Abstract

Curriculum management and teacher professionalism are an important part of educational components in improving the quality of education. The order to achieve a good education and quality it is necessary to a good management, especially in the area of ​​curriculum that will be taught to students about the objectives, content or materials, implementation and evaluation of curricula. In addition to curriculum management there is also a need for professional educators to get students the best service from their teachers. This research inted to (1) Know the impact of curriculum management on the educational quality of Qotrun Nada islamic boarding school Depok, (2) Know the impact of teacher professionalism on the quality of education at Qotrun islamic boarding school Depok, (3) Know the impact of curriculum management and teacher professionalism on quality education Qotrun Nada islamic boarding school Depok. In this research the researcher uses quantitative descriptive with type of correlative research. The data were collected through a questionnaire from a population of 150 who were all teachers at the Qotrun Nada boarding school. Based on the analysis of the research data, the: Management of curriculum boarding, teacher professionalism and quality of education at Qotrun Tada boarding school Depok is good. Simultaneous boarding curriculum management and teacher professionalism influence the quality of education at Qotrun Nada boarding school. This is evidenced by the multiple linear regression equation model with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Abstract

ABSTRACT The teacher is a professional profession in which he is required to make every effort to carry out his profession as well as possible. Teachers need positions or professions that require special expertise. This work cannot be done by someone who does not have the expertise to carry out activities or work as a teacher. Expertise as a professional teacher must master the ins and outs of education and teaching with a variety of other sciences. This study uses a quantitative method, which is a research method in which data is scored into numbers (quantitative) in the collection and analysis of data. Data collection using research instruments, namely questionnaires. Analysis of quantitative / statistical data with the aim of testing hypotheses Data in quantitative research is in the form of numbers (scores, rankings, or frequencies), the data is then analyzed using statistics in order to answer specific research questions or hypotheses, and to make predictions that an variables affect each other. The results showed that: 1) there was a positive influence of education on teacher professionalism with a significance value obtained less than 0.05 (0.046 <0.05). 2) there is a positive effect of training on teacher professionalism with a significance value of 0.036 because the significance price obtained is less than 0.05 (0.036 <0.05). 3) there is a positive influence of teaching experience on teacher professionalism with a significance value of 0.028 because the significance price obtained is less than 0.05 (0.028 <0.05). 4) there is a positive influence of education, training and teaching experience on the professionalism of teachers at SDN Cemplang 1.3 and 4 Cibungbulang District, Bogor Regency with an F-count = 28,925. Because Fcount> F-table or 28.925> 2.88, Ho is rejected. So, it can be concluded that education, training, and teaching experience together significantly influence the professionalism of teachers in SDN Cemplang 1.3 and 4, Cibungbulang District, Bogor Regency. Abstract

Suntiang Gadang is a bride's headdress in Minangkabau. Visually, Suntiang has a very attractive appearance, apart from its color, it is also supported by the variety of decorations arranged in it. The ornamental variety is taken from natural forms which are grouped into the form of plant motifs and animal motifs. The diversity of decorations found in suntiang not only aims to give beauty and beauty to the person, it also contains moral messages aimed at the bride and groom and will be role models in domestic life. Abstract

This muadalah curriculum is an independent curriculum according to the boarding school that developed it, curriculum independence includes aspects in determining teaching materials, assessment systems, and learning processes. This study uses a qualitative approach. The data collection was carried out by sourced from several documents of the muadalah curriculum contained in the boarding school, as well as interviews with parties related to the muadalah curriculum, and observations of researchers with field reviews of the process of implementing the learning of the muadalah curriculum at Islamic boarding schools. Darussalam. The results of the research show that the type of curriculum design is the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School, including the type of separated subject curriculum design. The subject curriculum consists of separate subjects, and "the subject is a collection of experience and knowledge organized logically and mathematically" by curriculum experts. Knowledge-centered curriculum design is designed based on the discipline structure, therefore this design model is also called the academic subject curriculum model. There are two factors that influence the implementation of the curriculum of the muadalah Islamic boarding school in Darussalam Islamic Boarding School, namely the supporting factors and the inhibiting factors. Supporting factors in the implementation of the curriculum, namely, the provision of qudwah hasanah from all boarding school stakeholders, the formation of a good environment, the competence of teachers according to their fields, teacher discipline in preparing materials, the relationship between students and supervisors, facilities and infrastructure, the boarding school environment. And the inhibiting factors are that there are still some teachers who lack mastery of the material, programs that have not been achieved, inadequate facilities, human resources in recording emissions that are not yet qualified. The solution to overcome the inhibiting factors in the "implementation of the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School curriculum, namely by determining the supervisor of the senior teacher "to provide guidance and direction, ta'hil is carried out to all teachers." Abstract

The development of science and technology (science and technology) is a challenge for Islamic education, especially when faced with the era of globalization which has been able to cover the distance and time between various countries in the exchange of information and knowledge, especially in the field of Islamic education. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze (1) digital-based PAI learning planning, (2) digital media-based PAI learning implementation, (3) supporting and inhibiting factors in digital-based learning at SD Muhammadiyah Bojonggede. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed through data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data includes triangulation and membercheck techniques. The results of the study show that 1) learning planning that refers to the syllabus set by the government (dikbud) and PAI teachers are active in developing lesson plans, digital media-based learning planning is a learning design that utilizes technology as a learning medium with a teaching strategy that is centered on students, 2) SD Muhammadiyah Bojonggede has implemented various learning models including: (1) discovery learning; and (2) problem based learning and inquiring and implementation of teaching and learning activities in the classroom have used various digital-based learning media, 3) Supporting factors include the role of teachers who master the competence of managing digital-based learning which is the main key to digital success and inhibiting factors in the online learning process sometimes the signal is not good, the limitations of students who have android cellphones and the absence of quotas besides that are difficulties in dealing with differences in the characteristics of students Keywords: Digital-Based PAI Learning Implementation

Abstract

The problem of education in Indonesia still requires extra attention, both in terms of government policies and internal problems at the school level. The school as an organization is led by a principal who is authorized to apply a certain leadership style for the realization of the school's goals. To achieve the goals of national education and realize the vision of the school, factors are needed that can be successful ranging from leadership, educators, staff, infrastructure, work climate and several factors in it. So that the objectives of this study are: (1) To analyze how much influence the principal's transformational leadership has on school productivity at SMPI Nuurushshibyan Cileungsi; (2) To analyze how much influence the school organizational climate has on school productivity at SMPI Nuurushshibyan Cileungsi; (3) To analyze how much influence the principal's transformational leadership and climate school organization of school productivity at SMPI Nuurshshibyan Cileungsi. This research uses a quantitative approach, using a descriptive study method, which is a method directed at solving problems by explaining or describing what the results of the study are, all populations are made into samples so that they are called saturated samples. The results of this study are; (1) The influence of transformational principal leadership on productivity was highly influential by 36.4%; (b) The organizational climate has a 34.5% influence on school productivity; and (c) For transformational principal leadership and the school's organizational climate both have a 72% effect on school productivity.
