Abstract

This study aims to analyse the grab advertisement by searching the form of audiovisual. This analysis of this study used the semiotic approach which was focused on the nultimodals system which included the linguistic, the visual, the audio, the gesture, and the spatial aspects. In the linguistic and the visual aspect, it used the theory of Cheong (2004). The results of this study described that the five multimodal systems were integrated each other especially in the contrast of colour. It was related to the metafunctions of the language, the material process of experiential function was so dominant (75,86%), In the interpersonal functions, the declarative was so dominant in used. In the textual functions, the marked theme is also dominant because they used the spoken language. The gesture aspect was good because they did not speak too much, but there were a few statements on the poster of the announcement.

Abstract

Abstract: The Air Joman Health Center is a community health center that provides services in the form of medical services to the Air Joman community and its surroundings. Based on the observations made by the author, the use of syringes at the Air Joman Health Center fluctuates every month consisting of 1 ml  syringes, 2.5 ml syringes, 3 ml syringes, 5 ml syringes and 10 ml syringes. After use, the syringe should not be reused and must be discarded. However, sometimes there are obstacles in serving patients, this is due to the limitations of syringes. The number of needles data can only be estimated from the number of available medical devices (stock), because the need for each month is different. This resulted in not all the needs of medical devices were met and there was often additional stock. To overcome problems regarding the processing of medical device stock data, assistance with forecasting is needed, which is the process of estimating future demand. The forecasting system is designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. Forecasting the supply of syringes at the Air Joman Health Center speeds up the cashier's work process to make reports because the forecasting system automatically produces forecasting results when the calculate button is clicked and prints the report. Keywords: Single Moving Average Method; Syringe Supplies; Joman Water Health Center.  Abstrak: Puskesmas Air Joman merupakan pusat kesehatan masyarakat yang memberikan pelayanan dalam bentuk jasa pengobatan kepada masyarakat Air Joman dan sekitarnya. Berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan penulis, adapun penggunaan jarum suntik di Puskesmas Air Joman setiap bulan berfluktuasi yang terdiri atas jarum suntik 1 ml, jarum suntik 2,5 ml, jarum suntik 3 ml, jarum suntik 5 ml dan jarum suntik 10 ml. Setelah pemakaian, jarum suntik tidak boleh dipakai kembali dan harus dibuang. Namun, terkadang terjadi kendala dalam melayani pasien, hal ini disebabkan karena keterbatasan jarum suntik. Banyaknya data jarum suntik hanya bisa diperkirakan dari banyak atau sedikitnya alat kesehatan yang ada (stok), dikarenakan kebutuhan setiap bulan berbeda-beda. Hal ini mengakibatkan tidak semua kebutuhan alat kesehatan terpenuhi dan sering terjadi stok tambahan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan mengenai pengolahan data stok alat kesehatan, maka dibutuhkan bantuan dengan peramalan (forecasting) yang merupakan proses pengestimasian permintaan di masa mendatang. Sistem peramalan tersebut dirancang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Peramalan persediaan jarum suntik pada Puskesmas Air Joman mempercepat proses kerja Kasir untuk melakukan pembuatan laporan karena sistem peramalan secara otomatis menghasilkan hasil peramalan ketika diklik tombol hitung dan cetak laporan. Kata Kunci: Metode Single Moving Average; Persediaan Jarum Suntik; Puskesmas Air Joman.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyrakat di Kantor Palang Merah Indonesia Kisaran merupakan kegioatan yang dilakukan berdasarkan permintaan anggota administrasi PMI tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian ini meliputi kegiatan melakukan pembuatan Database Data Pendonor Darah. Selama ini kegiatan pendataan pendonoran darah masih dilakukan secara manual, yaitu hanya dengan membuat catatan pada pembukuan bagi siapa saja yang ingin melakukan pendonoran dan permintaan darah di PMI Kisaran. Hal tersebut membuat kami selaku pihak panitia kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat tergerak untuk melakukan pelatihan pemanfaatan MS. Access dalam pembuatan database untuk mengelolah data khususnya pendonor darah.

Abstract

Business development in Indonesia is currently growing, especially the home furnishing business because household furniture is one of the most important needs, especially in the household. This development requires companies to pay attention to the marketing activities of the household appliance business, especially to customers at the Wati Collection Store who do not yet have the media and tools to promote the products they sell so that customers do not know if there is a new product or a product that is currently in a promo packag, unless the customer comes directly to the Wati Collection Store. One aspect that affects customer loyalty is satisfaction, which is a comparison between expectations before making a purchase and perceived performance. Electronic Customer Relationship Management (e-CRM) is a method in managing the relationship between the company and its customers in order to increase the loyalty of consuming the products or services offered. In connection with this, a website-based application is needed at the Wati Collection Store that combines sub-systems, including a sales system that makes it easier for customers in the buying process so that it is expected to be used to improve customer service and product sales.

Abstract

A mechanic is a person in charge of checking, maintaining, repairing, replacing spare parts according to the analysis of the Service Advisor (the person who serves and receives every customer or customer complaint) listed in the workshop work order, with reference to the standardization of work that has been set and most mechanics specialize in in certain areas such as auto mechanics, bicycle mechanics, motorcycle mechanics, boiler mechanics, general mechanics, air conditioning and freezing, aircraft mechanics, diesel engine mechanics. One of the existing methods in a decision support system is the MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis) method. The reason the author chose the MOORA method is because this method is very simple, stable, and powerful, even this method does not require an expert in mathematics to use it and requires simple mathematical calculations. In previous research, it is known that there is no selection of the best mechanic at company. With the use criteria used are troubleshooting (analyzing problems and repairing vehicles), years of service, attendance and letters of reprimand. With these criteria, it is expected to produce the best motorcycle mechanic decisions

Abstract:Penggunaan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran merupakan hal yang selalu digunakan. Di era 4.0 guru di tuntut memiliki kemampuan yang cukup dalam mengikuti perkembangan teknologi. Pembelajaran yang berfokus kepada proses tatap muka harus sudah diintegrasi dengan blended-learning. Kondisi ini membuat google sebagai salah satu web tool terbesar memperkenalkan Google Classroom sebagai metode pembelajaran pada saat pandemi.Namun sayangnya, guru guru, khususnya guru di SMPN 6 belum mengetahui tentang kebermanfaatan Google Classroom dan cara menggunakannya. Pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat menggunakan Google Classroom sebagai metode pembelajaran di masa pandemi, dengan metode pelaksanaan sebagai berikut : a) tahapan analisa, b) tahapan penyusunan materi, dan  c) tahapan pelaksanaan.Hasil dari pengabdian ini membuat guru antusias dan tertarik dan memudahkan  untuk mengelola tugas dengan cepat dan memberikan umpan balik kepada siswa secara efektif.            Keywords: Blended Learning; Google Classroom; Guru  Abstrak:.The use of technology in the learning process is always used. Abstract

In an information system organization it is urgently needed to get information that is fast, precise in its presentation, the data displayed can be real and accurate. In a voting is generally done manually, both in the smallest and largest scope. Based on these conditions, with the use of technology that has developed rapidly at this time, the process of selecting the Student Council Chairperson which is usually done manually can now be done online using electronic voting, with e-voting it is hoped that students can access and elect candidates for Student Council President anywhere without having to come. directly to the polling place where students are usually gathered in a place like before. In developing a website-based e-voting system using the waterfall method with a needs analysis process, system design, design and testing of the e-voting system will simplify the voting process and e-voting can maintain data security from manipulation by other parties. The method in counseling is in the form of science and technology diffusion, with the stages of socialization and training in the use of the e-voting application. The purpose of this activity is to implement a more effective and transparent system for selecting the student council president.Keywords: application; electronic voting; election of chairman Abstrak: Dalam sebuah organisasi sistem informasi sangat dibutuhkan   untuk mendapatkan  informasi  yang  cepat, tepat dalam penyajiannya, data  yang  ditampilkan dapat  real  dan  akurat.  Dalam  sebuah  pemungutan  suara  umumnya  dilakukan  secara manual,  baik  dalam  ruang  lingkup  terkecil  maupun  terbesar.  Berdasarkan  kondisi tersebut  dengan  pemanfaatan  teknologi  yang  sudah  berkembang  pesat  saat  ini,  proses pemilihan Ketua OSIS  yang  biasanya dilakukan  secara  manual  kini  bisa dilakukan secara  daring  dengan  menggunakan electronic   voting,  dengan  adanya  e-voting diharapkan  siswa  dapat  mengakses dan  memilih  calon  ketua  OSIS  dimanapun  tanpa harus datang langsung ke tempat  pemungutan suara  yang  biasanya para siswa dikumpulkan dalam  suatu tempat seperti sebelumnya. Dalam pemgembangan  sistem e-voting berbasis website dengan menggunakan metode waterfall dengan proses analisa kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, design dan testing sistem e-voting akan mempermudah  proses  pemungutan  suara  dan  e-voting  dapat  menjaga  keamanan  data dari manipulasi pihak lain. Metode dalam penyuluhan berupa dipusi iptek, dengan tahapan sisialisasi dan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi e-voting. Abstract

Abstract: Asahan Regency is one of the 33 regencies/cities in North Sumatra Province. Coastal areas are still lagging behind because they are far from urban areas so that the government pays little attention to it, especially regarding clean water. Clean water in the area can be said to be unfit for use. So that people find it difficult to get clean water for drinking, washing and bathing. These problems can be solved by programs to improve clean water infrastructure and facilities, such as drilling wells and allocating river water, so that they can provide optimal services for clean water, which has a very strong relationship with the economic growth of a region and the socio-cultural life of the community. Determining the priority scale for clean water must look at various criteria so as to produce accurate and precise results. Space so as to allow the results to be less accurate and not on target as well as errors in determining which clean water should be prioritized, so that a decision support system is needed that can assist in determining which villages have the right to take precedence in the priority of clean water projects. The method used for the decision support system is AHP method. Keywords: Priority Determination of Clean Water Projects; AHP Method.   Abstrak: Kabupaten Asahan merupakan salah satu kabupaten dari 33 kabupaten/kota yang ada di Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Di wilayah Pesisir masih tertinggal karena letaknya yang jauh dari perkotaan sehingga kurang diperhatikan oleh pemerintah, terutama mengenai air bersih. Air bersih di wilayah tersebut bisa di bilang tidak layak untuk digunakan. Sehingga masyarakat kesulitan untuk mendapatkan air bersih baik itu untuk diminum, menyuci dan mandi. Dengan mempertimbangkan hal tersebut maka perlu diterapkan penentuan skala prioritas yang dapat digunakan sebagai suatu acuan dalam penyusunan program proyek untuk tahun anggaran berikutnya. Penentuan skala prioritas air bersih tersebut harus melihat dari berbagai kriteria sehingga menghasilkan hasil yang akurat dan tepat, selama ini penetuan masih berdasarkan musrembang dari pihak Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang sehingga memungkinkan hasil kurang akurat dan kurang tepat sasaran serta terjadinya kesalahan dalam penentuan air bersih yang harus diutamakan, sehingga diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu dalam menentukan desa mana yang berhak didahulukan dalam prioritas proyek air bersih  Metode yang digunakan untuk sistem pendukung keputusan adalah Metode AHP.  Kata Kunci : Penentuan Prioritas Proyek Air Bersih; Metode AHP.

Abstract

Abstract: Academic stress is stress related to educational activities caused by the emotional tension experienced by students when they fail to cope with the demands of their education and several related factors. Some of the factors that cause academic stress among students include academic, sociocultural, environmental, psychological problems, high expectations, information overload, academic pressure, unrealistic ambitions, limited opportunities, and high competitiveness. This stress diagnosis application is made to maximize the counseling function and see the accuracy of the method used. The AHP method was used to calculate each symptom weight, the Borda method was used because it was considered capable of selecting the best alternative so as to obtain accurate results, Dempster Shafer was chosen because it was able to resolve expert uncertainty in 2 levels, and CF was used to ensure the confidence value obtained from the expert.            Keywords: Academic Stress; AHP; Borda; Certainty Factor; Dempster Shafer.  Abstrak: Stres akademik adalah stres yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan pendidikan yang disebabkan oleh ketegangan emosi yang dialami mahasiswa saat ia gagal mengatasi tuntutan dalam masa pendidikan dan beberapa faktor terkait. Beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan stres akademik di kalangan mahasiswa di antaranya adalah masalah akademik, sosiokultural, lingkungan, psikologis, harapan yang tinggi, informasi yang berlebihan, tekanan akademis, ambisi yang tidak realistis, peluang yang terbatas, dan daya saing yang tinggi. Aplikasi diagnosa stres ini dibuat untuk memaksimalkan fungsi konseling dan melihat akurasi metode yang digunakan. Metode AHP digunakan untuk menghitung setiap bobot gejala, metode Borda digunakan karena dinilai mampu melakukan penyeleksian alternatif terbaik sehingga mendapatkan hasil yang akurat, Dempster Shafer dipilih karena mampu menyelesaikan ketidakpastian pakar dalam 2 tingkat, dan CF digunakan untuk memastikan nilai keyakinan yang diperoleh dari pakar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat aplikasi yang dapat mendeteksi stres akademik mahasiswa STMIK Royal dan melihat apakah keempat metode tersebut dapat mendeteksi stres akademik mahasiswa. Kata kunci: Stres Akademik; AHP; Borda; Certainty Factor; Dempster Shafer.

Abstract

Abstract: Determination of the best performance of parking attendants at the Asahan District Transportation Service aims to increase responsibility and high loyalty to get satisfactory performance results and award parking attendants with the best performance. The assessment of the best performance of parking officers was carried out by 3 assessors namely traffic engineering management, parking section, parking administration staff. The problem in assessing the best performance of parking attendants is that there is no structured system so that the assessment time is quite long, around 2-3 weeks. In addition, the assessment still tends to be subjective, for example the parking attendant's assessment is based on closeness and kinship, causing jealousy. Overcoming this requires a computer system that helps decision making, namely a decision support system for determining the best performance of parking attendants at the Asahan District Transportation Service in this study using the BORDA method. The borda method is used to combine the results of the decision assessment of each appraiser so that the final result is the best performance of the parking attendant. The purpose of this research is to create a computerized system that will later assist in determining the best performance appraisal of parking attendants every year. Based on the research results of the system for determining the best performance of parking attendants in the form of ranking the final score of each parking attendant. The highest value is used as the best performance suggestion for parking attendants.                                                                                                                       Keywords: borda method; decision support system;  parking attendant performance  Abstrak: Penentuan kinerja terbaik petugas parkir pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Asahan bertujuan untuk perlu meningkatkan tanggung jawab dan loyalitas yang tinggi mendapatkan hasil kinerja yang memuaskan dan pemberian perhargaan bagi petugas parkir memiliki kinerja terbaik. Penilaian kinerja terbaik petugas parkir dilakukan oleh 3 penilai yaitu manajemen rekayasa lalu lintas, seksi parkir, staff administrasi parkir. Permasalahan dalam penilaian kinerja terbaik petugas parkir adalah belum ada sistem yang terstruktur sehingga waktu penilaian cukup lama sekitar kurang lebih 2-3 minggu. Selain itu penilaian masih cenderung subjektif misalnya penilaian petugas parkir berdasarkan kedekatan dan kekeluargaan sehingga menyebabkan kecemburuan. Mengatasi hal tersebut diperlukan suatu sistem komputer yang membantu pengambilan keputusan yaitu sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan kinerja terbaik petugas parkir pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Asahan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode BORDA. Metode borda digunakan untuk menggabungkan hasil penilaian keputusan dari tiap penilai sehingga dapat memperoleh hasil akhir berupa kinerja terbaik petugas parkir. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat suatu sistem komputerisasi yang nantinya akan membantu dalam menentukan penilaian kinerja terbaik petugas parkir disetiap tahunnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari sistem penentuan kinerja terbaik petugas parkir berupa perangkingan dari nilai akhir setiap petugas parkir.
