Abstract

This training aims to improve the competence of counselors in preventing game addiction in students with collaborative guidance. This solution was taken due to the phenomenon of increasing this training using the game addiction method, especially as technology develops and the covid 19 pandemic period. The training stages begin with material presentation, model demonstration, supervision and evaluation practices. The subjects of the training were 47 teachers of guidance and counseling throughout the city of Batu. The data collection method is self report. The self report contains the experience of practicing collaborative guidance, the chosen form of guidance, the stages of guidance and evaluation. Data analysis used descriptive analysis. The results of the training show an increase in competence in mastering academic and professional competencies in preventing game addiction with collaborative guidance. Evaluation results show that training is considered very useful 54.2%, 45.8% useful. Participants' views on the team's ability to provide training and coaching are 37.5% mastery, 62.5% mastery. Furthermore, ongoing training activities such as family counseling for the prevention of game addiction can be carried out.

Abstract

Remaja merupakan masa yang usia 4-17 tahun rentan akan perubahan pada tahap peralihan, meningkatnya masalah. Hal ini dipicu oleh beberapa tuntutan yang harus dilaksanakan individu seperti salah satunya meninggalkan reaksi dan penyesuaian siakp/ perilaku yang kekanak-kanakan dan emngemabngkan komunikasi interpersonal. Dalam hal ini peneliti menemukan masalah di Madrasah Aliyah Perguruan Mu’alimat Qur’ani, dimana terjadinya rendahnya komunikasi yang salah satu pemicu yaitu konteks budaya. Banyaknya santri dari budaya berbeda yang berkumoul menjadi satu, yang menyebabkan penolakan terhadap budaya tertentu. Peneliti bertugas untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbudaya dimana latihan ini meliputi pengetahuan dan praktek. Pelatihan dilakukan oleh 20 orang Santri MAP Mu’alimat Qur’ani. Dengan hasil 96,67 % mendapatkan manfaat dari sesi keterampilan berbudaya.

Abstract

Career is an important aspect of human life and its stability is determined by Career Decision-making Self Efficacy (CDSE). This study aims to compare high school students' CDSE between those living in industrial and agrarian areas. Subjects in this study were 309 high school students and 309 vocational students from both areas. Data were collected using the CDSE-SF instrument developed by Nancy E. Betz. Mann Whitney comparative test was used to analyze the data in this study. The results show that there were differences in the CDSE significance level of students from both areas. Accordingly, the results find that three of the five aspects of senior high school students' CDSE show their The results of data analysis showed significant differences in the five aspects of student CDSE in industrial and agricultural areas.The different value between both students occurs due to the difference in goal and career directions which is highly possible because of several factors that were not discussed in this study.
