correlation value of rxy is 0.633 with t count greater than t table, namely 5.102> 2.002, which means that there is a relationship between learning motivation and student learning outcomes, with a contribution value of 40.03%. This shows that learning motivation is one of the determinants of student learning success which is quite decisive compared to other factors. Therefore it is suggested that students are expected not to ignore this by asking for guidance from parents and teachers, to foster learning motivation so that learning outcomes can be achieved maximally.

Abstract

The study aims to describe the moral sensitivity of students by applying a meaningfull learning model of use in the topic of global warming in secondary school. Research methods use descriptive quantitative research, with pre-experimental design. The data retrieval technique uses Pre-Test and Post-test of moral sensitivity tests. The meaningfull learning model of packaging in secondary school can increase the moral sensitivity of students with N-Gain score of 0.31 which means there is an increase in the medium category, it is also supported by the implementation of learning with good average and the relevant student activity during the learning process. The learning model of the method has 7 syntax, where the use of moral sensitivity is in 6th syntax which is the syntax of usage. In this syntax the concept of natural science is interpreted by associating moral values. Further studies are expected to increase the moral sensitivity of students with high category, so that the learning model of the method is undoubtedly the excess.

Abstract

Learning motivation is one of the most important things students must have in supporting learning success. This study aims to describe male and female students' learning motivation profiles in limited offline learning of science subjects. This research uses qualitative methods of a phenomenological approach. The subjects of this study were one male student and one female student in grade IX of SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Porong. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The results of this study show that the learning motivation profile of male students in limited offline learning in science subjects is relatively good by achieving five indicators of learning motivation in limited offline learning. The learning motivation profile of female students in limited offline learning of science subjects is classified as very good by achieving all indicators of learning motivation in limited offline learning. This study concludes that students' learning motivation in offline learning is limited to science subjects is relatively good. Female students have better motivation to learn in offline learning than male students, which may be due to intrinsic motivational factors; female students are better than male students, while other factors are due to student behavior.

Abstract

The research aims to describe the relationship of students' activities, responses, and cognitive learning outcomes in natural science learning based ethno-STEM in secondary school. Research methods use quantitative approaches with this type of correlation research. The population and research sample are class VIII students at SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Tulangan Sidoarjo. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and documentation. Questionnaires are used to determine students' activities and responses during natural science learning based ethno-STEM. Documentation in the form of documented student learning test results. In the study results test used cognitive learning results that refer to Bloom's C4 taxonomy, namely analytical thinking skills. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics that use SPSS-assisted product-moment correlation tests. The results showed that in the implementation of natural science learning based ethno-STEM there was a weak relationship between: 1) there is an activity relationship to students' cognitive learning outcomes with a contribution of 0.2%, 2) there is a response relationship to student cognitive learning outcomes with a contribution of 0.9%, and 3) there is a relationship of activity and response to student cognitive learning outcomes with a contribution of 1%. There are allegations that other variables also affect students' cognitive learning outcomes, these variables need to be revealed through further.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkatan faktor-faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar pada siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Kuantitatif Survey. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa angket/kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif. Hasil analisis data pada penelitian ini Tingkatan Faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar siswa paling tinggi adalah minat belajar 80%, kemudian faktor lingkungan sekolah 74%, selanjutnya faktor cara mengajar guru 70%, faktor kebiasaan belajar 49%, dan faktor minat belajar 38%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar paling tinggi dari faktor internal yaitu minat belajar pada siswa dan faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar paling rendah yaitu kebiasaan belajar.

Abstract

Akreditasi lembaga merupakan kegiatan untuk menjaga mutu lembaga itu sendiri, apakah telah sesuai dengan standar nasional atau belum. Bukanlah perkara mudah untuk mempersiapkan akreditasi lembaga. Pos PAUD merupakan lembaga PAUD non-formal yang dikelola oleh desa. Kebanyakan Pos PAUD belum terakreditasi, tentu hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor dan juga mengakibatkan beberapa faktor lainnya. Pendampingan akreditasi untuk lembaga mutlak diperlukan dalam rangka menyiapkan dokumen pendukungnya. Metode kegiatan meliputi 3, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pelaporan. Kegiatan pendampingan ini meliputi 3, yaitu 1) seminar tips sukses menyiapkan akreditasi PAUD, 2) penelusuran dokumen pendukung, dan 3) pengadministrasian dokumen pendukung 8 standar akreditasi. Hasil kegiatan pendampingan sebagai berikut: 1) Pos PAUD Al-Hayyu telah mengetahui persiapan akreditasi melalui seminar yang telah dilakukan, 2) Pos PAUD Al-Hayyu telah didampingi dalam menelusuri dokumen lampau untuk mendukung akreditasi, dan 3) Pos PAUD Al-Hayyu telah mempunyai arsip 8 standar akreditasi di google drive, sewaktu-waktu apabila persyaratan akreditasi telah terpenuhi maka dapat segera melakukan pengusulan akreditasi kepada BAN PAUD & PNF Provinsi Jawa Timur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) 2) mendeskripsikan hubungan gaya mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar kognitif IPA, mendeksripsikan hubungan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar kognitif IPA, dan 3) mendeskripsikan hubungan gaya mengajar guru dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar kognitif IPA. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif non eksperimen yang termasuk dalam penelitian korelasional dengan teknik analisis Regresi Ganda dan dihitung menggunakan software SPSS versi 24.0. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ialah siswa kelas VIII SMP IT Darul Fikri Sidoarjo. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara gaya mengajar guru dan hasil belajar kognitif siswa mata pelajaran IPA siswa kelas VIII SMP IT Darul Fikri Sidoarjo, 2) tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar kognitif siswa mata pelajaran IPA siswa kelas VIII SMP IT Darul Fikri Sidoarjo, dan 3) tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara gaya mengajar guru dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar kognitif siswa mata pelajaran IPA siswa kelas VIII SMP IT Darul Fikri Sidoarjo. Simpulan dari penelitian bahwa banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan belajar seorang siswa untuk mencapai hasil belajar yang maksimal tidak hanya motivasi dan gaya mengajar guru saja. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat mengungkap faktor-faktor lainnya yang turut berperan dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif siswa selain gaya mengajar guru. Kata Kunci: gaya mengajar Guru, hasil belajar Kognitif, IPA, motivasi belajar, SMP This study aims to 1) 2) describe the relationship of teacher's teaching style to natural science cognitive learning outcomes, describe the relationship of learning motivation to natural science cognitive learning outcomes, and 3) describe the relationship of teacher's teaching style and learning motivation to natural science cognitive learning outcomes. The type of research used is non-experimental quantitative research which is included in correlational research with Multiple Regression analysis techniques and calculated using SPSS software version 24.0. The population and sample of the study were 8th grade students of SMP IT Darul Fikri Sidoarjo. Data collection techniques were obtained through questionnaires and documentation. The results of the study show that 1) there is a significant relationship between the teaching style and the cognitive learning outcomes of students in natural science 8th grade students of SMP IT Darul Fikri Sidoarjo, 2) there is no significant relationship between learning motivation and cognitive learning outcomes of students in natural science subjects 8th grade SMP IT Darul Fikri Sidoarjo, and 3) there is no significant relationship between the teaching style and learning motivation on students' cognitive learning outcomes in natural science subject students of 8th grade SMP IT Darul Fikri Sidoarjo. The conclusion from the research is that many factors influence the success of a student's learning to achieve maximum learning outcomes, not only the teacher's motivation and teaching style. Abstract

Local wisdom becomes something that is important enough to be introduced and applied by students. The development of technology until anytime will continue to occur because basically humans need technology to ease the burden of life. This has been embodied in one of the learning based ethno-STEM strategies. This learning strategy has been able to introduce and train students with local wisdom. Methods of mentoring activities include planning, implementation, and evaluation. In the planning stage, equalization of perceptions of the use of learning based ethno-STEM devices and instruments for Class VII, VIII, and IX Even Semesters has been developed and has been registered with Intellectual Property Rights. At the implementation stage, it needs to be reviewed by disseminating the implementation of learning based ethno-STEM devices and instruments to more schools. With this dissemination activity, it is expected that there will be input for the improvement of learning based ethno-STEM devices and instruments so that it will be better. At the evaluation stage, the dissemination results there are 8 schools have been accompanied in implementing of learning based ethno-STEM devices noted the obstacles faced. The obstacles faced in the implementation of learning based ethno-STEM devices and instruments include the difficulty level of natural science material each chapter is different, teacher-centered classroom management, the existence of facilities and infrastructure that do not support the learning process, and student activities that are not relevant to learning. These constraints are further sought solutions and used as a basis for revising learning based ethno-STEM devices and instruments for natural science subjects so that they are obtained devices and instruments that are much better than before.
